Had Triple O come over to fix a leaky drain pipe and Wes was the technician they sent. The entire experience from my initial call to the finished repairs was fantastic. Wes was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was friendly, polite, and performed the repairs in a timely matter. The price was great and we talked about future work that I was interested in and a quote would be coming regarding that in with my paperless invoice. Great experience, will definitely be calling them first for any future work.
Furnace died for last time with 0 degrees outside. Salesman Fred came quickly got me financed and furnace options. Within hours Nate was here installing my new furnace. He was great with my dogs and cat. He even cleaned everything up and explained my new furnace and thermostat to me. I have never had such quick, friendly, wonderful service. Thank you so much guys!!! Called Triple O after another HVAC company was quoting a 2 week wait list before being able to diagnose my furnace not starting. Triple O were able to send someone out the next day. Cole was able to quickly diagnose and fix my issue while explaining in detail what went wrong and how I can check myself for this issue in the future. Very happy with my experience with Triple O!
I reached out to Triple O when I noticed air circulating from our AC unit was room temperature, during the hottest week of the summer. They sent two techs out the next morning who quickly identified the problem and repaired it that day. They also cleaned out the AC unit where some dirt and leaves had accumulated. They were nice, quick, professional, and even entertaining to my curious 3 year old son who had to help. I would highly recommend Triple-O.
Justin and AJ came to perform maintenance on our AC unit which is 35 years old. They were VERY friendly and knowledgeable! Explained exactly what they were doing and why. I discovered Triple O as a result of a Google search for plumbers in my area to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. I contacted them via the Chat function on their website, expecting an appointment the next week. To my surprise I made an appointment for the next morning. Right on time the next morning, Dakota showed up and within minutes gave me a very reasonable estimate, which I accepted. I was shocked that he said he would to the repair right away. I had expected the work to be done in a few weeks. After he had fixed this problem my husband and I asked about a more complicated job. He looked it over and a very reasonable estimate and said he could do it the next day.My husband and were amazed at the quality and timeliness of the work. Because we live in a mobile home our options for working with companies that service our furnace is limited. Last year, right after we purchased our home our furnace broke and apparently needed to be replaced. Honestly, at this point I don’t know what to believe when Triple O comes to service us. We’ve worked with them for all of our issues and while there are some employees that are clearly trying their best to help we’ve had more problems than solutions. Most recently, our furnace started making this squeaking noise every time it turned on (which happened right before our furnace broke). Obviously, this made us nervous so we called Triple O to come check it out. After being in our home for hours, leaving for hours (with their stuff still in our house) without telling us where they were going or when they were coming back, and returning only to say they called a “bunch” of people and asked THEM about the noise and they said it was normal… our furnace stopped working a few days later. After that they returned (thankfully not charging us this time) and said they thought we were just out of oil… even though we had just filled it less than a month prior… a few days later… the furnace started working again. Now the noise is back and we’re back to square one with no help from Triple O and the same problem we had one month ago.
*UPDATE*The NEXT DAY I got a call from the most amazingly kind, empathetic, down to earth customer service rep. They back right back out and fixed everything theyd forgotten. They apologized so much and were very understanding. They even have me 10% off my bill. I will use them forever. They are VERY accountable for any errors made, which you cant find these days.The 2 young men who came were very friendly. I am generally happy but have a few frustrations for something so costly not being done 110%.1) They had to move my dryer to get the electric they needed, but didnt put it back, which was a huge hassle for me to have to do...2) they tracked dirt all over my house, only wearing their footie cover things half the time (basement floor is dirt)3) they left 3 of their vent covers on the vents and didnt even clean out those vents... Still covered in crud.
Justin A. performed my annual Furnace Maintenance and was really helpful. As a first time homeowner I was having issues with heating my rooms evenly. He showed me how to open and close the different flus in my venting, cleaned my air filter and checked out my thermostat. He gave me a lot of good advice. Ill definitely be having him come back every year to check things out!
We had both a gas furnace (for the main house) and a two-head mini-split (for an attached in-law apartment) installed last December. We just this week had them replace our 30-year old ac. We couldnt be happier with the service. Everyone we have talked/worked with was first rate. This is a company that truly cares about their customers.

