Service was horrible here at this location. They did not properly explain the fees that we needed to know about initially. One of the men who work at the front desk had a terrible disgusting attitude. He clearly did NOT enjoy working in a customer-friendly environment. And he was on his phone the whole time while we were standing in front of him waiting 10-15 minutes. A very disgusting individual, hopefully corporate sees this review. Fortunately for the man, I did not catch his name.
