I rent from this location all the time I gave them lot of business and I had very very bad experience at this location I had rented car trans porter I took and left did what I had to do on my way the auto trans porter was in 2 pc I pulled over and pick it up but on my truck and left to u- haul , I asked to speak to owner of the location since he know me I explained to him it came in 2 pcs while I was driving and it extremely dangerous I could of the driver behind me , he apologize to me said he take care and won’t charge me for the day , mind you I didn’t ask for anything like this , I go back and try to rent another one couple day later my acount is locked and there bill for $500 for damage on equipment , so I asked to speak to him and of course he not around I left like 4 massages and no answer I called his office nothing till know I hope u-haul see this and take matter seriously
My friend needed to rent a van...we used it for 35 miles and returned it within 3hrs and it came out to 86dls. We didnt add the insurance to it. It may come out to more if you add insurance. The process was rather quick. Strongly recommend reserving online as they had all info already. I believe it helped. See pics .
Excellent, expedient, and knowledgeable customer service only rarely found in NYC was delivered by Nae Hopkins, who made the experience seamless, stress-free and friendly. Whatever she is paid, it is not enough; would highly recommend to train other employees a manager, a truly remarkable person.
This U-Haul location was fabulous — friendly & EFFICIENT staff, clean equipment, easily accessible location for Astorians... I packed one bedroom into the 15 foot truck with ramp. I overestimated the time frame by 2 hours & was refunded the difference. To refill the gas tank to the requested amount was only $12. My total bill was around $70. Highly recommend!
Uhaul has adopted the most ridiculous policy. After I took my time the night before scanning my drivers license and credit card to create an account, I got to the store and Im being asked for an additional phone number and I wouldnt be serviced without getting somebody on the line. Unfortunately nobody picked up and so I was not serviced, even when I showed my proofs of ID. Just ridiculous. Thats Ok, Budget has now a new customer
The customer service is extremely poor. Few service people were sitting mostly idle and they were in rush while handling customer. They also didn’t tell the return or drop off process. Unfortunately, had to face trouble while returning truck. In addition, the call center agent was also in a rush and didn’t clarify the answer, just said her system is down. Probably too mush business making them lazy.

No wonder why all employees are so terrible, even the manager is the worst. She is super unfriendly, lazy and rude!! She takes her time walking around and make me wait for no reason. Not even gives customers a smile or say thank you. Plus this place ruins my stuff in storage when I pick them up, something on the roof melt on them. I don’t even think about complaints because I don’t want to deal with those people. Shame on you U-Haul. This is going to be the last time I use your service. Do not go there to ruin your entire day!!
This location does not have a location to park your vehicle when picking up a rental for an hour or two. This location does not give military or any type of discount for first responders. This location charged additionally for gas even though we filled it. Do not recommend this location at all.
It’s really fun to read all the reviews and stories here. I recommend this location and my experience was fine. I see the self booking/pickup/return system is awesome as well as the clean brand new fleet, but still which person you deal with in the counter or staff is %80 of how happy or bad experience you will have
Service here is incredibly slow, and staff seems very unhappy to be there. I rented a truck for a move, and did everything online in advance, but they changed my pick up location to this location, so I was inconvenienced. I did get the truck I needed, but would have appreciated prompt, friendly service.
Yeah, these guys are great and they know their stuff I had no idea which ball I needed or what height or whatever it was but the lady took one look at my car and knew exactly what I needed. they always have what we need whenever we need it for however long we need it, and accessories like boxes and tape and ratchets and whatever else they usually supply is always there and in stock. Even though I moved a little bit further away Ill go out of my way to go to these guys
Was not given the truck i needed, i was notified 2 days earlier that the 26 footer would not be available but they would give me a 15 and 10 footer for same price. I had no choice but to agree and find another driver last minute. Once we arrived at the Uhaul i was informed i had to pay for each individual truck. Not to mention the manager there definitely did not want to be there. The representative who did attend us was a sweet lady due to the circumstances
Was a little difficult to get the truck Id reserved but the friendly staff were able to resolve the issue. Seems theres a difference between using their app to pick up and going to the front desk. At the end of the day Im happy, convenient location and friendly staff.
No exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Distracted and unprofessional employees, one was clearly baked out of her mind, everybody texting and making side comments about customers, no manager present. If they don’t like you, you aren’t getting a truck. End of story.
Be careful before you rent. Check everything and also check the vehicle is clean otherwise they will charge for that. They won’t even tell you that. Manager is rude so forget about other employees. When I ask them for return, they said then you have to come down and clean the vehicle. Worst experience ever. Don’t go there Trust me, you will be disappointed
Probably the worst rental experience I ever had. I come from the car rental world. The customer service was unacceptable. Not all the equipment I reserved online came with the truck. This is not counting the billing issues I had. The representative charged the wrong card. When I filed a complaint the station manager never reached out to me. The issue was never refunded/payment issue. Please dont rent here. Moving is stressful enough save yourself the headache.
Do not I repeat do not use u-haul there are apps like rent a van or any other services would probably give less of a hard time and wont try to rip you off like uhaul does this place specifically the employees dont even seem to know what they are doing which is very concerning they literally advertise 24/7 customer drop off and im having the hardest time because I dropped the van i used after hours.
I will fill in the names of the employees after I go back and get them so I can get them right but this is the most customer service oriented group of workers I have ever encountered in any business in my life ever. Every person I interacted with was as compassionate, considerate and professional as one could hope for when in the crisis of a move.I trekked my cargo trailer from Santa Monica to New York and upon arriving in New York was setup with a month free storage for my use. The storage facility is very clean and accessible.Due to how I had packed the cargo trailer the door of the trailer would not open. After attempting to open it for a few minutes a staff member at the facility came over to assist with our problem. We tried to open the door together but objects at the top were wedging it shut. The employee, without being asked, went to get his supervisor to assist with this problem. The supervisor came over and the three of us combined attempted to open the door with no luck.He suggested we contact roadside assistance to have them open the trailer but by that time we were exhausted and tired and I was not looking forward to having my wife and son wait around for roadside assistance to deal with a non-emergency.That is when the on-site manager was made aware of the situation. This was around closing time so she needed to let her staff leave and close the office facility. She told us that we could drop our cargo trailer and come back later if we did not want to wait for roadside assistance at that time. What happens next separates good customer service from this exceptional experience.In order to unhitch the trailer the facility has a mechanical piston that you pull down on in order to lift the trailer off of the hitch. Because the trailer was still fully loaded the employee trying to lift the trailer off the hitch was having a hard time. The manager took over and had me slowly pull forward while she grabbed this piston and pulled down on the lever basically suspending herself in the air while the trailer for a few seconds lifted and gently lowered this fully loaded cargo trailer to the ground.None of these employees needed to care about my problem. They could have all told me (as roadside assistance told me) that I should not have loaded the trailer improperly. Not once did anyone even consider assigning blame. Not once did anyone even consider pretending to be indifferent to my situation. From the moment I arrived not only were they attentive and helpful but we were brought cold bottles of water as we worked by an employee without even having to ask.This manager knows how to run a team and select her employees. I can not recommend this facility highly enough. This manager should franchise several facilities because no matter what franchise she owns I guarantee the workers will be customer oriented. She is a great humanitarian and recognizes the importance of interacting with people humanely.
The reason I give this U-Haul 3 stars its because of their stock of trucks a good variety from 26 foot trucks 2/8 foot vans and Big Lots space but staff here isnt so great you should be able to rent a truck with $100 cash down but they dont let you they only let you use credit or debit in here or was it just me?
This is the first time take me 2 hours to rent a dm van and a a small storage this two ladies did everything to keep us there and they just keep telling that system is down and asked for 2 additional alternative contact information, when not even one has been required before, please be aware of them !
