Busy season, w/e parties soooooo many use cabs, typical wait time about 15 min, clean cab, shared ride with other revelers.Arrival about 20 min, better to me than Uber.
Lets first establish the fact that the cab is poorly taken care of; that was obvious from the check engine and abs lights on the dash when I first got in. Their driver tried to charge me $13.50 for a 3 mile trip and then reduced it to $10.25 but kept my change. They never quote you a price up front so they can just say any $$$ they want and theres no recourse. Flat out they are criminals operating a run down company full of cabs that are retired the moment their inspection expires
I work in Glens Falls and when calling a cab for customers, Tri County is the best. They always answer and theyre always as quick as possible. They are very patient with customer requests, especially with the elderly and disabled. They accommodate wheelchairs and will come inside to assist, they dont just sit outside and wait. If in need of a ride home, I highly recommend Tri County.
I tried calling a cab to go to work for 2 hours. Dispatch picked up once on the 20th call and hung up on me when I was telling him my address and proceeded to ignore the rest of my phone calls. There was a total of 115 calls in 2 hours. The last 30 calls rang once and went to a no voicemail recording. Had a friend call and got answered on the first ring, but told an hour and a half wait time.
Just found out that they are not having drivers carry change and have to be prepared to eat a stop charge if you need to break a bill.
I called a couple of hours ahead of time to be able to leave by 3:20 - 3:25. Cab did not arrive and I called for over ten minutes trying to reach them. I do not recommend anyone use this service and I would give them no stars if I could.

Horrible service. Ill never call this place again. I had a driver run out of gas and throw my money back at me and I was told to get my kids out of the car. The dispatch said they would send a car asap but after 45 minutes went by I called an Uber because they never showed up. This driver was disrespectful and the service sucked. Worst place ever. Also its the customers fault there cabs show up 2 hours late or dont show up at all. Lol always someone elses fault but there own. I waited one time for two hours and I ended up taking another cab company who was there in ten minutes. It was my fault for not waiting 3 hours and I guess its my fault no one answers the phone when you try and cancel for being so late
Waited over an hour for a cab and when i called to cancel ,they blamed me! Lol said i never came out. Little did they know i was on the porch the whole time. Very rude. . Complete joke.

I was in a jam and needed a ride at a late hour. Tri-County Cab was quick to answer and the driver was waiting for me at the door. Was the best cab ride and experience I have had in a long time.
Well the driver was actually very professional and punctual.But then I had to call the dispatch back bcuz I lost my house key and he was rude and inconsiderate

There is absolutely no reason to lie to your customers. I called at 2:45 asked for a cab, was told itd be an half hour wait. So called again at 3:15 was told someone was on the way. My phone died but I didnt get a cab until 5:05. The only honest person was the can driver who said he didnt get the order to get be till 5:00.
Terrible service. They lie to you about the time you’ll be waiting, and the phone operator is straight up disrespectful. Nobody is forcing you to answer phones or talk to people for a living. Find a different job if you hate it that much.

Extremely polite drivers, clean car environments and the fact that you feel comfortable with them driving is phenomenal. I always call ahead of time to schedule and Ive never had an issue. Plus this is the cheapest cab company in the area + you can pay with a card.
Most drivers very helpful friendly. Help with packages and in/out of cab. There are a couple that are down right mean and nasty and no matter how much you complain about them they never change but thats in any business
Called a week in advanced. The dispatcher whom I forgot his name was phenomenal. Our driver showed up 10 minutes early!! Our driver on our return trip was very nice. Thanks for the great and prompt service.
Wednesday disbatcher was being rude calling my older brother names not being nice this happen twice to big brother not his felt the guy was rude to him on that part and acting like my brother felt.
Well they are very rude and disrespectful when you call in the first place. Then they tell you how long it’s gonna be and that’s a lie. Or they refuse to give you a around about time. Also I definitely would never put my children in a cab with some of their drivers.
Was in lake George this weekend,and needed reliable / reasonable transportation...these guys were on the dot...on time and very reasonable.Drivers and dispatch were very professional...I would recommend them to anyone...I got a ride.. from Hudson falls to lake George on Saturday..then lake George to Hudson falls on Sunday...amazing service..!!
Dont use these guys!!!!!! I called them at 10am they accepted a time call for 1:15pm. Its now 2pm and they just pulled up. Use carols cab. They r cheaper too.
Terrible service!!! Had a very rude nasty woman for a driver this morning around 4 a.m. my ride costed $15, I had the money but when I went to take it out I couldn’t find it and thought maybe I had dropped it in the cab, I was searching and searching for it and she kept saying “COME ON I don’t have time for this!!!! I’m calling the police” I seriously flipped out on her. Turns out it fell out of my pocket and was under the seat. HIGHLY unprofessional that woman was insanely rude. Great people you have working for you lol NOT. What a disgrace

