Everyone at this office was so friendly and helpful! I went in for an Invisalign consultation and felt confident in choosing this office to do my treatment; both for the affordable pricing and for the knowledge and friendliness of the dentist and staff. I hope to have more to update on as I continue my treatment.
I always feel looked after when I come here. The space is clean and everybody is so pleasant, caring and professional it makes every visit here way more positive than other dentist offices Ive been to. They dont take my insurance here but I gladly pay out of pocket because the prices are reasonable and to me its so worth the quality of care I get here compared to other places.
Really friendly team and very competent staff. Efficient, knowledgeable, and warm. I have had a number of poor experiences with dentists in NYC and Tribeca Dental Care changed my mind - looking forward to my next checkup.
Great dentist office! I chose it because it was close to my office at the time, but Ive since moved offices and moved to Queens. Not at all convenient anymore, but I wouldnt switch. Theyre nice and easy to work with. Almost never much wait time. I highly recommend them.
The staff at Tribeca dental care are very warm and welcoming. I had a great checkup, cleaning, and x-rays all done professionally. I walked in and they had an opening available the same day. I’m luck to have found this place!

I waited to post this review until I finished my Invisalign experience to be as honest as I could be. I saw over 6 different dentists and orthodontists for Invisalign consults, each telling me a different time period and completely different price and trying to upsell different tolls to use with it. When I came to see Dr. Dorfman, I was very pleasantly surprised in her honesty of what type of treatment plan I needed and that all the extra tools wouldnt be of much help in my situation and not worth spending the extra money. The price they quoted me was by far the lowest I had been quoted elsewhere, about $1,500 less (even factoring in the retainers after treatment). When reviewing my X-rays I had sent over, I mentioned that one tooth was bothering me a bit and in order to make sure everything was fine with it in order to move forward with Invisalign, she gave me a new X-ray for that tooth area and a full mouth X-ray scan, all for free, just so she could comfortably tell me if Invisalign was for me or not. She clearly wasnt only trying to get my money, but actually make sure I get the best treatment. She made me feel very comfortable in my choice to go forward with her. My treatment went smoothly and I felt that my progress was being checked and adjusted thoroughly. I cannot recommend her and her team enough!
What’s not to LOVE about this establishment? I am nearing the end of my invisalign journey, and my experience here at Tribeca dental has been nothing less than spectacular. I’ve worked with several specialist here who where attentive to my needs and ensured each visit I was on the road to my most desirable results regarding my smile. I am beyond happy with my smile and can’t thank enough the professionals at Tribeca Dental, from the Dentist, receptionist, and all of those who would partake in my journey. The front desk team are such a warm and welcoming group who ease your visit and make sure all appointments are kept up to date. They really care here and are very conservative to your needs.. TDC will not do work or offer work you do not need. I was evaluated by 2 other dentist and they didnt take advantage of me.. I was told cost of a root canal which was double from what another place told me, and I knew they were overcharging, TDC charged me what the average root canal cost. Thank you

Had a good experience here with dr. khalife and fabian as my tooth cleaner, he was very nice and professional and helped me answer some questions I had. Dr. Khalife was also nice and helped me answer my questions as well.
June 2020: I love how the Doctors always listens to my questions and concerns. They always make me feel heard and always have an action plan for me. I honestly appreciate their dedication for listening to ALL their customers because Ive dealt with an orthodontist in the past that resulted with me leaving with undesirable results.Update December 2021:Quick process in and out, got the results I wanted but sometimes the environment of in and out comes off weirdly. The staff there are friendly in person but I once called them because my final trays (retainers) had some defects which caused my gums to recede on a tooth that never had issues. Instead of them telling me to come in so a professional Doctor can shave the edges for me, they instead told me to shave it myself. I was really surprised with the response I was given, even my personal doctor elsewhere was shocked when they asked me if I ever went to get my trays fixed.You pay $700 for your retainers and communicate with them because its hurting your gums but they tell you to just shave it off yourself... just wow. I had to spend my morning shaving 8 trays one by one, with a nail filing device. I didnt even bother calling back to double check if maybe they misheard me & let them know that these were my RETAINERS and not just some regular trays that we switch out weekly.I was expecting a professional to do that for me. I didnt want to risk ruining my retainers I will be using for the next 8 years. Anyways, it just showed me their true colors after you finish using their services.
They keep finding ways to charge you more whether that is a procedure that wasn’t really necessary or with hidden fees that are not covered by insurance.
Really appreciate this dental office. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years and they’ve always been timely, professional, and just great at their jobs. I am also an Invisalign patient here- they have gone above and beyond to make my experience amazing (extending my treatment by YEARS, shipping me replacement trays out of state). Dr. Lionetti (really hope I’m spelling that right!) is fun to be around, always makes time for questions, and has excellent bedside manner. The women who run the front desk are THE BEST. Truly wouldn’t be writing a review if this place wasn’t worth it! I now live out of state and travel back to NYC to visit this dentist. When you find a great one, keep them!

