Phenomenal daycare! Staff are very professional. My daughter loves her teachers and the whole experience that is offered at Tutor Time in New City. She has learned so much since starting here.
My daughter has been going to Tutor Time in new city since she was 5 months and she loves going every day. I personally love seeing how much she is developing every day and the updates I receive throughout the day from their App.
For starters, please listen to your child non-verbals and verbals message as its their way to communicate.My son has been attending Tutor Time in New City from January 2, 2019, until January 24, 2020. He started in Infant B room, the staff that was caring for son were loving, communicated with me daily through the app, sent many videos and pictures and my son did seem to enjoy being around his friends and the staff.My son seem to enjoy being with the staffs and other kids at Tutor time, once I put my pin and opened the door he would run down the hallway to enter.However, When he started in Toddler Bs room many thing changed. When I dropped him off at 6:30 am my 14 month old son was given a red chair by the entrance to wait for the other students. When more students arrived he was placed with students that were older than him in an mixed age group of 2 -3 years old students. My son was the youngest.My son started getting bruises, first minor bruises and then major bruises. On September 27, I picked him up and didn’t stay to chat with his teacher because we had to attend an event. When I arrived at the event, I noticed my son had 4 black and blues on his forehead and an incident report wasn’t written nor was I notified. I was frustrated. I sent a message through the app. I was told that because there wasnt any bruises left a report wasnt written. I received 5 incident reports in just the month of September. (I know he is a child he is going to get hurt, he got a black and blue in his mouth and was struggling to eat because he wasn’t being attended. While watching the video on how my son got hurt, Karen explained that there are paperwork that had to be completed by the end of the day. She is sorry my son was hurt while his teacher completed the paperwork.)In the month of November, I gave my two weeks noticed. My son no longer seemed happy to be in Tutor Time, I was frustrated with the poor care he was receiving and the lack of communication his teachers and Karen had. Staffs expressed that they would miss my son, Karen mentioned that the communication will improve and children all go through stages. Due, to the words that were said and stories that were shared about their own kids, my husband and I decided, maybe they were right my son is probably going through a stage.In the month of January, I started receiving incident reports, this time it was about my son hurting others. For the reason that my son spent his morning with the older students, when he was placed with students around his age or younger, he began hitting and biting them. I spoke his teachers daily and they mention that it was probably just a phase he was going through. Every day when I dropped him off he cried and said NO!!!Karen never addressed the issue. Instead, she spoke to me over the phone to inform me that tomorrow January 24 will be my son last day. Yes, she only gave me 1 day noticed and told me that unfortunately, my son had to leave Tutor TIme because he continue to bite and hit the other students.In the website under meet the staff Karen herself states,I am happy to work closely with the children to help them reach their full potential. How was she helping my son reach his full potential? If she was choosing to remove him from Tutor Time instead of working together with my husband and me to attempt to find solutions to help redirect his behavior. She never scheduled a meeting prior to this phone conversation to address his behavior.In addition, they promise sending you pictures and videos of your child and I received the max 2 pictures a day of my son.Find a place that actually cares about addressing your child needs, that knows how to communicate with you and is not just interested in obtaining your money.
Love this Tutor Time. The teachers and director are courteous, very professional. They educate and take care of my children very well. The premises are neat and clean.Well educated and professional teachers who work with children affectionately at the same time impart discipline, knowledge and social graces. They have always addressed my concerns adequately. My girls love going to school, learn so much and always talk about their friends and teachers very positively. The food they serve is excellent. The kids bake breads and treats and love talking about it.Special shout out to Ms Liz, Ms Bianca, Ms Karen and Ms Heather.
This child care center is truly the best day care center that I have every had my son in. The are flexible and very dependable. Stable and a great learning experience for your child! Sending both my kids there again once i go back to work!
Our son really enjoyed Tudor Time while he went there from the age of 2.5 until it was time for him to go to school. He really blossomed under the teachers that he had and made a lot of friends. I always smile whenever I drive by.
My son William LOVES Tutor Time. It is a high quality day care with great caregivers.
Absolutely the best care for my granddaughter. The teachers are great and compassionate.

