Very good service. Dropped off 5 items for dry cleaning and a bunch of laundry. Was promised it back the next day at three and it arrived at 2. :). I told them that last time I dry cleaned sweaters (elsewhere) they came back stretched , he said they had a way to stop this and they did. All items returned in perfect shape. Everything was excellent. Dropped the stuff off at my hotel. Cost 49 dollars, no complaints from me 😬.Oh and they were super friendly and polite!

I sure miss my old cleaners! I now live in Idaho and nobody does it like Turtle Bay! They not only provide excellent dry cleaning at a great price, they have a phenomenal tailor on staff. He could repair anything - purses, bras, clothes of all types. Made my clothes fit like they were custom-made. Even sewed me a few things from just fabric. Great service, great price, great people!

Great cleaners. I drop off my laundry for wash & fold every week and they get it back to me next day. Staff is awesome.

Called to confirm I could get a hemming done in 1 day for $15. Ended up picking up 6 days after. Called everyday. On the 4th day I said if it is not done tmr, dont expect me to pay. On 5th day I walked into the shop seeing tailor shamelessly complained that he had been working on my pants for 2 hours, and he should have charged me more. I still had to wait another day and paid $16. Stitches broke in multiple places after 1 wash.

Chose them because the cleaning was supposed to be onsite. My pick up was for Wed I came in Thursday morning and one piece was not done. I asked for.it back because I had a flight to catch. I dont live in ny and I was told it was not in the store it was out being cleaned I chose the turtle bay because the sign out front said onsite cleaning. Went back to pick it up when I was told the shirt would be in and No shirt left an address for them to send the shirt. Still have not seen it I called said they lost the address gave it again no shirt still