Had a great experience at my Invisalign consultation. The staff was very warm and welcoming, ready for me right on time, and took their time with my scans and explaining how the treatment would go. The facilities are bright and clean. They have plenty of payment options, and it ended up being more affordable than other places I went to for consultations. Will update this review after I go through my Invisalign treatment in hopefully 1.5-2 years (I have an underbite and some spacing issues so it may be a while.)

This is the first dental office that i’ve been to that i look forward to getting my dental needs taken cared of. Never a wait for more than 3 minutes. Fabienne the hygienist is the best i’ve ever had the pleasure of having work on me. The customer service is impeccable. I discovered them by accident but truly appreciate their services and hope they never move.

I’ve been with Tribeca dental since early 2008. Dr. Dorfman and her crew are the only consistent, committed people that I have come across (and I’ve shopped around- even have a sibling in the profession)- I trust them fully as they’re thorough, helpful and warm/ welcoming. If you fear the dentist this place is the opposite of that. Just so warm and caring. Always a pleasant experience (coming from someone with high anxiety).

This is a clean and welcoming environment. The staff is amazing especially the receptionist. I felt like we became friends after leaving. Dr. Gao was very informative with me on the work I wanted done for my teeth and the work she suggested I get. The pricing is very reasonable for me. My wife and I found Tribeca Dental care by accident shortly after moving to Manhattan. We have been going there for routine cleanings and dental work for over 3 years and and have never had a negative experience. The hygienists and dentists on staff have all been amazing and are super conscious about making cleanings comfortable for us (We both have sensitive teeth). The reception staff is also amazing. Wait times have always been very short and they use a well managed SMS text system for appointment reminders.

The staff are very courteous and caring. The first time I went to this office I had needed emergency dental care; this was the only place that agreed to schedule me on the same day all the other places my daughter called were offering appointments a week or two away. When they realize the amount of pain I was in they apologized to the other patients and took me in for X-rays. The dentist was very caring, she let me know all my options, and then her professional opinion. Less than a week later her husband who is also a dentist extracted my tooth with the least amount of discomfort (as I am one of those individuals who still feel pain when sedated). I will recommend recommend this office and it’s staff to any and everyone, I personally plan on continuing all my dental care at this office.

Super awesome staff, so friendly and helpful! I love their texting system for reminders and confirming appointments. If they don’t hear from you, they call to remind you of the appt, which is super helpful for someone like me who often forgets! Highly recommend this dentist office.

My kids and I have been going to Tribeca Dental for years. We normally need a cleaning and x-rays since we’re fortunate not to have cavities or other dental issues. I did, however, do Invisalign with them. They have always been very friendly, professional and cost effective. I highly recommend them!
Tribeca Dental is a wonderful office with an incredible staff that makes you feel welcome at every appointment. I am genuinely surprised by how much laughter and connecting I experience whenever I go in for a visit. I’ve now found my new home for dental care.
The entire staff is very kind and treat you with care. I’m a veteran on a fixed income and found myself with an expensive tooth bill and inadequate insurance - the front desk worked for nearly an hour to find solutions to help me pay for my treatment.

Phenomenal care! Dr. Dorfman took the time to explain different options for my treatment plan as well as give her insight into what she thought would be best for me. Having gone to other dentists previously regarding my concern, she was the first to sit down and take her time explaining everything to me so I felt 100% comfortable going forward. This was my first visit to this dental office. Everyone was professional and friendly. The staff was very friendly. I was taken within 15 minutes after I arrived. My pain threshold is very low the dental hygienist was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Dr. Gao came right in after my cleaning. Another pleasant experience, she answered all of my questions and concerns. I haven’t been to the dentist since August 2019. The office was clean, everyone was taking precautions and wearing mask. I have been looking for a new dentist I think I found it.
The hygienist Fabian and Doctor Dorfman who attended to me were top class in their expertise, professionalism, thoroughness and dental care. Their manner was warm and their answers to questions were clear. The office staff and receptionist were also friendly and welcoming. Great service and dental care all round.

