This twin donut location isnt what it use to be. In 2012-2014 it was an amazing place to go grab a bite. It was always clean and smelled nice. But now, the staff is miserable. My fiancé has bought food from this location multiple times and every time theyve managed to mess the order up. Here are a few; One morning he went in told them he wanted a bagel with cream cheese no jelly toasted and a large tea, and 4 tacos the lady asked him how he wanted the tacos beef or chicken, he said 2 beef and 2 chicken with another large tea. At check out, the lady charged him an extra 2.00 for having chosen beef. She never told him that there would be the extra charge. The bagel also had jelly. And it wasnt toasted. Another day he went in and ordered a breakfast sandwhich and a bagel with cream cheese 2 teas. The lady there didnt even cover the teas. When my fiancé got home there was tea all over the inside of the bags and it even got on the blankets. After getting rid of the mess I opened what was supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese instead, we got hamburger bread and cream cheese. How nice. Today was the worse of all. My fiancé ordered 2 bagels and 2 teas. Simple right ? Nope. The bagels were finally good. But the teas, had SPOILED MILK inside ! I would never ever go there again nor would I ever advise anyone to go ! Theres a McDonalds one block away go there instead ! This twin donut location needs to be shut down. It is filthy, unhealthy, and the staff is horrible!
Great location with an extensive menu. They have so many options and they seem to get them all right. A great go-to for your breakfast fix.
Used to be a great place, before they changed cooks. Now they cant seem to get any orders right.Howd they mess up my coffee?
I have always ordered from here and they deliver quickly , their food is great and I never had a problem with their food. The only time they took too long to deliver was when they were very busy but the person who delivered made sure I got the right order .

Its a cool spot for breakfast or lunch specials...not too expensive and they have a great chicken cutlet hero!
Food and protein shake waaay over priced I just paid 10.00 for a protein shake. I NEVER paid 10.00 in my life for a protein shake not even in the city I pay that much. NEVER AGAIN!!! THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER.

2022-03-30I am very disappointed with the customer service. My friend and I went there to order a salad after a night at the gym. When we got in the cook angrily walked up to us and said “if you’re going order something order it now because we are closing.” as a paying customer I would I expect him to have respect and have a welcoming tone. Very disappointed if I could give this place 0 stars I would.

2019-07-04Friendly staff. Quick service. Pretty clean. Good menu to chose from. Only problem I had was that their outlets never work. So if you need to charge your phone or laptop to work while you eat,you cant.The staff is always quick to help any problems. And very patient with children.

2018-12-26I came to the restaurant yesterday on Christmas Day 2018. There was no one around to take the order. I walked to the back where you order sandwiches and I needed a damp napkin. When I server did show up I asked her if she can wet the napkin (clean) that she just handed me and she told me to go to the bathroom to wet it. The sink was right behind her and she said the bathroom is opened. So I went to the bathroom and someone was inside already. I walked back to her and said I just need you to damp a napkin for me and another person and with attitude said go to the bathroom. I order from this restaurant every single morning on my way to work. I even referred people to the restaurant because I like the food. My mom even gets food delivered to her. I am so disgusted with the hospitality from the evening staff. It was terrible that they were just standing about doing absolutely nothing and couldn’t lend a hand. I do a lot of reviews when someone is doing something good and I do a lot of reviews when someone is doing something bad. They just lost about 5 customers on my behalf because I don’t treat people as such and i wouldn’t want to be treated that way either. Very dissatisfied with the hospitality there.

2019-12-14A good go to place in the neighborhood for coffee and a donut and all for 2bucks. It seems there breakfast is a big hit. The spot is always busy. I ordered today a grill cheese sandwich w/bacon. Very good. Crunchy, not burnt, melty cheese...yummy and enough bacon for every bite. I really like how they make that sandwich. I have also ordered in the past an Almond Milk, Vanilla shake, OMG...delish 😁

2019-01-21I go to spot when nothing else is open. Its open 24/7. Its right by the 4 train on fordham. The staff are always nice and the food is always good. Some of the staff dont speak well english. The only bad thing is theres a lot of homeless people that hang out around the area. I live in the area so im used to it but it might be to much for someone who isnt.

2019-09-17This small fast food restaurant use to be good but now whoever is pre seasoning the burger meat is just out of his or her mind, American burgers are not done that way,we the customer add salt ,ketchup or mayo if we like but you guys are ruining the flavor by adding this super nasty and salty curry are you kidding me,I havent buy anything in that place regarding food,only coffee and out the door,the coffee is super hot so it last longer i like it,and the bottle water is awesome lol,i mean it guys dont buy burgers here you will hate the pre seasoning yawkkkk
