Giving this Location a one star is being generous. The staff was too busy talking. I asked for a boot in a size 9 and the girl was too busy talking, didn’t even come back to check in with men to see how everything is going. Won’t shop here. Other stores with better service.
I’ve been here during my winter break trip! There was a 50% sale off going on during that time. It’s amazing! Everything here is well qualified and good looking! The boots are the best to stay warm in snow! I was there on a busy day so the customer service wasn’t really fast, it’s crowded and the waiting line was long. However, it’s worth the buying since it was a big sale off! I’d recommend this place to all!
Has anybody ordered online from them? It’s been 3 weeks and order 3 pairs and I never got them?
The store is nice but for it being an Ugg store I feel like they could have more selections. Its very limited and I was looking forward to more of the styles I see the website. The reps are nice. I still purchased boots and they made sure I was comfortable before buying it and that the bit fit correctly.
Poor customer service.First the associates couldnt figure out what sizes they have in stock in which model that was a waste of time to find the boots to purchase.Then after paying for the most expensive boots in the store, hence they were tall, come to find out that they ran out of large shopping bags and offered me to carry the box in a trash bag.1 how does management let this happen and does not not plan in advance?!2 cant believe that no one thought of buying large gift bags from a close by gift store or getting them from another Ugg location, if you dont want to advertise other brands, to save your customers the headache and inconvenience
Absolutely shocking. 4 staff walking round doing nothing, complaining they’re busy when they’re asked to get any shoes. Yet standing round talking.Asked for diamanté’s to be pressed into a pair of shoes, they said the girl doing it was training and had another customer do it!!!! What. The. Hell?!!!!!!WORST Ugg shop I’ve ever been in. They’ve all got an attitude problem and they’re extremely lazy. This was on 12th December midday.
Bought my first pair of Uggs here and the service was really good. The store is real cute and comfy and they were really helpful. Great first impression, I’ll definitely go back to this store when I’m buying again.
Went there to return a pair of boots that hurt my feet, the sales person was very rude. He refuses to return for the reason I understand, but the attitude is extremely arrogant and disrespectful. I have done shopping at UGGs. Aldo shoes are way much nicer anyway.
Very bad service.. I bought this show 4 days agoI never use them.. and you can see in the picture how its all open .. the customer service not really help me . And the store put me in hold for hours 4 time!!!! So I lose 180 dollar for nothing!!
This was my worst experience, I purchased a pair of mens waterproof boots that I only had about 30 days when the laces started coming apart and snapped, I came back to this location of purchase to buy some more laces and was told uggs dont sale laces and I would just have to purchase a new pair of boots, the young lady told me that she was the manager on duty and couldnt do anything for me, Ive never felt so cheated and disrespected like the staff at this location made me feel, my opinion the young lady in charge should be trained better in customer service and knowledge in how to de-escalate situations better... I will not be returning back to this location.
The workers are very friendly, Im a regular and they always Greet me by my name. Thats how they are they get to know their customers make you feel comfortable!!!

This is my first negative review ever!I enter the shop and there are FIVE and I repeat FIVE salesmen ... nobody greets me.I ask for the size of one boot from one of the 3 girls too busy talking, goes to check, comes back, puts away the shoe and says I dont and goes back to talking to the others ... Im going to ask her the size of a another shoe and the same thing ... I would have liked to ask if by chance I was annoying !!!! In the end I arranged to find the right size and asked for the shoe.NEVER in my life I was IGNORED in this way .... but what kind of employees do you have ???One was laughing with the 2 boys, one was trying on the shoes of the store (But seriously? !!!) and the other was playing with the phone!Go to Macys they are much nicer and above all they help you if you need !!!!
If you want to waste time, run to this store.30 minutes to wait for the wrong product, repeating it three times through two salespeople.My friend absolutely wanted her shoes so we stayed but we should have done the same as the other two customers who left while waiting for the product.Look up the definition of incompetence and you will understand how I feel about service.

A few weeks ago i walked into this store clueless and Victor was a great help and made the shopping experience quick and easy, victor took his time to help me out and pick out a gift, i had a few questions about other products and he answered all my questions, he also gave me complementary cleaning products for my purchases. 2022-06-09I visited this store on Monday while visiting NYC. My foot was in severe pain due to a lot of walking coupled with a recent foot surgery. Faith (if the name on the receipt is in fact the employee who was working) was super helpful. I will stop in again next time I’m in the area.

2021-11-17Today I Went In To Do An Instore Exchange, The Employee Celeste Was Moving So Fast Not Listening To Me She Put In For A Refund, When She Finally Slowed Down To Listen I Told Her I Was Trying To Do An Instore Exchange She Lied And Said Oh No We Dont Do Instore Exchanges Here I Said Yes You Do Because I Just Did An Instore Exchange Here In This Store Last Week She Played As If She Wasnt Aware They Do That Because She Didnt Want To Go Through The Hassle Of Changing It From Return Which I Never Said I Was There To Do, She Then Past The Task Along To Victor Who Wasnt To Happy To Help Me Either First He Lied And Said The Boots Were Sold Out When I Went To The Website And Showed Victor They Still Had Them And In My Size He Looked Shocked That I Was Smart Enough To Check For Myself, He Then Proceeded To Call Back Costumer Service So He Said So He Could Change My Order From A Return To An Exchange He Stayed On The Phone A Few Minutes Then Whispered Something To Celeste She Then Comes Over Telling Me He Spoke With Costumer Service And They Said He Couldnt Cyange My Order From A Return To An Exchange So I Was Forced To Order Another Pair Of Boots And Told I Would Just Have To Wait For My Refund On The Boots I Brought Back, The Worst Customer Service Ive Ever Experienced The Best Thing About My Visit To This Location Was The Employee Jah Who Was Very Apologetic For Her Lazy Co-Workers Keep Jah Let Celeste And Victor Go Because They Clearly Dont Want To Work They Enjoy The Perks Of Working For Ugg Not The Work Celeste Tri3d To Smooth Things Over By Offering Me A Free Umbrella Or A Mini Shampoo And Conditioner Set I Opted For The Shampoo Set For All My Trouble Of Being Lied To, Intelligence Insulted, And Having To Spend Extra Money Not A Happy Customer Today

2019-11-15It was nice, the store was kinda small but you know what youre looking for. The employees were really helpful and fast.Only complaint is that they dont take tap-to-pay with your phone (usually fails), but thats not enough of a reason to dock a star.

2020-12-28Small store with dedicated friendly staff with all COVID precautions being observed. Everything I requested to see was available in the correct sizes and the prices are always low and reasonable, great store for gift giving. Located on the second level of the underground plaza directly across from Apple Store.