Just got my Invisalign fitting with mounts in under two hours. Professional staff, doctors are great! They answered all my questions and have been available every time I called to help with anything I’ve needed.

Everyone here is super friendly. Today I had Dr. Gao. She was so patient and empathetic to my obnoxious anxiety about getting a shot to get a filling. The office staff is also super nice and cheerful. I went in at 10am to get a filling and it took a little longer because Im a baby and she ended up giving me a second shot in a different part of my mouth. Didnt feel anything, was still out by 10:45 am. If I wouldnt have been such a baby it probably wouldve only taken 30 mins.

The staff is really nice here. I like the female dentist better than the male dentist tho. They tend to take more time to ensure everything is going good with your treatment. The male dentist, not so much. He’s more of a in and out type of person and not informative at all. Overall, it’s a nice spot.

Clean, professional and friendly. Fabian was the dental hygienist I met, he was very patient. Dr Dorfman spent only few mins with me though but I still felt satisfied with the overall visit. I still have a follow up cleaning appointment and will be starting my Invisalign, and I’m happy to go back.
Yes, the office is in a basement near Canal Street. Yes, the interior is more utilitarian than flashy. However, I cant say enough good things about this staff and practice. The quality of care is really great and every single person Ive interacted with beams with great energy. You really feel like the staff, hygienists, and the dentists enjoy their work and thats reflected in the entire experience. Just a truly cool and exceedingly competent crew. Im glad I found them.
The team was fantastic. Never think of root canal as an easy process, but it truly was here. The team kept me informed of each step, and I was never uncomfortable. The post-procedure care was ibuprofen, and I only needed to take that once. Thank you!
Who looks forward to going to the dentist? We do!! And, by “we”, I mean my kids as well as us adults. From the moment you step into the office you are greeted by sincerely warm, smart, funny professionals (it’s a wonderful commentary on management that every single member of the staff is sunny and friendly to customers and colleagues alike). The wait is never more than mere moments and whomever it is you’re there to see - dentist, orthodontist or hygienist - appears quickly as if they actually value YOUR time. Their pricing is fair, their work is best in class and what they deliver is the closest you’re likely to come to the sort of healthcare we all want and fantasize about. Excellent practice.

The hygienist was very professional and tomorrow morning gentle. The dentist Khalil was also friendly and professional. I was seen right away. The place is clean and prices are reasonable!
I’ve been coming to this practice for years. I’ve never had any problems. I am 7 months pregnant and my hygienist can see I was visibly uncomfortable to sit on the dental chair. She told me she will go get the doctor and 30 minutes later still no doctor. I asked one of the hygienist how long it will be and he dismissed me and kept walking. There was no reason to have me wait for 30 minutes to see a doctor when the office was not busy at 6pm on a Wednesday. I walked out without seeing a doctor. Very disappointed by this whole experience and lack of empty.

I just moved to the City and needed a new dentist, and I happened upon Tribeca Dental Care when looking for dentists close to the subway line. I saw that the reviews were good, and since I was just going for a cleaning, I decided to give them a shot. Im so so glad I did!!! Everyone (the receptionist, the tech, the hygenist, and the Dr.) were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and considerate. Ive never had any sort of medical experience in which everyone was so nice. The hygenist did a fantastic job on my teeth, and he even took the time to actually explain my X-rays to me!!! I am so glad I found them, and I will definitely be sticking with them.
My Invisalign process is going good so far, had a follow up re-scan after completing my first phase and 1st set of trays. Some more work to be done just waiting on my 2nd set of trays to begin phase 2. So the experience is good so far. The dentists and staff is very friendly and professional.

Wonderful place. I got a root canal here, and like everyone, I dreaded a root canal. But Tribeca Dental made it pleasant and remarkably painless. They’ve been my dentist for a decade, doing implants, cleanings, and other dental work, and they’ve been nothing but terrific, from the doctors to the front desk staff. Highly recommended!
I love this place. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They lower the pressure of coming to a dentist! And thanks to them, I do flossing regularly and I switched to the electronic toothbrush and they made a big difference in my dental hygiene overall. I also had a root canal treatment here and it was painless both for my teeth and for my mind 😁 Also, they are very patient and kind with immigrants who don’t speak English very well. Thank you for that 🙏 I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a new dental place.
Every time I’ve come in for a cleaning has been a great experience...and who says that about going to the dentist?! Seriously, everyone from receptionists to hygienists to dentists have wonderful over the years. I almost didn’t leave a review, because it’s always been easy to make an appointment and I selfishly don’t want Tribeca Dental Care to get too popular! :)
One of the best dentists experiences Ive ever had! Im a very nervous patient when it comes to my teeth and they made sure to be as gentle as they needed with me and explain everything as they went. Absolutely love their empathy and patience and am actually looking forward to going back!

