The condition and service of the store was ok, they have a good variety but the sizes are limited. Ive visited several times but never purchased anything because they dont have my size in anything I like, Im size 8 1/2. I went home and purchased a pair online lucky there was free shipping.
The UGGs Outlet in Deer Park is DISGRACEFUL!!! While standing on line in the freezing cold, a representative came up to us and stated if you know what you want you can order with me and Ill go in and get it. The line was atleast 35 deep. We thought great!!! When the representative came out with our merchandise over $200 worth, she asked for my card. I gave it to her. She processed the transaction, or she thought she did. She said it didnt go thru, and after 5 to 7 second exchange, I gave her another card to process the purchase. While she was completing that purchase, I went on to the initial cards website to see what may have happened as to the declination. As it turned out, as soon as she said ok, it went thru on the second card I gave her, my bank card was showing a debit for the same transaction. So now Im livid and I want UGGs to satisfy the situation. She said it will take time! IM STILL WAITING FOR RECTIFICATION!!! OVER A MONTH NOW!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE UGGs Outlet in Deer Park if you want honest, integrity-based service. They dont know the first thing about it!!!!
I just wanted to leave this review because last night was very complicated at the store but I’m thankful FOSTER remedied the situation as best as he could. Thank you so much for being accommodating and understanding FOSTER. Happy Holidays
Well it wasnt a good experience at Uggs today I had to stand in line for over 2 hours then the shoes I wanted they didnt even have so I had to pick something else and they will only allowing five people at a time in the store because they only allow 15 people in at a time and that includes staff there was actually more staff than there was people in the store so if you want to go get Uggs dont go to the outlet because youll be standing in line for over 2 hours
Few points for Tanger Outlets1. $5 Coupon Book never works2. Shopping Points never roll to next year3. Outlets shopping has only Returns to the Outlets4. Membership is $10 with free gift. I never received mine5. Bad experience at Luxury Beauty Suite #531. They screen you and act rudely and very insulting as we are getting free stuff from the store. Tall girl speaks to you very rudely as its a classroom. DONT TOUCH THIS OR THAT. So didnt buy anything from the store.6. Filed a Grievance Report on 3/26/2021. No response.7. Management office lady didnt like the idea of giving me a formal form of the Grievance letter .
Security followed my husband and kids around the store. Even join in on a conversation. It was very uncomfortable. I mentioned to the cashier (Amber) she said they have a lot of shoplifters. Im thinking how weird. Who would bring there 5yr and 9 month old baby to shoplift. I think it was because were black. We spent $440.
After waiting in the line, outside in the cold, and spent over $500 for holiday gifts i experienced the annoyed(with the questions) and disrespectful attitude of the cashiers( Sasha and Jailene). Lying to patrons and poor customer service.I am very disappointed with this shopping experience at UGG store.

Pros: Really pretty store, easy shopping layout.Cons: Prices are the same as online but, customer service is not. Save your time and shop online, if you have questions; be prepared to get attitude from teenagers that get upset when you interrupt their social conversations to their coworkers and managers.Normally, this might be ignorable BUT youre spending quite a bit here; customer service should reign first.Overall, not too impressed.

Had to wait to get in to return a gift and even tho my husband paid with debit they would not refund in cash which the receipt states refunds are issued in the same form of payment, they wanted the card to refund to card which defeats the purpose of the gift. I did not want a store credit cause they had nothing in my size. will never ever go back
Line was too long the unfortunate covid 19 situation makes it hard to get in and get out with what you want with social distancing regulations and safety concerns be good if they could add a sidewalk table for quick on the go purchases

Nice store with a good selection of all weather shoes, but sadly, the size availability for myself (10) on a recent visit left me longing to try tons of shoes on without an option. Theres a decently-sized clearance section, too.
Located inside the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park. Close to other stores and restaurants. Close to public Restrooms. Reasonably priced. Staff is very accommodating. Weekly sales, sometimes up to 40%. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.
Uggs have changed the cut is narrowed not as full.

I dont like shopping. I dont dislike it either. I do like warm, fuzzy slippers that last forever. They have those here and much more. I know it is all the rage to put down UGGS but really, their boots are warm, comfortable and make a polar vortex bearable. The selection here is vast. The service is top notch.
Small and not what I expected. They didnt have many options, sizes were scattered, there were more workers then shoppers and the store was messy and unorganized ex. They couldnt find the pair to the displayed shoe

I should own stock in the Ugg Company by now. I cant count how many pairs of boots, shoes and sandals Ive purchased throughout the years. Most comfortable shoes Ive ever worn.

The ladies were very nice when we walked in!! However, for the uggs themselves, I’ve seen better prices on amazon/Zappos/Nordstrom rack. It was a nice try though.
Lol... all the prices are exactly the same as any other retail store. Not sure why this store is described as a factory outlet store? Probably for dumb people and honestly that store was packed full of em. Just order online and save yourself the grief of dealing with associates who dont want to be there.
I was under the impression it was an outlet store. It wasnt. The boots that were marked down were not the usual simplistic styles and colors that most people buy, they had bowties on the back and all those other gaudy looks. They werent UGG but UGH😝
I thought it was big, like their blankets, clothing, sheets and shoes etc. Just shoes, which were all pretty. Next time need to pick up a pair of their moccasins.

2021-11-29I wish I can give this store a negative star the staff was not professional they where very rude and when the wife & I walked in I heard the staff member call two security guard to stand outside the store to we left mind you I was standing there with $300 ugg boots that I bought from the Riverdale store where the experience was excellent and is always excellent I will never return to tthe Deer Park N.Y.store again plus everything was not organized it was just an horrible experience it makes me not even want to go to another Ugg store someone needs to look into this store and make some serious changes mind you we drove over 2 hours to get there

2021-04-12Spanish women who work at the store are not friendly or welcoming unless you Spanish or white. I asked the manager if she could tell me retail on an item I spend $120 on and she told me she couldn’t. Didn’t even take me to have a nice day. Store lacks good customer service.

2019-12-26I was shopping for my god daughter and I asked the sales associate to see a toddlers size in a certain boot they had in stock and she goes “these are $90” as if I couldn’t afford them. I clearly wouldn’t be in the store if I couldn’t, 1 and 2 I didn’t ask the price I just asked to see the boot. It’s like she was steering me away from making a purchase and clearly judging me. When I got to the register the cashier had an attitude as well and rolled her eyes and was huffing and puffing over nothing so this experience was just very unprofessional for me and catty. The only one who was professional and respectful was the security guard standing at the door. I will NOT be coming back to this location. They shouldn’t have anyone working here who doesn’t know basic communication skills.

2019-12-16I had no problem in here. Even though it was busy someone helped me out right away and he went out of his way to help me out. I went on line to pay, the cashier was great. I was in and out in 15 to 20 minutes in the height Christmas shopping. It also helps to know what you are going in the stores for. Do research at home. It makes shopping easier.

2019-10-18This store was very organized and clean. The girls were super sweet and friendly! Great customer service! I believe the girl that helped me was Sam. She knew what she was doing and was super helpful finding my perfect boot! I’m super excited to have gotten my first pair of UGGS and for an amazing price! I would recommend shopping here!
