T.Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric in other cities:
Ed and Anthony connected our new hot tub to our electric service yesterday but did not have the correct breaker for an outside circuit near water so he installed a substitute instead and is going to return with the appropriate breaker to replace the one he put in yesterday.Ed is always on time and conscientious in all the work hes done for us. We would definitely ask Ed again. Hes very knowledgeable and thorough.
It was pleasure to have my emergency repair performed by Mr Ortiz. He was professional, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He explained what services he was performing and also advised about potential further issues that may arise. He definitely warrants a 10 out of 10 for the service he provided.
T.Weber company & staff (Mr Schneider & his partner ) were fabulous! They found my leak & performed a careful, strategic & difficult repair. They were professional, CLEAN & respectful of my home. They explained thoroughly the work they were performing & the price, which was extremely helpful. They were patient and polite. There were skilled at there craft & I was very impressed with them. I will definitely use them again (and request mr Schneider & his co-worker )
Hunter was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did the job just as estimated and as timely as possible. T. Webber overall is great! They were the only plumber I called out of four who could replace my failed hot water heater within 24 hours, whereas all the others were estimating a week or more before they could come. T. Webber is there when you need them!
Arthur and Wilson did excellent work. Everything was carefully explained to us before, during and after the work. We were very pleased that they were able to do the needed work on the same day that our issues were evaluated. They were both very professional and courteous. and were very conscientious. They tested and retested the new plumbing installations (new toilets, pressure regulator, angle valves, etc.) to be sure that there were no leaks, that everything was operating correctly and that water pressure was correct. They cleaned up all of the debris and removed the old parts that they replaced. They also informed us about other services that are available from T. Webber should such be needed in the future.
Repairs were done efficiently and professionally. Bill, my primary service provider, was knowledgable, experienced, and very pleasant to work with, Cost seemed unreasonably high to me, but I have not purchased plumbing services in many years, and this is clearly T. Weber’s standard business model with preset, fixed costs for specific basic repairs. Replacement of two valves cost more than $1,000. With hindsight I could have replaced just one to solve most of my problems while halving the cost, but at Bill’s recommendation I elected the more comprehensive approach.
We have a split unit system that needed to be cleaned and checked before the season. T.Webber gave a wide window for the technician visit, and then at the end of the day they canceled the visit. On the second scheduled visit the technician showed up at 9:30am looking very clean and professional. He wore and mask and booties over his shoes in our property which was very nice. We showed him the unit, and he was able to see that he inside of the unit was dirty, and said that they steam clean the unit for $1300.00. We asked how long it would take to clean the unit, the technician said it would take 1 hr. We asked if there was any flexibility on the price, and they said that there was not. We decided to decline the service, which they would have had to come back and schedule another visit to perform. The cost of the Split unit equipment was $1500, plus installation. We decided to not follow through with the service, and were charged $53.00 for the visit which took 15 minutes. T.Webber seems to be a full service provider, we were surprised that they were not able to quote pricing ranges over the phone, it would have saved their technician ( who was very nice ) the time.
We had an emergency with a broken well tank that flooded our downstairs area and left us without running water. Despite the terrible weather conditions today, these folks came out and within 4 hours the tank was replaced, and the work was done. From the start it was a good experience. Tamara was incredibly polite and very helpful, demonstrating excellent customer service. Arthur and his colleague were efficient and very knowledgeable. They worked really fast. What could have been a couple of stressful days turned into just an inconvenience that lasted a few short hours. Thank you for your help and excellent work.
Our plumber Joe Sullivan went far above and beyond in making our antique sink installation work. He put in extra time and effort to complete the job, his dedication was admirable. Will hire and recommend him for any and all plumbing work in the future. Stand up guy all around.
Kyle handled my plumbing “emergency” with skill and in a very timely manner. I found Kyle to be very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He answered a multitude of questions, checked for other potential problems and went above and beyond. Thanks for the great customer service.
Do not call T.Webber plumbers for anything, unless you have buckets of cash to loose. The are professional Thieves. They are well qualified and equipped to come and solve your plumbing problem, but you will need to empty your account to pay them. Here’s why; I had a sudden leaking pipe at my water line coming into the house at a Pressure Reducing cable that needed immediate attention. After May calls for help they were the only plumber I could get to come and change the valve. I was pleased until I was told the they would have to charge me a $250. Emergency after hour fee, and that the replacement valve would cost another $646.19. Plus tax for a total cost of $969.01. They changed the valve in less that 15-20 minutes and we’re on their way. After checking my local Home Depot, lowes, and plumbing supply shops in my area I found average cost for the exact valve was around $100. To buy and in stock. There is no reason to cheat anyone like this in a time of need. If you need a plumber in a time of emergency or any other purpose, I suggest you pass by T.Webber and keep looking. Otherwise they will steal you broke.
Our First time calling T Weber, and my husband and I are very satisfied with the work accomplished today. The plumber, Kyle Karson, was pleasant, trustworthy and professional. The work was completed within 4 hours. I never expected this. Properly diagnosed, Replaced toilet and sink fixtures and of course cleaned up afterwards. Used Quality products that are guaranteed. we are very pleased and will definitely call again if there is a need.
The electrician Theresa McFaull was courteous, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to install a bathroom vent fan that presented a few challenges. She was on time and when she was done with the installation cleaned up all the debris. Would definitely consider using her again for my electrical needs. As for the company itself with the exception of Gianni (who didnt return my calls) everyone that I spoke with was a pleasure.