If, like myself, you find yourself searching for a new dentist in the area, I can not recommend Tribeca Dental Care highly enough. Everyone I have interacted with thus far has been been extremely thorough, efficient and friendly.
I live in TriBeCa, and needed to find a dentist to treat a toothache/gum issue on a time-sensitive basis. Although I am not a current patient, Tribeca Dental Care was able to accommodate me with a next-day appointment. Every staff member I interacted with - from the front desk staff, to Dr. Dorfman and Fabian the hygienist - was polite, super-friendly, professional, genuinely concerned about my issue, and happy to answer my questions during and after my treatment. 24 hours post my visit, I am feeling much better, and am very appreciative of the terrific care I received from Dr Dorfman and Fabian.
I am starting my Invisalign process with Tribeca and plan to do all other dental services with them. I recently had a cleaning and it was EXCELLENT. The front desk staff along with the hygienists and dentists are VERY friendly, social, and knowledgable. I can always appreciate honest people who are genuinely nice. Of all offices I consulted with in the city for dental procedures, they were by far the best priced and friendly. I am EXTREMELY leery of dental/health offices in the city due to bad experiences but they DEFINITELY are not one of the offices to worry about. I trust them and their recommendations fully. Excited about my journey with them!
This is the best dentist Ive gone to period. The staff are friendly (and they remember you), and they were very transparent and open about everything. They even helped me work through the best way to save money on dental if I did not have insurance and truly have done the most thorough job of any dentist Ive been to. I cannot say enough good things and the best part? No wait! Ive been 3 times and each time Ive been seen within 5 minutes of my appointment.
I had a great experience with Tribeca Dental Care. I called them due to a dental emergency and even as a new patient they got me in right away to be seen. I received excellent care from the entire TDC staff who were efficient, professional and caring. Their office is spotless and they are taking all COVID-19 precautions so I felt very comfortable being there for my appointment.

It was very convenient to schedule an appointment. I went there after work for a routine cleaning. I havent had one in a while so I felt a little nervous. I was in a room within 10-15 few minutes after checking in at 6pm and I was out the door by 7. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Id definitely go back to Tribeca Dental for all my future care.
I’m blown away. I’ve been going to the same dentist in FiDi for 13 years only to find out that my teeth had not been properly taken care of by my dentist. Even though I brush, floss and use Waterpik each night, it was up to the hygienist and dentist to make sure that I didn’t have any calculus in between my teeth. What a difference in service, care, and knowledge. My former dentist said that area on my gums was receding, but that was not the case. My gums are healthy, it was caused by my former dentist and hygienist missing these calculus pockets in between a few of my teeth, during my exams, X-rays, and cleanings. How could this be possible? Thank you Dr. Dorfman and my new hygienist. I’m very pleased with my new dentist and her team. They get 4 stars from me and Downtown Magazine. Ps. I arrived at the wrong time, like 3 hours early. Not sure how I did this. The staff was patient, understanding, and actually even though they were busy found room for me. What positive and caring staff from the front desk throughout. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Tribeca Dental Care!
I appreciate the time and patience the hygienist takes with my teeth. They walk you through every step. They are not overly aggressive where you’re mouth hurts after. They are super thorough and really educate you on best practices for your teeth.The front desk is super helpful.
Above and beyond Staff and Service! I had (8) top Veneers, Molar Overlay, and finally my Bottom teeth Whitened. All I can say is WOW! I look younger because the Veneers help to uplift my upper-lip. People refer to it as a Min Face Lift! So I came out with the highest Professional Service, and I look YOUNGER! I would say this Dentist has the best Service, but more importantly they made me feel good, and I look better!

