I have been using TWG Fabrics for many years. The showroom is fabulous with so many amazing fabrics to choose from. The staff is friendly, courteous and know their product well. The installers are well-trained, always courteous and respectful of your home. Any issues or concerns are readily addressed and corrected immediately. It is always a pleasure visiting the showroom. You will not be disappointed.
I went to TWG Friday. I spent a lot of time looking at fabrics and asking questions. The customer service was exceptional. To my surprise, I received a call today, Monday, to tell me my 2 cushion covers were ready to be picked up. They are absolutely perfect and I couldnt be happier. I will definitely use their services again.
We purchased a Hunter Douglas shade for our foyer window which was 74 wide by 58 long. Norman of TWG Fabrics came to our home and helped us with selecting the right shade for the window. He came with the installer when the shade was delivered, and both were professional and courteous. The day after installation, we noticed that there were two small spots on the shade which were actually factory defects. We texted photos of the defects to Norman, and he immediately ordered a replacement shade which was delivered to our house. The replacement shade was perfect.TWG Fabrics stand by their products and provided excellent service. We would definitely use them again.
TWG Fabrics offers great selection and excellent customer service. Norman has installed blinds as well as custom Roman shades in several rooms in our home and I have been happy with every installation. Strongly recommend!

We recently purchased Hunter Douglas shutters from TWG and found Norman and his team particularly responsive to our every need and concern. They proved to us that our satisfaction with the product and the installation were of paramount importance to them, and continuously kept us in the loop at every step of the process. This was my first experience with TWG Fabrics, I ordered a custom window treatment for my master bedroom, and before I share my comments lemme make a disclaimer that I rarely write reviews, but this is an exception!!!! I was impressed on the overall service but specifically on the extremely professional and clear communication on the time my order will arrive, the precise details on when it will be installed and which agent will show up at my door step and when, I have never had such experience with any of my previous window treatment orders with any other company, if anything is was more the opposite........Norman was in touch with my by email or phone, and when I informed him of a slight problem It was resolved in less then 24 hours.I am truly amazed of each and every step of this purchase.As an employee of another large retailer I understand better that Customer Service is the key and most important ingredient to build a successful company.
We had our ottoman reupholstered recently at the Middletown, NY location & it was outstanding workmanship. Professional work. I commend the upholsterer for professional work done. Mandel at that store was a great person to deal with. I will recommend this store to all.
We had two armchairs and a sofa reupholstered, it took not as long as we expected and the work was done very well. We are so happy with the beautiful job. At TWG Fabrics we found the right fabric for our home and the people at TWG are friendly and truly professional.
We have used TWG many times for fabric purchases as well as for Hunter Douglas Blind servicea. This is a wonderful company that provides excellent customer service. I plan in the near future to purchase a large motorized Hunter Douglas Blind. I will definitely be using TWG when the time comes. Thank you Norman.
Norman the designer was very helpful in choosing our window treatment. The service he gave was outstanding. We love the motorized shades they fit perfect. Great selection of fabrics very good service
I had just a small job of having my couch cushions replaced with new foam. They were quick, professional and a pleasure to work with. I plan on doing some custom blinds with them next time. Highly recommend.
We had two chairs and an ottoman reupholstered at TWG. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the upholstery job. The job was handled by Manny who made sure the job was done properly and on time
From the very start It was a very good experience the measuring to the selection to the installation. Very professional. I chose an expensive product even though I had different choices I chose Hunter Douglas from TWG. A very good salesperson.

2020-11-05We had a great experience with TWG! We needed a bypass shutter for our back sliding door and Norman was able to show us exactly what we were looking for. Norman was quick and efficient; he came to measure our door the same day and had the shutter ordered right away. As soon as they received the shutter, they scheduled the install for the next day. Norman was immediately responsive to my inquiry and was able to make a quick appointment given my travel schedule. He and David were able to carefully explain their products, worked within my budget, kept me informed throughout the process and did a great installation. Extremely happy with TWG and will absolutely recommend to others.

2020-03-11We had our antique sofa reupholstered here. The finished product was top quality! We were amazed at how terrific it looked. They were very attentive in helping us select the proper fabric. They listened carefully to our wishes and executed them perfectly! There was a question as to our cushions. They did not hesitate to call us up to come in. They were very patient as we tried one cushion after another to get just the right feel. Congratulations on a job well done!

2015-08-30I had a very good experience working with TWG on my home theater curtain. They worked with me from beginning to end; from the measurements to the installation. Mendel was very helpful with offering different options, the fabric choices and traverse rod selection. Norman was wonderful with the planning and installation and took the time to come to the house to discuss the project. Addie was patient and worked with me until the curtain looked perfect. Thank you to all at TWG who put the finishing touches on our home theater. The curtain adds an element of elegance and drama.

2016-02-16My husband and I had an amazing experience with the folks at TWG. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects of what we were looking for in our brand new home. From the initial consultation to the installation and even when we had questions or issues, Norman came out personally to our home. I would highly recommend Norman and his team for any blinds shades or the liking. If I were to have one complaint it would be the quickness of how quick they came out when we were having an issue. However when he did come, he helped us solve our issues or find a way to help. Very satisfied customer.
