I have been remiss in writing a review for the phenomenal customer service I received at TUMI Grand Central Terminal on February 20. I stopped by an hour before closing with a list of thank you gifts I needed to purchase for an important event the following evening. I was quickly greeted and assisted by William Martinez and who I believe was his manager or supervisor (I didnt catch her name, but she was AWESOME, too!). I had an idea of what I needed for gifts but was undecided on a few that I was purchasing, and they both patiently assisted me, made suggestions based on who I was buying for, and gave me the time/space to make a decision.When I finally decided on a number of items, one of them was the only one in stock. William quickly volunteered to pick one up at another location and bring it to the store the following afternoon at 1pm when his shift started for me to pick up. Unfortunately, I was not going to be able to make that time, so he volunteered to pick up the item, and along with my other purchases, deliver them to my hotel by 12:15pm. I was so blown away that he offered this amazing level of service - and he delivered everything as promised, earlier than expected.I will always save my TUMI purchases for this location when I can. Thank you SO MUCH for all your help, assistance, and great customer service!

I go here for all my tumi products. They usually let me know about the sales they have and if one is coming up. Although tumi products are expensive, you get what you pay for. In all my purchases I have only had one product break, a wallet. They swapped it out no questions asked. They also do personalization on site.The manager and assistant manager as so nice and friendly. They have been there for years so its nice to find a place with consistency and they remember their clients and the types of items they like.If they dont have what you want they get it shipped right to you. Highly recommend you give them a visit.

Absolute awesome customer service. In separate instances that my luggage and luggage tag had been torn by the rough luggage handlers. The staff helped me to send the luggage back to the repairer and replaced my luggage tag though I could not locate my receipt. They are simply awesome. I usually prefer to shop everything online, but the awesome staff in Tumi makes me prefer to go to the physical store when it comes to the Tumi goods.

Really remarkably helpful people, particularly given how many customers come into the store.They are also generally (I have been buying things from this location for more than 10 years) well stocked, even with items that have been on sale for a while.And in situations where i have been looking for something specific, and they havent had that item in stock, they have been quite good about calling around to other locations to find one for me.

Buy Tumi because of warranty, customer service, durability and style! Had some zippers fixed on a carry on bag - quick and easy! These guys are the best!

A great store by Tumi that not many people know about because its location inside the grand central terminal, although finding it is very easy. Selection is very good, and you can get your tag personalized here for your bag.
