Please support this company!!I bought one of their truffle oil bottles at a holiday market in Boston as a gift this holiday season. Unfortunately, I completely forgot that it wouldnt pass TSA regulations as I was flying home for the holidays and it got taken at security.I explained the situation to them in an email and the company was willing to replace the bottle at no cost, and not only that but they had a shipping facility near where I lived and they replaced it THE SAME DAY that I asked! Truly some of the best customer service I have ever had.Also, their products (oil, honey, and sauce i can attest for) are really good and add a lot of flavor with a small portion. Will without a doubt be ordering with them again in the future.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but the Truffleist customer service is top notch. I bought a sauce that looked like it had been tampered with, and they were very quick to replace it for me. Everything I got tastes great too!

This review is for the Bryant Park Holiday Market location. The staff are rude and the Truffle Cheese Steak Fries I received were dry meat with unmelted cheese on top. Waste of money.

Sometimes youre blessed with a food you never knew you always wanted. And today was that day for me. Praise the food gods. I tried out the Goat Cheese & Truffle Honey Cheesesteak and all I can really say is: EAT THIS. Just do it. Dont overthink it. Dont pass up the opportunity. Just order it & eat it. You will not, even for a second, regret the amazing combination of goat cheese, truffle honey & steak is beyond delicious. I already miss this sandwich. I sincerely do and you will too the nanosecond youre done with it.

Not cheap, but you get your moneys worth in the amount of meat and exquisite cheese. I couldve easily eaten half and be full.

If you want an authentic version of Truffle products-this is where you should look. They have a line of products that use truffles (of all varieties) from their original Truffle Butter to Oil to Cheese and Sausage. You wont find a better product than The Truffleist.

I stopped by their Bryant Park Christmas Village booth while on vacation, and Im glad I did. I tried a bunch of stuff, and wound up buying some truffle salts, and truffle sauce. I use them to complement a lot of my dishes now, and I cant get enough. Keep the quality up, and I am a customer for life. I look forward to buying more online, and when Im in town.

Pretty good food. I was able to try a truffle philly cheese steak with honey and goat cheese a their pop up shop in Bryant Park. What I tried was good.

I was not enthused.I have been aching to try the mozzarella sticks since its basically all anyone posts on instagram. I was so pumped to try them. I actually came a total of 3 times and only on the 3rd did they have any left to spare.They were AS MEH AS POSSIBLE. There was nothing great about them. They werent sprinkled with the delicious looking salt/cheese that you see in peoples photos. The marinara was straight out of a jar. I ate 2, handed the rest to a panhandler and they sat in my stomach for FAR too long. I actually regret putting that panhandler through that...if he ended up eating them.I dont expect much as far as service goes from food trucks/carts/stands...this was almost comical, though. The two people working didnt notice anyone who put themselves literally right in front of the stand ready to order. And the stand is like 4 feet deep...its a stretch to say youre nose to nose....but it feels like it as you wait for them to acknowledge your existence. Maybe theyre used to people browsing and deciding what stand to order from. I can look past that piece...that happened each of the 3 times I went. The worst part was that they were both eating while preparing my food. WHILE. Not **eating before customer interaction**, **stops eating while serving**, **picks up where left off once customer leaves**....literally eating other stand foods and the mozz sticks from the actual stand WHILE preparing and serving my sticks...not my idea of sanitary...Had my hopes miles too high on this one. Only reason Im not giving a 1 is because the cheese steaks sound and look incredible. Its just not worth it to me to go back and find out for sure. Fool me once, #amirite?.
