*beware, this place is horrendous* I should have listened to my negative gut feeling from the very start, before I walked in and called to make an appointment as a new patient. The woman on the phone seemed distracted, made me repeat the same information MULTIPLE times and was incredibly unprofessional. I went anyway as I needed a cleaning and once I got there, a different woman made me repeat the same info, including my social security number, multiple times again! I then had to wait at least 45 min (even though I was 5 minutes early) and once I finally got into a room, the hygienist was INCREDIBLY rude, aggressive and made me feel so uncomfortable even though I warned her before that I have dental anxiety and need them to be patient with me. She completely brushed off what I said and responded with well I need to do my job she also asked how long it has been since I got a cleaning and I told her it has been awhile since I was trying to be careful with the rise in Covid cases and she rolled her eyes and mocked what I was saying. She proceeded to use scare tactics to try to upsell me on many different services to which I declined. The doctor came in and literally looked at me for 2 minutes, told me Im fine and left. My God, I could NOT WAIT to get the heck out of there.
Rude and unreliable service, and a run down office. I came here for whitening and I was promised trays in two weeks. They never called me and I had to follow up twice after paying $500 for trays. I was on hold for 30 minutes while they “looked for them.” It took them a month to get it together. I still haven’t received my trays and they want to charge me to send them to me. Do not go here.
The west side office has overcharged me multiple times. Do not trust them and be very careful since they quote wrong prices and take advantage of their customers. I have called and they just give me the runaround and lie some more. i have wasted so much money bc of their questionable practice.
Dr. Kanatova is amazing. She’s quick with her work but also SUPER attentive. I have not had any issues with her work.I’ve been to this office 5+ times and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The dental assistants and admin up front are all so sweet and helpful, especially Michelle. Hands down would recommend this place.
Ive gone to Union square Dental for 2 years and had a great experience. Yelena (one of the hygienists) is wonderful. She is really great at patient education and understanding what may be contributing to my problems. She is very patient and answers all my questions. The dentist was great as well. I never felt pressured or that they were trying to up sell me (like I have felt in other dental offices). The front desk is great and overall I have had no problems there.
Union Square Dental is a very professional, largely female, establishment. Starting with the two receptionists. They are smart, friendly, helpful and respectful. The dentists are warm, empathetic and very competent. I find my dentist, Dr. Katanova, to be completely trustworthy. The hygienists are also very competent as their cleanings are very thorough. Ive been very happy with the results of my dental procedures at Union Square.
I’m a longtime fan of Union Square Dental and have been coming here for close to 20 years. This is THE place to go for pain-free, skillful, intelligent dental services delivered in a friendly manner at a clean, efficient office. Happily they now offer root canals in-house and I just had the best root canal experience of my life.
Dr. Yuliya is always so kind, efficient, and caring. She has been my beloved dentist for many years and I am so grateful to her. Start making COVID vaccinations mandatory for your administration and to wear their masks properly. It is not fair the vaccinated doctors, nurses or clientele.
So one of the few places that actually answer the phone during covid which is amazing in itself. The humans at the front desk are so nice and understanding as well as patient. The doctors/dentists are clear and concise. They are upfront with pricing and tell you what you need versus whats optional. Clean which shouldnt have to be mentioned but I will cause why not.
Union Square Dental is possibly the worst healthcare facility I have come across during my 6 years of living in NYC. The dentists and hygienists are friendly and skilled, but the place runs like a money-hungry business, not a doctor’s office, with obvious insurance fraud tactics. They will try to squeeze you out of every dollar, and they won’t play fair. I had many major issues with them, and I always decided to look the other way and assume that it was due to a lack of training or proper understanding of how insurance, claims, and copays work, but after facing similar issues multiple times and feeling massively swindled and cheated, I can’t possibly go back there or recommend that anyone else do so. Examples of their deceptive tactics: (1) charging both my FSA and my credit card for the copay. My insurance company had to call them over 5 times before they finally admitted double charging me and refunding my FSA account. (2) Lying to me that my insurance doesn’t cover night guards (when in fact it covers them at 80%), and subsequently charging me and my insurance company to double their profits illegally, and (3) lying to me that my insurance doesn’t cover a porcelain crown and insisting that I have to pay a premium fee myself. Ultimately, and after trying to reason with them for hours and hours, I had a 3-way conference call with my insurance company and the owner, Lenny, who then denied that the front desk had lied about my insurance not covering the crown.Ultimately, it is clear to me that Union Square Dental is only trying to make as much money as they possibly can through deceiving, cheating, and lying to their patients, and they cannot care less about their patients’ well-being. I am really shocked that such a place exists and cannot urge you strongly enough to avoid them at all costs.