Horrible...the light was not on...i rang the buzzer 3 separate times...no one responded...i finally went up front & found an employee who told me that it WAS ON...that she just checked...went back again and the light was still out...i went to the office, saw her AGAIN, & asked her to repeat what she told me in front of the manager...the manager said dont talk to her; talk to me-whats wrong?..told manager, who told me you have to walk ALL THE WAY DOWN THE HALL...those lights come on AUTOMATICALLY! WHEN I EXPLAINED that I had been a customer for 8 years and KNEW how to get the lights to turn on, she replied, No ones going to want to help you if youre yelling!!
Very average storage facility and Ive seen a million you have to swipe in and then swipe on the other side of the door to get in which confuses the hell out of every first-timer there as a professional mover Ive seen it time and time again and then nobody wants to hear you explain it to them they really need to streamline that
The first thing i felt when I walked in at 7:45am to pick up my truck was neglected cause there were more than 5 employees around but no one bothered to wish a simple Good Morning. Obviously only 1 counter was accepting people even though there were 2 other people behind other stations. But after a long 10 minute wait, I was a happy camper cause 2 of the women to actually assisted me with my truck were super nice and even though I walked out of there with a 17footer instead of a 20 footer, I walked out smiling. Great effort and care from both those ladies.
Pleasant staff. I met the manager. She was happy and well mannered. I received the total cost of the rental in my e-mail a couple of hours after I returned the van at night. The final contract was easy to read and explains every charge. No hidden fees. They were straight forward with me when I took the van. I am satisfied with the rental service.
Ive lived in NYC for 19 years and been using Uhaul in all these years. This location and lack of services from this location triumph all. I had made an online reservation for a trailer. The total was $83 including tax an the $20 insurance. When I show up 7am to pick up the trailer the lady at the front desk want to charge me $170. When I ask why and also show her the checkout screenshot of the $83 order, and also pull up the order online at the haul.com website that also shows $83, she tells me that I have to call Uhaul which I did, but after waiting 15 min on the phone I gave up and just payed the $170 thinking Ill deal with it later. Then when Im going to get the trailer, the blinking lights on the trailer barely works. They test the blinkers on my truck with the keychain tester gizmo and they works fine, but they are barely noticeable when attached to the truck. The Uhaul person refuse to test the trailer with other equipment and blames my car even through when he test my car with the tester it works, but he says that that doesnt matter, but why have a tester if that doesnt matter. LOLIm start thinking that they knew that the trailer didnt work because the desk person also suddenly required me to provide another person (family or friend) before they could give me the trailer. They needed to call this person 7am in the morning to verify. Anyways, my truck was working perfectly fine last week when I rented a haul trailer last time.What a waist of 4 hours of my Friday morning.
Terrible customer service. Slow and incompetent, they cannot seem to get right. Bathroom is intermittently not in order for days at a time, but I guess thats to be expected as ppl literally live out of their storage units it appears at this UHAUL. Really just a bad look for such a well known brand.
BED BUGGSSS!!!!!! They have bed bugs here do not use this location... further more the lady at the front desk Refused to give me credit for the Boxes I purchased inside the store and then told me I had to repurchase everything. Extremely rude custumer service. BED BUGGGSSSS
This place is no good the stuff not helpful at all they take their sweet time to walk around talk about other personal life instead of helping customers..they gave me a hard time engorged me had me coming back 2 times.. I even made a reservation to help me with the with the process and they still manage to give me a hard time.. never coming here ever again or even feel like using uhaul ever again never if that how their stuff members work and uhaul does business
First time using UHaul to move to Brooklyn..David Scott inspected my truck upon drop-off. He was incredibly helpful and took care of me quick and efficiently. This man deserves a raise! He managed to put me in a good mood and actually made me laugh while I was stressed out to the max from moving. Definitely will use your services in the future! Though hopefully not for a long while. Lol
I use this locating to rent trucks for about twice a month. Mostly I deal with Linda, and Nas and they’re always providing outstanding costumer service. At my recent rental, the guys who bring the trucks up from the lot to the costumers were so busy, Nas left her desk, walked to the lot, and personally brought my truck up to me, so I don’t have to wait. Amazing stuff!