Our furnace quit working on Sunday.When we called 1st thing Monday morning, Triple O responded with a service man within 2 hours. Sean was very very helpful and arranged to have the needed part next day aired in. We are quite happy with the service and will continue to deal with Triple O. Thanks for the good work and heat.

Every person we worked with from estimate to install was fantastic. We didn’t feel pressured by Brian when he came out to our house for the estimate. He clearly explained all of our options and what would work best for us. Only took a week for our equipment to come in and the guys were out first thing in the morning on install day. Took less than 3 hours and they did it all in the rain! They were neat and courteous, even brought their own drop cloths so they didn’t walk on our carpet! Overall we have been more than happy with our experience with Triple O and are enjoying our ice cold AC!!

Hot water heater burst on a Sunday. Everyone that I dealt with, from their weekend answering service, to the first call back in less than 5 minutes (Dave), to follow up call from the office on Monday (Nicole), and to the technicians (Brad and Jake) were great. Shane was very nice. He politely listened to all my concerns and answered me coherently and with patience. He is a remarkable craftsman. He installed all the plumbing for my relocated laundry room as well as the dryer vent. I am very pleased with his work. I will be a Triple O customer from now on. I alsohad a new electrical line and outlet put in by Isaiah who also did an excellent job. Both Shane and Isaiah maintained a sunny attitude despite working on a day when most people had off for the holiday.

From the beginning with the salesperson Fred, to the end with the installers Nate and (sorry, I forgot the others installers name) was absolutely the best service! Johnny and Jeff did a great job on replacing our electrical panel. Several other companies did not respond to our request but Triple OOO answered our call on the first attempt. They sent Johnny out within 24 hours to check things out and the work was scheduled within two weeks. These guys were friendly and efficient. They did the work within the estimated time frame and left our home clean and tidy. Johnny explained everything to us about the operation of the panel and the one year guarantee. He answered all our questions. We will definitely use Triple OOO again.

Repaired my AC compressor problem. They were able to come to my home the same day that I called. Thoroughly checked my system and diagnosed the problem quickly. All the recent rain proved to be too much for my sump pump. Triple-O had a new pump and piping up and running by the afternoon. The office staff provided exceptional customer service and Dave was prompt, kind and thorough. Repaired faulty shower control valve. Repair person was prompt, courteous, and efficient. My only complaint is that the charge for the replacement parts was very high, considerably more than prices advertised online.Update on 2/19: Triple-0 followed up with me about this and I had a friendly and cordial conversation about this. A few days later, I got a call telling me that they were refunding an appropriate amount of the cost of the parts. This leaves me completely satisfied with the company, for their work on this occasion as well as other times weve used them in the past. And also impressed by their customer service.

We had a great experience from the very first phone call, scheduling the estimate to the service. We had an electrical problem in our home over the weekend and contacted Pat Flattery. He said he would have someone call us on Monday to set up an appointment with an electrician. True to his word I received a call around 9 am from Nicole. She said she was sending someone out to fix the problem. When Brandon arrived he listened to me describe what was going on with the electric and quickly got to work. In less than an hour, he found and fixed the problem! He was very professional, efficient and respectful. Based on our experiences with Triple O, we highly recommend them.

I needed a water heater replaced. Triple O gave me a estimate and answered the many questions I had. I also had a small leak in the pipe coming from the old tank so they squeezed me in the next day which was my day off work so I didnt lose time. Back in July I ended up being on a travel quarantine and working from home I contacted Triple-O on a Thursday and asked about their Mitsubishi ductless system. I have been thinking about it for a few years but since being stuck working at home for 2 weeks with only window air conditioners in 90° weather it was the perfect time to have one installed. I received a quote on a Friday and they installed the system the following Wednesday what a difference from having window air conditioners the system cooled the house within minutes. Now that winter is settling in Ive started using the heat and it is just as great as the AC it warms the house within a few minutes. I should have gotten the system years ago but glad I invested in the system now. Triple-O was great to work with!

