I only had a flatbread appetizer but it was excellent. There was a guitarist performing live and he was fantastic although the music was a bit loud and made it difficult to have a conversation with the people at my table. It probably would have been more annoying if the musician wasnt as good as he was. His excellence far outweighed the excessive volume. Unfortunately I didnt get his name but I would highly recommend going there for both the food and the music.
Food was good. Prices ok for long beach area. Service was quick and attentive. Waiter was nice to us.One big negative. The glasses we got were dirty. Not sure how they are washed but they had smudges of either lipstick or lips in general. Like it wasnt washed well. Luckily we were given plastic cups so we poured our wine in that.
I came here twice. First time I got the Long Beach breakfast which was perfection it was amazing the poached eggs and the hashbrowns and the cheese sauce is everything! Also drinks were going to service was fast. Second time however I ordered they avocado wrap which was really good but the fries that came with it were completely over seasoned and very salty I couldn’t even enjoy them. Besides that though I would definitely come back here.. just not order fries!
Went here today for the first time with some friends and we all loved it! We had the Burrata Napoleon and Pig Wheels for appetizers and I had the Smoke House Chicken Sandwhich. Everything was delicious! Someone on here mentioned not to order the fries, but I thought they were great! The drinks and service was excellent as well! Ill definitely be back!

I like the duck gimmick and the Quack Attack (depending - - my first was noticeably stronger than my second). The Reuben is pretty good, too. But for what they charge, the service we received was unimpressive. Our waiter messed up literally our entire drink order after keeping us waiting for about twenty minutes for the first one. In fact, there was a distinctive atmosphere of exclusivity belied by the goofy duck-themed decor - - I felt like we were being ignored. I hope this place sticks around, but it needs new management.
This place is one of a kind, with friendly bartenders and staff, but the food is to die for. Their Chicken Avocado wrap is rich, zesty, and served with delicious fries and spicy ketchup. Yum!
Love this place! Went twice - once for brunch and once for Wing-o Wednesdays. Both times were great experiences. Everyone is friendly but I have to say the best employee there is Dan!!! He is super attentive and made sure our table was taken care of to the fullest. He made both times we went there so enjoyable! Thank you Dan!!!!

I went there last night for dinner and everything was okay until we started getting flies. We told the waitress three times that maybe due to the back door been open the flies were coming. She did not do anything nor advised her manager of the flies issue. We decided to cut our night out short and left. I will not recommend this place and the health department will sure be contacted.

The staff here is amazing and friendly, good burgers and great nachos. But Certain things are over priced like the salads, you receive a tiny salad for a hefty price and that’s without protein like most salads come with. Drinks are okay.
Been meaning to come here since they opened, 10/10! Unique menu options and the food is great, drinks are great, friendly staff and great service. I only live a couple blocks away and this is going to be our new spot. I highly recommend!
Food was pretty good, but definitely overpriced
Not black people friendly, the waitress Dany A, was rushing me and my friends, gave us nasty attitude. Different Waiters came to our table over 10 times, the waitress Danny A snatch the menu from my hands, I wasn’t even finish ordering, she just took the menu out my hands. Dany A, also chase me and my friends for tip after the nasty attitudes she gave me and my friends. UNPROFESSIONAL WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Had the ahi tuna with a risotto which was delicious. Didnt give a full five stars because the service was spotty and the drink i ordered i found to be watery and not worth the $16 that they charged for it.

