Overall okay. The evening staff could have been better. Also note when returning the vehicle and you have unused boxes etc. You wont get a refund unless the store is open. In other words make sure to return your truck during regular business hours if you are returning unused items.
We did an online reservation the day before. When we arrived the next day their system wasnt working so weve spent hours waiting for them to fix the problem. Ofcourse we had to pay helpers for the wait. However, when we arrived later that day to unload our stuff it turned out that the key doesnt work. So, we couldnt do the unloading because their office was closed by that time. Therefore, we had to leave the loaded van on their parking lot overnight and pay helpers twice. The next day we explained the problem to them and they didnt even bother to say sorry for this. Also, the main entrance to the storage is just ridiculous. Because there is a level difference between the sidewalk and the building, it is impossible to slide a dolly inside. There is plenty of storages in the neighborhood, and I am definitely wont be back to Uhaul.Awful experience
Terrible. Whats the point of booking time and equipment, if the equipment is not available upon arrival and the time slot occurs over an hour after the booking time? Additionally, its highly irresponsible to give vehicles to customers with the tank on empty. Especially when the nearest gas station offers only premium. Atrocious.
My truck broke down midway through my move on Sunday around 6pm. I used their roadside service. It took over an hour using for someone to come out and give it a jump. We were advised it could happen again. Instead of making another trip, I returned the truck back.I was charged for blankets that I ordered and never received. I filed a complaint. They refunded me for the $5 blankets and the $7 of gas that I didn’t refill. They were aware that the truck broke down, and that’s all I was refunded.Your truck failed to operate as agreed upon. Why am I being charged for the service you failed to provide?
So where do I start?!? My luck in having to deal w Uhaul twice in 5 days.Im going to go out on a limb here and say that they do not have their business together. This 24/7 truck share has not worked two times so far this week. I tried one at another Uhaul location in Queens and my order for a truck was placed the day before online and this one was placed in person the day before! Its hard to imagine that this is a moving company that is UNABLE to facilitate folks getting a truck at 7 am. So far its not been possible on a weekday and not possible on a weekend?!What the what yo?!? How is this a real company?!? Can someone at least let me know if this service even works? Then when youre there you have lines like this one.... To be expected but the idea of preparing for a move to then end up w all these delays is just a really poor and a wretched way to do business. Can someone with some sense please take over the logistics of this company?!?Please and thanks.
I was there right when they opened to pick up my rental truck. From when they unlocked the doors promptly at 7am, I was greeted with a warm good morning from MS. TAYLOR. She was extremely helpful and assisted me fast and courteously. She was even helpful in modifying one of my reservations. I would ask for her if you ever need top notch customer service. My outstanding experience continued when I went to pick up my truck in the lot. I was having problem with the mobile app to document any issues with the truck. ANDRE, was there and was of great assistance. It was busy as trucks were coming in and rentals were going out. He never rushed me and provided phenomenal customer service. There was also equipment on the truck that I did not need and he was able to remove it and get me on my way. I highly recommend these employees and this site!!
Very poor service, I honestly wish I didn’t have to give that 1 star! The two U-Haul representatives I spoke to with my spouse are Kimberly and Marybeth! I made two reservations and I was told they gave them away on the circumstances of first come first serve! So just to see how accurate this information is, I asked to be given another truck regardless of its reservation. They both proceeded by informing me they cannot do that because it is already reserved. They completely contradicted their words. Kimberly’s attitude was beyond unacceptable and unreasonable, I called U-Haul customer service and hope she is dealt with accordingly and both held accountable for their misrepresentation of U-Haul and their reservation policies!
My wife has a storage unit U-Haul she says her experience is a little nerve-wracking because of all the men lordering outside of the U-Haul Storage. She said sometimes she doesnt feel safe in there by herself and they are very rude when you dont need their help my wife has been storing with U-Haul for 11 years straight in the same unit Ive even had arguments myself with these individuals that are always there and Ive also witness them arguing with other customers. Not good.
I returned my truck rental and the employee informed me the truck was not clean - I had then took it upon myself to clean the truck- which the Uhaul employee responded by licking his finger and saying there is dust, I will charge you a cleaning fee...obviously ! The truck was in use. When I asked to speak with a supervisor- Polia did NOT handle the situation any better - when I then offered to take the truck and clean it to there standards the employee - who refused to give his name when asked- said you returned the truck you cant take it - get out of my face . Horrible customer service. There is away to handle issues and I would of happily done what was needed. I recommend to go to ANY other Uhaul Truck Rental but this location. (attached is the photo of the truck)
I rate this facility 5 stars because of the Manger who resolved an issue I had on May 1st when I dropped off my truck. She explained the situation clearly and told me that my issue was taken care of. Secondly you have a wide variety of vans and trucks that you can use for your moving needs. It is a well run process.
I feel weird saying this, but I think I love U-haul. They have great hours of storage availability, the facility is brand new and really nice. You get a lot of space for the price. Complementary, unlocked carts are super helpful. The in-town moving vans are easy to rent with the app, and are pretty reasonably priced.
Ive used this location 3 times already. I think someone should improve operations because its a bit of a mess. Check in is always very slow, even if you do the check-in beforehand. Vans are not always ready to go, even in low season, so be ready to wait for someone to bring a van to you. Check fuel level beforehand as well because sometimes they make mistakes in the contract.
Martin - The booking guy I just spoke with when calling the national number to find out why my booking had been changed (without notice) was so incredibly unhelpful, defensive, rude, and awful to speak with that its beyond belief how he even has a job. He brought a new level to how low people will go to cheapen fundamental decency between humans. Way to go Uhaul.
One of the worst experiences of any where I have shopped! The first time I went for boxes and we couldnt get in the door to enter the store. Turns out it was the exit, however, not marked and the entrance view completely blocked by a multitude of U-haul vans so we didnt realize that there was another door. 6-7 employees watched as we struggled to figure out how to open the door which had no handle, of course, because it was the exit door. No one bothered to even acknowledge us and let us know that we were at the wrong door. They all just looked at us and went about their business. Finally someone opened the door, but still neglected to let us know that it was an unmarked exit door. We purchased a number of boxes and we were told that if something didnt work that we could return it. The young lady that helped us had a good attitude and, although it took moving a mountain to get any of the 6-7 staff to actually do that once we were in the store, her service was ok. Well of course one of the boxes didnt work and because I had taken off the cord that wrapped the box, a very apologetic, but rude woman, (heavyset with glasses) and not at all flexible, would not let me return it the next day because of the cord being removed. The box was in the exact condition, just as I purchased it, not even folded or manipulated in the slightest, but still, she wouldnt take it back. If only the sales person hadnt told us that we could bring it back and if only she hadnt neglected to say dont take the cord off the box or even try it, we wouldnt have had a problem nat all. I have lived in Brooklyn forn12 years and Im this time, bad service doesnt get any worse than my experience at this U-haul and its lackluster staff.