I needed a short piece of copper tubing for a repair at my house. The big box store would be happy to sell me a 50 coil of tubing but I needed less than 2. I decided to stop in at Tripple O to see if they could. They sure did help. Nicole, the receptionist, went right work. She contacted the Service Manager. He went into the back room and came back with the perfect solution to my problem. This was the second time that I dealt with Tripple O and I cannot express what a great experience it has been. Not very good with communication. Do not think they are very good at the plumbing aspect of the business. Had to cut a hole in my dining room ceiling to finish the drain. Apparently repairing the ceiling was not part of the deal. Now I have to get another contractor to fix that. Patrick with ooo has picked up the ball and running with it. Getting a contractor to repair ceiling and also going out of his way to help get tub walls which have been backorder for months. Patrick was very apologetic for lack of communication and I feel he sincerely wants to make things right. Just to clarify, I had no issue with the workers they were all very professional and helpful.
I called originally to schedule a Furnace cleaning for my 2 furnaces. After scheduling the appt. I called back to ask for someone to come out and review Duct Cleaning/Humidity/Air purification with me. For both requests, Triple0 was very quick to respond and accommodate.When Pat, the Project Manager, came out to review what they had, I asked A TON of questions and he answered them all. I decided to have both furnaces retrofit with a humidifier, both sides of house Duct Cleaning and added iWave Air Purifier to 1 of the furnaces. Pat called the main office and added these services to my Furnace Cleaning appt to happen in 3 days time... nice turn-around.It is now a day past all services being rendered and I have to say I am very happy with the results. The true test will be this winter for the humidifiers and Air Purifier. As for their Techs, Jeff and A.J., who provided the service were AWESOME/Top Notch. They were on time, clean, polite and took the time to review everything with me first, communicate during and answer all my annoying questions (says my wife).Anyway, I am super happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Update: Another great experience with the Triple O team. AC died and they bent over backwards to get me taken care of. Bought a propane furnace around 9 years ago and have had them maintain service and repair. Am happy this far with them this far.. Recommended giving them a try if you have not. And see for yourself.
Plumbing Issue .Called Sunday about 3pm and was greeted by a Gentleman! (no voicemail)! I was so shocked I did not get his name!! Told him our kitchen drain was clogged at the basement drain. He asked if i needed them that day. I said no, but as soon as possible maybe Monday. Heather called (she is great) Monday morning, and said she would have someone there Monday afternoon. Dave arrived, as promised, and did an excellent job. It was a tough job with having to snake the drain about 25 feet to clear the clog, He did great despite the heat of the job and a mask on always.We have had Triple O for our HVAC check and now the kitchen drain. They are amazing. Happy on the phone, Happy on the job.You need an HVAC or Plumber...Call Triple O.

