I dont understand why they have such a bad attitude towards drivers. I have made an appointment. I watched the staff at the door serving others, so I waited patiently. Wait until he is free. They said I was late and needed to make another appointment. I couldnt make an appointment in the software before. So I call customer service. The customer service sent me the appointment link. I have successfully made an appointment. But the appointment information cannot be found in the software. It doesn’t matter. It’s just that their work attitude is very rude. They seem to be disgusted with us. I did my best to work for them. The car was flooded when the hurricane on September 1 caused i delivery food for uber.I almost couldnt open the door. We have such a life job. In exchange for this kind of treatment. Very unfair. If there are other offices to choose from, I never want to come here again.
Wanted to start back driving with Uber. Got to their Burke location. One person on line. Four security guards outside. Told them I had just two questions can someone help me. Their answer was you have to make an appointment. Dude for two questions to be answered which could have taken 5 minutes I need to make an appointment? They answered Yes. Looked inside the facility, may be two other people in there. This is a former Rite Aid so this is a huge building with parking lot outside. The security guards (with attitudes) gave me a piece of paper with the information to make the appointment. I called the number and got some woman who could barely speak English. Sounds like a call center in Mumbai and she was reading from a script. After 20 minutes on the phone in which she couldnt answer my question I gave up. My time is important. I dont have time to waste on this BS. I went to LYFT and was treated the right way. Uber needs to get rid of these people because they put a sour taste in my mouth. As a driver with a 4.97 rating over 5 years, I expect better treatment, better service especially when you complain about not having enough drivers, send me countless emails to start back driving with them and when I decide to come back, there is a huge road block of red tape and attitudes. Really bad experience that should never have happened.
This company is horrible!! If I could give them a zero I would! I’ve had a total of 3 unauthorized fraudulent transactions and it’s disgusting that I have to go through my bank to dispute it. Why? I’m not a customer, I’m not a driver, there is no customer service only through the app. I’ve tried contacting the hub assigned to one of the boroughs in the city and all I keep getting is a busy signal. Ive tried more than one location. This is bs and I really don’t know how a company like Uber continues to have clientele when there isn’t even a customer service number. Why should everything be handled through their app? A company of this magnitude, with such a high number of clientele shouldn’t have to make it difficult for anyone to contact them. Not even corporate has a number. Their critical emergency service line has an automated message! And then I try tips and actually get a detective they tell me go make a report with the authorities. This is again the third time this happens! And last time I had to close my checking account. To think that I at one time thought of using Uber. I will never become a paying customer with Uber. I can just imagine the experience I’ll have if this is going on to me, a victim of fraud, and I’m not even a customer. Good luck to anyone using this company if they encounter any fraudulent activity on their checking account.
The place was empty completely and they wouldnt let anyone in. The funny thing is Uber send messages to their drivers every day and in return they make it very hard for the driver to get back to work. Just to show you the poor management and how bad they are, they had an army of security guards outside and inside. All they had to do is ask the guards to help people line up outside and let them in one at the time. Dont send them away to make an appointment 10 days later and you cry for drivers every day. You dont just pay your employees sitting inside doing nothing. Put them to work and your drivers life a little easier
I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and the office was empty when I got there yet they refused to render me a service, and they cursed me out when I tried to explain the reason I came late. If that’s how they treat Uber drivers then I’m afraid what happens in the future. I feel they just don’t want to work because they are 7 persons doing nothing but chanting and laughing.
I came here to many time every time they said your issue was solved you good to go but in real they not solved anything. Also today I came in heavy traffic from Brooklyn and late for 20 min because of traffic they said me you late and you need to make new appointment 2 other people also like me came from Brooklyn and late 20-25 min they didn’t passed but how we see Hub is not busy...
The lines are too long. The workers are slow, rude and on top of ruin they have too much ATTITUDE. One person will tell you to wait in one line and another will tell you something else. They need to have a meeting and get on the same page. They have you waiting outside in the freezing cold. They make you wait to help you do something that’s very simple. You need to make appointments before coming here. If you come in as a walk-in you have to wait hours before you can speak to someone and I find calling Uber support is extremely pointless. They could never solve a problem I have.
Unpleasant experience. The security staff does not have a welcoming demeanor and they try very hard to avoid you speaking to a representative. I understand that measures have to be taken because of covid but it’s been like this prior to the pandemic. Very sad how they treat the drivers because without them they wouldn’t have a job.
I dont understand why this place is even open. You cant speak to anyone there unless you have an appointment. Security directs you to use the app to schedule an appointment. When you try, no appointments are available. The number they give you is animated...meaning you dont get to speak to a representative. No email access! In order to speak to someone, I had to pretend I was having a delivery problem. How quickly they answer!!!!!!!
So I received uber rewards in the form of a free uberx ride valued up to $30, unfortunately everytime I tried to use it the drivers dont pick up the request so now I have to pay for an XL which is more money. As a customer that uses uber almost every day due to my work schedule Im disappointed. Because until that offer is expired which wont be until June I cant use the regular uberx and thats not fair to me if it that the drivers are expected to take me for then I dont blame them for not picking up the ride and uber needs fix this.
My phone has been at this location since March. It is now almost October. I have sent them a prepaid label and everything. I can’t get anyone on the phone and trying to get help through the Uber app is useless as they just give you the run around. Even if you do get somewhere with one person, nothing ever happens because you are passed on to the next and have to start all over. Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with by far. Use Lyft if you want lost items returned.
I really dislike dealing with Uber employees. I lot of them are disrespectful. I went to this center in the bronx today and one security guard have a power trip. Then told me I couldnt speak to a customer service supervisor because I didnt need to. Im signing up for Doordash today.
Free parking and not a long wait. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. What took me calling Uber Support everyday for 10 days was rectified in 30 minutes. Uber Support is atrocious! Better to just show up at a greenlight location than to waste time and energy on Uber Support.
The security desk personnel were unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite the fact that I had proof of appointment on my app, the appointment list didnt have my name in it. There was no consideration for my being there, and I wasnt seen. Id been waiting a whole week for this appointment. Very disappointed.
Ubereats need to call me how I can get help when Im on a delivery but now that Im not i cant seem to talk to any one to get help but they only care about the money but I made them mad money cashed out with paypal but when I go cash out for the first time with ubereats gobank card money got cashout but now Im no longer eligible to make delivery why please help me it my only job I actually enjoyed
There was ample parking it was clean the reps were cordial ,the only thing i didnt like was Uber did not let The Drivers know they were moving to a new location to my knowledge their rating gets and F for that and need to take a better management look with in there management team ,rate themselves as well as the Drivers!!
We are neighbor of this location and we are annoyed from this compony drivers who park outside of this location parking lot, we going to make a campaign against this location and file a lawsuit against it because the neighborhood is suffering from the lack of parking at the time their drivers park in public spaces meanwhile they have big spacious parking and make each parking ticket has been giving to anyone of this neighborhood to be paid by the owner of this locationwe are in process of gathering people against this location , printing brochures and receiving email of people in order to build a case and we will take it to the city and court soon
Worse place ever I’ve visited. Employees are rude, bad attitude, not responsible at all. I wasn’t welcomed by representatives, had rude & neglecting face. Being popular in ride share industry Makes their staff feels like they’re above everythingDoesn’t deserve a single star
Not a friendly place..... my husband was having a bit of trouble with activating his account and went into this place to inquire about it.... Alex was very unprofessional and managed to deactivate my husbands account. My husband was super frustrated and could npt understand what was going on.... he went to the LIC office and walked out of there with his account active and ready to drive for Uber eats..... Alex prolonged the process and robbed my husband of taking care of his family for two weeks or more because he was so unprofessional! Smh! I would not recommend anyone to go to this site.
Uber eats continues to lower their drivers promotions. In other words the already below minimum wage job just dropped to not worth delivering for because of how little people are getting paid now. Ive talked to over 50 drivers & the schemes Uber has been pulling on its employees are unacceptable. Im going to be delivering with Postmates starting tomorrow & on. I would HIGHLY recommend you dont use Uber eats at all. You will earn a third of NYCs minimum wage.
I used to to use a lot of Ubers but , Im really upset and frustrated because I order an uber it says 1 min which was 10 mins . WHATS The Who REASON CONFIRMING THE ADRESSS IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PICK YOU UP ON THE ADRESS YOU PUT IN THE UBER APP ??????!!!!!!!! THE UBER MAKES YOU WALK A BLOCK AND CROSS THE STREET TO GET TO THEM . CAN SOMEBODY GIVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL , I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER .
Diane the supervisor is the meaning of white trash she has a bad attitude doesnt have no customer service skills and all them other people no races but I thought Uber was a professional business they got to stop getting these ghetto people from the projects that does not know how to work does not know how to explain things they getting frustrated just by thinking garbage customer service . Im having a conversation with one young lady and out of nowhere the supervisor come and jump in our conversation another young girl jumps in our conversation they parents never show them manners when two people are talking dont wait till they are done then you say excuse me and then you say whats on your mind sad to be a Uber driver

