My friend is very particular, to the point of being annoying and Twin Forks Moving was patient with her and very professional. They packed everything up, brought it to her new place and unloaded it as per her design plan. I would 100% recommend them to any discerning customer.

This was the best moving experience of my LIFE! I was treated so kindly and professionally by the staff and crew at Twin Forks Moving and Storage. The staff answered all of my questions upfront and put my mind at ease. They treated all of my possessions like their own. I panicked when some of my things weren’t able to fit in my new place, but the crew loaded them back up in the truck and stored them for me at a competitive rate. Moving is stressful but Twin Forks made it so easy.
My review is that this is a fantastic company!! They are courteous and efficient and have a well organized storage system. There trucks are clean and appear well kept and the workers are professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Twin Forks Moving & Storage for your moving and storage needs.
Absolute pleasure to work with! We had a client who had a pipe burst this winter. We had to move her living room contents into storage while the damage was repaired. Twin Forks was extremely professional and promptly cleared the entire living space. We were very satisfied!
Very nice guys to work with. They help move some some down to the basement and I needed to unwrap and take pictures of each piece and they were organized and considerate about each item. I would highly recommend them again. Never felt like they were rushing and they cleaned up after themselves.They made the experience very easy.
I used this company for a major move some time ago. Actually, it was a cleaning out of our entire home while it was being renovated, then storage for a couple of months, then moving stuff back in. Chris Denon was the best; he did a thorough tour of the place and gave us an accurate estimate before we did the move. Everything went smoothly; there was no damage to any goods, which included several antique lamps and objets dart. You cant go wrong with this company.
Terrible experience after providing twin forks with many years of business. they dropped a piece of furniture on my floor and refused to pay for the damage. chris, the owner, wouldnt return my calls, even after i submitted photos. not trustworthy.
I contracted for this company for a period time & was screwed out of $ constantly so I left. They bill with opened contracts & fill in times later. I questioned these practices & was let go a week later. Customers sign for times where there are no times noted,items taken to storage with no inventories done so whos to say what was taken. When the claim comes in the contractor gets the bill due to theyre screw ups. I have records to prove my claim with customer numbers to verify this. DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS.
I highly recommend this company, having used them for storage and several moves. They were consistently reliable and efficient -- top-notch! I am a very pleased customer.

2022-05-11I can not express enough how amazing this company is! I have used them for multiple moves and have always been 100% satisfied. My foreman for my move, John, along with the three men who work with him, were polite and professional. They took care of all of my belongings, including several large metal sculptures, custom pieces of art, a baby grand piano and a 60+ year old organ. They moved all of my belongings into their storage facility so that I can renovate a townhouse, and I know because of the level of care and manner in which everything was packed and handled, I expect everything to be in pristine condition!

2022-08-10If we could give them less than 1 star we would. Worst moving company we have ever worked with. We hired them to move everything out and into a newly renovated home. They moved very high end furniture and stored it for a year.They damaged countless priceless pieces of furniture and destroyed family heirlooms. They “misplaced” hardware, lights, electronics, couch feet and pillows. Pieces they damaged took months to replace. They even forgot to check the drawers of a dresser. Everything in it… destroyed. One time they even came to the house to repair something and promised they would let me know when it was finished so I can approve it to avoid anymore lingering issues. They lied and snuck out the front door. The worst part was no one cared to follow up. We had to call once a day for months to get any update. The owner, Chris, would not return my call after countless reach outs and disappointed emails. If you’re looking for an organized, polite and reasonable company, look somewhere else because you WONT find that at Twin Forks. I regret ever hiring them. It was a stressful experience and I will not refer them ever again.

2021-03-23The team at Twin Forks is top-notch and provided perhaps the smoothest and professional move weve ever experienced. From Gabe who manages the business and the overall process, to the moving and packing crews... Everything was thought through and taken care of right down to the smallest detail. If you can believe it, this was the first move weve ever done where nothing came out on the other side broken. Additionally, Wayne and his moving crew were really the best group of movers you could ever ask to work with... Super focused, amazing communicators, and just really friendly. Would recommend them highly and would definitely use them again. Just good people all around.

2021-03-27The job I hired Twin Forks to do was moving a grand piano into my home and relocating my existing piano to another home. The team consisted of Tommy, Wayne and Dennis. They were total professionals, careful wrapping and handling both pianos. They consulted with one another before moving forward with each step. It was a pleasure to watch them work so skillfully together. I am a satisfied and grateful customer.

2017-07-26We hired Twin Forks Moving and Storage to pack and move my elderly grandparents last weekend. The crew was great! They were friendly and patient, and made my grandparents feel very comfortable moving out of their longtime home. They packed everything quickly and thoroughly, taking the time to individually wrap each item before transport - Every item arrived safe and unbroken. They were truly a pleasure to work with on a really stressful day. Additionally, the estimate and the final cost were both very transparent and fair.I would highly recommend Twin Forks!

2019-11-08We used Twin Forks to receive, inspect and install all the furniture for a 5 bedroom house in Bridgehampton. They made everything very easy for us to monitor the project from Los Angeles. Very professional in all aspects. Even when we had several items get damaged in transit, they were helpful in getting things settled with third parties. They were also great with our client. I could not have asked for a better company to work with.

2020-11-04I hired them to move everything out of our home due to renovation work. They moved my high end furniture and stored it for about 5 months. They destroyed and permanently physically damaged many items (large stain on the mattress, a hole punched into a night table, etc.), caused mold to grow on the leather furniture, and stained and stretched the leather pieces by improperly wrapping it in plastic. They also charged me a substantial premium for moving and storage insurance premiums which they and their moving carrier now refuses to acknowledge or stand by. The owner refused to come and inspect the damage when it was delivered, and denied all responsibility for everything. I would never hire this company again. Dont walk away, run as fast as you can. Whatever you do, dont hire them, or you will seriously regret it! This is my opinion based on my personal experience, and is intended only to post to other intelligent consumers what happened to me.