I hired Triple0 for a plumbing job at a new build. My experience was not good. Communication was poor between the manager and I and the guy assigned to be the lead on our project was not competent. There were several projects that had to be redone because of his decisions. Finally a second guy was assigned to take the lead and I was completely satisfied with his job performance. That is why I gave Triple 000 three stars. Otherwise I would have given a lower rating. UPDATE: After posting this review, I was promptly contacted by Triple0 and able to discuss my experience and concerns. They listened intently and took my situation seriously and acted upon it promptly. I am grateful. Several conversations later, I am fully confident my negative experience will lead to changes that will help other people have better ones. I am building an new bedroom at the opposite end of my house from my furnace and hired Triple OOO to install a bigger furnace, upgrade the supply ductwork to a bigger size and run an air return to the new bedroom. Pat and Nate were professional, polite, did great work and wanted to make sure all my questions and concerns were met. They worked with me on scheduling when the work would happen and were very quick with the installation process. They always made sure that the heat was back on for the night and couldnt be happier with their work. At the end they adjusted all my dampers in my house and my house is warmer than its ever been. I would highly recommend Triple OOO.
Out of transparency my first review was 4/5 stars. The service guys were great in explaining out options and during install very helpful and professional. There was a little issue with communication for scheduling the instal but when I posted the review the marketing person reached out and was super kind, listened to my concerns and validated my feelings. The thing is the world doesnt operate at 100% all the time every time. Systems arent fool proof and people arent robots and the biggest thing anyone can do is strive to improve and I was very impressed that Triple O cares about the people in their community and are open to feedback! At the end of the day Triple O was a great company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. We will be using them in the future.
Both my furnace and air conditioning failed I called Triple-O on Monday and by Friday afternoon both units were replaced and installed. I called Triple-O to handle some installation work for an AC unit. They gave helpful information and followed up about a week later to make sure I was all set. At that time I scheduled an appointment to have the work done.The technician who performed the work was on time (Right in the middle of their one-hour window), clean, friendly, well-prepared, and performed the work exactly as I wanted it to be done. When he finished, there was no sign they were there except my nice cool house. Their paperwork and receipt was straightforward and emailed to me for easy record keeping. The price was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received.In the trades, client recommendations and reputation are everything. I would recommend their services without reservation.
Had Triple O come in and do an estimate on putting a Central Air system on our split level home. Had them do the work to find out it’s not cooling all the rooms in the house. It’s freezes the basement, barely keeps the main level cool and only cools the upstairs bathroom but not the bedrooms. Had them come out and clean the ducts and vents and still not cooling the house. Had them come back out and they said they checked everything and everything was good but said our heater furnace is out of date. Our furnace works fine for basement and upstairs. They get too hot when furnace is on. The main level hardly gets warm. Doesn’t sound like the furnace to me. So my husband asked them if they thought the furnace was bad in the first place then why didn’t they tell us this before putting all the money into just the AC unit. So now we have a Central Air system that doesn’t do what it’s suppose to do. So my family has to suffer through the heat at night. Very dissatisfied customer. We will be getting a second opinion and taking our business somewhere else.
Install was done well, but if youre financing Id recommend literally anyone else. They failed to bill the finance company they recommended and had me reapply for a much higher interest rate then previously talked about. I ended up having to go to the bank and applying for another loan hitting my credit score a third time. But its okay they offered me a cleaning on my brand new equipment. The only reason for 2 stars is the install team was good.
I called triple o when my landlord couldn’t get it it done I had raw sewage backed up in my basement. I spoke to Brad he fit me in that day and sent out Dave, he not only fixed the issue they blasted the roots to make sure it didn’t keep happening. Dave even cleaned up a lot of the mess in my basement. It was nice to have Brad call the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. In my experience they went above and beyondMarch 16 2021This is my second time using triple o. I received great service this time around. To my surprise Dave showed up again on time and ready to work hew was knowledgable and thorough. These guys are batting 1000 with me when it comes to plumbing work and would reccomend them.
Since we moved into our home five years ago, we have had a drainage problem with our kitchen sink. Despite snaking it every 6 months, it kept reoccurring. We finally called Triple0 and they sent an amazing young man to take care of our needs. He was efficient, kind, and thorough. He diagnosed a deeper problem and remedied it. We are so thankful!

I had a problem with my kitchen sink draining properly. Dave came in and looked at it and quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a perfect solution that didnt involve jackhammering my basement floor, on top of a simple solution her had it knocked out quickly. To cap it all off my sink now works perfectly! So very happy with the results!

