Update...I really appreciate that the owner responded to my comment I will be giving them another try upon my next visit to New York.hired another limo company to pick me up from my flight at jfk need to be brought back to my hotel in Long Island unfortunately they had to canceled on me so I called ultimate class limo around 1 AM because most Limo companies have a 24 hour answering service well all I got was some very very angry voicemail with a lady saying “please leave a message and will call you back “She sounded so angry, unprofessional and mean on the voicemail that I was afraid to leave a voicemail sounded like she would possibly rip my head off.... LOL she sounded so irritated. I ended just calling a different company who charge me $325... it’s unfortunate because I fly a lot and I would’ve used Ultimate class for my future flights. I fly into New York several times a year I heard a lot of great things about ultimate class sad they have such an angry receptionist that scares off their customers. I heard the owner is very nice. Hopefully he will be able to coach his employees on friendliness.
Prompt ,courteous and professional, This is by far one of the best Limo and car service companies-around. They follow all the Covid protocols for a safe and enjoyable ride I!wouldn’t use anyone else ! this is a great company and I highly recommend! A+
Ultimate Class is exactly what it says the Ultimate in Class and service. Matt and his team are great. The cars are in amazing condition and the team couldnt be more accommodating. I highly recommend Matt and Ultimate Class for anyone who needs service for their next event or affair.
Really disappointed with how communication from Ultimate Class was handled on our wedding day. Limo broke down twice, they had to leave my mother-in-law and family at the church for over 45 minutes while they went to get another vehicle. (and missed most of cocktail hour) Only found out about the limo being broken down by: Calling them directly while we were in the Rolls Royce, when my husband happened to catch a call from his mother panicking that the limos were gone, (and they gave no explanation to her that they would be returning) and from my bridesmaids after the wedding. (They had to kick one of my bridemaids boyfriend from the limo since they had to bring smaller limos than what was contracted since the original one broke down.) I called the day after to speak to Matt or Mike about what transpired, but they werent in. I left a message with one of their associates, but never heard back. I only went with Ultimate Class because I knew someone who knew the owner. This was the only vendor I had any issues with on our wedding day. Unfortunately, despite the drivers being wonderful, (they get the extra star, otherwise this would be a one-star review) I dont recommend Ultimate Class to the bride groups I am in since their vehicles are clearly not reliable and I never received so much as an apology.
I used Ultimate Class Limousine for transportation to the funeral home, cemetery and back following my moms death. The driver arrived on time, in fact early, and was very accommodating, respectful and professional. His driving skills were exemplary, he took turns carefully, and everyone in the vehicle felt completely comfortable and safe at all times. In addition, the price was half of what the funeral home quoted me for the same trip. I would not hesitate to call Ultimate Class Limousine again for any and all transportation needs.
What a great experience. I needed a car for my parents for a party. I told them I needed a driver with patience, and Guy was just the right driver. Arrived early, and accommodated all of our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ultimate Class Limousine!

We had a retirement party using Ultimate Class Limo. They took us out to the wineries and took care of everything. We had such an amazing experience for my daughters birthday reception. She just turned 50! We called Ultimate Class and asked what they could do that would be special and fun but not crazy. The owner, Matt Silver helped us every step of the way with a day tour of her favorite places on Long Island. It was an incredible experience that I could not have done without the expertise of Mr. Silver and his team. Its always wonderful to deal with Matt (Owner Of Ultimate Class Limos) and his staff who made sure my daughter had a fabulous party bus for her birthday....stocked with food and great music...she had a great time with her friends. Terrible experience using them for our wedding. Day started with the driver asking for an extra $50 due to management never providing the him with updated invoice. They left people stranded at the hotel when they promised the shuttle would make two trips to the venue instead of one. Guests were forced to take Ubers. The party bus driver kept hundreds of dollars of champagne and beer on the bus instead of unloading it once we got to the venue (never to be seen again). The icing on the cake came when they forgot to show up for our scheduled car service to the airport for our honeymoon. While their vehicles were great, the service was horrible. Truly the only vendor we had problems with for our wedding.

Great car service, my friend rented Mercedes bus. Our driver was great and the bus was supper clean glad they take pride in vehicles being clean during Covid, I felt very safe. Thank you guys!!