2022-07-24My daughter loves going to school at Tutor Time and has learned so much being there. She’s also become more social and independent. I also, really enjoy the app updates and daily communication. It’s always consistent and transparent. Being away from my toddler is difficult but Tutor Time helps ease the transition. I’m grateful for the teachers and helpful administrators!

2022-07-21From the first email I have felt my son would be in wonderful hands at Tutor Time of New City. Ms. Heather and Ms. Karen answered a series of questions with such grace and kindness before my son was even enrolled. His teachers have always shown extreme compassion with his struggles. At 3 years old going on 4 years old this was his first time in a school setting and with this amazing staff it went so well. The greeting at the door was by far the most amazing experience for me as a mother. I commend the entire staff for knowing every childs name and parent. As he heads to Kindergarten in the fall I am sad for him to leave but hope to send his little sister in a year. For a first school experience I definitely recommend Tutor Time of New City.

2022-07-24It has always been a wonderful experience with tutor time. I feel like my kids got amazing teachers who helped me navigate through different milestones with kids. I love the bright wheel app and detailed use of app in telling what the kid has been doing since I dropped them their. Thanks Tutor time for preparing me little ones for the next step in life.

2021-03-31Our daughter has been at Tutor Time for a year and a half now & we all (especially her) love it! We took a short time off last Spring and as soon as she returned, it was like she was a totally different person! She really was missing out and it became clear how much she really was developing being enrolled in TT. Her teachers have all been really great to work with and always promptly answer my never ending Mom questions. The entire staff is super friendly as well. Its so nice to have a child actually smile when we pull into the parking lot. This was one of the best decisions we could have made for our daughter & are excited to see her continue to grow!

2021-03-18My 2 year old daughter has been going to Tutor Time for about a year now and I am very happy to say that she comes home with something new that she has learned from school every day. She seems happy and she knows her teachers and friends names and talks about them at home. Tutor Time without a doubt has been valuable to our family because as an essential employee, they work with our household schedule and they have taken the required measurements to care for our child and give us peace of mind. I totally recommend them to any parent looking for a reliable daycare.

2021-03-17Tutor Time New City is a great center where there is open and honest conversations that are being made! This place is a piece of mind for my husband and I! Additionally, they follow strict regimented guidelines once COVID has happened and keeps their facility clean and safe for all. All staff members are always in masks and even parents are asked to wear them at pick up. The administration has a great deal of educational experience, are extremely professional, straight to the point with feedback and you are not getting what you want to hear which as an educator myself I appreciate so much! We have come from other facilities and the differences are incomparable with how much our son has grown as a young learner! Thank you Tutor Time New City for being an amazing fit for our family and teaching educational and social skills that last a lifetime!

2021-03-27Our 1.5 year-old son has been at Tutor Time for the last six months and we could not be more pleased with the environment, their curriculum, and the friendliness of the staff and teachers. Having been home for the prior six months due to COVID, our son had minimal interaction with others. The teachers have been so wonderful in getting him adjusted and he has a big smile for his teacher when he gets dropped off in the morning.His development has been growing in leaps and bounds thanks to the structured learning activities; and we receive frequent photo updates throughout the day. As a bonus, diapers, wipes, and meals are provided! Although we have not been in the classroom recently due to COVID precautions, our son had been at Tutor Time for a few weeks in Feb-Mar 2020 and the entire facility was always very clean. I would highly recommend Tutor Time as a wonderful place to send your child. I feel confident that he’s having a good time and learning which helps a lot with the working parent guilt.

2021-03-20Our son, who is two and a half years old, has been attending tutor time since he was three months old. As a new mom I dreaded the task of having to return to work and trust my sons care with someone else. I found tutor time based on great reviews and when I myself stepped foot inside the facility I knew it was the right place. The staff are welcoming, caring and truly love what they do. I not only look forward to seeing my son at the end of the day but his teachers as well. They are so interactive here and my son has learned so much. The thought has never crossed my mind to go elsewhere.

2021-03-26Our daughter went to Tutor Time and loved it. Now our 1 1/2 year old son goes here and he is having a great time, learns a lot and loves all the staff. There is not a day goes by that he doesn’t smile when he is dropped off. Everyone is so caring, loving and amazing. Thank you Tutor Time!