Last year they installed a hot water heater, osmosis water system and a water softener system. I received my 1 year service on these. The technician was the best but T Webber needs to stop rescheduling service appointments they make with people. This service was rescheduled 3 times by them after I waited around all day. It’s because of that, that I will only use them for what they installed and not all the other services they offer.
I had a great experience with T. Webber. Their team was engaging, proactive, and knowledgable. With each step, they provided updates on their whereabouts and progress. They clearly explained what they were finding and how they recommended solving the issues (vs. just starting the work and charging me later as other plumbing companies have done). The team really came across as enjoying the work and caring about earning my trust and satisfaction. I plan to use them again.
The quality of the work was excellent. Kyle, Andres and Phil were the technicians who removed the old unit and installed the new one. They were friendly and very professional. They worked very hard in the heat with no complaints. Would have them do work in my house anytime.
Amazing experience! He could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful, and proficient at his job. He was able to help me with all my issues and took time to explain all he needed to do - and thoroughly cleaned all before leaving. Would definitely request him again for all future needs.
This company was fantastic from the time I called them about having no heat till the time the problem was solved. It took less than 5 hours from the time I called before my heat was restored. The agent who took the call and the service person who fixed my unit were very professional and kept me well informed of the arrival time and the problem to be fixed.I was definitely blessed to have this company help me.i will be calling them with any future heating or plumbing problems.
Jack was first rate at all aspects of the job. He assessed the situation clearly, explained carefully what he saw and how to remedy the situation; then he very efficiently and professionally did the work as explained. The result could hardly be better. And he was a very friendly and courteous presence. Thanks, Jack!
I just want to take the time to thank T. Webber plumbing for sending Arthur and Don to help me with my issues. I have a home in Dover Plains that I currently rent to a very nice family, but we ran into major drain issues in the up stair bathroom. I currently live in SC, so to say it was difficult to handle this problem from where I am now is not saying enough. The last time I had issues Don helped take care of them for me and when this new issue arose I REPEATEDLY told the dispatch I only want Don. I said it at least three times and made it very clear no one else would suffice. With that all being said, Don and Arthur came to my aid, and now I can finally sleep soundly knowing my tenants are happy. Thank you Don, and thank you Arthur. #TOP NOTCH.God bless you both. Cheers.
Everything about my experience with TWebber and Bill in particular has been great. He came for a Sunday emergency, quickly addressed the core issue in 24 hours, and then worked with me to make additional upgrades to my water system to prevent the issue from happening again. Bill explains everything super clearly and is clearly highly competent. He never pressured me to do anything unnecessary, he clearly cares about the quality of his work and my satisfaction, and he really went above and beyond in terms of service and work quality. I will only be using TWebber in the future, they have definitely earned a loyal customer here.
Our technician Joe was absolutely incredible! My fiancé and I know nothing about well systems, but we knew something was wrong with our water when our shower could not stay on for more than 2 minutes without stopping. Joe came in and was able to quickly identify the problem and let explained to us our options. Joe said to us that whatever we decided, he could be back over in a drop of a hat to do the job, and he did just that. The next day after Joe came by, we decided to move forward to replace and upgrade our well tank. Joe came over within 45 minutes and stayed until 9pm to make sure the job was done. Our water pressure is amazing and now we can take a shower without the water stopping. We cannot thank you enough, Joe!! We will always be requesting Joe as our technician in the future.
The technician they sent out, Hunter Jacobs, was excellent, courteous and efficient. Our dealings with the office were disastrous. I called to cancel one part of the order, which was absurdly expensive for what the service was. I was assumed it was all taken care of. I also tried to straighten out a question of which credit card work should be billed to. Again, I was given strong assurances that it would bel taken care of. Neither change was effected and the result was a dispute over the bill. I am not inclined to deal with T. Webber again
Brandon and his assistant Tim worked very hard to diagnosis my clogged toilet. After trying a couple of possible solution Brandon opened the septic tank and found a broken pipe. Both Brandon and Tim were professional, courteous, hard working and neat. I will use them to fix my broken pipe. Excellent workers.
Hunter Jacobs did an excellent job helping us with our various plumbing challenges, including diagnosing two problems, offering solutions--included a DIY option--and then completing the job on one: installing a new toilet. He is a great communicator and did a quick, clean, terrific job for us. We would enthusiastically welcome him back to solve other plumbing challenges in the future.
Jack was outstanding. From the moment of his arrival he was thorough and up front on what needed to be done to solve the problem. He went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done properly without any risks of needing to return. After completing the job, he assisted with clean up and offered advice on rectifying another situation. He’s an asset to T. Webber.
I used T. Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric to replace my old oil burner. They were an outstanding team. They were efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They did the whole job in less than a day making sure to answer all my questions. They cleaned up and its my hope that the burner they installed will be as good as they were. I highly recommend the team to anyone looking for similar projects. Thanks to Kevin Leahy, Wayne Toth, Jason Jack and the rest of the team for a job well done.
My horror started on June 10. I called T.Webber on a simple bathroom plumbing issue. A kid came my home and did a fine job of repairing a pipe but I still had a clog which he (the kid) wasnt able to do. I needed the guy with a snake so I make an appointment for 6 days later in the morning ( first available appointment) for the snake person BTW 8 and 10am. On that day I call after no one came to my house and was told they would arrive around 2pm ( I explained that I work and cant be home then) thus making the early appointment. I was told that the following day they would be at my house no matter what BTW 8 and 10 am and on that day I received a call with a story that due to another call they cant get to me and the earliest world be in three days. I dont understand why my issue seems not to hold enough value for this company. I did call another company which has come out to fix my problem within the time slot they stated.