So I was looking for a dentist for quite a while now. My husband recommended Union Square Dental to me. I just had an appointment for a check-up the other day and I am super happy with the overall experience! The staff at the reception desk is super friendly and welcoming. Karishma Patel was absolutely amazing, she did an excellent job! All in all, I am super happy with my visit and I totally recommend Union Square Dental!
I have been coming to this facility for over ten years. The service is great and people are super patient and kind. The lady who cleans my teeth, Brenda Brand, is above and beyond: Shes gentle, she really cares, and she is thorough and super friendly. I usually dread going to dentists, but Union Square dental makes my experience a lot more pleasant.
I have been going to Dr. Kateryna Grytsenko, DDS and her associates at Union Square Dental for more than 2 years now, since I went on Medicare. The service I receive is exceptional. The team at the desk could not be more welcoming and efficient with appointments, insurance, etc. Until last month I had been going for dental hygiene (cleanings, etc.). This week I completed my first major procedure (2 on-lays). The care and attention Dr. Grytsenko and her attendant gave could not have been better. I was able to conserve large parts of two compromised teeth, and the two on-lays could not be more comfortable or look more natural. Thank you, Dr. Grytsenko and your exceptional team.
I went here twice after I filled out my insurance wrong, and couldnt go to my regular dentist for a year. This place is run mostly by Russian speakers (who sometimes speak in that language in front of clients). It did not seem like they were all that interested in developing a long-lasting relationship with me as a client, and I imagine they see a lot of people come and go. It always seemed very busy, and the receptionists had a hard time keeping track of who was who. Although I had to select this place b/c it offers DMO service, the second time, I did not even see the dentist who was supposedly my primary-care dentist. (The receptionists just told me who I was going to, and did not give me a choice.) Cleanings are very quick. I ended up spending more $ here than my other dentist, b/c they charge you for $50 fluoride cleanings. They also told me that I had a problem with my teeth that they couldnt really solve, and no dentist talked to me about it. In contrast to other reviewers, I didnt have to wait very long, but I came during the work day. Cross reference these Google reviews with Yelp, which has an average of 3 stars.
As good an experience at a dentist as it can get. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, the dental hygienist Carrie was very good, and Dr. Grytsenko was great. She has great bedside manner and kept making sure I was okay during my fillings. Highly recommend.
Ive been with Union Square Dental for approximately 5 years...maybe a little longer. I found them through Groupon and became a regular patient. What can I say? Theyre easy to deal with and my dental health has improved under the care of their dentists. My husband and son are also regular, and happy, patients. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean and comfortable--not too sterile-looking (though certainly very sanitary). I continue to be quite pleased.
Overall the office is good expect for the receptionist who sits to the right when you first walk into the office. She was fine when I asked her to email my receipt but realized I needed a paper copy at which point I asked her to print it instead. Well that was a quick attitude change, unpleasant look on the face which lead to her mumbling something under her breath. Unfortunately, I deleted the email from the office about my experience by mistake, other than this particular receptionist the office is helpful, but her rudeness led to this review.
I went here a year ago, but Im writing a review now because I was just remembering how terrible my experience was.I went here because I got new dental insurance and this place was in my network. After a routine cleaning, I was informed that I had seven cavities that would need to be filled. I was not even shown or told which teeth had these cavities, and the entire time the hygienist and dentist were rushed and inscrutable. After thinking about how uncomfortable and rushed I felt, I cancelled my follow-up appointment and went to a reputable dentist for a second opinion. The new dentist found only two cavities and some spots to watch. Fast-forward a year later and I just had my follow-up. My teeth are in great shape, but if it were up to Union Square Dental Id have 5 extra holes in my teeth and my wallet would be lighter, ALL FOR NO REASON.Take their counsel with caution!
