The staff here is amazing. Asking questions in person or on the phone they have always treated me with the highest respect. Very highly informed as well. I also feel they really believe in the product they are selling & want you to be happy. Not just trying to up-sale you like most places in NYC. I have had a handfull of products from Tumi & highly recommend trying them.

Nothing but great things to say about this Tumi store. Their customer service is second to none. Brian and Andrea are amazing.Had to have a wheel fixed on my suitcase and they took care of it straight away! This is the reason you buy Tumi!

A fantastic experice with knowledgeable and eagar staff. Professionalism and respect are obvious traits throughout the entire process. In regards to the market, its hard to ignore a company that is NOT currently cutting corners- the recent changes with the line have made TUMI on more solidified as a name commuters, world travelers or the everyday newyorkers should appreiciate and look to.Ask for Scott.Well Done!

I love Tumi products and own many of them. Recently I had a defect with my briefcase and with it being relatively new , I was not looking forward to the usual warranty process of sending it in. I called this location and spoke with Antonia, she was immediately sympathetic and apologetic about the situation. She said she would exchange the bag in store. I sent my assistant over to pick up the replacement and he said she had everything waiting to for him with no wait time. Excellent customer service is why I will remain loyal to Tumi. Thanks Antonia! you are a real asset to Tumi!

I called Tumi and had a problem with a broken bag. Tumi told me it could take up to two weeks to fix. When I called this location who is listed as a repair help location I spoke with a Irene - Not only was she friendly she told when and where to bring the bag - when I got to the store she remembered exactly who I was and was able to fix my bag in 10 minutes. This is why I buy this brand - stores like this that make the experience seamless. I couldnt be happier and the next time I buy a TUMI item you will bet it will at the Madison location. Also the amount of TUMI options that had at this store was the best I have ever seen.

I read the reviews and went with goid expectations. Little to say it was a great experience. Edward Guzman took care of me and made the purchasing process seamless. You can tell he is dedicated to what he does and hes there to provide quality service. Coming back to him for more stuffI love my bag by the way! Purchsed 04/20/2016. Thanks again Edward and Tumi.

Great customer service at this store. Came here with a repair on my suitcase and they fixed it fast and were very friendly. I recommend this store over the flatiron store, which, in contrast to this store, has very rude and unhelpful employees.
