I hired Ultimate Black Car for a driver for the day in NYC to see all of my clients as far as Long Island to New Jersey. Guillermo was my driver and was FANTASTIC. The car had wifi so I worked the majority of the travel. Guillermo was very accomodating and knowledgeable of the city, and was always on time for my pick ups. Jose did a great job accomodating my needs for both trips I have used his companys services for. I will use Ultimate Black Car (and request Guillermo) everytime I come to NYC.
The car serviced picked up our party at La Guardia airport on time and delivered us to our mid-town Manhattan hotel safely and efficiently. We would recommend this service.
My experience was poor.I scheduled a trip to go to the ER, when I saw the pick up time pass w/ no driver or courtesy call, I called them, just to be told they have to locate a vehicle at the time of pick up.I was ill enough to go to the hospital, but didnt want to call an ambulance, & what a great time they chose to be delayed.The only reason I gave 2 stars was because a the man who answered did try to rectify the issue.Unfortunately I still had to end up waiting over a half an hour after the scheduled arrival time, since they claimed there wasnt any cars available in my area.I also told them Id be using a cane, yet the driver parked across the street & watched me struggle to get to the vehicle as opposed to parking in front of my location.Def not a car service Id use again if I have a choice.
Mr. G was absolutely amazing. I mean every time I needed anything he was quick to action. My team and I was in New York for KTA KUTTA Throgsneck music video shoot. From the airport pick to the airport drop off Prestine service. I was left behind and wanted food Mr G offered to get my food and stay inside this was a January this year cold - cold. We needed Spanish and that Mr G not only got the communication right but secured us a venue unexpectedly for shooting.
Ultimate Black Car is fantastic. Responsive, reliable and great to deal with! And I found their prices very competitive.

Let me start by saying if you have transportation needs in NYC please use this company! Jose the owner is professional, responsive, and dependable! He quickly responded to my texts/calls and reassured me that his drivers will be on time for each of our transfers. He was right! My group of 6 utilized Ultimate Black car for a total of 4 transfers in their Mercedes Sprinter. Each time the driver was on time and at the airport/hotel waiting for us. I cannot say how please we were with the communication and dependability of this car service provider. Jose, Rene as and Jose were excellent! If we are ever in NYC and need transportation, we will definitely be utilizing Ultimate Black Car!
On time (even a little early), very kind, professional driver, beautiful car, soothing music, air conditioned, safe and calm. It only cost me about $20. more for this Cadillac service than a yellow cab, and I felt 100% safer (I had a terrifying experience with a yellow cab). Well worth the money. I traveled with Ultimate black car on 21 October 2021. Highly recommend.

Jose and his team took the best care of us. My son and I moved to NY to get him treated at MSK. We didn’t have a car and whenever we needed to go anywhere for my son’s medical needs I knew we were in good hands. Ultimate Black Car is fantastic - I hired them to pickup my relatives from the airport, transport them to their hotel in Times Square, and then do a reverse pickup/drop-off when they left three days later. UBC worked with me when my flight was diverted to Boston and arrived JFK 3 hours late. Car and driver were right at the curb when I walked out. And I received similar professional service and my return ride to JFK 4 days later. Drivers were prompt and they very courteous and professional. Great value!

One of the easiest bookings I have ever had. I needed an oversized Cadillac for transportation to and from JFK. I texted Jose and he was able to deliver with ease. They send you an invoice directly to you via text or email and boom you’re all set. Simple process and the driver Svetlana was amazing both times! Highly recommended.
I called Ultimate Black Car because I needed someone to take my dad for his chemo appointment. I spoke to Jose and set something up. Jose was great to work with - he answered all my questions and provided excellent service. My dad felt very comfortable with Jose and it was a smooth experience for him. Jose arrived on time to pick my dad up and stayed until he was finished. Although we do not use the service for every chemo appointment (it would be too expensive), we have used Ultimate Black Car on a few different occasions. We were in Long Island New York for a wedding and then time touring around NYC. We used Ultimate Black Car several times to get around. They were always there early to pick us up and timed every ride to get us there on time. We were driven by both the father and the son. Both are very personable and pleasant. We enjoyed talking with them. I would definitely use them again and recommended them to my brother when he went to NYC.

