These people are horrible. They tell you one time, but it seems they dont have communication with their drivers. They left my wife and 2 year old daughter and grandmother in the cold. Uber is more expensive, but definitely more professional and reliable.

The dispatchers are very unprofessional and have no regard for people’s time. They’ll say 5 minutes and no car will come. They don’t even apologize and will come and say there’s no other cars available smh. I see why everyone is taking Uber now

The worst company ever the dispatcher tells you a time and the driver never shows the drivers are unprofessional this is by far the worst company never call them for anything i rather pay double in a uber then having to deal with being late and having them leave you on hold forever

I use Ultra Taxi for about 8 years now, and I have noticed a decline in service long wait on phone, many times my taxi does not show up or the dispatcher forgets me on the phone. Ultra is close to my home and I use them for convenience and loyalty but the dispatchers they have now I am unsure if they like their jobs or not but they surely need to be spoken to, I mean this is a business and should be treated as such. 2 to 3 years ago I could have given them a 5/5 but the decline in service is too much I got to give them a 1 until they improve their service.

Time Management is poor. I called for a taxi dispatcher have me time of 2 mins... 3mins later no taxi. I called again to check the timeline I was informed by the dispatcher 1 min. Again no taxi... this went on for 20 mins. I was left outside my residence in 20 degree weather with my 3 year old son.... definitely looking for a more reliable car service.

Horrible whatever new service they have now they are so slow and barely come now just horrible they need new management and new drivers HORRIBLE this is my 4th time being disappointed smh

THIS IS THE TACKIEST TAXI SERVICE EVER DONT NOT CALL FOR A CAB THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND HANG UP AND NEVER SEND A CAB!!!