Would love to give 5 stars, but I was told the manger would refund me 10 dollars for renting a dolly after, I guess she felt bad I couldn’t drop it off at another location closer to home, but still see no refund back on my card. Other than that the service from the staff was professional and efficient.
I dont blame people who work for huge, horrible corporations for their work ethic. Ive rented a number of vans here this summer for work. Every other time it goes smoothly and the people are friendly. The majority of interactions happen on your phone, where they make you hunt for damages on the car that they havent marked. Bring your patience.
NOT AS ADVERTISED! The rentals are supposed to be $19.99 and they charged $39.95. They also charged a $20 “convenience fee” (which I have never experienced with UHaul before). When we returned the UHaul I was told to leave the van where it was with the keys in it. We filled up the gas to exactly where we found it and they still charged us for gas. They were rude and did not explain anything to us. We were given an online invoice that was $60 cheaper, so I’m not sure why we got over charged. Also to dispute the charges will take 6 months which is ridiculous.
I wanted to say that I have always had a great experience renting and returning at all UHaul locations. Ive driven across the country and in town and the prices are always very clear and the service is good.Their online system is well thought out and I recently had an accident where I scraped a car and was so afraid of how it would go. They were great and the insurance did what it was suppose to do....help me when I needed it.The staff are solid and they are quite knowledgable. Thanks!
I needed a truck to move items out of my PODS storage to my home. This location is listed as being on 3rd Ave on Google, which leads you to a back entrance / repair shop. The problem: the back entrance and repair shop has a much larger sign and is labeled MAIN ENTRANCE. The door is locked and nobody is there. Nobody picks up the phone. Once you figure out that the real main entrance is on 4th Ave (which has a sign half the size, and looks more like a carwash), you go there only to be ignored by the overworked and underpaid staff. I completed the easy online setup and was instructed to go stand to the side of the counter to receive my key. I stood there for 10-15 minutes with 3 staffers ignoring me, only finally to be told to go find my truck outside, where it was waiting with the keys in it. Whats the point of the zero contact app if I have to go stand inside, be ignored, then be given totally different instructions? This entire mess wasted an hour of my life and made me almost miss my pick up time for PODS.
Everytime I have ever been here, I have dealt with some of the worst customer service known to man. Seriously, I try to spend money locally rather than feeding the amazon machine, but this place makes me want to drive to Detroit to buy boxes. On top of that, they had at one point taken $4,000 dollars out of my account because they lost a truck. I had the truck for 2 hours. No apologies. I was told that I had the truck and I could be living in it. How does that make sense? If youre an actor and you want to learn how to play a withering old villain with a penchant for kicking puppies, go to this u-haul location. Do not go to this place to rent a truck.
The night before our move they changed the pickup time of our truck without telling us (and the offices were closed at this time). This was booked a month in advance because we knew it is a busy time. We had mover helpers arriving at the same time the truck would be ready and needed to be done to reach our 4 year pls son who was in a different state. Luckily, the movers were flexible with the schedule. After trying to call for hours, uhaul said they could not guarantee a truck at the new time and said some terrible things to us over the phone. When we arrived for the new time and there was a line around the building, it would be hours before we would get into the office. We were saved by one employee who we talked to who helped us through and got us a truck in time to meet our movers. I understand its a crazy time in the city now, but whats the point of a reservation if its not kept and for the rudeness over the phone, it only added to the stress. Thank goodness for that one employee who was really a God send.
They changed our reservation without telling us from a 15 truck to a small 9 van. Completely messed up the entire move and took what shouldve been a quick three hour move into a nine hour ordeal. Also all the staff are incredibly rude. Uhaul knows they have you by the balls on your moving day so they jerk you around however they want and make you pay full price.
U-Haul has always tried to screw me and I always expect it, but this location is next level awful. The morning of my reservation, my pickup location changed from my local U-Haul spot in bed-stuy to this which is a 30 min drive away. When I got there, there was a line all the way down the building, and I ended up waiting almost 2 hours before being able to get my van. It was obvious they had 1 guys running all the van and truck rentals so the rate of processing was about 1 person every 15-20 mins. I couldn’t believe it. You need to have more people to avoid this
They called to confirm that I still needed my appointed truck and also confirmed that I was standing in the right place, at the correct U-Haul facility. Less helpful: They then hung up. Im assuming it was them as they identified themselves and knew about my rental plans. I did eventually drive a rented truck, I will grant them that. The whole, Skip the line! business is jive. It still took an hour to take command of the mentioned rental truck so, factor that into you schedule and youll be all set. Or you wont. I make no guarantees- this is annecdotal evidence and hardly matters if you need to rent a truck.
I rented auto transport from this location. The front register woman was rude, had an attitude with me and was confrontational. Although I had done self checkout to speed up the process, it still took approximately 20 mins with the wait time to check in. The gentlemen outside that helped load the auto transport was very kind and courteous. I wish I had gotten his name. Instructions on how to return the equipment was vague. I would not recommend the location as it was busy and stressful.
This place can not get it together. The customer service desk is a one stop pit of hell for anything u-haul related as in supply purchases, storage rental, truck rental. You can not do anything without passing through the incompetent gate keepers. We waited on line for an hour, even with a reservation and using the time saving app pre registration. The staff was not helpful. They dont know their own systems. None of them know how to use the app that is advertised heavily in their own store, forcing you to re-register if you have the patience to even reach them. I do not even want to waste anymore of the time they stole from me writing up a warning review. Avoid this place.
I rented and loaded a Uhaul box at the parkslope location and it was an overall good experience. Carlos Salez (may have spelled the last name wrong) demonstrated amazing customer service by being as helpful as possible. Only negative was that they almost shipped off my box before I completed filling it. I had let the staff member now the night before to leave a comment that Ill be back in the morning and she did not. Nonetheless, it was a good experience.
We waited for 20+ minutes in line to get the keys to the truck, and then another 20+ to get the truck itself. We had to find employees on our own multiple times in order to be helped. The drop off also took about 30 minutes of waiting in line. No organization, no helpful employees, just a mess overall.
