Came here after trying to get a spot at Bar Bill which I didnt feel like waiting more than an hour for, was not mad at all after I came in and the smell of delicious smoked meat hit me. Ribs, brisket and especially the smoked roast beef sandwich was so tasty it was almost unreal - the only thing that would have made the smoked roast beef better was a weck roll. Brunswick Stew & baked beans were way too sweet for my taste, would have been absolutely delicious with far less sugar though. Really like that they serve sauces on the side and how quick & friendly everybody behind the counter was. Would definitely stop here again.
Good BBQ is hard to find in WNY. We have some places that are decent but nothing that has aced all elements of a great BBQ dinner. TSG floored us today. Superb BBQ and sides to die for. Everything was unique. Tator tots were not just tator tots. They were different. The Mac and cheese was not what you would think but it was way better! Cornbread was moist and flavorful. The stew can be put into a combo and has a delicious savory sweetness that was surprisingly phenomenal! Ribs were fall of the bone with a nice crusted char topped with yet another unique flavor. The pulled pork sandwiches were jaw dropping and my four kids devoured what they could fit in their bellies. I just loved the atmosphere, the outdoor dining option, the smoke pits as you walk in...wonderful. One critique though that is critical for a restaurant for us to return to is a childrens menu. This restaurant did not offer anything child sized. The sandwich combo for $7.50 was the best we could do but it was more than double what my kids could eat. Still, a good price but not family friendly from our standpoint. Even that considered, TSG has really found their own unique brand of BBQ, sides and flavors that WOWd us.
First time eating here! WOW! Everything is amazing, ambiance, food choices with a twist or two, reasonable prices, eat in or take out and easy to find location with plenty of parking! The owners add their personal touch cooking right outside as you enter! The smells were unbelievable! Choice of eating inside or on upstairs patio with a lovely view! Definitely going back to try other things! Well worth the drive if coming into Elma! Congratulations on your success to the owners! .... Well be back for tee-shirt too! Good luck ☘️
This place is amazing! The pulled pork melts in your mouth! Even the tater tots have a little something extra to them. Sweet potato fries are nice and crispy and seem fresh as well. Def coming back here again!!

Probably the best brisket Ive experienced, or at least on par with other top notch bbq around the country (the second time we were there, however, it was REALLY over-seasoned... Not complaining, just a friendly critique).A great place to go with friends & family. They keep the restaurant clean and the staff is great.

First suggestion - go at an off time. Very limited parking and limited seating as well. Slightly disorganized setup with 2 different registers. We had to flag someone down to understand which one is for dine-in versus takeout. Most seating is upstairs which we didn’t mind at all but I always am mindful for those with limited mobility.Anyways, on to the food - average. Pulled pork had a bitter taste to it. Ribs were very delicious, fall off the bone. They were all sold out of chicken.

Ive ordered from here about a half dozen times. First 3 times everything was phenomenal. Since, there has been a steady decline. The last time I ordered I got a rodeo burger for my husband. It comes on a pretzel bun. The bun was rock hard and totally inedible, like hit the table and it didnt even crack. He then decided just to eat the burger without the bun. The burger was as hard as a hockey puck with absolutely no flavor. After one bite, he said forget it and threw it out.
Best BBQ in the area hands down !!! Love this place, really clean and the staff are really friendly. I HIGHLY recommend the 3 meat platter just make sure you get the Roast Beef. They also have a really spectacular view that you can eat on the patio and look at.

I had the loaded nachos with brisket. The only other place I had brisket that good was in Texas. The nachos weren’t a bit greasy. It was excellent

Tried calling to order take out. Was placed on hold. After 10 min no one ever answered. Hung up. I call back and phone is busy (for 20+ minutes)! Finally gave up after 30 min of trying. Maybe Ill try it another time, not a good start though.

Had the BBQ egg rolls and a brisket sandwich. No doubt, the best BBQ around! The brisket was super tender, tasty and the rub had a little zip. Add the BBQ sauce and it was fantastic! Out of 10 its an 11! Love the renovations to the building too.