Ive used Ultimate Black Car before while my boss is traveling in New York. He said they are fantastic. His driver picked he and his wife up at the airport, dropped them off at their hotel and the next day, another pick up and drop off at Union Station as well as a last day pick up at Union Station and back to JFK a few days later. Excellent car service! I was hesitant to book with an unfamiliar company, but am so glad that I took a chance on this family-owned business. They have reasonable prices and top-notch service. The vehicle and car seats were in great condition. The car seats were properly installed. Enrique was on time, extremely pleasant, and communicated with us via text with exact instructions where to meet him at LaGuardia. This is by far the best car service I have ever used. I hired them for an important job - my brother in-law and his family (with young children) were coming to visit us in midtown Manhattan, and I wanted them to have a first-class experience. I booked the Large SUV service to pick them up at the airport. My brother in-law and his family pulled up to our building in an immaculate Escalade. They absolutely loved the experience and were very impressed. Would use them again! Also, I found their pricing better than other services I got quotes from through Yelp, and they were very communicative (they texted me updates frequently).
The best car service and car/travel experience in NYC, NY State and pretty much rivals any perfect transportation service in any major city in the world, with care, compassion, professionalism and timeliness and the feeling of being safe, comfy and in that perfect bit of luxury you need when getting where you need to go. It can be stressful booking a service you haven’t used before, but they wildly exceeded my expectations. The driver was prompt, safe, and kind. The best car company in New York. When my son had to move in to his dorm at NYU. The driver was right on time waiting for him outside the terminal at JFK, helped him secure his cello in the front seat for safety. Then the driver drove my son to the grocery store to stock up on supplies for his quarantine and even helped my son unload everything at his dorm. This company made sending my son off to college by himself a little easier. Amazing customer service. Thank you Jose!!!!!

What a wonderful service. The driver made an otherwise horrible day really pleasant. Had to take our dog to the ER. Jose came quick, helped put our dogs wheelchair into the trunk and was so kind and considerate. Called again for the return trip and was met with the same wonderful service. I could not be happier with this service! I took my niece to NYC in early June 2019 and instead of trying to get a taxi or figure out public transport from LaGuardia to Midtown Manhattan, I opted for a car service for my first trip there. I was nervous going to such a big city and I had lots of questions. Jose was patient in dealing with all my questions and responded promptly to them via email. Raul was our driver and was so pleasant and a joy to talk to. He gave us a history lesson and pointed out places to us. We took one of his suggestions and headed to Grimaldi’s pizza in Brooklyn. It ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. If you are needing a car service in NYC I highly recommend Ultimate Black Car. If I ever go back I will be sure to book with them. They made my first trip there memorable!
Friendly, reliable, professional, courteous staff in a clean vehicle. I found Ultimate Black Car when I was traveling alone with my dog. He picked us up in a dog-friendly car and carried all my checked and hand luggage while I tended to my pet. Since then we have been loyal, satisfied customers, and at all hours of day and night they have driven us safely between Brooklyn and LaGuardia.

Ultimate Black Car service was superb! They made sure that I had a pleasant and pressure free experience from the moment I booked to the moment I was picked up to go back to the airport. My flight was delayed and I had 2 different aiport transfers scheduled, I was worried about my family not finding their way to our hotel since they were visiting from out of the country. Mr. Jose was very prompt at answering all my messages and assured me they would not be left behind even if my flight was delayed! He was simply fantastic! At my arrival to LGA Enrique was waiting for me, despite my flight delay. He was gracious enough to not have me get my luggage out and wait for another driver for my 2nd transfer once I met with my family at JFK. He was very accommodating to my needs and went beyond to make our arrival to the Big Apple a very pleasurable experience. My family and I had different departure dates, but it was very easy to contact Mr. Jose and set up my transfer to LGA. Miss Svetlana picked me up promptly from my hotel. I had a luxurious SUV to myself- she was very polite and the ride was just perfect! I was feeling a little under the weather and is as if she knew. I would definitely recommend again and again. They were very professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. Great company! I checked 5 other companies on yelp and they had very competitive prices. No hidden fees or charges.

