I have been lucky to have been a customer with Tuxego for three different weddings, with the most recent one being my own. From start to finish the customer service was terrific. The owner Anthony was incredibly courteous and flexible. He took the time to understand what our goals and vision were for our wedding. Although we went for a more traditional wedding tux, there are tons of options for any event. They were incredibly flexible for fittings and adjustments as well. What really impressed me was they took the time on the day of the wedding to make sure everything was all set. Tuxego is a terrific family run business that offers competitive pricing, a wide variety of options, and great service.
I had multiple experiences with Tuxego.On my wedding day, I received this text from Anthony the owner. It was so thoughtful and meaningful to me that fortunately I saved it.“If you need anything call. I cant do anything about the weather. It poured on my parents wedding day, it rained on their 25th, and a deluge washed out roads on the way to celebrating their 50th. They were married 53 years. When we began to bring my fathers casket into the church, for a brief moment we had a lightdrizzle. Remember Rain and sun are both needed for a rich life. You and Bianca make it shine”Three months later. I really dropped the ball for my friends wedding. Saturday night before the wedding, I realized at 8:45 I forgot to pick up my tux. The store had closed hours earlier. Since I kept his kind text I had his cell #, so I texted him immediately to see if he could meet me in the morning. I knew was asking a lot because the store is closed Sunday, his only day off.Within minutes he told me to meet him at the store at 9:15am the next morning and not to worry.Apart from the kind gestures and going above and beyond meeting early on Sunday, Anthony and his staff were wonderful to work with. The whole experience of the initial consultation was great. We felt right at home. Anthony was thorough informative and entertaining. The staff followed through on everything as promised. Both weddings were perfect and we all looked great!!! My wife, friends and I highly recommend Anthony and Tuxego!!!

Anthony was super helpful. I had ordered a few tuxes from black tux for groomsmen and half were awful and the other half were passable. Anthony stepped in about a week before the wedding and got my groomsmen outfitted in similar tuxedos w/ better quality than black tux. I didnt realize they could drop ship anywhere in the country!Then, when i had a bit of a bowtie snafu, he spent an hour with me on the phone after hours to find a solution. If youre getting married and thinking of using Black Tux or a similar service, give Tuxego a shot first. 10/10 would recommend.

If you have a son like mine that tells you hes going to the prom a week before the prom (granted its covid season still) and then tells you 3 days before the prom he needs a tux! Then you go to Tuxego in Peter Harris Plaza! In the 30 mins I had 2 days before the prom we were able to pick out a nice tux thanks to the very nice young gentleman who explained styles etc to us (here I thought gown shopping would be crazy oy!) I was able to then pay and let Tuxego take him for measurements. Next day it was ready for pickup! He looked amazing in it as well! Great job Tuxego and Thank you for giving us hope 2 days before the prom!
We ordered a tux for the father of the bride from the black tux. Everything was wrong. We requested the correct size. It was still wrong. You cannot get they. They wouldn’t answer our emails timely. We called Anthony at Tuxego in Latham NY. He told us to come in immediately. We went in. He measured and ordered a tux. We had 3 days to the wedding. I would highly recommend this business. Now the Father of the Bride has a tux that fits correctly.
Tuxego helped us pick out tuxes for my groom, his groomsmen, the ring bearer and the fathers of the bride/groom. My husband had a general idea of what he wanted but Anthony helped him nail the final details to pull his wedding day vision together. He told us what worked, what didn’t, what was more comfortable, etc. He is clearly experienced and loves what he does. When COVID-19 hit, he made sure he safely finalized details of the tuxes with all of the men, finished their fittings, and got them their tuxes in time. Definitely recommend.
I got my husbands tux here for our wedding in Jan 2021. The staff was amazing. They gave us time to look around but were also very helpful. My husband looked amazing! Price was great too. Very very happy.
Tuxego was one of our favorite wedding vendors!! Working with Anthony was such a blast. I first met Anthony at a bridal show in January 2020 after our not-so-stellar experiences with Men’s Warehouse. I knew working with Anthony was going to be a completely different experience from the moment I met him. He listened to what I had to say and cared about our experience. When my husband and I went to our first appointment at Tuxego, Anthony made us feel so welcome. He truly listened to our requests, offered suggestions, and made us laugh throughout the whole appointment. When the pandemic shut him down, Anthony continued to communicate with us and made sure my husband and his brother were ready to go for our wedding day. Not once did we worry that we wouldn’t have the suits on time. He truly put our minds at ease. He also made us feel safe and comfortable when COVID restrictions lifted by implementing safety precautions in his store. Working with Anthony was, without a doubt, the least stressful vendor we worked with. Anthony was so honest and communicative throughout the whole process. His customer service was not only top notch, but he had the exact suit options we were looking for at an affordable price. Working with him was such a joy. We only had a minimony this year, so we’ll having our big wedding next year with a bridal party this time. We can’t wait to give him more business next year when we bring in our groomsmen! I had an excellent experience with Tuxego for my wedding.Anthony was straightforward and honest to help make the right selections to pull off the desired look. Arrangements for the out of town groomsmen were hassle free.Tuxego made planning for a wedding 200+ miles away, with groomsmen in three different states look easy - because that’s what they do!Anthony and his staff are personable, responsive, and above all, want everyone to look their best.One of my groomsmen quipped that he’s been in many weddings, and this was the sharpest he’s ever looked.The fit, service, and overall experience is the best around!
I was suppose to get married last year but covid stopped the plans. So my fiancée and I decided to get married down south this year in June since our family lives there. Tony said that he didn’t want me to purchase the tuxedos from him since I wouldn’t be here for the wedding and he couldn’t make sure everyone looked there best. I thought that was awesome that he is honest and good at his job. He called several places in Wilmington NC to get the tuxedos that we wanted here down there and went out of his way to get the numbers to match. I would recommend him to everyone in the capital region.