My father and I stopped here yesterday because we saw a sign for BBQ; we knew nothing of this place and It was an awesome experience. The staff was super friendly, the view was amazing, and the BBQ was out of this world. Will drive from Webster, NY all the way here for your food again, thanks for the great experience, I highly recommend this restaurant, especially the TSG wrap with brisket!
This place is great. Was working in the area and ate there two days in a row. The food was some of the best BBQ since I spent 2 years in the Austin/Houston area. Revolving menu, but main dishes of smoked beef, brisket, and pulled pork were all spot on and great BBQ sauce and other condiments from the house. Even though its 20 minutes from where I live I will surely be going back to try more of their food. Highly recommended if you get a chance.

Great BBQ with a lot of potential. Stopped in on a weekday for a pulled pork and some sides. The food was outstanding with a pretty okay beer selection. I will definitely be back just for the food and good service. This would be a great place for some live music.
The food and service was really great. My lunch was served very quickly as well. This is top notch bbq In my opinion. I own a catering business in Vermont and I would make the trip to Buffalo just for food this great. With an ice cold beer you can’t go wrong.
Food was awesome, love the atmosphere too. Wish it was a full service place. I felt kind of bothersome asking staff for the little things a waitress would get. Staff seem to be doing waitress duty without the tips but Im sure theyre getting paid a fair wage or they wouldnt be there. Just remember to hit up that tip jar on your way out. We will definitely be back.

Picked up the day of my baby shower literally within an hour of start time and everybody was so quick & smooth ! The place smelled beautiful so I had no doubt the food would be great and of course come lunch time it was soo yummy! Everybody at my shower complimented the meats, thank you TSG❤️

Service was great, we waited like 2 mins for our food after sitting down.Right up there with the best BBQ places around the area. Will be going back to try other items. Brisket and Turkey were excellent. Tater tots were perfectly crisped up. Was not a big fan of the cornbread but the texture was great, just not my favorite flavoring with some jalapeno spice.

Amazing food. We have been passing this place for months, enjoying the smell every time we passed. Biggest regret is not stopped by sooner. Love this place. Food and service was great. Waited in the car for 30 minutes for them to open, when one of the girls came out to our car in the rain to tell us they were ready before opening time and we could come in early. This type of service does not exist much anymore. Keep up the great work.

The three meat meal with two sides is enough to feed two or three people. The brisket was wonderful the turkey and the pulled pork likewise. Comes with two sauces, one mustard and one tomato-based. Were going to find a way to come back here.
Great flavor and service. We ordered 3 sandwiches -pulled pork, smoked roast beef and smoked turkey. The sandwiches came on a fresh roll as well as their own sauce to compliment them. Not a huge place but very cozy. We definitely will be returning!

Ordered dinner for the whole family and our was ready very quickly. The kids enjoyed the smoked chicken and the open pit wings and thought they were really flavorful. The adults got ribs and brisket which were both very tender.We will be ordering from them again.
My parents took me here yesterday. Best BBQ in the WNY area. I have never tasted better ribs in my life. The corn bread was moist with some whole corn in there. Coleslaw was fresh tasting not drowned in a white creamy sauce. It tasted very refreshing if that makes sense.The decors is great! The upstairs has Jamison fire company pictures and an overall firefighter theme and a bar that was not open but I assume they will open sometime soon. They also have a upstairs patio with a great view of the crick.And the service was great!This is a most try for any BBQ fans.

Service could have been better. Brunswick stew was luke warm when it arrived. Mac and cheese was greasy/oily. The brisket was good but a little dry. Food was ok, not that horrible but probably wont go back.
My parents and I tried this place on a whim this evening and were very impressed. Excellent service, friendly people, warm atmosphere- very small town feel. They serve fair portions at a fair price. We had the Mac and cheese with brisket to share, then individually we had smoked turkey sandwiches and pulled pork sandwiches. All of it- amazing, served on a yummy Costanzo bun with some delicious mustard sauce for the turkey sandwiches. Excellent place for lunch or dinner with a nice view of Seneca Creek in the back too. The building has a lot of potential, especially a bar area on the top floor- hopefully after COVID it becomes a lively spot. 5/5!