I highly recommend this practice! And if you are a person that cant handle pain, then this is really the place to go. This practice will make you love going to the Dentist. My first visit the place was clean they follow covid social distance protocol. I was in and out. Their service is impeccable. Everyone is friendly. I love it there. Happy I came in to see Dr. Nicole Khalife about an old filling that was giving out. Got it fixed on the spot as painlessly as can be hoped for at a reasonable price. Im always a pretty nervous patient but everyone did a great job putting me at ease.
I found TriBeCa Dental Care through a random ad when I was searching prices for Invisalign after a consult elsewhere had me seeing stars. Since TDC works exclusively with Invisalign, they receive a healthy discount so I got a great rate.Everything from scheduling a consult, (and having to reschedule because of my busy schedule) the actual consult, and dental scan (the machine they use to 3D scan your teeth is so weird and cool!) went smoothly. The staff is so friendly and amazing, and my consult was thorough and informative.They aren’t just trying to make money, they really went through a step by step process, answering any and all questions I had, and being completely transparent (like the Invisalign trays!) through the whole process. I would ABsolutely recommend them to anyone looking for anything from cleanings and standard dental care to Invisalign.

(Invisalign review, if you are having doubts read this review) 1 started this journey a few months ago when I finally said I’m going to get my teeth fixed. I had an accident when I was younger and it’s been in the back of my mind. I had seen over the years 10+ orthodontists and 2 surgeons which suggested surgery, and all of they wanted to charge me crazy amounts of money, but non instilled confidence that I would achieve my goals. I also tried byte and smile direct, they really only fix the cosmetic issues on the front teeth, not any hard issues or rear teeth. I started googling, out of frustration and I found Tribeca Dental, I didn’t know what it was going to cost, but the receptionist was able to get me right in for a consult. The original dentist told me that I really needed braces, and gave me a referral to another orthodontist. I consulted with the orthodontist they recommended and it was the same issue, high price and didn’t give me confidence. I decided to go back to Tribeca Dental, and this time requested that I see Dr. Alla Dorfman DDS, she had very strong recommendations online. She put me at complete ease and made me feel comfortable that I was in the right hands. The treatment was a fair price ($3500 for the full treatment), so I decided to start. I picked up my first set of Invisalign retainers today, they showed me the scans of what my teeth will look like, and if they look like that when they are done I will be very happy. Also the receptionist and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. So far so good. :)Update 1:Week 2. I had to have attachments put on. It took about an hour, and they are barely noticeable. I was concerned after the first week I might stop wearing the retainers. After the 2 weeks I got used to them and feel confident that I will see it through. I’m on week 3 now, and I’m already seeing progress, which is exciting.Update 2: I am now on my last trays for the major moves, my teeth looks great so far. I will be going in on Monday to have my teeth checked and rescanned. I really didn’t think I was going to be able to be responsible with wearing them 24/7 when I first started, but after a week or two of forcing myself to be responsible, it became second nature. My teeth were not that bad aesthetically (so I thought) when I started just some crowding (though I had a major bite issue), I really didn’t realize how little I smiled because of that insecurity, I smile a lot more now. Can’t wait to see DDS Dorfman on Monday!Update 3: So we are now about 10 months into the process of Invisalign , and the results have far surpassed my expectations, what I had been told by other specialists, was the process would take 2-4 years because my bite issue and would cost a minimum of 2.5x the amount that Dr. Alla Dorfman charges. That being said, Dr. Doctor Dorfman has got to be one of the best Doctors in the city , her attention to detail and quality of work is supreme, and I can be a tough customer. Not to mention her office staff Diana and Jessie , have always been very warm and welcoming; and easy to schedule appointments and check ups. :) Tribeca Dental is by far the most accommodating dentists I’ve ever been too , and I have literally never waited more then 5 minutes to see Dr. Dorfman, even if I was late or early.
I am a regular with Dr Alla Dorfman. She is a very good professional and also carrying and understanding of your needs. She is indeed a quality healthcare provider. Also can not recommend enough the hygienist that work with Doctor Dorfman. They are fantastic and do provide a professional in depth cleaning.
Just started my Invisalign treatment with Dr Dorfman. She came very highly recommended. From day one she was accommodating, informative, and super meticulous about my plan. I really appreciate her taking the time to go over all of my questions and making sure I will be happy with my results. Of course, it’s a commitment that’s heavily based on my diligence, but makes it easier knowing that I can always count on Dr Dorfman to address any concerns or just for a motivation push!
Nice place. The price for the trays is very reasonable. Its less expensive than most other places. They are very fast as well. Only have to wait about 10 min for the doc to call you in. However, the reason I took one star off is because the new set of trays after ur done with all the others usually take 2 weeks to come in. You have to wear one tray until the others come in. Otherwise, I really enjoy coming here.