Was in a pinch. I called just hoping they could help. well.... Anthony said no problem, we got you covered. He wasnt lying... we went in that day, were greeted at the door and promptly attended to. They tried on, got fitted, ordered, and done within an hr, the staff were friendly, helpful and made it fun, we laughed and joked the whole time. They made us feel at home. We went back a few days later for final touches and again the staff were on point, we were in and out!! The customer service is wonderful! My husband went for a fitting and the guys were great. They knew how to have fun while being very professional. Unfortunately due to Covid 19 the wedding he was supposed to be in was cancelled. Tony was great about giving us a refund. He was having technical difficulties with getting me, my refund but he didnt leave until I received my refund. Great place to do business with, highly recommend!
The men at Tuxego made me and my groomsmen look great during my big day! They were easy to work with from the start and had a wide selection of tuxes to choose. When I first started looking for tuxes, I sat with Anthony and he helped me with his recommendations and how the process works. I had several out of town groomsman and their process was very simple! They sent in their sizes and when they came in everything was set! I highly recommend Tuxego!

Anthony and his team are amazing! I had guys coming in from across the county that were in the wedding party. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure measurements were accurate and the fittings came out great. When we first met Anthony he walked us through start to finish explained everything made the entire process fun, and stress free.
We just celebrated our wedding this past Saturday 8/18/18 and I chose to rock with Tuxego as the place to dress my men and I. Im so glad that I did because we all looked extremely sharp. The customer service was excellent the entire way through the process. I loved how when we all went in for our 2nd fittings they didnt just let us walk out the door knowing it was a little sloppy, they did all of the re ordering of items and doing alterations to what they needed to in order to ensure we all looked on point. Weve been to other shops that are closer but we now make the hour + trip to Tuxego. The quality, service and fit is just so much better. Its all about fit! Thanks Tuxego for a great look for my sons senior prom. He requested we make the trip to your shop instead of the others and he was thrilled once again. Highly Recommend!.
Above and beyond good customer service! After driving for 5 hours to attend a wedding in Clifton Park the following day, I discovered that I left my suit home. I called a couple of Tuxedo Rental places to see if any of them had a tux in stock in my size. The first place I called said they would check and call me back. After waiting a while, I called Tuxego. After a brief hold, They said the had what I needed and put it aside for me. Hours before the day of wedding, Anthony, the owner suited me up and even had the sleeves tailored. I was to leave Sunday (when they were closed) and I thought I would have to ship the tux and shoes on Monday. Anthony offered to meet me at the shop early Sunday morning on his day off. What a mench! What a great place to rent your formal wear for your next affair!
Our experience with Tuxego was AWFUL. When we met with Anthony for our consultation we thought he was a funny guy, but that quickly turned into him being obnoxious when times got tough. Anthony, the owner, measured my husband for his tux and when it came in the only part that fit was the shoes and vest. He then thought it would be appropriate to joke saying what was I drunk when I measured you?. This was Wednesday, and we were getting married Saturday so this definitely was not funny. They had to reorder his tux and it didnt come in until Thursday and still had to be altered to fit him as it was too short on the pants and sleeves. Another groomsmans tux came in without the vest, another tux had a big oil stain on the jacket, and all but one of the men had to have their tux altered because it did not fit. Needless to say I was incredibly stressed out with all of this and the owner was less than helpful. He was talking nasty about other customers who had just left while we were there, and was cursing like it was no big deal. Their prices are higher than mens warehouse so I was hoping for better service and got the complete opposite. Even after all these alterations on the day of the wedding my father had to keep tucking his sleeve in because the stitching had come undone and another groomsman had the buttons of his jacket hanging by a thread because they had moved them to make the jacket fit. Stay away from Tuxego!
While I was only there for a fitting I had a pleasant experience with the owner Anthony. He was telling us about how tough its been with covid and everything for business but still managed a very upbeat attitude and he was a joy to work with. Looking forward to picking up the suit in a few months.
Double checked, and realized I did leave the one star review by mistake. Me and my brother (the groom) were extremely satisfied with their services, if I could I would leave a 10 star review. The process of getting the tux was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy/rent a tux.

