Stood and wait for someone almost 40mins and then when he gets here he said i was late for my reservation time. The trucks were parked two blocks away while a pile of garbage in-front and behind. All in all poor customer service. Poor pick up and drop off procedures.

The worst customer service in history. The guy was extremely disrespectful and had the absolute worst attitude I have ever seen. I dont know what was going on there but the lady and the guy who attended me were in the worst mood ever. They even gabe me a few slick comments like “I hope you dont crash my truck” and “dont come back unless you fill up the tank to where I left it at”. Extremely rude. I felt like I was asking for a favor even though Im spending my hard earned money! What a shame U-Haul. What a damn shame. You have lost such a great customer for life.

RUN RUN FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t rent a truck from this U-Haul you will be disappoint. First off we went to the location for the truck guess what the truck was not there. We waiting in the cold for hours until the location opened. The customer service rep. told us the truck was in the shop and it’s unavailable this guy is a real a**h**e, The day we have to move you tell us the truck is not ready and then canceled the truck with out our knowledge. We have to call customer service to help us find a new truck , we lost 5 hours of moving time because of this guy. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

Unprofessional, rude service barely speaks English and they have a kid handling the reservations. The ad says $19.99 plus $1.79 per mile but when I got there I was told that its higher on the weekend. No mention of that on the website. Do yourself a favor and go directly to the actual Uhaul. Youll save yourself time and aggravation

Gave me a hard time because he didnt want to use my debit card. Had to book online( while standing at his desk ), call customer service and call his manager in order to get a Uhaul van. Will not be going back to this location.