This place has gone down in the last few years. The past few times I have been there they barely clean my teeth and I go back 6 months later and then have a bunch of cavities, which is strange since I was there a few months before. They also try to upsell you on products and services you don’t need. The doctors barely look at your teeth and it just seems off.I originally gave them 4 stars, I would say it is about 1.5 – 2 stars. I think I am going to look for a new dentist. Been going there for many years. This is sad.
Brenda was helpful in many ways during my first visit to Union Square Dental. She pointed out some long term issues affecting my dental health and ways to deal with them. She also worked well collaborating with the dentist during the checkup in clarifying the necessary treatment. 5 cheers for her!
I would never recommend anyone to Union Square Dental. When I called to make and confirm my appointment they explained to me the initial appointment would consist of a consultation and a cleaning. Once I got there the front desk staff took forever to even acknowledge that I was standing in front of them, then told me to take a seat, after the other patient who was waiting had been gone for several minutes I went back to the desk and asked for the second time to check in.Once I was in the room the dental hygienist was very short and down right rude. She told me she did not have time to do my cleaning and could only spend 10 minutes working on me before she needed to go, but that I could come back for a deep cleaning (of course at an additional cost). Her work was very sloppy, rushed and painful. I explained it hurt very much and she said it only hurts because you dont have a high tolerance for pain. After being rushed out of the chair I was told to make two more appointments to have a cleaning (which again I was originally told was included ) and to take care of other dental work which was never fully explained to me.Needless to say I have changed dentists and had to wait months for another appointment somewhere else which is scheduled for later this month. But from my horrible experience with Union Square Dental I would rather wait for a better doctor and practice overall than ever return here.
While Union Square Dental’s staff is nice there is one key reasons why I chose to stop coming here, mainly their “gum pocket” treatment seems to be a scam, a way to generate cash for the office. The first time I went to the office my prognosis for my teeth and gums was horrible. This, of course, made me very nervous as it hadn’t been that way at my previous dental office. They kept telling me that I needed to “repair the pockets in my gums around my teeth”, the procedure was some shot of fluoride along the gum line to help the gum reattach to the tooth (unsure the science or exact method). This, of course, was not covered by my insurance, or most insurances, but they told me that if I didn’t do it my tooth would continue to wear away. I paid out of pocket and had it done to two of my teeth they identified and when I subsequently went back for my 6 month cleaning they literally gave me the same speech, almost verbatim, on this issue for the same tooth. When I mentioned they had already treated that tooth they could not provide me an explanation as to why it did not work but that the only remedy was to continue getting the treatment, which was still out of pocket. They could not guarantee that it would ever improve but if I didn’t try then the tooth would only get worse. When I mentioned I could not afford to keep doing that, instead of working with me to develop a way to save my tooth they told me that I could pay with credit card and that was the only way. At that time I tried the treatment once more and still nothing had changed. When I went for the next cleaning I was sitting in the waiting room and noticed that literally everyone that was checking out was paying for that same treatment, all with credit cards. I couldn’t believe it, this time when the dentist sat down with me I asked her what this was all about and she said that it had to be done. I can’t fathom that absolutely everyone walking through the dental office door needed the same exact treatment. To me this practice at Union Square, pushing this treatment was just weird and off-putting, this couldn’t be the only way to treat and how as an office can you not offer assistance to pay for procedures that you deem as 100% necessary for the health of my mouth. Also, both the hygienist and the dentist at Union Square repeated the speech verbatim for me 3 separate times, which I later googled and found exactly what they were saying was explicitly outlined on the drug company’s website designed to assist offices into introducing the product. Moreover, no assistance with trying to help me afford such ongoing treatment, essentially was either you pay in full or, according to them, your teeth fall out. It may help some people but left me feeling less confident in their capabilities and practices and as such left the practice. All my suspicions were further confirmed when I went to my new dentist asked about this treatment and she said that it wasn’t necessary at all, in fact, they didn’t even offer it there. Maybe Union Square is truly avante garde with treatments they offer but I also highly doubt it, seems like an easy buck since no insurance covers the product.