This company employs VERY questionable drivers. I caught one of their drivers out of his car in my driveway peeking through the windows of my vehicle with his face pressed up against the glass when he was at my residence picking up my housemate. It was absolutely a premeditated move on his part and i wouldnt be surprised if he has cased and robbed properties before. Be careful.
Picked me up in than 20 minutes both rides, drivers were friendly and the cabs were clean.

Always a dreadful experience. Every time I call for a time call hours in advance, they are always late. The latest problem stemmed from a cab that showed up, waited not even 2 minutes and then left as I was walking out the door. Attempted to find out what had happened and only received grief from management. They are far from professional and even started screaming at me because of my complaint. They even threatened to call police instead of fixing a problem that they caused. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
Left my friend in a wheelchair waiting for over an hour when called to see what was talking so long they said looking for someone that can handle wheelchair but said they thought of something and would be right there 45 minutes later he tried calling back they hung up on him and when I called from my phone they answered and the minute I told them I was calling about my friend that had to get to the Warren center they hung up on me they are also way over priced uber is way cheaper faster and helpful I wont ever use tri county cab or white cab witch is the same people now ever again

I called around 2 p.m for a cab to come to my house at 3 p.m. to take me to work for 4:00 p.m. because Im coming from Hudson Falls and I work in Queensbury. I called around 3:20 p.m. to see where the cab was, since I was going to be late for work. They said it was on its way. At 3:40 p.m, they passed my house and did not turn around and get here until 5 minutes later. At this point, I am going to be late for work. The driver was not told to pick us up until 3:00 p.m., but he was supposed to be already there at that time. It was not the drivers fault, it was the companys fault. I think its completely ridiculous what happened today. Granted, I havent really had many issues with this company in the past, they should have handled things better today.
Honestly worse service by far i waited for over half an hour for a taxi that was less than two miles from my work and i ended up having to call another taxi to come get me and now the same thing is happening to my mother who called over fourty minutes ago for a taxi thats less than three miles from our house and has to work soon so i advise that if you need a quick ride to work than do not call this place!!

There terrible, always takes over 30mins to pick me up and I only live in South Glens falls, dispatch is rude af. They will take 50mins to pick u up than have the nerve to lay on the horn they second they pull up if Ur not outside. If u need to b somewhere by a certain time Ur better off walking.

I called to have a taxi from lake George to the sagamore and the operator rudely hung up on me.We had never called this company before, earlier my friend called a different taxi company that the Sagamore given us the number for asking for pricing and timing. They told us longer than 20 minutes and we said thanks and we would let them know, we decided to go with Lyft instead. We never asked for a taxi to come. Later on I called from my phone (a different number) to this taxi company because a local recommended them later on in the night. I asked what their availability was and then told them I would call back in one minute because I wanted to make sure no one else in the group had found a different ride. That is when they rudely hung up on me. This is terrible business practice. I called back and they continued to be very rude to me. We were just looking to get a ride back but I would never get in a car with such people who made me so uncomfortable. So I called them back to make sure that they were not coming for us because we are not rude.If a different group called them for a ride and then ditched them they should take that up with them, not be rude to every person that calls them asking about rides.