Ive been in 2 weddings where @tuxego provided the tuxes. Both times they were great. My tux needed a slight alteration this last time. They took care of it in-store within 30 minutes, while I ran another errand. They are open late on week nights, so it was easy to get there. And its family-owned and operated, so you see the same people there again and again. Support a local business, with excellent quality and service. #tuxego
Dont even bother going to any other tux place, especially Mens Warehouse. Everything fit perfectly on all the men.
So, as I usually do, I waited till the last minute before an event. However, the staff at Tuxego, specifically Matt, were extremely helpful and considerate in helping get out of the jam I was in. All around it was a phenomenal experience, and would recommend visiting them to anyone. Just don’t be like me, plan ahead, however if you are like me and wait till the last minute, they are just as good.

This is the third time my son and I have rented a tux from Tuxego in Latham. Anthony and his staff are always awesome. They make sure everything from shoes-to-tie fit beautifully; pick-ups and returns are super quick and easy. Came here for a tux for an upcoming wedding. My first measurements were done out of town by a tailor and sent in. When I came in for the fitting the pants were too tight and when I expressed this I was told that if I had given him the correct measurements this wouldnt have happened. Otherwise everyone was somewhat agreeable but didnt seem to be very invested in what they were doing. Its a tux mill serves, its purpose but I wouldnt choose to go here myself.
When I didnt have a suit that would fit for my brothers wedding I looked into renting a suit or a tux. Of the people I spoke with locally, two of the companies were big chain (Mens Warehouse, Jos A Banks) and one was Tuxego. The big companies seemed like they didnt even want to bother with me because I was renting just 1 tux rather than getting tuxes for a half dozen groomsmen. Also, because the wedding was in Maine, I wasnt going to be able to return the tux in their standard window, so they tacked on some big-time fees. By comparison, Tuxego was pretty awesome. I called on the phone and explained my situation. They didnt seem fazed in the least that I just wanted 1 tux, and the owner said they would bend the rules for return period since it was Christmas and I was getting one of their best tuxes. Their best tux was still like $50 less than the big guys. I definitely recommend this shop if youre looking for a tux.
Excellent experience all around! The tux fit well and looked great; but more importantly, the staff at Tuxego was knowledgeable and helpful and guided us through the entire process. Quality goods and old time personal service are in short supply today and Tuxego provides both. I highly recommend this well run establishment!!

Excellent customer service and the final products looked great! They made sure that all of my groomsmen, who ranged from average size to 67, had tuxes that fit perfectly. They were easy to work with and gave me exactly the end result I wanted. Highly recommend.
They did my wedding June 22, 2019. They did an awesome job fitting the men. My 7 year old has autism and tough to work with at times. They went above and beyond to fit him. Very happy with their service.
Tuxedo was fantastic across the charts. Shopping for a suit or tux is all what you want to make of it. We tend to invest a lot of time & energy in everything so we were thankful to meet & work directly with the owner Anthony Commisso who was willing to spend as much time with us as we wanted. With us both being italian, friendly, and loving to talk; we hit it off right away.We had an appointment and I was a littler nervous because mens attire is not my forte. Also, my husband is built like a football player: broad shoulders and big long legs. He is a business consultant & lives in a suite.He has been known to blow out elbows in shirts & butts in pants. Not due to the quality, because he has always bought from Brooks Brothers, but because he is always on the move. He used to carry an extra pair of pants for a sounds mind. We were very nervous about finding a tux that would fit & compliment his body, and lastly his wear & tear on the biggest night of his life. With Anthonys profound knowledge of his inventory & excellent customer service we nailed it. Tuxedo steered us in the correct direction and taught us so much we didnt even know.When working with an expert like Tuxedo you learn the history and gammet of options and trends for mens wedding attire. Hours later, we closed the shop. My husband & I felt so relieved to know we didnt just check another task off our list, but made new friends and added another vendor to the foundation of our wedding that is trustworthy and valuable. Hunter looked as handsome as ever and felt comfortable in his tux the whole night. My picky father (which is a good thing...he knows what he wants) who is built like your typical italian dad had a great experience as well. Anthony rocks and me and my groomsmen looked like Kingsmen when he was done with us! Really he went above and beyond, even opening the shop back up after close so one of my guys could be fitted and get his tuxedo after hours because hed had some bad flight delays. Rented 3 tuxedos for a wedding and had a good experience. One needed to be sent back during the second fitting because it didnt fit right however it didnt cause any problems. Staff was nice and quick.On their website they tell you to avoid coming in on certain days of the week. This is because their shipments come in and the place is a zoo as everyone is coming in for second fittings. Heed their advice and do not go in on those days. The few weeks of prom season should also be avoided there if possible as it gets pretty crazy.
I have both rented from Anthony and Tuxego and also have worked side by side Anthony at events as a vendor. He is an excellent service provider. Very to the point, no nonsense, funny guy. Bring your whole wedding party in or rent a tux for your next gala.