Id give no stars if possible.Ordered service for this company to pick up my aunt and cousins from West Havershaw to Bronx and a return trip a few hours later. Was quoted a price of $300. Fine. Was told Id get a email invoice and then I could pay and be set up. This was on a Thursday.By Monday, no email. Call back, was assured Jose would take care of it. Nothing. Two days later I call & speak to Jose, who was out in the field. He assured me he would send it out when he got back to office, even repeating my email address he had. NOTHING EVER CAME.Wound up using an Uber+ driver at half the cost and no headaches. Would NEVER use this company even if it meant walking from the top to bottom of Manhattan.REPLY:Your company never sent me an invoice, so I never paid for any services. You never showed up to the address and your service never drove my aunt. Your reply is nothing but a deceitful, bald-faced lie.

When I need a guarenteed taxi ride to the airport, I dont take any chances. I depend solely on the Ulimate Black Car. If I have to be picked up at 5:00 a.m., they are there outside waiting for me. Professional...pleasant, and mostly punctual!

Horrible experience! Always late and never answers the call. I have a disabled child and every time i need to be picked up from an appointment i wait an hour just for them to keep telling me 15min more. Unacceptable and horrible service!

2021-12-14I found this car service company from a Google Search after the car service company we have used for years in NYC unfortunately closed due to Covid. I want to share that had a 5 star experience with Ultimate Black Car and will definitely be using this company again on my future travels to NYC. It was so easy to get everything scheduled. The cars were very clean and the drivers were always professional and right on time. I highly recommend this company. I felt the prices were very fair for the high quality of service provided every step of the way. Highly recommend.

2022-05-18Im so glad, I booked this company! I used Ultimate Black Car throughout my 4 day stay in NYC this past weekend and I was very impressed with the high level of service they provided. There was a small hiccup on initial pickup but when I brought it up, Jose quickly responded and took care of everything. Their vehicles are the newest models of SUVs and were very clean. The 2 main Drivers, Guillermo and Martin, we had were both highly professional, on time, courteous and personable. Shout out to them both because they never missed a beat in taking care of my family and friends while there. Guillermo had little chocolates with bottles of water and my 5 year old still asks if hell be driving us today. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the NYC area. I was actually initially booked with NY City Limo Service and cancelled my entire booking with them because they were so rude to me when I asked why I was charged for a booster seat. If you want to haggle over $35 on a $1,000+ booking then you definitely dont have your priorities straight. When I called Ultimate Black Car, there was no extra charge and thats how it should be.

This black car service provided exclusive tours of NYC and created wonderful memories with each event, dinner, etc. that was part of the week long trip. Had an entire weekend planned but a cancellation mid trip was necessary, not a problem. Ultimate was timely, professional, accomodating and affordable. 2021-12-02Had one of the best days of my life being driven in a beautiful black SUV around Manhattan, making some important stops and then stopping for lunch. The driver was friendly and professional and had every stop programmed so he knew exactly where I was going and I didn’t need to tell him a thing. I also used them for pick up and drop off at the airport and the service was excellent. I’m telling you it was barely more than an Uber, if that, and yet you get treated like royalty. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I do not know how he does it but he does!! This service was beyond EXCELLENT!! OUTSTANDING!! I used this service to celebrate my 60th birthday in New York, the weekend of June 3, 2022. I used their service from Friday-Monday; which included our pickup and return from the train. Everything went so very well. The driver was professional, well dressed and ALWAYS, ALWAYS (most times early, NEVER LATE) on time. Jose (the owner) is very professional, accommodating and very responsive to all text/calls. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very accommodating to us when we needed to change/update our plans. The driver Mr. Wilton, cant say enough good things about him! He was just simply the BEST!! Polite, well dressed (even on our last early morning 15 minute drive to the train) helpful, patient and a great safe driver in New York :). I have saved Joses number in my contact list as I would not dream of using any other service on my return trips to New York; we all had nothing but praise for Jose and his driver. Did I mention the cost was great! YES! it was. I called around to other companies and hands down he beat them all (and no I did not haggle with him as the cost floored me after I told him everything I needed for the weekend). I quickly reserved and paid before he could change his mind LOL!!! Again, absolutely I would refer this company to all my friends and family.