I called this morning for servivce - the technician was here by 1pm and fixed the broken sink pipe with a replacement. The techinician was named Kyle was extremely personable and able to determine what was needed and finish the job. I am impressed with your level of service, the professional staff and the sense of urgency demonstrated. Outstanding. Thank youPeter
I am giving 5 stars because of the service given over the phone and the in person techs were amazing. Great people. In my business I know the score reflects on the people so I want to make sure they get a 5 star rating. My issue is the price. I bought a brand new water heater a year and half ago and overpaid at $3,000 but I figured that it would be the end of the story. Yet a year and half later the gas valve went and while the manufacturer covered the part I had to pay an insane amount in labor to get it fixed. Its been working fine for 2 hours now but I am nervous that if something like this happens I will be met with another high labor bill.Again thank you to the people at TWebber for thier excellent service, communication and responsiveness but these prices are a bit much.
Glen came in and recognized the problem instantly and was able to resolve it very quickly, and actually less expensively than the original estimate. When I showed him other plumbing problems he was able to quickly repair and replace the leaking pipes, plus gave me frank advise as to what was not worth repairing and better to replace.
Don S. from T. Webber was great to work with. He explained what the issue was, what needed to be done and he did it with a smile. Hes very knowledgeable and was able to give us an estimate for future work to be done. It was our first time using T. Webber and we are glad that we did. Very professional.
I bought a new gas dryer (800$) last month to replace my old GE laundry dryer. Unfortunately the installation service by the manufacturer was not available in my region. So I figured TWebber, the plumbing company would help hooking the new appliances up to the existing gas line. They could only schedule me in 3 weeks. The operator prétexted that they were fully booked. Then when they came over, they g, , ave me an estimate of 700$ plus tax to this 10-minute job with all the required hardware for the job provided to them. That was almost the price of the new appliances. As I complained and said no to their pricing, they left and came back 30 minutes later with an offer for 450$.still not acceptable. They then required me to pay 39$ plus tax for coming to my place.Poor scheduling and too expensive.
We hired them to install a water filtration system, which they did a good job on. Lord help you though if you tried to get it serviced, constant rescheduling without even calling you to let you know. They say they will call you and tell you a time the day before for when they are coming and they cant even do that, then when you call they say we cant give you a time but you are on schedule for today. Absolutely terrible service they have lost us as a customer, completely unreliable god help you if you had an actual emergency. I guess when you call for work that isnt a big ticket item it isnt worth their time and you mean absolutely nothing to them.
One of my HVAC units stopped working and a friend recommended T. Webber, I’m so grateful that he did. Every person I had the pleasure of dealing with in this company were very professional. I was able to get an appointment immediately, the technician John Birnbryer arrived on time, he was courteous, polite and very professional, he was able to diagnose the problem and install the parts needed in ample time. He checked and rechecked his work to make sure the unit was functioning properly before he left. The bill was also very reasonable. If needed I’ll continue to use T. Webbers service and request John Birnbryer in the future.
Carl arrived on the day we called to give us an estimate and explained everything that was needed and why we had to replace the unite. He stated that T.Webber had the unite in-stock and would set up the installation in 2 business days. Carl arrived with the Technicians as scheduled and introduced them to us. The only issue is that the Electrician seem to be in a hurry and put a hole in the wall by my fuse box.
Don was excellent. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and explained all that he was doing as he did it, and educated me with what might be going on. He did not push any repairs, but suggested some things that might need attention at some point. Seemed trustworthy and would definitely use him again. Thank you!
Vinnie was terrific. My baseboard heating system was not working and he was able to do a full boiler overhaul within 24 hours. I’m pleased with the quality of the professional service and how hard Vinnie worked to get my baseboard heat system repaired so quickly. I had a lot of leaks and issues and Vinnie took the time to help me get the best price package for me.
I am very happy with T Webber. I needed help with a sluggish Central Air system, and the problem was solved in one visit. Chris S. was timely, knowledgable, efficient, and a good representative for the company. After he inspected the system, he provided two options for fixing the problem, and gave his opinion as to which would be best for our situation. He got right to work, and was finished in about an hour. Immediately the house felt cooler, and within an hour or two, the system was functioning as it should. My only gripe is that I was so worried that the first fix wouldnt solve the problem (as often happens with home repairs), that I kept focusing on the timeline for T Webber to come back and do the bigger, more expensive repair. So, apologies for that, Chris. But luckily it doesnt look like that will be necessary, given that Chris solved the problem the first time.Lastly, Ive had communication issues with other local HVAC companies, but T Webber was very transparent about timing on the day of the appointment. I appreciate their attention to that matter, and also all of Chriss good work to help make our home more comfortable.
This was the first time that I used the TWebber Plumbing. I will say that I was happy with the service that the plumber did in my house.PRO: The guy was very professional, kind, took the time to answer questions. Gave me the options that were available to me. Ultimately we did have TWebber complete the repairs that we needed to get done. The Plumber was very professional and did the repairs in a reasonable time frame. If this guy opened his own service I would probably call him for an estimate. TWebber was very easy to set up an appointment and they are very communicative with their customers.CONS: PRICE PRICE PRICE PRICE. I do believe they are way over inflated in their pricing. I am pretty sure that you if you have some time and get some alternative estimates you can get a better deal else where.Once again, I gave four stars because the guy did a solid job and ultimately so did TWebber, however due to the high prices I doubt I will ever use the service again
Wayne Toth was sent to my home to address the need for a new oil burner. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and spent time explaining all my options. I couldn’t ask for a more excellent communicator. I would highly recommend Wayne to anyone looking for an expert regarding these services. Thanks also to Kevin Leahy for putting me in touch with Wayne.