Dont you dare tell them that you are at Red Lobster in Queensbury, They cant help you figure out where you are not one bit.Why even bother have non smoking signs on your windows if your car will always smell of cigarettes.Pray to your god that none else at where you are calls a cab. Theyll play the lottery with you regardless of who called first. The dispatch ladies will play the lottery with your time. 2022-03-03When you can’t get a Lyft or Uber at 2am in the morning tri county will get you. I think there needs to be more consistency. Sometimes the dispatcher is rude and sometimes they’re polite. Sometime there cabs are in great working condition and sometimes they’re not.

2022-03-15I have never taken a cab in my life fir the past few months o have uses deprecated tri County Cab company . my experience has been stellar except gor one driver he was RUDE only once hopefully never again I request driver # 13 he is polite , kind and extremely professional his cab is the cleanest one I have been . When I call early in the Morning the person in the other end is kind and professional. I have read some of the Reviews I don’t understand they have been nothing but respectful and professional from first phone call to my drop off at home thank you Tri County and driver 14

2021-11-02I’ve been using this cab service recently to get to work by 6AM on the weekends and so far each time call has worked out well. Also have had pleasant interactions with each of the drivers that pick me up. Going to continue using this service and would recommend others with similar needs use it as well.

2021-06-27If you have to be somewhere on time, dont call them. And expect to pick up other riders along the way qhile still getting charged the same price. A scheduled time call was an hour late, picked up 3 other people, was about 2 hours late fir my first day of work. To TriCounty, you make us look bad for having to be late when we should be notified of other riders or stops along the way. Terrible service quality, poor way to run a time sensitive business.

2021-06-08Called for a cab for a ride to work a whole night in advance because they’re always late, was supposed to be at work to OPEN at 10:30 it’s currently 10:45 and I’m still waiting. Called and they said the driver was right next to my house but had to grab someone else on the way. I always tip 5/10/15 dollars at a time depending the length of my trip. I understand companies run late so I’m always patient with them, but this is unacceptable I’m new at this job and this is the literal 10th time I’m going to be late.

2021-08-03Best Cab Company Around, If Your Lucky Enough to Actually Get The Amazing Drivers That Actually Care About You and Your Safety, and you will know within the first 5 minutes of your ride if you have a caring driver or someone that doesnt care and just drive. If your a Beautiful Girl, You will definitely know within the first 2 minutes of you have one of the Great Drivers because alot of them will hit on every female that gets in. Witnessed it more than a few times, when I hadnt gotten my regular driver. But, if you were lucky enough to get Ray, Bill, Bernie, and or Ralph (RIP BROTHER) You were Definitely Safe in their cars and they care about your well being and your safety. 2021-06-20These guys are NEVER on time even on time calls. They’re currently a half hour late and the dispatcher was short with me on the phone when I called and asked about it. I’ve had a driver ask to stop at McDonald’s on my time when I was already late for work, and you would think with how much they speed they might be on time. I’m not normally a short person, but I’m pretty disappointed. :(

2021-12-15For the most part this companies dispatchers are decently professional and polite, however there is man that they have that is quick that hang up the phone when he thinks youre done talking and whenever the cab is incredibly late or doesnt show up at all he takes no responsibility and puts the blame on his drivers or blames it on the customer saying maybe we told him the wrong address

2021-03-26So i have used this company alot in the past and i never had these issues but the last few months they have been very very rude. U call to request your cab and they all sound extremely miserable no one sounds happy to be doing business with you. If you call back to find out how long u get yelled at. This most recent time i called for my partner and i placed the call and waited for them to tell me about how long it will be like they used to usually tell me . They just hung up on me . Call back over an hour later and i get met with the same grumpy man yelling at me saying he told me itd be over an hour and he told me this when i first called ( he did not. He barely said two words to me) I calmly told him he did not tell me any length of time and i only asked a simple question i dont deserve to be yelled at like that only to be met with more yelling. Its been an hour and a half and my partner is still waiting for a cab. Until they seriously consider who there staff is and get some happier people i suggest u try a different company.