2022-06-15I missed my 1:00pm appointment by 30 minutes😳 . The front desk guy used my phone to quickly booked me up for 2:00pm appointment right there.I was ushered to a cushioned fluffy sofa to wait for my turn. Before I could fully enjoy my seat, I was called for and my Uber Driver app fixed in no time. Waaw!!5 stars🌟 ⭐ 🌟 🌟 🌟 for Uber GreenLight Hub, Bronx NY.

2022-07-12I went into the bronx hub today because I had a problem with my Payout, I have been experiencing technical difficulties due to me not being able to cashout. They were so professional and friendly. I sat down with a woman named ivonne, she was a breathe of fresh air. I really thank her for her assistance. My issues were solved in 5 minutes. 2022-05-18Way overpriced. From downtown Manhattan to uptown Manhattan costing $60.00. Ridiculous. Im nice so I gave a $5.00 tip even though its overpriced. A few months before I took Uber I took a regular cab from downtown Manhattan to the same place uptown Manhattan. Only costed $45.00. I will never take Uber again. Regular NYC cabs dont overprice like Uber does.

2022-04-19This is very unprofessional place.I lost my phone and the driver was so kind to make sure it was returned to this base. They gave me a hard time to return it and thank God one of my friends called my phone so it rang in there system. I am looking to delete the app altogether.
