I was there quite a few times in the last few weeks, as was my husband. The last few times we were lucky enough to have Liz see us. She was great. I have never had a problem with anyone there. One time they stayed past midnight to help me. The nurses are nice, the assistants are nice, the Nps, PAs, I never worry when I go there because I know I am in good hands.
This place is no good for phone appointments. They need a new phone operator.Someone who knows what he/she is doing.Yesterday i had an appointment and he/she wouldnt transfer my call. I called back and dial the extension and noone picked up the phone. All day i tried to call.This place is a waste of time
Short wait time, very friendly front desk, efficient Covid-19 procedurals being taken.... Dr. D. Patel is an excellent doctor. He is very focused and patient. He answered all my questions and was friendly and spent time discussing my concerns.
My family and I have been going to Mdtn Medical for many years now. I personally feel that the services and waiting time have improved. The medical staff is always caring, friendly and very knowledgeable. All of our medical needs are always met & our experiences are good.
Unfortunately 1 of the blood tests didnt get submitted and now has to be redone. The office staff and Dr are great... but the telephone system stinks. It would be nice if a patient could actually connect with the drs staff instead of leaving messages with nice but uninvolved operators. I really like the Dr but was very frustrated by your phone system.
First of all, Dr. Patel was on time which is huge, second of all he listened, and lastly he was kind. I appreciated all three of these wonderful qualities.
Dr. Dhiren Patel made me feel very comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions.
Michele Hoffmann was very sweet, thorough, and ordered a lot of tests to make sure things were ok. She even recommended another PCP that would suit me since I recently moved up here. Would recommend.

Visit is always to Middletown Medical a pleasant experience the wait time this long as it any doctors office once youre in the RAS and staff doctors are all very good polite and pleasant also concerned with my opinion which means a lot they dont make me feel like a dope

Dr Seecharran always takes the time to both explain everything AND listen. He’s always considerate of my complaints and suggestions. He’s friendly and personable.
This building is right next to the main building in Middletown New York. Here they have a bunch of departments like Cardiology. Some of their primary care physicians are also in this building. Parking is always available and the building is well maintained.
My visit to Middletown Medical is always pleasant. The wait time is at a minimal and their Staff is great.
Caring and informed Doctors really act fast to make sure you are health or on your way becoming healthy.

2022-03-09Ive been patient of Middletown medical for many years a patient their cardiology departments since 2009 I use them for nearly everything I need. As the group grows I find that going outside the group. Many of my other doctors have joined the group over the years

2021-08-02I switched my daughter from this practice for several reasons. First its impossible to get a hold of a department directly and takes forever to get a hold of a representative . Of course they cant reach the department either (does anyone answer phones ?). It seems like anytime Ive tried to make an appt the one ped doctor is on vacation and Im either expected to travel to be seen or use their urgent care. Theres also no on call system in place , again just expected to use urgent care. The wait times are way too long virtual or in person Ive waited over an hour multimedia. Lastly getting paperwork completed should not take weeks and several.flow ups.smh

2021-07-22Dr. Ramaswamy has been my PCP for over 15 years. Middletown Medical have experienced physicians and friendly staffs. We had good experience at this place, would definitely recommend anyone 👌👍

2020-08-27For the most part I like having all my records at one place but trying to make an appointment is almost impossible without going in person. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered then another five before they disconnected me. They should have something set up in their app to be able to make appointments efficiently. Making the appointments on their app doesn’t seem to be rich in the doctors offices.Also there should be A calendar for set appointments on the app
