Beautiful store and great service (except the phone line. I couldnt get anyone on the phone..I think I left my bag from build a bear there with my daughters new teddy bear. Can someone please check the store and let me know.
Horrible Costumer service. I ordered some boots for my sister and there were issues from the getgo, I asked if I could change the color/size of the boots before they were even shipped (almost immedietly after ordering them) But apperently this is an impossible task for the UGGs coorporation. The worst part about this exchange is that it says it was delivered on 1/7/21 (it is currently 2/19/21) and I have yet to recieve either the boots or a refund! its disgusting, I feel robbed. I spoke with some representives on their live chat and allthough they did a great job with the issue they also couldnt resolve anything because yet again the UGG franchise limited them with foolish restriction. What I dislike the most is if I dont try and right this wrong on my own they would gladly keep my $200 and never pay me any mind again. I hope you take this review into consideration before making a purchase.
Great customer service and very clean store. I just wish they gave them phones so they can scan the system for the inventory. Overall great and fast service. Plus very clean environment.
They had nothing in shoes size that I liked. Pratically small sizes. The coats are not what I imagined them to feel like. They were a bit thin for the asking high prices. Nothing accomplished in this store today. 2 for being open.

Very bad experience in this UGG store yet located on 5th Avenue in New York. The staff is really not friendly, they have no sense of customer service. There is no size in this store, you better not go for that. So we chose to order our sizes at the start of our stay only to have the items arrive before the end of our stay, and they ordered the wrong sizes. They dont even apologize. The experience at this store was a failure from start to finish. I do not recommend this brand at all, it may be better to go directly to another UGG store in New York where they will be more helpful, friendly and with better stock. Not to mention that there is only one cash register on the fifth avenue so 1 hour of waiting to pay for these purchases.

2022-07-09I wasn’t shopping at ugg, however was in passing when a crazy man squirted mustard all over me. The staff were so helpful in giving me water and wipes to clean myself off, and point me in his direction. I know this comment sounds crazy, but I just wanted to give recognition where it’s due for the lovely staff that were so helpful when they really didn’t need to be!

2022-01-07Friendly staff and the service was a complete fail. I’m still trying to understand why a FLAGSHIP location ON 5th AVE only has two cashiers…. Literally waited online for 20 mins… instead of the cashiers attending to the long line they rather help their fellow coworkers make shoe exchanges before the end of their shift… that was mind bottling to me… The icing on the cake for me was the sales associates asking each other what time it was because they were dying to leave.. What kind of sales environment is UGG creating for the customers.. I shouldn’t have to feel rushed or the feeling like I’m the one bothering the sales associate because they want to go home…

2021-12-15A young lady that worked there started to help me. She requested the boots I wanted. I sat down and waited patiently for the boots to try them on. I noticed that the boots I requested to try on were given to another woman. I tried to get the attention of the young lady that had initially helped me to let her know what happened and she ignored me. I was able to get the help I needed from a young man that worked there. Next time Ill just order my boots online.

2021-12-18Great selection.Great staff finding sizes etc.appalling management. They have a meet and greet - hi welcome to uggs bs- but not all tills staffed. Big lines. Still asking questions. Instead of dealing with lines. Then girl gets attitude. Throws jacket in bag. Doesn’t check either pair of uggs to see Sizes correct. But took us 30 secs to get served. Rather than the 5 minutes + for every other customer. We might have a Stinky customer service in Uk but beats this slow slow slow service.