Everyone I interacted with was very warm and helpful. Jessica and Diana were particularly helpful with speaking to my insurance and figuring out exactly what would be covered. They even supported me with finding an in-network dentist for my insurance, to see if it would save me money/might be worth considering. Ultimately I stuck with them although they were out of network, and am glad I did. Great people there.

Very wonderful office setting with a very short wait time and an amazingly friendly staff. During my consultation for Invisalign, spoke with the staff member about literally everything that I would have to know and any and all questions that I had were answered. Then I had my scan and pictures taken and spoke with DR. Dorfman about my bite, my gaps, and a tooth that was giving me a hardtime. From the front desk to the dentists and hygienists, The entire team at Tribeca Dental Care is stellar! I’m used to having one dentist and one hygienist and was hesitant about the interchange of staff here. However, the fluidity of the skilled professionals at this practice is like a well oiled machine. So far I’ve seen 3 different dentists and 3 hygienists and loved them all! They’re young, yet skilled, warm, friendly and get done what’s needed. Thankfully I haven’t needed any serious work done yet but so far Im glad I made the move.

I started Invisalign in January 2021 to get my teeth aligned during Covid. I started my search on google and saw that Tribeca Dental Care had the lowest price online. It seemed a bit too low (especially for nyc) so I called to see if there were any hidden charges and if they would quote anything different after the initial consultation. The person I talked to reassured me that the cost would be the same regardless of the case. That gave me more confidence to set up an appointment for an initial consultation.During the initial consultation, Diana took the time to walk me through everything about Invisalign and what I can expect. She actually had finished the Invisalign treatment herself so it was helpful to get her first hand experience with it. During the same appointment, the dentist (Dr. Gao) evaluated my teeth and gave me a professional and realistic judgement on what can be achieved with Invisalign. I was surprised to learn that there is a lot more to Invisalign than what I read online or heard through peers. It didnt take long for me to trust Tribeca Dental with my Invisalign treatment, so I signed up with them on the spot.As of writing this review, I had a follow-up Invisalign checkup, a dental cleaning, a dental checkup, and scheduled another appointment to take care of some newly discovered cavities. All of this in a period of 2 months! Im so proud of myself for being proactive and taking my dental care seriously. Its a real testament to the attentive staff at Tribeca Dental care that I no longer have any hesitation to go to the dentist! I called a few dentist before choosing Tribeca Debral care, reason being the receptionists warm and kind demeanor on the phone. However, when u arrive I found it a bit unprofessional. One reception was eating her lunch at the check-in desk that reeked of fish, and loudly gossiping about her life, its no wonder she kepted calling out the wrong names of the patients.I found my technicition however kind and he seemed to know what he was doing. Dont know if I would visit to get real dental work, my visit was to get fitting for Invisalign hope they match my scans with the right name, especially if its in the hands of the front desk. # unprofessional
Tribeca is hands-down the best dental clinic I have ever been to. I unexpectedly broke a tooth and was able to get an appointment within days. Dr. Khalife and Dr. Choi were both amazing. They were very patient with my questions and I never felt rushed.Unfortunately, I do not have dental insurance, but Diana was terrific working with me to find a payment plan that worked for me.

Each time I have visited, the entire staff has been welcoming and helpful. Scheduling is simple. There was barely a wait time whenever I arrived. During my most recent procedure, Dr. Leonetti kept checking if I was doing okay and kept me aware of any possible discomforts. Overall, everyone is very kind and informative, and this office is great for those going to the dentist for the first time as an adult (me, haha).

The staff over there is very nice and accepting and when I walked in they made me feel really comfortable. Afterward, I met Dr. Dorfman. She took very good care of me, was very knowledgeable in what she was doing and was very sweet. I’ve had two root canals and crowns and it was just a great experience. I found Tribeca Dental Care when I was googling low cost options for Invisalign. TDC quoted $3500 (whereas my normal dentist quoted $7500). I figured it was too good to be true--it wasnt! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The office is modern and clean. You can tell everyone enjoys working there. They are professional and answered every single question I had. Theyve helped me feel confident about my Invisalign treatment. I received my trays in the timeframe they stated. Theyve been great about scheduling follow-up appointments with me (its been easy for my to get 6pm appts after work). Im happy every time I go there, and have been recommending them for anyone who asks me about my Invisalign. FYI they do accept FSA for Invisalign payment.