They charged me a lot of money for one day of using their 16 foot box truck but the charges werent the problem, returning the truck was... After 7pm, the return process is tedious and, unlike many other companies, you cant just leave the truck anywhere but only at one designated location. The return instructions are ridiculously complex, one has to use a downloaded app and perform a thousand tasks on it just to return it. Next time Im renting elsewhere.
Usually crowded but well staffed and well stocked. Saw a guy in front of me arguing with one of the ladies at the counter, she remained calm and professional. The woman who helped me was friendly, professional and competent. The gentleman who hooked up my auto trailer was a total pro, he found a problem with my trucks wiring and asked me if I wanted him to try and fix it, he did fix it and didnt charge me a dime. This may just be the best UHaul location in Bklyn.
Worst customer service ever received, MaryBeth, Kayla, manger with the curly (mopped like hair) none of them seemed knowledgeable of the what they had available on the lot. When asking a question, Marybeth and manger tho they were all annoyed I was asking question in referencing to renting a uhaul. They all were more interested in running to the office instead of assisting their customers. Will not be returning to this locating if a uhaul is needed. The most help I received at this location was from the man prepping the uhaul outsides for upcoming rentals.
Not the best! So many steps just to get a van. A million pages to click through on the site while they offer you movers, insurance, extra insurance, storage, the list goes on. Use the app for fast pickup they say. Go through that process. Show up, go through a million more questions and steps with the counter agent. Then they don’t have the dollies you wanted. Just a headache.Go to CC rental!! If you have a pulse, they just throw the keys at you. No time limits, no mileage. Just a flat fee per day for a van. It looks more expensive that U-Haul but TRUST ME after all the add ons with U-Haul, they work out to the same price. I always go to U-Haul thinking it’ll be cheaper and easier and it never is. Will never make that mistake again.
I recently dropped off a truck and rented a storage unit at this uHaul facility and I wanted to leave this review to give a shout-out to Tristan who was a huge help to us when we arrived with the truck and had a lot of questions as well as needed guidance to reverse park it in front of the unloading deck! Real great customer service that I highly appreciated!
I went there yesterday to rent a truck. I had a great experience. The services there are great. However, the online rental system is bad. I had a problem with pick up location which was “Jamaica.” I don’t really know where it came from, but they fix it. Thank you for your great services.
Very quick service, I reserved a truck 10 minutes before arriving and was out with a truck within 15 minutes. And this was after visiting another rental place which turned out to not have a truck available despite my online reservation.Only issue was the return, you should know that if youre returning your truck late at night, the lot may be pretty full! I was lucky to find street parking, and I recommend going through the full U-Haul self-checkout process to ensure your rental is received smoothly.
Utter chaos from start to finish. An hour and forty minutes in line on the first of the month, even with a reservation for a vehicle. Understaffed and clearly stressed employees. Then told to follow instructions that were texted me to find a vehicle that wasnt even in the lot, but rather parked on the street. No walkaround or personal touch, presumably due to COVID. Upon return, a line to drop off the van, and an employee told me to just park it wherever and close it out online. Moving day happens every month, Im just shocked they werent more prepared.Only reason its not one star was because the employees on the lot were professional and really did earnestly try to help out when asked for assistance, even with the pandemonium going on.
The worst run uhaul I’ve ever been to. We stood in line for nearly 4 hours, and didn’t get the truck for our 10 am reservation until 2 pm. The processes are incredibly inefficient. For example, I provided a contact number, and then for some reason the rep needs to call the number I just provided - why? Also, the employees seemed incredibly slow and casual about their jobs, despite being completely backed up. It was an absolutely horrible experience and he last time I use this uhaul
Staff is very unhelpful. They cant find keys to trucks and total miscommunication. Youll be waiting for quite a while if its busy. I waited nearly an hour on line and when I got to the desk and filled out the paperwork had to wait another half hour for them to find the keys to the truck. At that point I just wanted a refund.
It may just be a New York thing, but it seems that you should get a reservation for the truck/van in advance (Id say 1& 1/2 day prior to move or whatever you need the truck for). During my visit there, there was a long line and after 30 mins standing they told everyone that people with no reservation will not get the truck. I had checked in online and had still had to wait to get the truck for about 40 mins and that time was used up from the # of hours that I had requested (so call them ahead of time that you need it longer and they will extend your time free of charge but be sure to call well in advance or else there is $20 fee). There was another customer behind me who did the online check in and self checkout and just needed to pick up the key from the store and he still had to wait in line for about the same time as myself.TL:DR - kinda like going to DMV but with shorter wait time (but still long for a UHaul) and nicer staff.
Very bad customer service. I normally try to do thing with uhaul through web and this last time that I dropped at the location to ask sone questions I remembered why. Most of the clerks are really angry all the time and aren’t shy about it.I don’t like to leave reviews like this one but you will see for yourself.
Obnoxious, rude customer service staff. Even though we had 2 confirmed reservations, made more than a week in advance, got a call 18 hours before scheduled pick up saying had no trucks. After a half hour of being bounced around, finally said we could have 2 cargo vans-much smaller than we needed. When we went to pick up the next day, were told only had 1. After standing in line for an hour arguing with incredibly rude employees, finally got the 2 vans. When brought them back, later that day were told we had to pay a cleaning fee, because pollen had blown into the vans. Stay away at all costs!
Horrible. Expect to wait in line at least 2 hours. I watched 3 people skip ahead of everyone who was waiting patiently and the staff did nothing about it. The staff is amazingly slow and takes 25 minutes to check out a single person. Theres usually only two people working the counter with a line going out the door. A true competitor needs to open to compete with uhaul, because even doing it half way right would destroy this awful company.
This is a horrible establishment. They treat customers with disdain and disrespect. Also I was charged 150$ for “damage” which I did not incur. I showed up with a reservation for a 17’ truck and was informed that there was a mishap with the reservation and there was only a 10’. I was given no choice but to take the 10’ (as I was moving out that day) and was forced to make 3 trips (rather than 1) from my current apartment to the new apt. This caused an extra mileage charge ( non disputable by the not helpful employees). I will be contacting management for the horrible service and rip off! Do not go to this establishment!
Incredibly busy during weekends but the team is amazingly helpful. If you are on a tight schedule plan on going at least one hour before the time you need to leave there.Download their app ahead of time and make a self checkout for your truck. You may find folk outside offering their moving services as well. In my experience hiring them went well, but they are unrelated to U-Haul.