We haven’t had a consistently working AC unit since they’ve put it in (1 year). If I had known how unresponsive and unknowledgeable they were, I would have vowed 1 year ago to just hold onto an ice cube to keep cool in my home. Sure - the ice cube would have melted by now- but I would’ve saved myself $12,000 and had the exact same outcome as having T Webber pretend they can install and repair HVAC. We had problems with leaking refrigerant for a year and then they installed a new system only after them “fixing” it half a dozen times and ignoring us twice as often. The new system (once again) never worked, then after a new technician came to “fix it”, it lasted about 4 hours before it broke again. A second technician came at night, found new problems that the first guy somehow missed (no technician here will ever find the same problem as another technician - it’s a shocking and innovative discovery each time), and said he’d be here the next day between 8-9 am. Now it’s 9:30 and they don’t know when they will be here so now you’ve given me time to scour the internet for places I can leave reviews of you. It was a displeasure to work with you.
Keith was so knowledgeable, kind and professional in helping us tune up our heating system and adjust some water heating issues we had been having. He was incredibly thorough while quickly fixing our problem. Its always a pleasure to work with T. Webber technicians. Thank you Keith!
Chris Savino, the text from T. Webber, came to our home to see why one of our outside AC units wasn’t working. He thoroughly checked the system and found the problem. The next day he returned with a co-worker and began installing a new unit. Our system was over 20 years old. Chris arrived at 8a.m. and worked til 7p.m. that evening…most of the time spent in the very hot attic. Chris was very knowledgeable and most respectful towards us and our home. Thank you,Chris!.
Set an appointment up for a service call and estimate. Drove 150 miles round trip to accommodate their appointment availability. Didn’t even receive a call to let me know they couldn’t make the scheduled appointment. I can only imagine how long I would have waited for them to show up if I wasn’t proactive to call. If your in an emergency or need help, I would severely question their professionalism and ability to show up.
Brandon Santiago at T. Webber is a true professional and super smart, very nice and straightforward with his advice. Our problem was structural and could easily have been handled badly, but Brandon went beyond the extra mile to handle it solidly and for the long term. T. Webber might cost a little more than other companies, but when they send you someone with Brandons skills and diligence, you get more than your moneys worth. Thanks!
Service: ponding on top of hot water tank. Tech replaced cold water pipe as he stated nipple was leaking with pinhole leak on pipe. $375 repair. Came home an 1.5 hrs later to find a new leak, with a big puddle on my basement floor. Water coming out in spurts. Had I gone out for the evening, or overnight; the tank would have emptied of water and flooded my basement damaging my carpet and belongings. I had to wait 1.5 hours for a new technician to arrive. The 2nd technician did the repair and then left, calling me 5 min later to state that he forgot to turn the circuit breaker back on! How do you check your work before you leave with the breaker off!! This is a professional company. Both repairs are negligent causing the customers time and aggravation. Unacceptable.
Repair guy arrived precisely on time [well, five minutes before] with his complex array of specialized equimpment, and in a friendly, engaging manner explained the problem and how he was tackling it, and he did so with no problems or fuss. Oh--he was also friendly with my two dogs and cat, and ignored the parrots insults. Really, I cant say enough nice things about him, and the quality of his work.
T.Webber called me less than 48 hours before an appointment I schedule a month ago to say they could no longer minke the appointment but offered me times 30-60+ days in the future. It is very unprofessional to cancel on a customer last minute and move them to the end of the line. I had used them in the past for work but will no longer consider them going forward. If dependability and commitment to scheduled appointments are the last thing you want as a customer then T.Webber is the “service” company for you.
Everyone at T Weber has done a great job with our home with installing and repair of our HVAC units, installation of a surge protector for the house, and always everyone is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Excellent company and I love the fact I can keep my heating/cooling, plumbing, and electric needs under one confident roof.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP AROUND! T. WEBERs ESTIMATE CAME IN AT 9XS HIGHER THAN ANOTHER COMPANY!I am updated my original review of this company as told them I would after dealing with their customer service rep (Lora). After a misunderstanding lead to T.Weber cancelling my original appointment, I wrote them a negative review. After this review, Lora contacted me and worked diligently to correct the issue, even getting another technician to come out the next day. Lora was great and gets positive reviews for her work to resolve the issue. However; note to the company, if you truly cared about customer service, it wouldnt take a bad review to get issues resolved (it should have been taken care of immediately). The reason T. Weber still gets 1 star is for their estimate. To make a long story short, a local company called Bottini Fuel came out and gave me an estimate to add a t fitting to an existing tank; connect 20 feet of gas line to that t; and connect that line to a newly installed gas fireplace (by-the-way, the 20 feet of line is attached to the outside of the house and didnt have to go through any walls). The technician for Bottini Fuels said, this is a very simple job and would take less than 30 minutes and would cost me $300. The only reason we couldnt hire Bottini (at the time) was because they were booking 3 weeks out and the fireplace was going in that day.Fast forward to T. Weber. As stated before, Lora got a technician out right away and we were ready to hire them that day.... until they gave us their estimate of $2,700. YES, THATs NOT A TYPO; $2,700 to do the job that Bottini said is a simple 30 minute job and would be $300; T. Weber for the same job wanted to charge us $2,700! Because they were coming out right away, I was expected T.Webers estimate to be a little higher.... maybe $500-$600, BUT they seriously wanted to charge us ($2,700) or 9xs the cost of another companys estimate! My wife, simply laughed and told the technician, no thank you.... I would have chosen a few more choice words for a company who wants to take advantage of people like this by price gouging!! Needless to say, we hired Bottini who have now moved us up into their schedule for next week.T.WEBER = RIDICULOUSLY OVER-PRICED!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!