A terrific staff, organize and friendly, took care of me right away from the moment i got to the front desk. Everything was done in a timely manner and i came in during my hour lunch break and it didnt even take up my whole hour, 25mins to spare. Dr. Khalife was really nice and took her time to explain while answering my questions during my consultation. Overall, it was one of the best if not the best and most professional experience i had going to a dental office or any medical office.

Unfortunately, Ive had several issues with this office. I was excited to start my Invisalign treatment here but its turned into a nightmare. The receptionists are very hard to communicate with and schedule appointments, oftentimes messing up the days or miscommunicating important Insurance info. You rarely see Dr. Dorfman. Shes never in the office and when she is, she keeps her checkins with you VERY brief. They miscommunicated insurance info to me and refused to help me. Its been an unfortunate experience so far. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Tooth pulled Tuesday August 20th . They see you on your appointment. They are professional and gentle with a scary cat like myself .I love them honestly. My dentist I thought was 12 and I asked him in a nice way. He was the greatest and sp gentle. I will be back.My experience at the dentist hasnt always been fqavorable for me. I knew once I heard one of medical assistants that answer the phone I would go. She made me feel comfortable and her voice was so pleasant I was like I will try at least once.Since I work in Lower Manhattan I wanted something fairly close. When I heard Canal I was like okay I will see. I was seen a few minutes after my appointment the Dentist Assistant teeth was beautiful that helped with the visual. The office is clean and everyone was very kind to me.The dentist was a nice beautiful black hair gentle woman . I asked her questions about other alternatives she was honest and gave me good advice. I dont feel she was trying to take all my money .I loved how the medical assistant told me about the expense. I wanted to cry. I was like gee wiz more money I dont have. She was so pleasant and clear I really couldnt be upset.I am a real scary goose when it comes to the dentist but I would definitely recommend anyone to come hereI am a Social Gerontologist and I have seniors that ask me where they can go to dentist. I will let them know cone here. The only down side is though there arent a lot of steps and there could be a elevator. There are over ten steps or a few more to walk down to the office.Thats the only downside for some older adults . That have canes or walkers. Besides that I am still giving 5 stars. Next appointment is in s few weeks and I will be there.

I went in for a regular cleaning. They said that they are responsible for taking a full mouth X-ray if I havent had one done in a while, which I didnt. They found one tooth that required a root canal. I did not experience any pain or discomfort with that tooth, so I decided to wait and asked for the pricing with my insurance. This is where it gets bad.. they gave me a completely unrealistic price for a porcelain crown. The price for the root canal therapy itself seemed about right, but the crown was priced more than twice the actual price that I ended up paying at a difference place. I also checked with my insurance prior to getting the root canal done, and they confirmed a much lower price for the crown.BEWARE this place haggles people and charges false prices. If you have insurance, your insurance sets the prices which you can easily check by calling their customer service.

I got my Invisalign done at Tribeca Dental and they were amazing. Dr. Dorfman and her staff were so helpful and friendly.I ended up needing extra Invisalign trays because my teeth were not completely straight when I finished my 24 weeks. I was able to get 12 more weeks of trays free of charge to get my teeth to the point where I was totally happy with them. Most offices will charge you extra if you end up needing more trays but not they didn’t. The entire procedure was $3500 which was much cheaper than the other places I looked. I would recommend Tribeca Dental to anyone interested in Invisalign or any other dental needs.

I had the latest appointment around 6 PM and let me tell you, the energy in there was above 100%. Wow! Great dental work too btw. They went all out on my teeth. I felt special!