Would leave 0 if I could. I reserved a storage unit here and they didnt have climate control so they moved me to the Bensonhurst location without even telling me. My truck was full of things to move and we had to find our way to the other location.I wouldnt recommend using U-haul. I had a much better experience with Cube Smart
This place is frighteningly clean. When youre walking through the aisles with row upon rows of locked doors, its like youre walking through a psychological thriller and youre in the mind of a serial killer. Messy memories all locked away behind metal doors, struggling to keep my loose grip of reality intact while searching for that door number to unleash my hell upon a new apartment when I find one. Dont do drugs kids.
Awful. Had to wait in a 10 person line TWICE to pick up a van that I was sure I could pick up with an app. The van didn’t have the equipment I reserved inside and they had me go through again once I got my key from outside just to pick up a dolly. Total waiting time was 45 minutes - a little ridiculous.
Definitely would not reccomend this location. Used other u-hauls before with no problem but had the WORST experience here! Registered beforehand and was all set to pick up. While confirming the truck through the phone our truck was given away, not once but TWICE. And every time we asked for assistance we were told they couldnt help us and we had to continue pickup online through the phone. The second time when we were all set and ready to pick up the keys, they couldnt find them, looked it up and told us a someone had already picked it up and asked if we knew him. If I knew him why would I be asking where the truck was? After all of this they told us they would give us a new truck but we would have to re-register again, but it was already too late and we missed the apartments window to move. Now my elderly mother has no furniture in her apartment because we spent so much time trying to pick up a truck we had reserved days in advance. Never again.-UPDATE: Since writing this original review and contacting customer service to confirm that my reservation had been cancelled, I have received several calls from this location for the past three days asking why I havent returned the truck that I NEVER RECIEVED IN THE FIRST PLACE. The word disorganized doesnt even do this place justice. Horrible.
NEW TO U-HAUL AND VERY HAPPY WITH THIS LOCATION. BEST WORKERS, THEY ARE AN ASSET TO YOU U-HAUL. My experience: Used this location April 18th 2017. I called the day of and managed to reserve for me super last minute for that evening. I think his name was Daniel, Jamaican guy, and his co-worker. Seriously professional and lovely guys. I will continue to use this service and in particular this location especially to bring them return business. The guys who were working when i came around 9pm were absolutely fantastic. So impressed. I am new to U-haul, from London, new to US roads and was a little nervous but these guys are just the best. I moved my twin size bed frame and mattress in a Cargo van. Really clean and spacious. Plenty of room. They are part of the community and treat you the same way. Small business feel even though its a huge corporation. U-haul, the guys at this location are an asset to you! 5 stars.
I have never had such a horrible experience with a company before. I reserved a 9 cargo van to be picked up in Long Island City on 7/27/19 at 9;30am, but then less than 24 hours before I was supposed to pick it up (11am on 7/26/19), UHAUL called and told me its not available and that my only option was to pick up a 10 van/truck in Park Slope, which is about a 30 minute/$40 cab right from Astoria. When we get to UHAUL in Park Slope about 10 minutes before our reservation time, there are about 20-30 people ahead of us all waiting to get their vehicles. We waited in line for 70 minutes before getting to the counter, and when it was our turn, one of the associates left her station for about 10 minutes doing who knows what, but she definitely wasnt helping the people in line. Then we were at the counter for about 20-25 more minutes basically redoing my whole reservation and inputting the same information. The whole ordeal took 2+ hours, not including the 30 minutes to drive there and back. While UHAUL customer service seemed to think this kind of wait was unacceptable, the associate at the Park Slope location was not sympathetic and basically implied that because it was the end of the month that we should expect to wait this long. She was very rude and did nothing to improve the already horrific experience we were having that day. She also said that because my final destination was in New Jersey, I couldnt rent a 9 van, which isnt what customer service told me. I still dont know why I didnt get what I originally reserved. This company needs to update all of its systems. Its 2019. My boyfriend used UHAUL to move about 15 years ago and said its the same process. There is no reason why getting a truck should have taken the better part of my morning.I will never use this company or location for anything ever again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Avoid this rental truck company if you can.
Ridiculous procedure to rent a sad dolly… had to provide (at least before giving up) 4 contacts because I only have a foreign ID. It’s easier to rent a truck than a dolly. That plus having the shopkeeper help other people passing in front of everyone while you’re waiting to finalize your rental, really a bad experience. And in the end, I get given the wrong dolly and have to buy one because they’re out of the one I needed! Wasted over 30 minutes… 😤
Great place... great staff!Clean, well organized, lies lots of storage space to fit your needs and lots of vehicle rental options as well.If you need anything done right and fast...... ask for Okello. Thats the man to get youre job done right!! Tell him Alex sent you.
Refused to let me rent a trailer until I gave a phone number for a second person that was not myself and they called that person at 8am. Even though I already checked with the app prior to pickup.Lots of computer malfunctions and 30 min later I finally got checked in.
We have been standing in line for 45. 4 customer service people at the desk, 10 people in line in front of us and it seems to take 20 minutes for each person at the counter. You do the math. This is insane and very poorly organized. Also the associates at the desk seem to have no cares in the world. They are taking their sweet time.
This place is huge. Moving supplies, storage, rentals, they have it all. Reps for the most part are friendly, but the execution of service is super slow. I waited over an hour to rent a truck, which I used for 30 minutes. Then returning it took another 15 minutes. Thats just painful. Get me in and out and Ill be happy.
It was easy to lease and return the vehicle however there was some lack of coordination between the time you paid for the vehicle and they brought you the truck. little more coordination and I would give the place a higher grade but they were pleasant and the truck was in excellent shape
Terrible service. Wasn’t notified about a location change to pickup my uhaul. Inconveniently scrambled to get to my new uhaul destination before they closed. Super difficult to edit the reservation time since they didn’t notify me of the change in location. Customer service was POOR to say the least. The new uhaul destination that was given to me was in a gas station... and the uhaul was dirty and looked like the previous users had a trippy party in there. I had to pay extra in mileage because of the location change. Not to mention extra cost of Uber’s. Will never use uhaul again. For the price paid; I could have used a moving service to do it for me. If I could, I would give a negative rating
Excellent service! While waiting for my movers to come, I had the pleasure of observing how well the staff worked together. They were cooperative and polite with each other and the customers. It is a powerful reflection of their manager , Ms. Hazel, who is professional and personable. Thank you all for operating in excellence.