Had a stuck zone valve on a hydronic heating system. Tech was polite, but did not communicate any details about the context of the repair the system would need without having to be asked multiple times. Ultimately the tech suggested that the single faulty valve could be repaired for 10x the price of the part alone. I expect a markup for labor—or even for labor to be considerably more than the part—but the final estimate to update a single valve and an air vent was well over $3,000, while parts to replace the entire valving system (5 zones) is around $700 if ordered retail. The estimate also included a subscription service plan, which seemed a little bold considering the high up-front labor fees. Additionally, T.Webbers estimate model—a $200 flat fee, which can be rolled into additional work, at prices T.Webber determines—is designed to make a homeowner feel like the sunk cost of an initial visit justifies further spending. A diagnosis call shouldnt be free, but it definitely feels like I spent $200 to discover that their service is oriented towards a high profit at the expense of doing comprehensive work up front. The tech did deactivate the valve and, after much prodding, take the time to explain what needed immediate repair versus what could be addressed over time. As the new owner of a home in need of lots of deferred maintenance, I was prepared to spend a considerable amount of money to address the heating systems needs, but as it stands, Ill be adding servicing the the system to my DIY list and using the money saved with other contractors.
This is an edit to my orginal review which is at the bottom in parenthesis however Greg the new service manager called me and went over and above to mend all these issues and do the right thing and in turn kept a customer.. His technician I dont remember his name came today and was the complete opposite of the last technician for the other review.. Very nice.. Answered all my questions professionally and tested and fixed / serviced everything that needed to be serviced! Very impressed and Id be glad to keep doing business with tweber and recommend them to others in my family! Thank you for restoring my faith in your company Greg!(Do not call this company unless you want to be charged 200$ to talk to a technician to diagnose a problem and do no work and then be upsold on everything including a new boiler when My boiler is only 10 years old..also a boiler cleaning is 450$ but if you have a little piece of paper that was sent to you in the mail aka a coupon its only 150$..ridiculous.. Ever since this company got sold recently its really gone down the drain (no pun intended) absolutely disgusting way to run a business and take advantage of your customers..)
Our sump pump had failed over the weekend with lots of water in the basement. I called T.Webber and Daniella was responsive, even though their one emergency tech was on an important call. She found me Jack, who came promptly and replaced my sump pump and did a fantastic job. When he was done, everything was working fine - the ground water finally stopped seeping into my basement! A nice ending to a stressful and tiring day. Recommend!
Edward was amazing! He diagnosed the situation immediately. We had a terrible power surge that damaged the main panel, et. al. He went out of his way to get a new panel as soon as possible. He showed up by 7 AM the next morning. He gave us great advice by keeping the power off overnight so not to have a fire since we had a lot of damage done. Edward was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, honest, reliable, compassionate, and thorough. There aren’t enough words to express just how pleased we are with everything Edward did.
UPDATE: just fixed this myself for 30 dollars! After they sent me an invoice for 1k. COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I had a member of T.Webber come out to take a look at my AC unit as its not working properly. I had an idea of the issue but wanted to confirm the problem through them. Was told that the part that needs to be fixed would cost around $700 dollars. I asked kindly what the part was and did my own research to see what it would cost online. IT IS $30 FOR THE EXACT SAME PART! Not only is this unprofessional, but it should be illegal. Im sure they have taken advantage of countless people who do not do their own research. I urge everyone to either not do business with this company or do your own due diligence after they diagnose the problem.
Chris from T Webber came out to diagnose and repair a broken HVAC cooling system. He identified the transformer was blown and replaced it; however it soon blew out again once the system was turned on. He told me it was therefore a problem with the main control board and other associated electrical components. He quoted 3k for various component replacements. I suspected this may not be the correct diagnosis and repair and told Chris I would like to have a second opinion from an HVAC specialist with electrical certification. He was insulted by this request.Meanwhile, I called T Webber back and explained my request. They agreed to send out Vinny, a senior HVAC electrical specialist. Upon arrival, he was able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem - there was an electrical short outside near the compressor. He was also able to explain some of the necessary maintenance to the system.I think they need to work on teamwork. Not every diagnosis is easy and It is OK to have more than one technician out for a job.
My wife and I were very impressed with the promptness of T.Webber responding to our need (same day) to get the central air conditioning to function properly! The moment the HVAC Service Technician, Gary, approached the outdoor condenser he not only knew exactly what the issue was but it was fixed within 30 minutes! Compared to another HVAC Service Company that weve used for the past 3 years, T.Webber outperformed them hands-down! We will be using T-Webber for our future home needs. Thank you!
My air conditioner broke. Vinny came to diagnose the issue and fixed it right away. He gave me fair options on what package to purchase in regards to upkeep. I have an elderly parent living in the house. I was relieved to see Vinny on the same day I called for service.Im glad our house is cooling off!