Thank God for this place. Went in last minute, about a week or less before prom. They measured him, tux came in, went to get it day of prom, it fit perfectly! Looked great and the service was outstanding! I would definitely recommend these guys👍🏼
Matt and the staff at Tuxego were fabulous to work with. They are extremely professional and their customer service is superb! They went out of their way to create a great experience for a student that needed some assistance.
Staff wasa hard to deal with. The larger man that helped and fitted me barly said a word, which was not very helpful. When i came to pickup my tux they had my order incorrect and u was told it would cost $15 to fix the mistake they had made. When i expressed my frustrations the manager came over and instead of trying to help me fix the problem he said he will take the suit and give me my money back and to go find another place to get a tux. Was already very upset from the begenning becaue of the prices, hoping the prices reflected the quality of business and i was wrong.
They provided great and quick service. Really content about the time it took for my son to get a tux. Phenomenal customer service and staff.

Came in for a fitting for a tux and we sent an appointment for 1, we weren’t even talked to until 20 after and the amount of times this guy told someone to get out of his chair was annoying and very rude. I didn’t catch his name but very rude and definitely do not do business here. I’ve never been treated so rudely for spending 500$. DONT GO!

They dont know how to size my father. My newphews shoes were a 6 and his feet are a 4 he looked like a clown. My father did not bloat in a week and his vest was to small so was his jacket. I felt great in my suit but I was disappointed that my father aka best man should look just as good as I did.

2021-10-29Tuxego saved our day!My husband had rented tuxes for himself and the groomsmen through The Black Tux and two weeks before our wedding they told us that they did not have any inventory for my husband and most of the groomsmen. You can imagine how stressful this was for us to hear. That’s when we started looking around the Albany area for help. When I told Anthony about our situation he immediately was able to take my husband in to get him measured. By the end of that night, he was able to order all 10 tuxes for us! This was only about a week before our wedding and Anthony and his staff made it happen! Not only did we get all 10 tuxes in time for the big day, he was able to make any last minute adjustments to those tuxes. The tuxes were high quality and very comfortable. Anthony personally called me a few times to check in and give me updates. 2022-04-04Tuxego was great. We were in and out with all questions answered when ordering a tux. They are very knowledgeable about what is needed for all school events. My son felt comfortable and well taken care of. He looked great for his High School Military Ball. We are getting his graduation tux for next month from here as well. Thank you Anthony and Matt! 2022-05-10Went to this shop for my son’s prom. Great service from the minute we walked in the door to when we dropped off the tux. Their salesman even stayed late to ensure my son was happy with his selection. They have very high quality tuxedos with modern trends. They made a shirt adjustment with no questions asked when it was a bit too big at the fitting. I would recommend this tuxedo shop to anyone and will definitely go back for my next tuxedo rental.

2021-12-28The best place around to get a tux bar none! Anthony and his staff were beyond amazing during this crazy time in the world. I was originally supposed to get married last year but Covid made us reschedule to this year.A man of this word, Anthony gave my groom party a discount on our rentals like he promised he would. 2022-04-05Only a few weeks before my wedding my father unexpectedly became Ill. As the wedding approached with my father in a coma it became very clear if he was still alive by my wedding he wasn’t going to be there.Then, by a miracle my father not only came out of his coma but he also made such progress he was going to be able to walk me down the isle. Anthony was able to add him to our group and get him a matching tux just a week before my wedding.His service was so amazing, I would recommend his shop to anyone needing a suit or tux!

The staff was extremely organized, and on point with every young man that I witnessed walk in the door. 2021-08-12I worked with Anthony at Tuxego recently for a wedding tux rental. Being out of state, the Tuxego team provided detailed instructions for how to take measurements and send them to their team. From there, they promptly responded with questions and were able to quickly put together a wardrobe aligning to my ideal measurements. They were also able to ship my tux to my house rapidly and ensure things fit correctly prior to the wedding.Garments were clean, high quality and offered the right fit based on my measurements.They made the experience easy and personal without the luxury of an in-house fitting. If you are looking for a rental outfit and have a party including folks from out of town, Tuxego comes highly recommended.
