Great studio, lots of different equipment you can use - and it’s clean! I’ve been training with Drew since August and it’s been a fun ride. I’ve gained so much weight in the last 5 years and have struggled to lose any. I joined multiple gyms and nothing worked and my motivation was just non-existent... until I met Drew! He seriously puts you to work and helps you achieve whatever goals you set for yourself! I didn’t believe that I was having any progress until he showed me before and after photos (3-month difference) and right then my motivation just shot up to the sky. You won’t regret training with Drew, he’s the real deal!
I’ve been trained by drew on and off for the past two years, he is absolutely amazing with his skills in training and personality is impecable!!!! Drew stays on top of all of his clients and is still able to efficiently train. Trainwithdrew is thee best u will not be disappointed.
Excellent studio in St. Albans, Queens. Quality, friendly trainers make personal training here an excellent experience. There is normally ample metered street parking in front and unlimited free parking on the side streets. The studio is open early in the morning and closes late which makes it easy for me to fit training into my schedule.

2022-02-16Trainer Drew is about getting results. Everyone there is friendly, great atmosphere, and the trainer helps with workout, weightless, and meal prep.

2018-09-13Ive been training with Drew from TWD Fitness for a little over 2 years and all I can say is he is awesome!!! Ive struggled with my weight for all of my life and after training with Drew Im down 100lbs and counting. Drew is different form other trainers, he designed a personal training regimen specifically for my body, he worked with me on a meal plan and pushed me to places I didnt think I could go. Initially when I started working out with Drew I was doing only personal training 2X a week but in May I joined his tone-up class as well and I love and am addicted to both. TWD Fitness studio is definitely the place to be for all of your fitness need. Results speak for themselves.

2021-06-24I go here for my boxing classes. My trainer Vlad is amazing and holds no punches. He knows my goals and pushes me to be better. The place is not that big compared to other gyms but you are able to get a great workout there. Black Owned Businesses is what I support 💯

2020-03-10At the encouragement of my sister, I decided to take a training session with Drew. Deciding to do so and finally get in shape is the best decision Ive made so far this year regarding my health. Drews very passionate and knowledgeable about his craft, attentive to his clients, encourages you at every turn and produces great results. Ive only been with him for about 2 months and I plan on continuing until Ive reached my goal. His studio is always clean and you can always find ample places to park. Hes also very accommodating if you have to makeup a session due to work/family obligations. His plan also includes providing you with a meal plan and any suggestions you may need to suit your needs food wise. Ive struggled with weight my whole life and hes actually the first trainer I want to stick with until I get the results I want. I see him about three times a week and I commute from the Bronx. I didnt think I could do half the moves Ive done but he encourages you and pushes you to your full potential. I recommend him as a trainer and his studio wholeheartedly for any training/getting in shape/physical training you may need. You will not be disappointed.

2020-03-10TWD Fitness Studio is a great gym with amazing trainers. I would recommend it to anyone serious about losing weight. Ive been training with Drew for many years now and hes always very supportive of me through my weight loss journey, but he also pushes me to the limits that I can barely see myself reach, he pushes me to be healthier and much more especially because I can be noncompliant and lackadaisical at times. Any trainer in TWD Fitness Studio that you decide to go with, you are guaranteed to see results especially if you are consistent and you eat right!💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Drew is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. He prides himself on collaborating with his clients to create exercise programs based on their needs, goals, abilities, and anatomy. He creates an motivating environment “Keep going ! Don’t Stop!” You WILL get your results with Drew..What I love about training with Drew even in his group classes absolutely no one gets left behind ... he pays attention to EVERYONE .. BOOK HIM ..you won’t be disappointed

He is supportive, encouraging and acknowledges the progress of his clients. His establishment is clean and he has a wonderful team with their own specialties. When you walk in trust the process in order to see the progress.

2018-12-05Going to Drew was the best decision I made this year. I’ve only been doing his group training for 3 months but my results have been massive. I’ve lost over 30 pounds and my body is really starting to shape out nicely. Drew knows which exercises are most effective for your body type and the classes are never intimidating. He plays good music, keeps his space clean, and lol, parking is never hard to find. I would definetly recommend you try him out if you haven’t already.