Jesse Diaz - installation project manager literally spent the entire day at our home going over any key features we must be aware of when operating this new hvac feature. Mr. Diaz was in no rush to leave. After doing a test of the cooling system realized our second story wasnt getting as much cool air.Mr. Diaz took the time to discuss our possible options. We are very pleased with his level of expertise & professionalism considering hes not in his 70s.
Keith Gabari figured out the problem with my Navien on demand water heater within a couple minutes and explained the reason I was getting a code after a while of running it. He also gave me a work-around in the meanwhile while I wait for the complete fix (parts that need replacing).
Well I have to tell you that i have never written a review of a company publicly before this but I am very disappointed in this one. In December they replaced a hot water heater. Their technician caused a leak that damaged the ceiling in the garage below. They were notified right away. I have incurred costs to remove the sheetrock, insulation , etc. and the wood floors above have warped. I have submitted my expenses to them to date and have been given the run around. They respond but nothing happens. They caused the leak, now Im spending over 2k so far with additional costs to replace the sheetrock and paint. Ive had it with them.I would NOT recommend using them. You need to know that a company will take care of damages to your home that they are responsible for. Accidents happen but its how you deal with them that differentiates one company from the other.
John Hibler did a great job. More important he was customer focused. Our home air-conditioning system was not working. The system is 32 years old. He could easily have told us we needed to replace the entire system but said since it was the fan that seemed to be malfunctioning it might make sense to replace that and see if that solves the problem. This turned out to be a much more difficult repair than it should have been but in the end it solved the problem at a substantially lower cost. This type of behavior builds customer trust and increases the likelihood of repeat business. We will definitely call T. Webber in the future when needed.
Never will use these.Pulled to get gas in Brewster(exit 10 off of 684) and their angry at life ginger was harassing a lady leaving the station, randomly screaming out of his work van. Proceeding to call her a b**ch as shes pulled away and cant rebuttal. Real tough, real professional. Why would the community welcome you into their homes? Avoid them
Never showed up when they said they were going to showed up but called me when they wanted to come to tell me driver is 20mins awayWhen I called to let them know that I am not home the dispatcher said the technician had an cancelation and could not just stand around and do nothing thats why the time was changed. When I called back they said I need to reschedule for Wednesday after already waiting almost a week.
Today John did a great job with my boiler repair. Something had happened to the boiler and I had no heat at all. John was able to quickly diagnose the problem and replaced a part. Thank goodness - because no heat is just awful. He was very professional and took time to share information with me about the boiler system itself and that was appreciated. John is a great tech and I would definitely recommend him !
The plumbers arrived on time and spent 2 hours on work which consisted of 3 items:1. disconnect and cap the water line to refrigerator ~ 450 USD2. Replace the leaking for the heating ~ 600 USD3. Unclog 2 sinks ~ 430 USDThe total cost ran into about 1500 $, I am satisfied with the work but the pricing is definitely high.
This Company is an absolute rip-off - they charged me $210.00 to tell me that they would replace a furnace vulvae fixture for over $1000. When I called my heating company (it is a furnace issue) they said they would do it for $500. Had to pay $210 just to have a guy show up for 5 minutes.

Don stopped by to replace a faulty sump pump battery. He was very courteous and got the work done quickly. He also checked to make sure the pump was working correctly after installing the battery. I’m very pleased and will definitely continue to use T Webber for any household needs. Thank you!
We had the pleasure of having Joe Sullivan, the field manager and an additional lovely technician (who’s name I didn’t catch unfortunately) come to our home tonight after our water stopped running. They were kind, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and deeply considerate. I highly recommend! Thanks again guys!! And thanks for letting our 3yr old shoe you all his cool things! 🤣
We paid $100+ to this company to do a simple filter replacement and service check for the furnace in our attic. They checked the furnace out and replaced the filter and stated everything looked good. A little over a week later (when temperatures were in the teens), our upstairs furnace stopped working. I called T Webber on a Sunday to see if they could check out given the furnace issue could have been their fault. They claimed they were too busy and were only available Tuesday. We were concerned gien freezing temperatures so we hired another plumber for $200 to immediately go out who spent all of 2 minutes to tell us T Webber did not put the furnace cover back on properly and thats the only reason the furnace wasnt working. I called T Webber who refused to accept responsibility and stated the best they could do was a $50 coupon off future service. Why would I hire these guys again if they cant put a cover back on properly???? I asked for my $100 back and they proceeded to tell me they would call me back and no one called back. I called 3 more times and got excuses ranging from busy to the entire office got COVID. These guys are extremely unprofessional and not trust-worthy. I understand errors are made from time to time but a company needs to own up to their mistakes and not give customers the run-around.
Hunter Jacobs was great! He not only checked out my water softening and filtration unit, but he changed the filter as well and took his time demonstrating to me the step by step process. He also noticed I was low on salt and asked if I needed some delivered. I did not know that service was available. Not only that, but the serviceman who delivered it (Wilson Howley)carried it into my basement and stacked it neatly next to my tank. This is important because I’m 73 years old and it can be rough lugging 40 pound bags.I am so pleased with the service these two men provided me. They went above and beyond. Many thanks to them and to you TWebber.