Absolutely terrible, dont go to this U-haul if you need to move, the staff was nasty and very rude, gave me and my family a bad truck with a bad dolly and gave me and my family a hard time when the stress of moving from one state to another state is already stressful as is please save your money and go to another U-haul or another moving company all together the only pleasant experience was the cashiers who sold us the lock and gave us the key and called to have someone move our boxed in u-haul
Pros: Big, Clean, Safe neighborhood, After Hour Drop-off Available.Cons: Staff, staff, staff. Low Staffed. One staff lied to me on the phone, another staff tried to act like shes my boss with a fake smile FULL of sarcasm. EVIL. My worst UHaul experience ever. Conclusion: Go if you need to, youll get the job done. But if youre not in a good mood, please do meditate for 30 minutes before and after you visit.
This place has a lot of room for parking space and there is a lot of you can rent like equipments and stuff.Almost full service at this U-Haul lactation and they have box tuck, pick up truckTrailer And storage for rent, they sale towing equipment and moving stuff , too bad doesn’t have Equipment install, Convenient U-Haul place , but Employee sucks,(some of them are nice ) in front desk a lady at night was not nice! They lost their passion for work! That’s why I give 3 stars !
This is not a complaint directed at the Park Slope Uhaul, in particular, but at Uhaul as a company (especially as it operates in NYC). As evident in the story below, it is a sprawling, ineffectual bureaucracy, with lousy internal communication and poor customer service.I originally reserved a 15 truck for pickup at the Park Slope, Brooklyn location (near where I live) on August 1. The day before my scheduled pickup, the company called to tell me there are trucks available at that location, and I would need to pick it up in Williamsburg. This was an inconvenience for me, but a manageable one; I asked the rep if there would definitely be a truck there. Yes, he replies. I arrived at W-Burg at 7:30am – there was no truck. According to the rep at that location, the guy didnt return it. He asked me to call the Uhaul traffic department. The dispatcher at that number instructed me to take an Uber to Woodside, Queens. I asked her three times – are you SURE there is a truck at this location, before I head all the way over there. Her response: Yes, there is DEFINITELY a truck. She also said Uhaul would reimburse me for the cost of the Uber. When I arrived there, there was NO truck. I waited in line for 45 minutes while one of the two women at the counter tried find another location where they could redirect me. One of them was unfriendly, and asked me to move out of the way so I can help these other customers. They also said they didnt know anything about reimbursing me for the Uber ride (and said that the traffic dispatcher should have done that.) One of the reps finally reached someone at Flushing, Queens Uhaul who said they had a truck at that location. She wrote down names of two employees there and said theyre good over there. At this point it was 9:00m, and I knew I was looking at an hour drive back to my neighborhood on the BQE to meet my movers (who I had scheduled for 8:30am). It was a stressful situation since my landlord had asked that I be moved out by 12pm. As I was about to leave Woodside in the Uber, I saw a woman who had been standing behind me in line getting into a 15 truck... which was rented to her! When I arrived at Flushing, the reps there AGAIN started saying there was no truck and seemed to have no idea who I was. To make matters worse, the guy in the line next to me had a story similar to mine and was saying I dont trust Uhaul anymore! I dont trust you guys while the rep was speaking to him, youre only making this worse. Eventually, they figured out they did have a truck for me. Despite the fact that I was now running two hours behind schedule, they made me wait five minutes while the rep called multiple phone numbers of people I knew until someone picked up in order to add a second name to the rental agreement. As with Woodside, the reps said they didnt know anything about reimbursing for the cost of the Uber rides. I didnt leave with a truck until around 9:50am, and didnt get home until 10:40am. My movers started two hours late, and I missed my landlords move-out deadline. When I called Uhaul the following day to receive some kind of compensation for all of this aggravation, I waited on the phone for 45 minutes (mostly on hold) and was shuffled around to three different reps. The customer service rep I spoke with said there was nothing in the notes about compensating me for the Uber rides, and said he would transfer me to a rep in the traffic department in NYC who, in turn, had no idea why I was transferred to him, and ultimately did nothing beyond what the customer service rep had already done. In the end, I received a $50 credit - which barely covered the cost of two of the three Uber trips I needed to take to rent the truck.
Hour long wait. Byzantine quick pickup app, some sort of corporate decision resulting in less humans doing checkout and a app that sends you out to the lot to find your truck among the 20-30 parked all over the place, doing your own walk around where you photograph any damage (I mean out truck had scratches on every outside surface so that was kind of besides the point) before coming back in to take a picture of yourself and your license and get a key, and then go back out again and try to navigate through the complete clusterf## of drivers who cant park and are all doing the same thing. Our app decided it didnt like us at step 4, something like 30 mintutes into this game and we finished the checkout manually.
One of the worse places to keep your stored goods, U-haul hires people that do not want to work. They sit there and look for way to rip you off on anything and everything. I have used them because i had no choice and time to switch my goods to anywhere else and they did not even appreciate my business. I have used them for shipping a ubox from multiple states. I did not have a problem with them, until my goods arrived at this location. I started paying storage and wanted to ship my container out and they charge me for both shipping my contained 1300. plus a storage fee of 76 when i did not even store the box in their facility anymore. Every time i call and talk to someone from this location, I get a person who never even passed elementary school. Uhaul. you just lost a customer for life.
Service was really slow, everyone has to wait in line for more than an hour. I return my car before they close in the evening. But they close my contract the second day and charge me everything twice. I write a claim to them and customer services said they will issue the credit back. And nothing happens after that, no money back, and they no longer respond to me. Terrible experience there.
I used this uhaul in the past as a drop off location. The only thing it is good for is that it is open until 11pm which you will not find in Brooklyn. I decided to use it as a last minute resort for an urgent move. I made a reservation on my credit card for a 20 truck. When I got the facility, I saw a woman pull out with a truck that looked just like the one I had reserved. Red flag. I waited for a long time on line since only one person was working behind counter in a supposedly busy facility. When I finally got up to the counter, the employee was very unfriendly and clearly did not want to service me. He told me that my reservation didnt matter and that anyone can make a reservation but they did not have to honor it. They said they had no trucks available for me and instead offered me a 9 cargo van that would not be available until several hours later. I drove over an hour to this uhaul just to be offered that crappy offer! What a slap to the face! If you really have to go to this uhaul, know one thing: THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION (even if its a credit card). They gave away my truck without any notification and were very rude as if they did nothing wrong.