Several months ago I needed a van to move my wifes teaching supplies to her new school. I was a little worried because U-Haul seems to have a lot of bad reviews in general. That was not my experience with this location. The staff member I dealt with was ultra friendly and helpful. Pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely use this location again if I need a vehicle to move stuff.
I just had the most wonderful experience with u haul customer service from the pick up front desk to drop off station where the gentleman that help checking if everything is ok. Very courteous & helpful.Also trying u haul online reservation, quite convenient. Book online, they gave you number for locker to get the key, took bunch of picture of the car condition that are not mark x.And off you go. All receipt goes to email.
I am so disappointed with the uhaul service, I will never be using you again or never recommending anyone to use your service. You add so many unnecessary charges to your service. You charged me for an accident (a light scratch) $120 when I never got in an accident with my uhaul, despite me getting the damage coverage that stated my cost for any damages (that I did not do) would decrease by a lot when it only knocked off not even $30. I am horrified to be charged for somebody else’s accident before I rented the van out. This is unacceptable. If I could pick 0 stars I would, but I have to give one star to post this review
This place is such a rip-off don’t go here! They charge you extra if you don’t return truck with 3 gallons of gas when they said they only needed 2 . They charge an extra $53 if you didn’t return with the 3 gallons. Also, don’t refund for the miles you put on the truck without using. Such a waste of money, the worst experience ever!!
Incredible experience. I was helped by Nas, the manager. She was dealing with a lot of people and some issues with pick up on the Uhaul app. She helped navigate me and others in line to expedite the process. She was patient during our complaints and was solution oriented. Thank you for the great experience, Nas.
Ok! Where to start! Gonna say that the folks working at this location are top notch, and theyve generally always been that way. Uhaul however as a company could use a little work around the edges. Smoothing them out. I initially booked a 7 am Truck Share 24/7 (phone pick up) so I could collect furniture before rush hour traffic picked up. The location I selected turned out to not have the Truck Share pick up till 9 am when the location opened. Of course I only found this out when I arrived for the pick up. I promptly booked another vehicle at bigger location and called customer service. The wait was about 5 mins before 8 am EST and maybe a total of 15+ mins on the phone. After I was directed to the second location, and went through the process, Uhaul requested and emergency contact phone number which the associates indicated had to have a persons voicemail or have someone picking up. Now I dont know what the rest of the universe is like but I dont know many folks who answer a number that they dont recognize and I also dont know many folks who are awake/taking phone calls that early in the morning. Lets just say that the bar seemed a bit high for an emergency contact number esp when Ive had to give one out in so many different areas of my life over the past few decades. Needless to say after going through 4 numbers they were satisfied. My 8 am furniture pick up appointment was delayed even more. Additionally, they needed my drivers ID information which I had entered twice the day before when I made my booking and then again on the morning at my initial failed truck pick up. Then I was given a vehicle with such low fuel that I wasnt even sure how to re prioritize my drive and already delayed pick up. Im amazed that after being in the business for this long, uhaul is unable to make their services more stress free for their customers, many of whom truly rely on them. Other than what are clear systems mgmt issues the vehicle was in top shape, clean and handled well! The systems issues were poor though, I have be to be honest about that. And yes all the people who helped me even the customer service personnel over the phone were excellent in their work.
Don’t expect any bells or whistles here. It’s strictly business. No good mornings, no hi how are you today. State you’re name, license and here’s your van... BYYYEEEMake sure when you get you’re van that you do a thorough walk around and take pictures as necessary. Ours was missing a Gas Cap! Pay the extra insurance for you’re own protection incase something happens. Remember you’re moving, bring you’re patient pill!
