Great place and friendly staff members, they are good with helping you with anything you need such has helping you with your citizenship application and finding you a job or a place to live.
The place is huge and has many tenants but fewer than 20 visitor parking spots. I ended up parking 3 blocks away and walking. The interior paint makes me feel like Im back aboard a warship.
Worked there for a few months in 2007...best snack bar/deli for lunches ... awesome. Building was amazing to walk through on breaks. One of buffalos best repurposing of a building. Trico left in te 60s, one of the first Companies out of town.January thru April it was heavenly (and super distracting) on the days that the chocolate company poured chocolate... So many artists and small businesses
At the Tri-Main Center, I go to get physical therapy for my shoulder. Optimal Physical Therapy Associates, is a great place to go if you are in need of some physical therapy. Dave Sterns, PT, is a really great therapist and is really good at his job!I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of his services. Keep up the FANTASTIC work!!
Went to The Lunchbox. Absolutely, delicious. Will be checking out their other three locations.
My organization just moved into the building at the end of June! Love it! And the lunch box has great food!

I was here for an art show opening that was part of the Buffalo Arts Studio. It’s an amazing and an equally amazing group of artists. It’s great to see places supporting local artists!

Their are several businesses in the Tri Main Center their is free parking go discover all it has to offer. There is even a school on the premises.
This place is wonderful especially the video recording and music production Studio on the first floor Suite 260 exe... Express entertainment awesome people very professional.... very comfortable setting and inviting

Mainly used this center to file my taxes for free a few years ago. It has other uses Im not fully aware of.
Buffalo game space is cool. Have to have a code to use the bathroom.

It is a building with many companies inside, one of them is Journys end, I also know that there is something from Starbucks, and it is where they keep environments for stages and events of the municipality.

2022-06-24I wentt to Tri-Main for a Board Of Elections inspector school but was blown away by the beauty of this ancient warehouse. Tri-Main was once a car factory (Model A or T?) and during the cold war produced some of the very first jet engines used by the military. Great history somequerky local business. Stop by just to check this strictly Buffalo experience.

2021-10-05You should really be using the main entrance. The stairwells are not all clean and some dont go to all floors. Various businesses so check the board to know where you are going. Its easy to get lost. Halls can be interesting from someone sleeping to a pop up shop with loud music and the smell of a particular herb flowing through the hall. Many great business offices, dance and exercise studios. Park across the street, but not visitor unless you arent staying long. The main office near the main door and elevator is always helpful and professional. Flu shot clinic coming up in main lobby. Rich Buffalo history in the building itself so all in all an interesting place to go!

2021-01-06I love how this building had been refurbished and maintained. During this pandemic they have kept everything running, sanitary, and are always available for anything you need. I love having my office here and all of the small and local businesses. Thank you for supporting your community.

2020-12-12As this is a re-purposed Trico Windshield Wiper plant, it is HUGE. Thats where the name comes from (Trico on Main). My daughter works there, but she also went to school in this building! The Buffalo Public School Occupational Training Center (OTC) is on the Main Street side of the building. There are many businesses in this building. I only know three by name, Diversified Services, The Lunch Box restaurant, and 26 Shirts.

2018-04-01Security guards are rude and unhelpful, office spaces are filthy if they dont have a permanent resident, and they just got rid of the only atm in the whole building. They have some really fantastic programs there and all the businesses that rent arent at fault but, having actually worked in one of those office spaces a couple different times, the building itself is sad.

2019-11-21If you dont get one of the 20 spaces in the visitor parking lot ne prepared to walkThe entrance once inside the building is horrible its not handicap accessible the elevator provided is small cramped after thought that can only handle one wheelchair at a time the stairs to get to the main elevator to access the building are the worst if you have sight problems while on the stairs you can see the floor below because the have open risers so forget it if you have a service dog. Once in the elevator good luck trying to figure out when you get to the floor you need. This building probably should be converted for private use or condos .

2020-10-13Optimum therapy with Dave. Is the best place to go to for physical therapy. I had back surgery and was so weak barely could walk. Now thanks to Dave I am walking the Erie Basin Marina and Canal side!!!