Like most uhaul places, it has on hand the car or truck that you need as long as you reserve it. The employees are hard working and for the most part have a good attitude. I dont think management has a finger on the pulse here as there have been a few times only one cashier was working and the line gets very long.
Long waits sometimes. Other times its super fast. If you try to rent on the 1st of the month, sure it will take a while. I dont think they look at a long line and think Lets see how long we can make them wait. Complications happen, I wish it was faster, but at the end of the day its a great service that we want for the price. Faster/more expensive rentals are in the area as an alternative.
I stopped in to U-Haul to get a price on a rental truck the lady that worked there give me the cost for the truck and the mileage which was two dollars per mile in addition to the truck rental I was surprised at the cost for the mileage was so high and questioned her about it immediately call to the line and ask is anyone in this lune ready to rent a truck. When I questioned her about a smaller truck and if the mileage for smaller trucks with a little less. He replied I don’t have time for that is there anyone in the wind that would like to rent a truck in all my years I have never been treated so disrespectfully
Storage units are pretty straight forward and decent.Be careful because theyre a bit disorganized and some employees are unhelpful. I guess theyre not all adept at every department but why park the truck youre renting out behind like 5 trucks. It makes it that much more complicated.
Slow as molasses service. Reserved a trailer only to be called a few days before date to pick it up that it wont be available for the dates i need it. That put me in a bind. REALLY??!! Whats the point of reserving in advance then? Uhaul change your policies please. If a person reserves then IT IS reserved. Well thanks for nothing. My money went elsewhere.
U-haul took me for a rideI rented the truck for extra storage for a few days, drove about 6 miles total. When I returned it i was horrified to find that they were charging me for 200 extra miles (over $300) .My protests fell on deaf ears ... to add salt to the wound the staff were nasty and made me feel like I was trying to pull off some scam.I went outside to the parking lot and asked one customer after the next if they were told to check the mileage before they rented the trucks... all of them responded that they just relied on the attendant. Please beware - this place will rip you off!
The storage is big, with little rooms for storage, btw there is no light in the small storage room. The renting fee is not covering the price for a lock, you need to buy one or bring your own. I bought one at this place for $10, not that expensive. I think you can bring your own, but need to be a big lock. To enter the storage area you need a card, which make this storage looks secure. Its my first time to put things in storage, but based on my experience this is a decent place for storage.
The only good thing about U-Haul in Brooklyn was our driver Lidia who delivered our U-boxes. She was friendly and as helpful as she could be.Otherwise, we had an extremely poor experience with U-Haul.First of all, the site recommended just one Ubox for a studio apartment. Our studio was only 515sqft, and the only pieces of furniture we were bringing were a mattress & boxspring, a small desk, and a small dresser. I.e. if ANY studio would fit in one Ubox, it should be ours - we left our bookcase, two larger dressers, futon, tv stand, bar table & stools, and larger desk at the apartment. This was absolutely not the case, as even the minimal items that we did pack and bring ended up requiring two Uboxes, and since we werent prepared it extended our moving process an extra day requiring us to miss work unexpectedly. Your recommendations for number of Uboxes should DEFINITELY be updated, or you should consider making the boxes a bit larger.Secondly, I could not find an area on the website to add rental of a dolly to our reservation, so I called the location to add the dolly. I called a few days before to reserve, then the day before our Ubox to confirm. Alas, on the day of moving there was no dolly delivered, but my card was still charged for it.Third issue was price for shipping - when we added a second Ubox, we were told it would increase our shipping cost from $1500 to $1900...but when we reserved the Ubox our shipping was quoted at $1000. We were able to work out this glitch, but it is a concern that your system would make this large error.Fourth issue was delayed shipping of our Uboxes. They were both at the origin location on 3/16, and should have been ready to ship on the originally quoted date of 3/18. But then I got an email that the shipping date was changed to 3/20, and then it was changed again to 3/22. Instead of receiving our items in time to move into our house on 3/27 when we closed, we ended up receiving them on 3/31. I did file a complaint and was told I will receive a refund of $50/day that they were late, but it was a huge inconvenience and we had to buy a pullout couch to sleep on during those days. Also, it was IMPOSSIBLE to find someone to talk to in order to try to get the Uboxes shipped. I would call the Brooklyn location, which would then route me to corporate, which would then route me to scheduling, which would then route me to the location in a neverending cycle - U-haul needs to work out a process for managing these issues instead of having everyone pass the buck to the next person. I also sent multiple messages via the website and never received a response.Fifth issue was picking up of our Uboxes. The line for pickup at the King St location in Charleston was horrendous, we ended up waiting an hour just to speak with someone. Then there should have been a $5 charge for self-delivery, but I was mysteriously charged $10.90 for an unclear reason. The employee at the counter said it was for the self-delivery, but when I told them it was supposed to be $5 they just shrugged and said it must have changed. When I came to get my second Ubox, I was then also charged $5.45 for the self-delivery. I still need to be refunded for one of those charges. So overall, this was a really terrible experience and until U-haul makes some huge changes to their operations, I will not be using them or recommending their services.
WOW does this place suck! Its shocking how clueless and unhelpful some of the staff are here (if you encounter a Mary Simmons... for the love of god, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT REP!). Where to start?! We were told the second floor storage had elevator access... it does... but then you have to take stairs. Then we were told that there were only five stairs, making me think we might be able to manage to manage... There are eleven stairs. When I pointed this out, Mary said, Just lift with your knees. Riiiight. We had to fill in the application for storage twice... taking half an hour to get the most basic information into their system (be prepared to offer multiple addresses and at least three phone numbers so that their creditors can hunt you down if you dont pay). Then they try and nickle and dime you because you are fish in their barrel - what are you going to do, scramble at the last second to find another storage facility, drive there after an exhausting move and trip, drop off your stuff, then drive the truck back? So... they price gouge you. None of the listed prices are accurate, you need to pay for one of their special locks, you need to pay additional insurance, etc. Its highway robbery by the incompetent.
Rude manager , nasty , yelled at us , made us stand out in rain to pick up a truck from an employee that didnt even know we were waiting for a truck ,we were in and out of office and they didnt even bother to care to call someone. A customer felt so bad and ra. Around to get an employee to get us a truck. Needs new manager she deserves to be fired ! Worst uhaul experience of my life! Dont go here ever!!!!