Our fan/blower was making a loud noise, so we called Triple-O at the recommendation of a friend who told us Triple-O is the only company he would let do work on his house. Our gas fireplace had not worked for the last year. We called, they came the next day, fixed the switch, cleaned it and were done in less than an hour. The technician was very polite, thorough and careful to leave our home very clean.
On an excessively hot day, I called Triple O for service on my home AC unit. I was contacted by their tech Eric who stated he would be right there. Eric arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem and got our house cooled down. Our hot water heater went out this weekend. Brandon from Triple-O stopped out on Sunday to assess the situation and had a new tank delivered and installed on Monday. It was a special size tank (80 gallon) so I was extremely happy they were able to get one in so quickly. We worked with two crews at Triple-O this fall in a huge restoration project. We had brand new plumbing and HVAC systems installed in a 200+ year old farmhouse. From the time I called for a quote to the final visit, everyone on both teams were honest, friendly, prompt, and easy to reach when we had questions. Jamie (HVAC) and Brad (Plumbing) were awesome to work with. We called around for quotes from several other companies, and are very happy we chose Triple-O. Highly recommend their services.
I was very impressed with Kevin, who sold me my Mitsubishi split unit and the team who came out to install it. It’s made a huge difference in my new house. I moved into a home without ductwork and it had no air conditioning. For a very reasonable price, my entire down stairs has air. They were very professional, experienced and kind. I would highly recommend Triple O!!!
We are selling our home and closing date is 2 days away. I woke up this morning to find the water heater leaking. Called at 8:30 to see if they could help and they had it done before 11:00 am. Could not be happier.
I called Triple O to get an appointment for a furnace check and cleaning. They accommodated my request on a day off and within 3 days. Upon arrival the technician was very professional and identified himself. He proceeded to check the furnace and was done within the hour. I am so happy I called them and you will be too!
I had my air conditioning unit break in the middle of the summer. I called Triple-O and not only did they give me a great price, they were able to fit me in immediately! The installers were professional, friendly and left everything in better condition than they found it!
My father in law was having water issues in his basement. Leo came out and scoped the drain tile to diagnose problem. Quoted us a price for the job. Leo and Ryan returned to fix the issue. Resolved the problem with less work then originally quoted. Reduced quote by almost $800. Great to find an honest company that really honors customer service.Thank you, Hank

2022-04-28Triple O was a great company to work with from getting an estimate on the job to getting the installation done. Philip and Jose, the technicians did a great job installing our two air conditioning units. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the work they completed for us. They were very polite and respectful during their two days of the installation. They took the time to explain the remotes to us and made sure we understood how they worked the units. They answered all of our questions and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We will be using this company in the future with other services that they offer. Great job Triple O and Philip and Jose!!!!

2022-06-24This company had great reviews so they must do wonderful work but they’re is absolutely no excuse for wreck less driving. None! A person from your company pulled out recklessly before and intersection almost causing and accident and was weaving in and out of traffic getting right on top of peoples bumpers on 441 yesterday. There is never an excuse for this ever! Van 151. Hopefully the employer’s will take this seriously and talk to this person about safe driving.

2022-02-28Triple O came to look at a whole house humidifier that had not worked for years. They provided a very fair estimate and completed the job within about a week of the original inquiry. The installer was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. They also did a checkup on the furnace while they were here. I would recommend Triple O to anyone. I will absolutely use them for all my needs going forward.

Dave did my installation, not only did he do a fantastic job but he communicated every detail to me about what he was doing and why it had to be done. 2022-03-03I had an amazing experience with Triple O. The woman I spoke with on the phone made me feel at ease and scheduled me for service immediately. Then a gentlemen named Nate showed up to perform maintenance on our furnace. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I immediately felt like I was in good hands as he talked me through what he needed to do to get us up and running again. He had to run out to get a part from his shop and when he came back he brought me a hot coffee because I had casually mentioned that not only did our heat go out but my coffee maker also crapped the bed that morning. 2022-01-18Just moved into my house over the weekend when we had a heavy snow and my heating wasn’t working properly. I called Monday morning and they fit me in right away. The technicians were friendly, well educated, and professional. I had a great experience and their prices are reasonable! Very happy with the service and look forward to having them back to help me maintain my heating and cooling systems.

2022-02-25Whole experience was great. My hot water heater died unexpectedly and from leak to replacement was less than 48 hours. David did our quote and was great. Shane and Rico were our installers and took care of everything even moving my vent for me. I’ll definitely use Triple O again in the future! Thanks!

He guided me in the right direction for what I needed for my house. Then AJ and two other guys came to do the install. They were on time, clean and very professional.