Arthur Ortiz installed a water filter and water conditioner in my home. He assessed the situation, made recommendations for what he thought I needed, then did the installation in a professional way and left the area clean. He was pleasant and able to answer all the questions I had. It was a pleasure having him here.Using T. Webber again was the right decision. Thanks. Gary Falkenstern
This man was on time, efficient, and very good natured. He was a pleasure to deal with. The work was done as quickly as possible. We sincerely would recommend your business. I believe his name was John cuduos to him, he made the whole unpleasant situation much easier.
Keith figured out the problem right away after a short explanation of the situation. He started working on it and fixed it immediately. He then showed me the defective part and explained me how it worked. At the end, Keith tested the system twice in my presence and it worked. It was a professional work. I would surely recommend Keith for this type of work.
Have used multiple contractors in the Hudson Valley, T. Webber no only identified the issues, they corrected them and are making efforts to mitigate future issues. Other contractors - You have no heat, things are frozen, pay me, bye now. Thank you T.Webber for your expedited, professional and excellent service.
Excellent job done by Mike and Richie in installing our ductless AC system. They arrived promptly each morning for this 3-day job and worked a full day - and then some. Very satisfied with the installation. They even wrapped a nearby exposed gas pipe, as they had the AC lines, to improve the overall aesthetics on the side of the house, something they certainly did not need to do. Cleanup was thorough. Very happy with the electrical work done by Phil and Brendan, overall sales process with Jason, & installation mgmt and guidance performed by Wayne. This was our first encounter with TWebber. It is a very well-run professional operation. Highly recommended!
This is the worst unorganized company. I made an appointment THREE times and they did not show up. The first two times they said they had emergencies and I was patient because I just needed maintenance done. But the third time was the final straw. They claimed that the phone lines were down (even though they answered) and someone would reach out to me. I gave it an hour and called back and they said they didnt have me on the schedule. I never write reviews but the lack of respect for my time and the lack of professionalism is unbelievable. I wish I could give no stars and five thumbs down.
We just bought our home September 2019. We wanted to put a WiFi thermostat in because we had two thermostats for a reason I didn’t know. Keith came in and explained our whole heating and cooling system. It ended up that we had a great system. Central cooling and heating that works on our solar panel system and an oil furnace backup heating system. So Keith found multiple issues with the way the system was wired and operating. It took a second scheduled appointment but he fixed and and was very professional and pleasant.4/8/21 replaced heat pump and di an awesome job. Very professional. A few hiccups after installation which they addressed immediately.5/13/21 replaced expansion tank off our water pressure booster and fixed hot water mixing valve. Great job as usual.8/27/21 Added a heat / AC vent to back room. Quick great job. Left the area very clean. Chris is amazing.5/31/2022 Jack Brand fromT Webber came and inspected our septic tank and found an old broke pipe. The septic tank and field were good but the pipe leading to the basement needed replacing. They came today in 95 degree heat and hand dug the area, replaced the pipe. They did a great job and I will always use them for anything. This company has always been professional and courteous. The prices reflect the work completed.5/31/2022 Edward Slater from T Webber came to check our electric and found a couple of possibly serious issues. A figure 8 loop in the main wires to the electric panel that could have caused an issue. Also outside connections to the house were corroding and when he showed me it definitely was close to having a catastrophic issue or even a fire. Jack came in 95 degree heat and replaced it quickly before it got too hot. They also added a whole house surge suppressor and electric management system called POWERWORKX e3. A bit expensive but safety is more important. All in all as I said in past reviews T Webber is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with.
Thought that T Webber did a great job. Every part of the process I was very impressed with. I had 5 companies bid on the job (removal of old AC system and replace with HVAC Heat pump), and T Webber provided the most detail on the work to be needed, and gave my several options/suggestions and price points. I really liked that they were detailed in their estimates and all inclusive (they included permits, accessories needed), while two of the other companies did not. They also offered a free year of the Total Care Program as part of the installation. I chose an Amana system, I had originally wanted a Bosch which they were happy to install, but the terrific salesman also explained that Amana had higher rating (they did I checked consumer reports and several trade articles), and also lifetime warranty on the equipment (Bosch had 10 year). A few days before installation the service manger showed up to scope out the job pre-install. They called the night before install to give an ~arrival time, and did same on install day. They work very efficiently, with several teams on site(HVAC, electrical, plumbing) providing support, so there were no lags. Also very impressed by the detailed explanations provided by the installation men, of what they were doing, what they did, and how it all works. They work well, they put drop cloths everywhere to make clean up easy, and they were friendly, professionals who did a great job.
Electric system was inspected, thorough job was done and a few faults identified .They identified an issue and did a good repair on an outside outlet. They will probably return to install outside light. The technicians were friendly and professional and took great care with shoe coverings. T Weber is reliable but expensive
Jack L. was very friendly and personable. He was very thorough with his estimate and listened to all of my concerns while providing helpful suggestions along the way. I’ve employed T. Weber plumbing services which I was very satisfied with and now highly recommend their electrical services as well. Make them your first call and you won’t need to call anyone else.
Our experience with T.Webber was exemplary. We had them replace our AC system. The technicians who did the work were very attentive to our needs and worked with little to no disruption to our working from home. They worked carefully and cleanly and left no sign that they had been here, save for the new equipment installed and the quiet operation of the new cooling system. One of their Master Electricians came afterward to ensure that all of the electrical work was to code. He also installed a breaker to separate the AC line from another circuit, and installed a courtesy outdoor outlet so that any future service to the condenser unit can be made without needing access to our home.Questions that we made to the office staff were answered promptly. All in all, T. Webber is a company that inspires confidence and one that we are happy to recommend!