I hired Ultimate Class to transport the Wedding party and guests to and from the venue from a local hotel. Bus arrived on time and waited there for us! My friend wanted to leave early so he was able to hang by the bus. The driver Karo was so professional and super nice! Would most definitely use them again:)

Our company purchased a vehicle from them. They didnt provide correct documentation to register with the NJ DMV. When it was requested, they stalled first. Second, they avoided answering us for over a week. We called daily as we need the van we purchased from them immediately! Finally, the Owner - Matt - answered an SCREAMED profanities, and threatened via phone.I would SERIOUSLY recommend going elsewhere for business as they are entirely unprofessional, pedantic, and rude!

Guy on the phone just told me 5 hr minimum even though when I called in the morning some other worker told me they can do a pickup/dropoff. On top of that he was completely rude. Congrats, you just lost a customer.
The drivers going & coming from the airport were very courteous, they were on time& the car very clean. We definitely definitely would recommend them.

2022-01-22This is much delayed but my husband and I have had the best experience with this company. We used them for our wedding and my driver gave me such a phenomenal experience to the church. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy! He even came into the church made sure I had some water and pulled a mirror out for me because I expressed my worry of my makeup not appearing as I wanted.After our reception, we had another phenomenal driver that just made the ending to our big day even better.My husband and I were truly anxious about our wedding because it couldnt plan it to be quite what we had dreamed of due to COVID restrictions....but we were so incredibly blessed to have such sincere people involved in it.Ultimate class limousine was outstanding at my sister in laws wedding and proved to be even better for ours!

2022-06-03Booked for my wedding. Aux cords didnt work in any of the limos or sprinter vans. Was not told it would take 45 minutes for the guest buss to get to my venue (typically a 5 min drive) and half of my guests missed cocktail hour ($$$). After the wedding the bride and groom going from the venue to a different hotel (again like a 15 min ride) took us an HOUR as the driver some how decided to take a local road with lights and not a highway. It was fine and they were easy to work with but not a great experience and this is just part of it. 2 stars because we stopped at Phills Pizza after Church.

2022-06-12Absolutely horrible, disgusting service. Mike assured me our wedding would be handled and unfortunately he lied - it was a mess from the first shuttle. They guaranteed us 2 14 people shuttles for our wedding and only one bus showed up, with a driver who was swerving the entire ride. This company was an embarrassment to our guests. Our wedding ended at 12pm and people were still waiting to be shuttled at 1:30am. I called repeatedly and was put on hold. I only gave them 1 star so that I could leave this review and warn other guests. DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING

2022-03-23We used Ultimate Class this past weekend for a wedding. Limo arrived on time and was clean and very well stocked for the trips to and from the church. Both drivers we had were great and got everyone where they needed to be.

2022-06-10Used the Princess Rolls Royce for my wedding. The driver left an hour and 15 minutes early (only a 3 hour shift) without any explanation/confirmation to do so from me or my wife. This was then confirmed with the owner and when asking for a refund, my calls/emails were simply ignored. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

2021-11-09This is the only ride service we use. Whether using their larger van for our whole family, or sedans for my me and my husband, we have only had great experiences. Drivers have never made me feel uneasy, and are always on time, even adjusting times if our trip times changed.Cannot recommend them enough. Shout out to Ariel for our Sunday trip from JFK. Another great driver, another perfect trip.

2020-01-21Matt and the team at Ultimate Class exceeded my expectations! They worked with me to understand my vision for my birthday-night-out in the City and nailed it. The driver was prompt, courteous and a pleasure to work with and the new limo bus was amazing! We had more fun in the limo than in some of the locations we stopped at along the way. Thank you for making my milestone birthday a memorable one. I recommend Ultimate Class to anyone!

2021-08-07Wedding day catastrophe. First limo late picking up the bride. Second limo with all the bridal party had no air conditioning and the blue tooth or auxiliary cables for the music weren’t working. The driver couldn’t be bothered. Nobody responded to my emails, 25 people including the bride sweating and angry mid July. The “party bus” on the way home also had no music connection. A complete failure. Don’t bother if your event is important.

2018-10-08I have used them many times and they are never a disappointment.. Truly an amazing limo company to use and I would highly recommend them to anyone.. Once again I used them this weekend as surprise trip to the wineries for a friend’s birthday. They were a pleasure to deal with when setting up the trip and the day couldn’t have turned out more perfect. The driving was absolutely fantastic, he was so nice, friendly, so accommodating and took great care of us. He truly made the trip that much more enjoyable for us. From the owner to the driver, they were all a pleasure to work with and I can’t thank them enough for all they did.