The way they are managing things at that Uhaul location are completely off task. Naashiha Matthews (Manager onsite) was completely unprofessional and classless in her dealings with a long-term customer, that was simply in need of a solution to problems one of her subordinate staff members intentionally created.Backstory:I had rented a storage unit from them for 6 years.I havealsoused their trucks on multiple occasions. At some point within the 6-year timeframe,they created a new policy stating that they would need to have an emergency contact before I can pick up my truck rental. I was scheduled to move out of there that day and I had booked my truck a week in advance. They already had an emergency contact, but they wanted to actually verbally speak to the person before providing me my truck. Even though this is a bit invasive, I still politely complied. Naturally nobody answered the phone, because it was during business hours and they were likely at work. I provided a second person who also did not answer because they were at work. At that point I expressed how unnecessary it was for them to actually overstep and have to verbally speak to somebody who has nothing to do with my truck rental. I tried to help that staff member come up with a solution, such as simply considering how policy change occurred farafter I had a storage unit already, or just attempting another contact. Maybe she felt as if I was embarrassing her. That was not the case, but she apparently felt I was making her look incompetent, and decided to retaliate as a result. I suppose this lady just wanted to be spiteful so she denied me access to my truck and told me to step aside. At that point I requested to speak to a manager.This so-called manager approached the entire situation as if she was on the street and coming to defend her friend. I explained to her what was happening, and she literally shoved a laminated truck pickup policy in my face. At that point I told them how disgusting their behavior was. They were treating the entire situation like a couple of delinquent juveniles. They really thought the whole thing was just some kind of joke. The manager went behind the counter and ordered the staff member to delete the reservation I had booked in advance, and looked at me with a smug face, telling me that they werent going to be giving me a truck that day. Even the other staff members working there looked over in disbelief.Despite all of this, I managed to find a truck from a different location and returned with my hired help to retrieve my belongings. When I was incontact with the call center in search of a new truck, it was even revealed to me that the onsite manager put in a bad notation about me, so she could quickly cover her tracks. She knew she was in the wrong, so she needed to save face and make up lies.The only reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because a different staff member that helped me closeout my account was actually very empathetic to what had happened earlier and made sure my balance was clear on exit.People should only be put into management positions if they have a solutions based approach, vs creating more problems. They should actually have a track record of at least some integrity and professionalism; not just be promoted because theyve been hanging around there for certain period of time and the company needs a token.Naashiha Matthews (Manager onsite) has no business managing a facility.I moved out of there and no longer have to deal with Uhaul again. Problem solved!
Very easy procedure to rent a van.This is the closest U-HAUL location for Astoria dwellers.They work untill 7pm, so keep that in mind. If you finish after 7pm you need to go online on their website and complete all necessary steps in order to return the vehicle. After you log out leave the van on the terminal, close all doors and drop the key in the special compartment.
The ladies behind the counter on pickup were great as were the guys in the lot. The first truck had an issue with the roll-up mechanism on the door and they got us a different truck fairly quickly. The pick up experience overall was quite positive.The return experience has been a whole different story and BEWARE! The general manager,WHO CALLED ME THIS MORNING from the contract info, was impossible to deal with and kept insisting that the info I had was erroneous and that we werent in the computer. MORON ALERT! She called me!!!! How do you think she got my number? The phone book? IDIOT.They have not checked in the truck yet, which mean that they are going to try and soak me for extra time and fees. BEWARE OF THIS! Not going to happen either, I can assure you.Bottom line: They are great on the way in when they want your money, but a nightmare on the return after they have it.
Beware!! They will charge you $25 to clean the vehicle. I returned a clean vehicle. I cleaned it as a gentleman would. Was not an operating Room clean but was clean.. If they try to over charge you call the want 800 number and fight...!they back roght down because they know they are doing the wrong thing. I have rented you holes all over the country and have never seen this $25 cleaning charge at the returning a clean vehicle.This is unfortunate because otherwise it was a great truck with great service. All people who work there are professional and courteous. I just do not appreciate a sham extra $25 charge when the truck is only $20 to begin with for the day.
Way too few employees for the amount of customers that pass through. Had to check in the vehicle with the guys in the back and they sent me back into the reception area because their machine was broken. Most storage units are also vacant but they still have me a unit that was very far from the loading dock.
