This Is the BEST U-Haul location around!!! I use these guys very often and I’ve never had a single problem! They have the lowest rates, friendly staff, and are very accommodating. The trucks were also thoroughly disinfected before I arrived. Plus super convienant that this place is also a gas station to refuel truck after use.

This place is a kiosk in a gas station selling mostly lottery tickets and cigarettes. The person working wasn’t qualified, didn’t know how to deal with tech issues. We had the regional manager call her. Every now and again other customers would come and get her attention. After reserving online We expected a quick in out pickup of 15-20 minutes. It ended up taking 40 minutes. We lost a lot of time when we were planning our moving back to back and kind of right. So really bad experience. I am sorry for the mans business but I think this one really jumps the shark.

Located at gas station direct across from State Trooper Barracks its easy to find. Reservations, puck up and drop off were easy. I thought the $180 daily rate for a van was hefty. One thing of importance I think should be noted is the driving cabin had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned after last rental. During normal times this would annoy me. During a pandemic..unacceptable. I had come prepared with disinfectant and took my time cleaning every surface. Be prepared to do so yourself.

Our family rents a U-Haul here 2-3 times a year -- usually a van or very small truck -- local, one day only. The employees are just as helpful and friendly as if we were renting a huge truck to drive cross country and back.The vehicles are always clean. Employees go over all the paperwork very carefully -- each time -- so no surprises when you come back.If you call or stop by the day before, they will get the exact vehicle you want and it will ready when you get there.Small store: cold beverages, snacks, cigarettes, Lotto, ice.GAS PRICES (cash, debit) are the LOWEST IN 20 MILE RADIUS.

Believe it or not, trying to get/rent a UHAUL is a little harder than you may think. Not necessary bcuz of you, but they seen 2b in high demand.I was fortunate to rent from these guys, and they were so so supportive, helpful, and courteous. I dont know about you but, those are qualities/skills that mean a great deal in business.If Im in need again, which I hope not 4a while, lol, I will use this location again. Thank you staff.

Absolutely awful service where vans are double booked, wrong size vans are given, the gas station attendants dont know how to use the UHAUL system and are very difficult to understand.