Grabbed a quick lunch on an off-season rainy day in Long Beach. Look forward to coming back.
We called on a Monday to make reservations for Thursday. They stated that they do not take reservations, but that it shouldnt be too crowded on a Thursday. Ok, great. So we travel 40 minutes to the restaurant (on Thursday), just to see that the place is completely closed. If they had any intention on closing due to renovating (which I later saw on Instagram), why wouldnt the lady on the phone tell us that?! This place doesnt have 1 positive review, and customer service can go a really, really long way.
Very good appetizers and one of the best long island icetea Ive had. They also have their own signature drinks which were very good.
This place is absolute trash. Door guy tried to charge me $20 per guy and $10 a girl. NYC doesn’t charge that. They don’t even have good drinks. Talk about a rip off. DO NOT GO THERE
I came there for the duck. There wasnt any duck. Defeated the whole purpose. Drinks were good. Other appetizers were good. No duck though.
This was my first time eating out since covid so it was a good experience, spread out seating, Good service, great food, delicious drinks, cool atmosphere!
It was okay, but nothing to write home about. Service spotty. It was a week ago I went there, and honestly cant remember what we had. Thats how memorable it was.

Went around 4pm on a Friday and it was pretty empty. I got the Ugly Ducklin Burger and it was good! They cooked it more than I asked, but it wasnt dry. It unfortunately only had a tiny smidge of sauce.One of my friends got the Chicken avocado wrap I think, and said it had no flavor or sauce.The decor was fun. I wish all drinks and not just alcoholic ones came with rubber ducks.Over I would recommend but it wasnt extraordinary

2022-03-26Nice atmosphere and the food did taste good. But the price and portions were a joke. For $19 and 8-10 singes when asked, but 8 arrived and they were the smallest wings i have ever seen in my life. For $19 that was ridiculous. They did taste good but no where near worth the price. The rum punch was good but again for the price the size was small that more than one max no sense. $50 later for small wings, fries, and one drink I wouldn’t go back. The calamari was a nice size and tasted good. But not sure the price as j tasted a friend. Inflation is real and I’m all about spending money on good food and drinks, but this turned me off so much so that I wouldn’t go back.

2022-05-10I was taken to brunch for Mothers day here. What a great experience! Service was awesome, atmosphere was cool. The food was really good ( had the chicken avocado wrap and general tso boneless wings) and the drinks come with a complimentary lil duckie in them! Definitely stop in if youre in the area.

2022-05-20I’ve got to say, this place has it down to a science! I needed a place to watch the rangers games so I started looking around for good spots to watch and when I saw the duck on the Rangers site it was a no brainer. The food and drinks were exactly what I was looking for. The menu looked so good we ordered the Ducking everything and it was EVERYTHING. Highly recommend trying it. The server staff was extremely accommodating and the manager of the place Geoff came around and made sure we were doing alright - our conversations felt almost like I knew him my whole life. Can’t wait to come back this summer with my friends!!

2022-01-19Music was insanely loud, couldn’t hear the people i was sitting with or the waitress. Was brought a mimosa in a dirty glass. The waitress was nice. But the menu did not specify that the dish I ordered contained duck whatsoever. (I could of assumed based on the name of the restaurant but it would have been nice to have that on the menu). About 3 hours after leaving i ended up puking for the remainder of the night. I found out the following day that myself and another member of my party had food poisoning. Dine here with caution.

The drinks are disgusting ordered mac & cheese had no flavorwhat so ever tasted like it was boxed mac & cheese had to add mad salt and pepper to even try and give it some taste which didnt work waited a whole HOUR for two burgers that ended up not even getting. You are better off going to Boston Market then this place the name speaks for its self! STAY AWAY

2022-05-14The EDM (Electronic Dance Music) with the same 2/4 beat for every song, at an extremely loud level, pounding in my head made it impossible to have a conversation. Service was slow, but accommodating and, ultimately, reduced the .sound level, but not that pounding beat. That overwhelmed the meal and I, barely, remember what I ate.

2022-03-17Officially been to both ducks in the city and long beach, you can tell these places are well ran. Everything from the friendly host who greets you to delicious food and a fun crowd and music, really just all around better then any bar in these areas.

2021-11-07We went to the Ugly Duckling for Dinner and Dueling Pianos last night. My fries were burnt, twice, and it took a while to get our food. They charged a higher amount than the menu price. Loud atmosphere and difficulty parking. It was a fun atmosphere and Im glad we tried it but I wont be going back.
