Shame on the company for this horrible service!!!!!Started the service in sep 2020 came to our house for the aeration of the lawn front and back. Then started the service in 2021. Total of 3 services April, May, June and July, and im asking for help with the lawn since april. Im watering the lawn and the weeds, the clovers, crabgrass are growing so fast its not funny. The reps over the phone are nice but my lawn is full of weeds and im so disappointed. Im attaching the photos so some one to look this lawn i got service 4 days ago and the weeds are healthy.Help me please.Update: aug 22 got another call from the office two weeks ago, at this time still no rep to be at the house. The lawn os a disaster and its almost end of the season.At this time im demanding my full refund the service is horrible. I bought extra chemicals to treat my lawn my self its outrages for the price that i prepaid.Never again look the photos followed alll the recommendation give by the company and my lawn still is full with healthy weeds.

First year with true green was 5 stars all day.. second year, 3 stars, 3rd year cancelled.. they are good at baiting.. and slithering likes snakes. FYI, they never send the same technician and the technicians arent there to retire. So Everytime someone comes, its just another person getting a nice read on the way you live and what you own, that was my #1 biggest complaint. They did make my lawn look nice though

Signed up over a month ago for mosquito applications, for 3 weeks their scheduling service indicated our property was on schedule. Never showed and each week it kept getting pushed out. Spoke to a rep yesterday and they told me they will be there tomorrow…again never showed up. Called again and the service said the following week. I talked to another rep and cancelled service. A complete waste of time and very disappointed with the complete experience. I would never recommend to others.

Have to say they stand by there service. Two years ago tbey had a new guy its was extrermely hot hadnt had rain in days. Came back from. 2 weeks vacation my neighb urd watcvged the guy apply fertilozer cssme home to burned lawn everyone thought wow. Guess what tru green came and fixed our whole lawn no chargeWe were very grasteful

Im gonna jump on the bandwagon here with others and say the quality of service and commitment to following their service contract with you is very poor. They must be running low on people or have too many accounts to service, because like others this year, i signed up for 6 applications and had only received 2 up through mid-September. Then, the only reason they came out mid-September was because I called and complained. And then they applied TWO of my 6 applications to that one visit. Oh and I guess 6 applications doesnt have to be within one year. If they dont get to it then it rolls into the next year. Like...what??? Did I not pay for 6 applications in a specific calendar year, where my service agreement specifically shows 6 date ranges for applications??? I guess that doesnt actually mean anything. Its all very loose. Whenever they can get to it. My lawn is still full of weeds and i swear that their application is killing the tree in my front yard. This will very likely be my only and last year using Trugreen. Well i guess maybe next year to use up my service applications because they arent coming this year... that is, unless i can get my refund. That would be way better than having to deal with this bait and switch any more.

I signed up for this service in early Spring. Good thing I decided to pay for each treatment and not the entire thing up front. It is almost September and they have only treated my lawn twice. And the only reason I got the second treatment was because I had to call TWICE to get them to come out. Never seen them again. I log in to my account and sometimes there is a future service date showing so I think they might actually come back. But no, a few days later and the service date is gone and I am back no scheduled date. According to my account I have 4 treatments left. For what? It will be snowing before they ever come back. Wish I had read the reviews before I signed up. I will not use them next year and have already contacted another company that friends have used that actually serviced their lawn this year. The two treatments I paid for were just a waste of money. But Trugreen doesnt forget about me when they send me texts trying to get me to sign up for more types of services!

I paid for the mosquito control and the weed control. Neither worked. I still have thistle growing allOver my back yard and I can’t go out into my yard at dusk without getting eaten alive. I complained a few times and they sent out the trucks for a free service which still did not help. On top of that, which may even be worse, they call at least twice a week trying to upswell me another service. I will not be using their service again. Such a waste of my money, I could have sprayed my yard myself and gotten a better outcome.

Are you looking for a big brand company that you will have to talk to someone new each time to explain what is going on? Then TrueGreen is perfect for you. I had my first treatment set up for Friday and confirmed by text from the tech. Friday was a critical day as I was having guests over that weekend. My scheduled window was between 1-6pm, at 545 the left a message saying they couldnt make it. I had to call TrueGreen myself to find out the next time someone would come out and you would think I would be next, but you would be wrong. I asked to cancel my service, they offered to give me the first treatment for free, so I stayed and waited for the service, which never came because they cancelled it. I called and asked to speak to a manager, I was told they dont do that and i could request a call in 24-48 hours.....still waiting. TrueGreen is terrible. I called a local pest control company, got the same price and timely responsive service. I would rather have mosquitoes in my yard and in my house then to ever work with this company again. STAY AWAY!!!!!

A horrible experience. Beware!I started service with Tru Green - Syracuse a year ago. I was given a quote for a series of services for a one -year period of time.The year’s fee was about $1230. It was clearly quoted to me.Based on what information was provided to me at that time by the Tru Green representative who visited my residence - number of services, type of services, I made an informed decision and paid the quoted fee up front.After the year passed this past September, I called and asked when I would be billed for a second year of service. I was told to call on or around October 1 to make payment. I was told there would be a reduction in the second year of service - down to $1,087, because I complained there was some weed area problems I still had in the yard. I was advised I would have the same services, same amounts, which I agreed to.In a conversation with a Tru Green representative (Syracuse phone number) on October 18, I was advised that I would have to pay an additional $596 for that first year of service, before I could consider a second year of service. I was advised that the fee was for services that went beyond the 12 months of the original agreement of service.I advised the representative that I was never advised when I agreed and paid for a year’s worth of services, that the services would go beyond a one-year period of time and that after the 12 months passed, I would be billed an additional $596.I also advised that I was told a second year’s of service would be $1087, so why was the fee for the first year approximately $1826 - quite a difference.In my opinion, Syracuse Tru Green did a bait and switch with me.You don’t make an agreement with a new client saying you will provide a year’s service (12 months) for a certain fee, and then charge a higher fee later. If you plan to do so, you explain this precisely to the client, because $596 is a lot of money.It’s against the law to do so.I will file a complaint with the local BBB.I terminated service with Tru Green Syracuse. Because I hate being told one thing and a business doing another thing, all to gain moreMoney.Beware!

The last service we had was 7/8 For mosquitoes. They were supposed to come on 8/27 and didn’t show. I was promised they’d be here on 9/2 as we are having a two year birthday party on 9/5 and they would put a note that they would be here. They didn’t show. I called and they said they’d come on Saturday 9/4 to do the service because I made them aware the situation. Here we are Saturday no message they are coming when I call it’s now scheduled for 9/7. I was also told that a manger would call me about a missing application as my account stated 4 and I paid for 5. That was supposed to be within one two two business days of 8/26 that didn’t happen. I then asked about that call when I called about my service and they said that it was now escalated to a manager and not an assistant. Still no call. Still missing a service on my account and still no service performed.