Not the experience I would expect from Uhaul. It started off great with a staff member going above and beyond to help. But from there the experience went sour. Unfortunately they had the wrong truck size that I had reserved.. that delayed my move and added an extra day to it. The mgr in this location then wanted to charge me for the extra day that was I itally caused by there error.. I was willing to overlook the error in truck size. however trying to charge a customer from your mistake I believe to be bad business. With all that said , I would still recommend... just proceed with caution.
The manager of this uhaul location is excellent. She goes above and beyond to assist her customers - I had multiple issues with uhauls ubox program, none of which were her fault, but she worked very hard to help me resolve what had happened. Appreciate her professionalism, concern, and friendliness immensely.
These folks are wonderful. Anyone says otherwise is wrong. What Naz did for me was, she didn’t have to.she went out of her way to insure I was well taken care of, made my stressful move much better. Not all experiences end like this, but anyone that does what she did for me says a lot about who she is. Also Wendy made sure the end result was followed through to perfection. When i to rent another U-Haul , and I will, this is The place for me thanks to everyone there!!
UHaul is an absolute mess.Car reserved a week in advance and then not notified that the reservation was moved by 7 hours. After spending over 45 min on the phone with horrid people who showed 0 compassion we managed to get a car with a 4 hour delay from the original reservation.It’s totally unprofessional to move a reservation like that and not communicate it to the parties involved. I would not recommend UHaul to anyone.
I booked online for contactless pick up 9am on a Sunday. 9 20-30 AM and still the Uhaul app does not allow me to take the truck (because after you submit the requirements on app, you have to wait for approval which took mine forever). So in the end, I still lined up inside. I know its the app fault, Im just sharing it.So When Im taking it back to the drop off area (same location), this guy named David/Davis african american guy is the nastiest human being I ever met. Am having difficulty understanding your ghetto accent and instead of trying to help me understand, you have the audacity to mock me (Im asian btw). Somebody deserves your job more whoever you are.Dont go to this place, save yourself from any stress.
Made a reservation for a moving truck and the General Manager Naasiha Matthews was more than helpful. She personally took us to two different trucks and let us measure and get a feel for each. She also recommended different types of boxes we would need for the move. Very, very attentive and she definitely won our business. Ive been a longtime Uhaul customer and by far Naasiha is the one manager who has gone above and beyond. Wish more managers were this helpful. Really recommend this location!
Reserve a time on 9:30 of ubox and uhaul van one month in advance. Two days before the reserved date, they confirm with me regarding the time 9:30am. And on the day 50min before the 9:30 they call me saying confidently and aggressively “ I am telling you, your reservation is 10:00am”.I was on the way already. inform your costumer in advance at least. be responsible to your work and feel shame while you eat the agreement in the very last minute.
Incredibly understaffed expect long lines. When I came back to drop my truck off after waiting in a line of trucks for 30 minutes much of which was spent being backed up onto the road partially blocking traffic. When I finally got my vehicle inspected they said the initial amount of fuel was at significantly higher than it was and wanted to charge me 26 dollars for fuel. They made me wait on the line inside for another 40 minutes to dispute it even though I have the uhaul equipment contract that clearly states that the fuel was at half full when I got the truck and they marked it as half fuel when I came in. This should have been a quick fix from a manager instead they took up nearly an hour of my time in top of the half hour line I previously waited on.
I rented a Uhaul Van last friday at the BQE location and it was great. They had my reservation and I must have misheard to check my text to verify the mileage & gas in my car. I forgot to do it until after I left. The previous renter did not put in the correct mileage. I called them right away and said it was 40 miles over what the paper stated. When I returned, they helped me clarify the issue and the staff found out that the previous renter made a mistake. I did not have to pay 40 miles over what I used. I really appreciate the UHAUL staff at that site.
Staff for both the storage and the truck rentals themselves are absolutely lovely and go out of their way to help. Really gold star service. Facility was clean and like Fort Knox. I cant imagine what people are storing that requires that level of security, but my belongings are certainly safe! Highly recommend it.
I rented a 17 ft box truck in this locationEverything is fine and it is pretty clean except there is a weird smell, I still took it because the smell dont bother me. When I return back the truck, they charged me additional money, they said they want to get rid the smell that was already in there when I rented there truck. Moral lesson when you rent in this location make sure the truck is smell like flower or perfume or be ready to pay additional money to....