2022-07-06John did an excellent job. He was honest about the time it would take, arrived on time, cleaned up during and after the installation was finished, put in a great looking new hot water heater, showed us how it worked and worked super-hard. He is clearly dependable, hard-working, trustworthy, and an asset to T Webber. His assistant was great too. We were very pleased and now can take showers!!! Happy and satisfied customer.

2022-02-04I cannot even begin to tell you the horrible experience we had with Mr. Rooter. I will never nor do I recommend them. After waiting 5 days for them to get back to us we realized they have abandoned the job they started. BEWARE OD MR. ROOTER!!!!. Messages were left and not even a manger reached out to us. We finally gave up and contacted T-Webber. This company came in and completely took over the job and they got it done in one day. They were professional and ready to get in and proved a service. I am so happy with their work and I do recommend them. They did not stop to take breaks or lunch they came in ready to work and they did what they promised. I highly recommend them. I will be calling them for future work. Call them they have a list of services they perform.

2022-04-16Our troubles started when our A/C was pumping hot air when the A/C was on. Initially I thought dirty coil, frozen pipes or worst case low freon.Mind you weve got 2 units (1 for upstairs heating/cooling and 1 for downstairs)We got John out within 24-hours of making the call and within moments of arrival he tipped me off that our unit was ancient (circa 1994) and the install done was shoddy in some places. He pointed the issues and concerns and made recommendations ranging from bandaid solutions to full replacement. He also discovered a bad zone valve as well as issues with the wiring to the thermostat calling for heat and A/C simultaneously. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough in checking both of our systems (even the one that was working fine). He quickly did all the repairs and recommended we consider replacing our system. A very expensive price tag when you consider the cost of a replacement air handler and an upgraded unit. Our old unit was 8 SEER, the new one we now have is 16 SEER.Enter Carl. The man was polite and courteous and pointed out what repairs could be done/should be done. As a sales rep he wasnt pushy at all but rather gave me informed suggestions and tried to steer me away from pulling the trigger on a new system if it didnt make sense financially just now. As a business owner, money is already tight so I was nervous about making such a large commitment, however when introduced to the financing option, the hurt was a lot less and the numbers made more sense. Carl said rightfully, were on the more expensive side and if you want to get estimates we encourage it. However, talking to them and seeing the seamless communication, I knew I was in good hands. Between Carls guidance and Johns prompt work I felt more at ease in making a decision.Communication was straight forward and everyone from Daniella and the dispatcher, Crystal in permits, every single email and text was clear and concise.Within 48-hours we had everything delivered and 8:30am installation began. First Eric arrived and introduced himself and outlined the scope of his work, then Phil arrived outlining his work on the electrical portion, from there we had an entire army of T.Webber staff moving swiftly on installation. Everyone was thorough and professional and it was so refreshing to see a cohesive team working together to make this install happen. When Carl had quoted me the price of $13,722 included a new pad for the A/C to rest on, the unit itself (16 SEER), a new air handler, the freon and everything in between not a penny more. He was absolutely correct, everything he outlined in the scope of work was addressed and the team went over and above to ensure the installation was as clean as possible. The whole experience was so great that were committed to paying off the first unit and having the T.Webber team replace our other unit so we can finance that too.Theres a good reason why these guys have 2,500+ reviews.P.S theyve got a good sense of humor about them since all our Halloween stuff was in the basement, someone took the opportunity and I love that!

2022-05-07I called T. Weber for a kitchen sink back up on a Friday night after 5pm. They were able to have a tech here the same evening. Jack arrived, introduced himself and we reviewed the issue. He was able to clear the drain and discussed helpful tips to help keep the drain clear. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I had no mess to clean up. In would definitely recommend their service.

2022-06-20I called T.Webber because there was a leak in our bathroom sink. It is our only bathroom in the house and I just brought my husband home from the hospital after having major surgery. I conveyed the details of our situation and explained the necessity of having someone come who understands the fragility of my husbands condition and who can complete the job in a timely manner. Not only were we sent an incredibly professional and competent plumber, we were sent an empathetic, understanding angel, Jack Brand! He was OUTSTANDING! He was familiar with my husband, house, and plumbing set-up because he headed the septic system replacement the previous year. I could not have asked for a better person to come and fix our leaky faucet in this dire situation. I had 100% confidence in Jack and his work the moment I spoke to him when he got out of his truck. I was 100% relieved. I was under the cloud when it rains, it pours and Jack stopped the rain (the leak) and made the sun shine! Thank you Jack! You are AMAZING and so appreciated!

2022-05-25Roy and his team were incredible. They far exceeded our expectations and did an entire bathroom transformation in four and a half days. The team was always on time, cleaned up at the end of day, were very respectful and even put our toilet back every night to ensure it was usable over night. The project was well worth it and I cant recommend Roy and his team enough.

2022-07-11Septic system backed up into cellar on a Saturday morning. Technician was at our home within 2 hours. Did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue. Immediately got to work fixing the problem and finding out the cause. Technician Jack Brand was super knowledgeable, friendly and talented at his job. He stayed until everything was fixed, clean and back in order. I highly recommend T. Weber plumbing service.

2022-01-28Glenn and Kyle did a great, fast job in installing a new silent check valve into my basement drain pipe. They were extremely professional, friendly, and considerate. Both men wore masks and put coverings on their feet to keep the carpets clean. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