Lydia (the person who picked up our U-Container) is the best thing that has happened to this location... However...Poor customer service at this location. If you use the U-Container service, the confirmation emails received from this location has false information. For example, the email specifies that customers can access their containers by a specified day and at a certain location. How disappointing it was when we drove to Jamaica, Queens, as the confirmation mentioned it is stored to find out that is here at this location. As suggested at the Jamaica location, we called this location to find out if we may access the container. They mentioned that they will call us back but still be on our way. Then when we arrive, the stank-faced representative claimed that she called us back and that we are to provide 24-hour notice ahead of time to access the container and seemed upset that we didnt know this. None of this information is in any confirmation email nor was mentioned to us when the intent was clear when we called. Typical hood service in a hood location.
They gave us a truck with a heavily corroded battery. we lost a whole day. which means they dont check their vehicles in this location. however uhaul gave us a free extension. we twice had to call roadside assistance for this truck. the first time they gave us a jump. when we asked about replacing the battery he said we had to call someone else. then the 2nd person came late at night 11pm. but it was so heavily corroded and fused he could not remove the battery with out further damaging the truck.
The total for coverage for one day came out to $32. When I told the lady at the counter she said that looked off but there was nothing She could do. She said either I pay it or I take it off. I said can you call Uhaul and see if they will straighten it up. She said: they will put me on hold, and I dont want to wait. After some back and forward I had to call Uhaul myself and they finally were able to help me without trouble. When I got the truck the back was super durty and the window sheald cover in mud. An overall lazy customer service.
Although the employees are very friendly, This place suffers from poor management. The entry door is not well marked. All customers wait in the same line, whether purchasing one item or booking a car, or arranging for storage. I had to wait 25 minutes just to pick up an order I placed online. Its as if no one has asked, How can we do this well?
Do NOT use this Uhaul. My wife and I reserved our Uhaul truck weeks in advance to be sure wed have it the morning that we needed it. Then an hour before closing the night before our move they called and said we wouldnt get it until 5pm the next day despite having confirmed it for that morning. We are moving to Boston and must get out of our apartment. This was completely unacceptable. Even more infuriating was that the woman from Uhaul said she would get back to me before closing to try to resolve it and she did not.We planned ahead to be sure we wouldnt have problems. They screwed it up. They did not work with us to fix it.
The worst place ever I made a reservation for an equipment for a day I drove for about an hour to pick up the equipment when I got there they said that they can only rent it for 6 hours that is completely absurd and this place is beyond unorganized no customer service at all didn’t even try to acomódate the client worst location ever don’t know what they are doing
Called this place to get a quote and their rep Tara , was beyond rude. I requested to know if there were able to provide moving assistance and quote for one of their storage units . Her answer was no we do not provide that service that’s why it called U Haul. I have rented u haul many times and there have always offered movers from the price range if $150-$300additional . I would give this place no stars if possible
It took forever on the Express line, over 7 people at the front and they all talking to 1 employee and out of 4 register only 2 in use. Staff spoke unprofessional around customers (Not to the customers but talking bad about eachother) and instead of giving me back an hour for the long wait of the line and the laziness of the staff not willing to work, Im getting charged an extra hour to get my moving on
This outfit has some pretty amoral business practices. If you have to rent here, just beware that they might try to scam you.I rented a hand truck here one evening at 6pm (I paid for 24 hours). They asked me when I would return the item I told them at about 10am the next morning. At 10am the next morning, an important work matter popped up, so I called and told them I would have to return it that afternoon (which was still within the 24 hours I thought Id paid for). They said that if I did that I would have to pay for another day. So in order to rent the handtruck for 22 hours I was expected to pay for 48. And to be clear, there was no shortage of hand trucks at this location. So it isnt as though they needed to rent it to some one else.
Waited an hour and a half for a truck. Everything was so disorganized that people would disappear for ages while customers wandered around stressed and confused. Am I still getting a truck eventually? Did they forget about me? Whats going on? Hopes and dreams come here to die. This place is the absolute worst.
Drove 12 hours from Michigan to pick up a trailer. Upon pick up they cancel reservations and play a game where they don’t know anything. I have picture evidence and they are saying it’s wrong. With their address in email picture evidence. I wasted 24 hours to drive to nyc to help someone move but no uhaul likes to play scheming games!
PLEASE let me be clear. The lady to whom was my intake processor, the gentleman who inspected my truck, a lady who cleans, and another that just kindly smile were AWESOME, BUT the reason why Im giving the COMPANY 1 star is because when I was in the office, my children had no where to sit.I grabbed two uhaul boxes to sit my girls down and a worker walked in with a customer and asked did I pay for the boxes. I said no, she mentioned that they couldnt sit on them and moved forward to grab them.I stepped in and said, how much are the boxes, mind you when I offered to purchase them,is when she stepped in to grab them.My children are on them, that would be assault.I proceeded to also tell her, INSTEAD of trying to accommodate the children to whom are tired from riding from another state, you chose to be nasty. As I proceeded to walk out with my agent, the same lady was discussing me with another agent, infront of her own client.I walked right back in and told her, please DONT discuss me in front of anyone, its considered GOSSIP, which is rude, UNPROFESSIONAL and GHETTO, address me, not them.Another, have some compassion that you cared more about a box, than children and by the way, I purchased TWO storage units.I supposed the WORD GHETTO lit fire to the customer service staff because all you hear now, is laughters, woos, awws, comments.....When I later asked one of those people, well actually the one that stands like 7feet tall, for a chair for my children, she pointed, NO eye contacted, and proceeded to make snippet remarks like its too early in the morning etc....Hmm, I think I should know how early it is.I think that had they minded their business instead of also gossiping among each other, in front of their own clients, much of everything would of been avoided. The comfort level of disregard, professional level was at a all time high. After hours of unpacking, before I left I made sure to forward a thank you to the ones who were professional. By the way, the employee with the incident, AT NO TIME that she extend an apology and she passed my children and I countless times. They thought it was funny at the register, but it was beyond disrespectful. I didnt mock the agent who pointed for not speaking correctly for pronouncing the word THREE instead of tree. So they should keep the disrespect to a low, how about none at all.If there was a region manager there, they didnt make themselves known. After a long trip, high expenses, unloading, loading, this was an awful experience. With the name UHAUL, I wouldve thought that they would hold themselves to a higher. standard. I did mention, I see why you have bad reviews, nonetheless the ones to whom dont even bother. I was warned but I needed the space, truck returned. Was it worth it, absolutely NOT.The kind, professional ones deserve a raise and to be place with people at a higher standard rather than dealing with that cest pool of gossip, comfortability environment.Sorry, you dont treat children, customers like that. Learn how to humble yourself.
