The food was great, staff was super friendly and very accommodating when we made some minor substitutions to our order. The space is open and welcoming. Highly recommend for dine in, take out or delivery!
First time ordering from here the Mocha Madness is really good I usually dont order from places really far from where I live

2022-01-13Place has a nice atmosphere, young employees, cool menu options, etc.People who like the place will love it and probably come back repeatedly. But to me the smoothies seems pretty average. Our total came out pretty low though. Weird because I really enjoy Jamba Juice, and this has the same energy but doesn’t quite compete.

2021-08-29As for a smoothie place near me, it’s alright. The smoothies are reasonably priced but mine tasted a little watery. The worst part is probably the quesadilla, do NOT get it. It’s $6 and pretty much a Tacobell quesadilla. I would suggest getting the wrap instead. Overall it’s what you would expect from a smoothie place. Would not come back though, simply not worth it.

2022-06-21From the customer’s perspective, this is a very honestly run store. Even with inflation, they have kept their prices the same. They have variety of options for smoothies and prices are way too reasonable to the point that they could follow other stores and increase the price a little. Highly recommend this place!

2022-03-05Ordered the Baja chicken wrap w/o cheese. It was delicious and flavorful. First time ordering from here and I was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

2022-01-09I have been to the Tropical Smoothie Caf in Garden City Park several time. This location is always found to be clean, and offer prompt and courteous staff. I applaud the team and their leadership for consistency.I would rate them a 10 if possible. Happy New Year and stay safe!

2021-09-08The food was wonderful and flavorful and the smoothie was made to perfection and the service was excellent. When I was there everyone was kind and answered all my questions because it was my first time going to a Tropical Smoothie but it definitely won’t be my last! I highly recommend this place for the food, smoothies and the service.

2021-09-08This place was amazing! I just started school this past week and after I was hungry so I decided to try this place out. And let me tell you it was so good! I ordered the Sate fe quesadilla without chicken, I was so happy to hear they could modify the food for vegetarians. Then I got an island green smoothie which was was also awesome. I will definitely come back to this place and recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick bite or is just craving a smoothie.

2021-09-29I ordered from here for the first time for the entire staff at work. We received our smoothies without straws and we requested no bacon and no pepper or spicy because there is someone with an allergy . I was told there was no pepper on the chicken salad. . I called right away after the driver had just left to let them know we did not receive the straws and are unable to drink our smoothies. The girl said they are unable to send us straws that we can go pick them up . We are a little over 5miles away and i am working and its a huge inconvenience to do that. She put her boss on the phone and i explained what happened again. She put me on hold after a few apologies. Someone else picks up the phone and says now that they can give us 10% off our next order which is kind and all but does not fix that fact of how do we drink smoothies without a straw !After all of that They still put bacon on the salad and the chicken has something spicy because she got an allergy after taking one bite .Terrible customer service

2021-09-08I had a best experience at tropical smoothie and Cafe. I had a yummy delicious chicken quesadillas and Hummus Wrap. I also had Island green smoothie, oh so delicious I had seconds. 2021-09-08I highly recommend this place if you like smoothies, protein shakes and quick delicious food.We tried hummus wrap and chipotle chicken flatbread sandwich substitute for plant based protein since I’m vegetarian. It was made just perfect.Staff members are very friendly and they brought our smoothies and food items to our table after short wait.I’ll go back again as this location is very convenient from my place.