I needed a new dentist in NYC. The whole team was so amazing! I always hate dental cleanings but they applied numbing gel and the whole process was seamless.
I havent had such great service in a dental office in years! They took no less than about 18 shots of my teeth for xrays at all different angles. Afterward, the hygienist spoke to me at length about problematic areas and small issues that could eventually develop into larger problems. They even recommended a course of treatment to try before the dreaded drill. By the time the dentist came in to look at me, I felt as though I already had a very thorough exam!The entire staff and friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions about treatment, as well as prices on elective treatments, such as Invisalign. I got a little dental goodie bag when it was all said and done. I couldnt have been happier!
Really great place, I do love the service and the workers as they are awesome. I think they do care a lot.One thing, don’t buy the stuff they think is going to be beneficial to you in the clinic. While I do believe them, they sold me a product, their price is 150% more than online. Buy them elsewhere.
Ive been a patient here for about a year now and I have absolutely no complaints. Dr. Michael always finds the best solutions to attend to your needs and helps you out in every way he can. I definitely recommend coming here to all my friends!
They are very dishonest and scam. Dont rely on what they are claiming about themselves. I went to their office for a FREE CONSULTATION on July 31, 2019. Instead they charged my insurance for examination without telling me. When I called them and queried about the charges, at first they said we are taking from your quota and you are not paying for it. When I told them about what they mean by free consultation, they said they will try to reverse my insurance charges and if they couldnt they would pay me back that $50 dollar. In between, I called them couple of times and they said they are in the process of reversing. They never did any of those till now (Feb 26, 2020). Insurance told me that they never try to reverse the charges.
Brought my dad in today, he is not an internet or review guy but he had a great experience getting a root canal with Dr Choi as crazy as that sounds, he saw Dr GAO for the permanent filling right after who did a great job. Today he saw Dr Dorfman for a crown prep and he was very satisfied.
This place always try to rob u. Once they get the money they will be rude as possible if u want to change schedule or anything else. I paid money for my brace Nd later they found something inside my gym nd literally forced me to pay for under gum cleaning. Also their brace doesn’t good enough. They gave me 16+11+11 pairs of braces.
Dr. Leonetti and all the staff were very helpful and professional. They were able to schedule me for an immediate appointment and were very accommodating. The office is clean, and I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist
Ive only ever had good experiences here. Everyone is so nice and understanding. But theyre also honest with you and they do great work. I dont plan on going anywhere else as long as Im in NYC.
I usually hate going to the dentist. Its not the pain (minimal) or the expense (necessary). Its the condescending attitude that so many dentists give off.TDC is not like that. They treated me like an adult, were prompt and helpful, and gave good tips that Ive stuck with. Indeed, I even learned what the problems were rather than a simple you should take better care of your teeth. Do this, do that, and check back in six months: instructions that even a neanderthal like myself can follow.Beyond that, the location is perfect (right off the subway and centrally located) and clean. I really appreciated being able to see my X-Rays, problem areas, and such on the screen. The fact that I could watch TV while getting my cleaning didnt hurt, either.I will be going back again, of that I am sure.
I just got my tooth pulled and am so satisfied with the quality of care I received. It was no easy procedure, but everyone made everything as painless and comfortable as possible, from reception to sending me away.
Love tribeca dental care! Been coming here for years. Quality experience + nicest staff. Always look out for the customer.

2022-05-24Tribeca Dental is great! They make regular cleanings easy and quick, and they often call to remind you you have a cleaning coming up. My dental hygienist, Opal, was absolutely lovely. Her bedside manner and thoughtfulness made the entire process surprisingly enjoyable and pain free.

Especially the main dentist (forgive me I can’t remember his name) and two ladies on front desk.Will definitely be back if ever in NYC again :)

2022-08-11As someone with some dental anxieties, I am especially grateful to have found this outstanding practice. Each and every member of the team is incredibly caring and sensitive (the moment you enter the office, Jessica and Diana make you feel warmly welcomed like family) and their impressively thorough hygienists and brilliant dentists are wonderfully patient with questions and explanations. Today, as a result of their outstanding training and experience, my teeth and gums are doing really great. And so I plan to stay with this wonderful practice FOREVER. (A special shout out to hygienist Fabian and to Dr Gao who have made seeing the dentist a positive experience for me, something years back I never would have imagined possible.) They have a great team, place is clean and modern, patients are happy, they listen carefully and consider patient concerns and the services are professional and top notch. 2022-08-20From the moment I walked into the practice, everyone was wonderful. I had X-rays and cleaning so far. The ladies at the front desk were the best and the hygienist walked me through everything she did, she was gentle and friendly. I will definitely be going back

2022-05-19I have not got a procedure from them yet but they have given me two free consults with full xrays including a 3d scan of one tooth when I went in a second time cause of a concern. all for free.They found a problem 2 or 3 other dentists missed- 1 who was paid by insurance and still missed this urgent matter on my normal check up. this is a big deal. not all dentists are the same quality.they see me immediately and on time and the entire staff is warm and friendly. after they spent so much time with me talking about the procedures I had to cut it short cause of another obligation but I appreciate how they offered me so much time!I absolutely am going to them for the original treatment we discussed as soon as I deal with this other issue which I have to go to a specialist for. I am so thankful for them for catching it.

Everytime Im seen, all my concerns are genuinely talked through and every individual is kind from the reception to the medical staff. I pay out of pocket to see them because of how amazing they are and they really go above and beyond.