EXTREMELY RACIST. Went in for a van and everything went smoothly at the counter. On my way out, I heard several male employees (I was the only customer in the store at the time), who I assumed thought I had already stepped out of the store already began spewing some very derogatory terms about Asians. Oooh ni hao, Waaa chinese food, etc... I wasnt in a good mood that day so I turned around and confronted them about this. This big, obese, ball-shaped African-American employee responded with Oh no hes going to use his ninja kung-fu on us. Long story short, the employee threatened to attack me, I left startled but messed up the van I borrowed pretty badly. Extremely racist and super unprofessional of U-Haul. I expected a leading company to have more competent employees rather than these ignorant imbeciles. Avoid if possible.
Rented a van and packed it with stuff only to find that the back door was broken and would not lock. brought the van back to have the door repaired and was told there was no one available. given another van and had to pay folks to move all the contents into the other van. not a good experience. ongoing maintenance of the vans seems to be an issue.
RECKLESSLY INCOMPETENT.I have been using UHaul for decades and this is the worst experience that I ever had. I wish I could give negative stars.I reserved a 10’ truck for a one-way move to upstate NY from the website. I was later “upgraded” to a 15’ truck, which, at 11’ high, is physically too tall to drive on any NY parkway. AT NO POINT, EITHER ONLINE OR AT THE PICKUP LOCATION, DID UHAUL WARN ME – despite the fact that they knew my destination. I found out later on the Bronx Parkway passing a bridge labeled 10’-9” at full speed. Luckily, I was under the high point and avoided a major accident. I exited immediately and called UHaul for help. THEY DID NOTHING. Not even help me find a truck-safe route out of the Bronx. A $10 trucking app and 3 hours later I made it home. Two days later UHaul denied any accountability. UHaul does not consider their vehicles commercial (which are prohibited on the parkways), which might be why they act so careless and unaccountable. If you do rent a truck in NYC, please visit NYDOT’s website first for commercial vehicle information and do not assume that UHaul cares.
This place is very disorganized all the workers are too busy doin nothing but answering personal calls and not really accommodating their customers. They are always under staffed and it takes very long to pay ur monthly storage fees.If tu ou are paying in person prepare to wait a very long time.
Staff and location are okay but the van that i rented counted double the miles that I drove and I ended up spending double the amount forecasted by my calculations. It would literally mark a mile every two city blocks which is ridiculous. Meters are fixed in my opinion.
Worst possible place to rent a van. Slow, expensive, unhelpful, and filled with incompetent employees. Use a local company and skip this place. They took over an hour on hold to answer the phone, and wouldnt accept a car from another location that had already closed.

2022-04-29I never had a problem coming here everyone is nice from picking up your rental to dropping it off. Every agent I get is quick and professional. It would make absolutely no sense to only complete half your reservation and not upload your license and simple things that will just make the process smoother. You can’t expect things to be quick when you aren’t doing your half of the job but instead leave it all up to the agents but you know what they say common sense isn’t common!

2022-04-25Ive rented here several times over the last couple of weeks and was surprised by the good experience, especially when returning. The guys working there are very helpful, taking care of the check out process for me and also keeping an item I forgot safe. The ladies at the pickup are also quite friendly except for one who was grumpy once but dont we all have such days :)

2020-11-30Middle of the month and super early around 9:45 am, the line is short with about 20 min wait. Its fairly organized and inside is very small for a moving rental company. I got the truck for moving and that came with a month free rental. They sent me a email with a promo code. At the checkout counter, they offer me the same deal as well. This is awesome for a short term storage need and setting up online is easily as well as cancellation.I hated the fact they make the space so confusing to choose from. My tip is DO NOT pick the non climate control UPPER first floor or any floor. I would avoid the elevator because your move will increase by about 1 to 2 hours just to wait for the elevator on a busy day.Claiming the cart can be hellish. We had 2 carts with us and they got stolen while we were moving stuff in. Seriously these carts are precious commodity at this Uhual location.Return the truck is easy as cake. You just drive into their return line and leave the key. I would take a few pic of your truck thou including the gas meter. Human makes mistake and you cant fight if you got not evidence.

2022-05-02Horrible! Too many workers not working. Took so long to get the uhaul and no one explained why. One of the worker had an owner tag on and she was less helpful thne the others. She did not explain about how to retain the vehicle and when I saw Im receipt I was charged 20.00 for a return fee but if she explain it, then I would have known to what to do to avoid charge. I hope I never have to use this location again. To much Tom foolery

2022-04-29When I first came it took the staff more than one hour to give me a storage unit. They kept sending me up to units that were already booked.Just removed my stuff, including some expensive cow hide chairs that had bugs on it… gross! That was never there before when I had them.Appears clean but if bugs got into my unit then clearly it’s not.Super disappointed.

2022-04-29Just the absolute worst customer service and the manager Paulina was very unhelpful . She refused to fix the problem and was confrontational throughout. She actually left mid conversation , went to the back and refused to come out back again . The issue with this unprofessional company is that a reservation does not guarantee you a truck . How are you supposed to conduct your business when you cant plan around picking up a truck ? This issue happened multiple times to me and they tell me with a straight face that there was no trucks available for pickup when theres literally 50 trucks sitting in the lot . Stay away people seek other alternatives .

2020-08-02Very long line but kind people working it, doing their best with high demand. Uboxes can be reserved online but you need to check in at the front desk before they bring them down and open them for you.

2022-01-09I rented a auto transport for the rented uhaul truck that I had to obtain from another location. The installer of the hitch never explained how to use the hauler but was quick to ask why I would want to remove it. When I asked the question being that I did have items to remove out of the truck being that I was moving out of a house and needed to haul my vehicle because I cannot drive the car and truck separately. Also because he never bothered to explain how to use the hauler, I had to figure out the hard way that theres a lever that is used to level the front end of the unit in order to keep the underside of my vehicle from scrapping against the ramp and platform level of the hauler.

2022-06-15The worst. They keep calling me to charge me storage fees when I don’t even have anything stored with them! Avoid them as much as possible and good luck!

2021-12-24Easy check-in and check-out. Overall good service from the front desk and vehicle worked as wanted.Complaint following check-out. I was charged an after hours $20 fee and lost keys $100 fee. I dropped the van off at 1pm so no after hours problems. I also handed the keys back. This is all to say check your receipt well if you use this location.I did call the location and the fees were refunded quickly.
