Have been going to this dental business for over 30 years . Simply the best staff and practitioners in the area. Dr. Underwood takes his time explains everything and does outstanding dental surgery and work. Just had a root canal and it was superb. Cannot say enough about this organization. Outstanding!

He and his staff are kind and compassionate; and more importantly, theyre efficient and effective. Our entire family has been coming to this practice for dacades. Dr. Shakun is precise, creative and perfection-truely Gods gift to dentistry. He will not accept any outcome but perfection. Dr. Shakun plays Baroque music during the appointment to ease my anxiety. He always takes time to explain the procedure in advance and genuinely cares about how we feel after the treatment. Having him working on my teeth is like to let the perfection unfold itself...The fact is that our family travels 4-5 hours to be seen by him. YES. Also need to mention that the staff are so warm, professional and competent. They treat us like family and always try their best to accomodate our traveling. This past Tuesday, I was able to observe them interact with other patients and they were extremely helpful to various needs. I absolutely LOVE and TRUST the practice. Highly recommend!!
When my wife came down with MS our former Dentist could not accommodate her any more because she could not do stairs. Dr. Salomons came highly recommended and he has a ground level entrance! No Stairs, No Ramp and his office staff has Always been very polite and considerate of our needs. Even to the point of updating the rest room! When things got even worse for Carol his staff and he would help transfer her to the dentist chair. I could go on and on about the quality of work that comes out of this office, even to making a cap while you wait! This morning I had a problem and within 4 hours I was in his chair! I am sure this does not happen all the time but he made room for a patient to be seen and that speaks volumes as far as I am concerned.
Dr. Underwood is top notch. Saved me a lot of money by trying to save my tooth before jumping to a root canal. You dont see that most places.
Michelle is one of the best hygienists I have ever been to! Dr Salomons is one of the nicest dentists I have ever had. Never ever a bad experience here!

2022-04-02Dr. Salomons addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions with a clear explanation. He is very professional and gentle. I am very pleased with his work. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Triple Cities Family Dental!

2021-11-16This off was very kind and caring to my late husband. Darrel had Parkinson and many other health problems. The office is the only one Im aware of that cares about your health. My husband had to get approval from his kidney doctor and heart doctor before they would see him. Any time they do work I was told by staff it can effect your body. Dr. Underwood loved Darrel and was great as was his hygienist. Dr. Underwood was very kind to me after I lost Darrel to covid last year. I went to see him about a tooth maybe back in September. I dont live far from them, but because of foot surgery Im slow. I was late for my appointment but he still saw me and took care of my tooth.

2021-06-28Due to insurance purposes this is one of the providers in the area who accepts Cigna DHMO. Although recently renamed they have been around for quite some time. I scheduled a cleaning after having a smile makeover and being hesitant with what to expect, my hygienist Sarah was amazing. She listened with care and took her time to explain the cleaning process. By request she used non-abrasive paste and the outcome was great. I would definitely recommend her! Receptionist staff was welcoming and warm; although there may have been some miscommunication among staff about the insurance rep Diane contacting me back about coverage/pricing for a night guard. I ended up calling back a week later and getting the information needed that wasnt available to me the day of my cleaning. The Dr. who looked over my teeth after the cleaning was attentive and detailed.

2020-12-19Extremely capable and caring staff (dentists, hygienists, and front desk crew) who deliver the goods repeatedly. Ive been going there for 15 years, providing me with well over two dozen instances of exceptional service. Been especially fortunate to have the always-chipper and attentively pleasant Michelle as my hygienist, and the very kind and professional Dr. Underwood as my dentist. Always reliable & flexible with scheduling, plus thorough & honest with their attention to detail. They treat you like family. Cant recommend enough!

2021-10-20My previous dentist recently retired and I had to find a new one in an emergency situation. I couldnt have been treated better. From calling reception to make the appointment to being greeted and checked out, the care from the dental hygienist and Dr. Underwood absolutely bending over backwards to get me fixed up, I cannot say enough good things about this office.

2021-12-06Im so glad I found this office after my dentist of over 30 years retired. The level of care and treatment is top notch. I never felt rushed and everything was thoroughly explained by Dr. Soloman. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful.

2019-06-04If only I could rate 10 stars I would. Hands down this is the BEST dental operation anywhere. They take you in on time and I have never waited more than 10 minutes. The staff in the reception area are knowledgeable and so pleasant. Dr. Salomons is amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. On occasion I have been taken care of by the other dentists and they too are great. All in all, you cannot find a better dental practice.

2019-10-03I’m a big fan of Dr. Salomons. Professional and friendly, he really seems to care for his patients (he even came in on an off day once to help me with a toothache). I went to an orthodontist once to get something checked, and unasked he said he saw great dental work (That Dr. Salomons had done - I thought that was a good endorsement from an expert; I can further assert that I’ve never had any problems with my dental work, which includes crowns). The hygienists and office staff have also been great and thus I’ve been coming here for years and plan to continue.