I moved to NYC 3 years ago and every single time Ive moved to a new apartment Ive always gone to Woodside Uhaul. Everybody their is beyond amazing and really care about you and making moving less stressful. A huge shout out to Nicole and Koren for helping me today :) If you are moving or simply storing some things go to Woodside Uhaul!!
Horrible Experince. I made a reservation today for my partner for 4:45pm. He arrived around at 4:46pm . A staff worker by the name of nilda or nydia told him systems were shutting down. Meanwhile, other customers were arriving at 4:50, and being taken care of. She was rude, and disrespectful to him. Her job is to statisfy customers needs, not to disstatisfy, and be disrespectful. She should not even have a job, if she cant respect customers, and meet their needs. Thats number one in having a job.

2022-07-06This location has improved a lot ever since they got some better staff. Deborah in particular is very helpful and patient. There was a customer ahead of me with a hundred questions. I definitely would have lost my patience but she had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service and was equally if not more patient with me. She’s a great example of what serving the public should look like. Thank you!

2022-04-16Made a reservation 1.5 weeks in advance. Received 2 confirmation emails for a 9AM pick and then a phone call 2 days before with the location and time and again confirm the rental. I showed up the day of my reservation only for them to say that the time was for 11 not 9 even after I showed them the email confirmations.11AM comes and they say they don’t have the truck now and there is nothing they can do. Honestly this is the worst location cause the staff there is VERY VERY INCOMPETENT.They don’t know what they are doing. They constantly mess up reservations. As I was in there they messed up 2 other people reservation with the same result “nothing we can do call corporate”I’m shocked how that location still operates with such a useless staff.I warn anyone making reservations here GO SOMEWHERE ELSE cause this will ruin your day when you show up and there is no truck. They don’t care.

2022-06-06You guys nailed it. My son and I had to go South, with a trailer, and the level of service we recieved was topnotch. They answered all our questions about the hitch and trailer, they supplied us with moving blankets and a hand truck. The vehicle had barely over 500 miles on it. We could not have asked for better. Thank you guys for making my sons move seamless.

2022-07-02Honestly extremely unprofessional and ghetto. It was the July 1st yesterday so me and some friends took off from work to help my best friend move into his new apartment with his girlfriend when going into this uhaul before even saying hello or how’s your day the lady at the counter yelled THERES NO UHAULS TODAY THEYRE ALL BOOK I CANNOT HELP YOU. In a very rude and obnoxious way. The people in the counter must be changed if uhaul what’s to continue making business. I ended up just ordering a uhaul from the actual website and went back in 5 mins later and they gave me the keys for the Uhaul. They intentionally took their sweet time because they knew that we had caught them in a lie. So unprofessional and rude staff. Literally lied about not having any trucks if this Happeneds to you just get it through the website.

2022-05-02Charged me $150 for damages I didnt cause! Van was already damaged when I rented it out and there were no additional damages when I returned it. Uhaul self return does not give you the option to take photos of all angles so BE SURE TO TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS OF ALL SIDES AND INTERIOR when you pick up and return.

2022-06-27We were unloading two storage units into a truck for a cross country move. An error caused us to be locked out which threw us off schedule and the facility locked us out just before we finished so we could not get a room, spent the night in their parking lot and were a day late leaving. That meant that the truck we booked sat idle until they reopened the next day. Cost me time money and an uncomfortable night sleeping in the parking lot

2022-05-01Horrible long lines make you miss your reservation and I was downgraded to a van due to their slow employees. There was no tucks left even though I was showed up before my reservation. Had to pay more in the end due to making two trips.

2021-03-14Friend, fast service: everything explained clearly: i had zero issues: advice: if you guesstimate that your move will take you 6 hours, book 2 additional hours: life happens. In my case there was a fire that prevented us from moving for about an hour... thankfully i had an extra hour to return the truck without stress.
