I could not say enough great things about TSA. No matter what level, ability, or age, Lou is a phenomenal teacher and mentor for all of his clients. If you want to start seriously training to become a better athlete or live and maintain a healthier lifestyle, TSA is the perfect place to start.
I must say the atmosphere of this gym is great. Coach Lou is one of the best around. I know when I come here Im going to get a great workout in. Triumph is unlike any other gym that I have been to in the past. Many people can read a couple articles or books and claim they understand fitness, but Coach Lou will put those people to shame. His vast amount of knowledge in all aspects of fitness is quite mind boggling. He truly understands what is necessary to help you reach your goals and I assure you you will not be disappointed if you give Triumph a shot. TSA NATION!!
Hands down Lou is the best Trainor I have ever worked with. When I started a year ago I was tottaly out of shape both mind and body. It’s a total package Lou puts together for you. If your willing to work hard he’s willing to work with you. The atmosphere is eclectic and no frills. Your training on your own with Lou’s direction but you are surrounded by young athletes, college bound athletes, middle age and us old people. If your really ready to consintrate on yourself this is the right place for you...
TSA is a one of a kind gym. I went to Lou halfway through high school and if it wasnt for him, I wouldnt be playing football in college now. Im not surprised with all the great news I hear about the place. Wish I wouldve started earlier than I did. Trust me, no one has it down better than Lou in the 845!
Triumpth is such a great thing for young athletes to be a part of. I joined when I was a freshman in high school and it was one of the best decisions of my life. It is perfect because Lou, the head trainer, will work with you to help you understand how to have proper form and become truly stronger. You wont do the potentially dangerous one rep maxes that high school kids will want to do because Triumph isnt about moving the most weight possible. It is about properly developing the strength and athletic ability that will directly correlate to a better in sport performance.
Since I started my strength training program at TSA I have never felt better in my entire life. I feel more energized, I am stronger than ever and I look better than I have in years. The workouts are quick no nonsense get it and get it done workouts and he eliminates all of the guess work out of the workout. TSA provides the workout, you provide the work and the results will come.
I went in to the gym with specific goals in mind and they have more than been met. There is a perfect balance between working hard and making improvements but not being hounded when life occasionally gets in the way. In short time Ive been attending, Ive gone 3 days a week and running 2 days a week for approximately 6 months and Ive gotten faster, more endurance and lost 20 lbs. Would definitely recommend to anyone but especially those that have specific goals or limitations.
Hands down the best gym in the Hudson Valley, I have spent the majority of my adult life as a couch potatoe, but as my 36th Birthday approached I knew I had to make some changes in my life. It took several months of being in my head before I came across an ad on Facebook offering a 21 day jumpstart program, offered by Triumph Stregnth and Athletics. That was September 2017, Ive been a member since. There is no BS in this place the best environment to make the change, The abundance of knowledge from Lou will change you and the way you think. Amazing Results I would recommend TSA to those willing to make the change! Thanks Lou youve helped to change me!

2021-09-01TSA fitness is a great place to work out.This is not a typical gym where one can stop by whenever and pump iron on some machines.Coach Lou Torres creates focused workouts that are done as a group. He has years of training experience that he applies to each member of his gym. It’s like having a personal trainer in a group setting.Over the months of training at TSA I’ve gone from flabby to fit. When I need help with a little motivation, Lou has seen it before. When I had pain in my hip, Lou helped me strengthen and overcome my weak spots.Five stars.

2021-08-23TSA is the perfect place to workout. Lou is so knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions for you. He is also great at breaking down exercises and explaining the “why” behind them. He also does a great job of creating a welcoming atmosphere for all. My favorite part is no matter what class I show up to, I always feel a part of a team.

2021-08-22As a 60-year-old man I was feeling the effects of not exercising regularly. I was 215 pounds on a 5‘7“ frame and decided it was time to create the healthy lifestyle I always said I wanted to live. I’ve been working with Lou at TSA for the past three months to get my body to the point where I am twice as flexible and twice as strong as I was since I started. His systematic approach to build the core muscles and integrated flexibility one step at a time has given me all the confidence I need to know I will be living that healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life. 2021-08-26I recently moved to the beacon area this may and quickly found TSA to be my new favorite gym. As a former competitive collegiate athlete, the workouts immediately resonated with me. Cardio, strength and everything in between! Lou is an awesome couch and does a great job explaining workouts and making everyone feel comfortable.side note: my peloton is currently collecting dust

2017-11-17My son, Lenny has been training with Lou for the last 4 years. Training is a part of my sons life that he truly enjoys. Not only has it benefited him physically, but the experience has also matured him. Lou is a great educator and is really knowledgeable; always open to talk and discuss the next step in ones exercise routine. TSA is a must to consider for any athlete and adult. Job well done!

2018-04-26I cant say enough good things about this gym and the people who run it. Not everyone has the same workout goals but Lou and his team are dedicated to providing individual support each step of the way. Not only have I noticed changes in my strength and body since signing up about two months ago, but I truly have a great time when I am there. The workouts are fun and before I know it an hour goes by in a flash. They always see my potential beyond what I think I am capable of and challenge me in all of the right ways. Most importantly, I feel safe here as both trainers are committed to teaching proper form.

2018-05-02After battling work related back pain, I decided 2018 would be the year I got healthy. Was excited to find TSA Basicly in our back yard here in Beacon. Met Lou for a brief consultation and a had a good feeling about this gym. 4 months later I have finally broke my streak of starting and quitting work outs and am loving every session at TSA. Lou’s not only a great trainer but he’s also got jokes. Highly recommend.

2018-05-10I cannot speak highly enough of this gym. For the first time in a while, I move things around in my schedule to make sure I get to the gym, and have recently made the commitment to go more often because it is that good. Every training session is a little different, which keeps it exciting and also prevents any progress plateau. As someone who appreciates the science behind everything I do, Lou is so knowledgeable about every movement, which allows me to maximize my workouts. The environment is super friendly and I know Ill always get a good ab workout from laughing. Check this place out, you wont be sorry.

2018-07-25Ive been going to Triumph Strength Athletic for about 3 months. The results have been amazing. I managed to cut out about 12 min off my 5k time. Lou Torres keep you challenged and getting stronger while being safe. If youre tired of all the gimmick gyms try to sell you and want to see progress, this is the gym.
