SMCC (Southern Maine Community College) soccer games. The Referees were definitely more like middle school or rec. League material. I have never seen a AR communicate that much on the side lines with a center ref. It was crazy. Otherwise the fan base for home team was nice to see.

I am so glad I found UH College Suites housing. I am a grad student and UH is a nice intermediate between on campus housing and regular apartments. There are a wide variety of housing options and the amenities are great.

Dont judge a book by its cover. UH seems like a nice place, but dont be fooled. This place is absolute trash. If you really like having wet clothes because there is no dehumidifier or it is broken, then this place is for you. Dont be allured by the included utilities and cable TV. The air conditioning does its job, but again, it will feel as though you are living in a swamp. And the cable TV works about 2% of the time. If you want actual cable you need to pay extra, but that is not advertised.If you want to exercise you way to your room daily, this is the place for you, oh... but I dont mean going to the gym to workout bc the gym is quite literally the size of the closet. There are no weights and only five pieces of equipment. Good luck actually getting anything done in there. Oh, back to my main point... there is only one entrance for THE ENTIRE BUILDING (building A, building B has a separate one, but I assume its the same situation). So lets play through this scenario... I just had a long day at work/school. Then after walking to the singular entrance, down my freaking long hallway, I realized I left something in my car so I go out to retrieve it. I obviously walk towards the door nearest to my room and parking lot; however, on my way back after getting whatever item it was I left in the car I HAVE TO FREAKING GO BACK TO THE MAIN FREAKING ENTRANCE. HOW INCONVENIENT IS THAT. (IF YOU HAVENT NEEDED TO DO THIS BEFORE IT IS REALLY FREAKING INCONVENIENT). Maybe Im spoiled when it comes to housing, but even in dorms, Ive never been denied access to any external door.ALSO, whomever decided to WAX ALL THE FREAKING FLOORS THE DAY BEFORE EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO LEAVE. TALK ABOUT A NUISANCE. GOSH DARN IT, FOLKS. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT LIVE HERE. If you are used to any sort of normal off-campus apartments, this place will make you fume with anger, frustration and disappointment in yourself for choosing such a horrible place to live. oh, also you need to pay for laundry per load. In most college dorms you dont even need to do this. what the heck UH. If your facilities are sooooo nice and luxurious and expensive as is, why do you need to charge extra money to poor college students for freaking laundry that doesnt even clean clothes effectively? (PS this is a serious question. My clothes were STILL DIRTY after every load.)If you are looking into moving to these apartments, please dont. Save your time, energy and, especially, money. They are exceptionally overpriced for what they are. If I had the opportunities to get first hand opinions on this apartment complex before moving in, I would definitely take it into consideration and NOT LIVE HERE. This poop-hole should be around $400/mo, not $540/mo (summer), and most certainly not ~$900/mo during the regular academic year.
