Calls two days before to cancel a reservation. The genius Kathy in middletown says she could get me a 10 ft when I need a 26 ft, then says she could get me two 10 ft trucks. So I could drive both of them at once? I would have ordered two 10 ft trucks then. Nice job guys 👍