We ordered food for the family July 3 smoked brisket sandwich, TSG wrap, smoked roast beef and ribs ,ALL were delicious ! Sides were plentiful and seasoned very well , tried the fries, tots, Mac n cheese and coleslaw ...cornbread has a little zip EXCELLENT ! We had a great dinner and had leftovers . So happy they moved into Elma . Close to home and by far the best BBQ in western NY. Dinosaur who ?.. There is no reason to go to the city .... this place has it all . Staff was very cordial and accommodating as well . Thank you keep up the great work .
Best BBQ in WNY!We have ordered 3 times now and everything we’ve had is absolutely delicious! We’ve tried a lot of BBQ...We were diehard Fat Bob fans and honestly they don’t even come close to TSG. We’ve tried the ribs, chicken, turkey, pulled pork, and pit wings and we have not been disappointed. Hopefully we will be able to try the brisket and if it’s as good as we think it will be, we may never need to head into the city for BBQ again. Note that the sides are equally tasty. We can’t wait until they are open regular hours.

Ordered 2 days ahead of time and they ran out of food that I had ordered 2 days ahead of time and all they offered was 10% off and a beer absolutely pathetic establishment and I Will and never recommend them to anybody ever. They should be absolutely appalled and embarrassed. I’ll be ripping them a new one on Yelp also.

Pulled pork and brisket were awesome. Covered fries were a tad spicy for my liking and could have done without the jalapeño in the cornbread, but it was all still tasty. We’ll be back again.

By far the best bbq place in the greater buffalo area. here at least once a week some times as much as 2-3. all the meat is on point there is nothing not to like. high recommend ultimate bbq frys with pulled pork or the roast beef which is one of the best iv had across buffalo.

Placed big order to pick up and go. TSG had everything ready on time, except missing one item. Not 100% positive who missed the one item (was on our list, but did not make it to the order on their end over the phone, perhaps we somehow missed it, who knows); but regardless, they put together the one missing item in maybe two minutes, and all was good. Everyone enjoyed their dinners.

Good BBQ food that is fairly consistent with portions and flavor. The workers are always nice and helpful, even when they get busy. Our favorite dishes are the Ultimate Fries and loaded Mac and Cheese.
Been stopping here for quite some time. I just had a brisket grilled cheese for the first time and was absolutely blown away. Unbelievable food and great owners that take pride in their business.

2022-05-27This review is based on the blueberry ribs, brisket, coleslaw, baked beans, and Brunswick stew. The brisket was decent, it was tender and had a layer of fat and the bark was fairly good, although I much prefer the brisket from fat bobs. The ribs are something I would come back for, they were not fatty at all they were meaty and I believe they were St Louis style, the sauce was decent, the only complaint is they were not fall off the bone tender. It took a little effort to tear the meat off. Coleslaw was meh. The baked beans were great, very soft and flavorful. The stew was really good, everything in it was super tender, it was flavorful, and had a sweetness to it. The service was extremely friendly.

2022-04-14The view from the out door porch is beautiful. The service here is fantastic. We have frequented several times. Once our pick up order wasnt ready when we arrived a few minutes before the pick up time and they offered us a round of drinks on the house while we waited! The food is award winning as you can see from the pictures on the wall. Highly recommended!! Chicken sells out fast, so order ahead!

2022-06-15We hosted a bike ride from our bike shop to TSG bbq with 25 ppl and had an awesome lunch. Co-owners Dave and George and their crew did an amazing job getting our preordered meals ready when we arrived. Everyone raved about their meals from the pulled pork sandwiches, ribs, brisket sandwiches and the awesome sides. (My fave is the tater tots). We highly recommend TSG BBQ!

2022-04-23Once I found this gem of a restaurant I have been hooked! Best BBQ in Buffalo. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff is efficient and super friendly. I have tried almost everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed. I also have turned friends onto it and they come from over 30 min away and love it! If you haven’t tried it, it is worth the trip.

2022-03-26You HAVE to eat here! Everything tastes great! The staff is so friendly! We have gone 2 weekends in a row- we will be regulars! Portions are HUGE and are smoked to perfection!!

2021-08-15Great back patio with nice views. Pulled pork was moist and the side sauce was sweet, but complimented the meat nicely. The ribs were good, but not fall off the bone good. Overall very filling and worth another visit.