The whole process was rushed. The technician Yelena was brusque, the dentist wouldnt have even looked in my mouth if I hadnt brought up an issue, and I think the densist may have separated my permanent retainer from my tooth while she was pulling at it (it was already loose, but I dont think it was completely detached, and she was yanking pretty hard on it). I suppose the cleaning was adequate if thats all you need, but I wouldnt recommend them for any real work. The front desk was helpful, though, and I appreciated that they gave me a price estimate of the work I need done before scheduling the visit.
I came to Union Square Dental for a root canal, my dentist doesn’t do root canals. Process was very easy and professional. The doctor was wonderful and procedure was painless. My dentist has said twice that Unionsquare dental did an excellent jobon my tooth.. Thank You
Ive been going to Union Square Dental for about 3 years (2x yr) and they have taken excellent care of me. Reasonable wait times (sometimes about 2 minutes), helpful front desk, and a hygienist who is extremely thorough and explains everything thoroughly. A very professional practice.
Cant say enough about this place. for me finding a good dental house is like finding a tresure and indeed Union Square Dental is a great place to be, starting of the super friendly staff to Technicians and Doctors, they are awesome, up to the point, helpful and always smiling making dental work a fun experience. They always make you aware financially and health wise. you will not regret it, just tell them Mark (the photographer) sent you ;)Dont be shy or scared, it feels like a family in there.
My dentist Alla Tkachenko RDH is excellent, patient, caring ,gentle and understanding doctor , she is a gem.The Hygienist YuliYa V. Kanatova DDS is gentle, polite, understanding and caring as well. The Assistants are phenomenal , theyre are nice, caring, helpful and understanding. The rest of the staffs in the front are as well helpful, understanding, caring and nice.I recommend Union Square Dental to all my friends and acquaintances , in my opinion this office is one the few special medical office , you look forward to go to.I love this place!!!!!!!
OK is about all I can say. If you don’t mind waiting in the waiting room for up to an hour or more, they are not good at keeping appointments and starting on time. Marginal communication as well. The cleanings get the job done but are rushed by comparison to any other dentist I’ve had. Again, not a bad place, but just Ok.UPDATE: They are still terrible at scheduling and only have appointment slots every few months. They clearly take on too many patients for the staff they have available and this probably influences why they spend such limited time with the patients they do have.UPDATE Part 2: Again (3rd time) they mis-scheduled my appointment. After speaking with a manger, they finally agreed to keep the appointment for a close time slot, but still very unprofessional. Also for the 2nd time, they charged me for a fluoride service that was supposed to have no deductible. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with my insurance company conferencing in the dental office to get it resolved. This happened last time as well. Be VERY careful with these guys as they are not on top of their books and may charge you for services that should be covered by your insurance!!! On the plus side, this time the actual dentist (not the hygienist) spent a whole 2.5 minutes with me!! Up 1 minute from last time.Still looking for new dentist recommendations if anyone has them!!Update 3 (and final!): they have taken on so many patients that they can only book you several months in advance. And remain inflexible to change appointments. So if you have a busy schedule like me, find a different dentist!
I like this dentist office - the one on 19th st. The first time Id gone there, it was the first time Id gotten a cleaning in 4 years. I needed a root canal and a couple other fillings. The dentist told me how to work it out so that I could get the most of my deductible. They didnt make me feel horrible about not going for so long, and when I told the dentist that dentists generally make me feel anxious and that I hate going to them, she asked if I wanted a prescription for an anti-anxiety medication before I come in next time (I declined, but it was nice of her to offer). Theyre usually very on time and the front staff is excellent. The only thing I dont like about this place is that they emphasize the dental hygienists instead of the dentists. When I go to a dentists office, I like to make sure Im seeing the same DENTIST. I dont really care about the hygienist. The hygienist isnt going to tell me I need work done. Im probably going to stop going here because of that (and because I changed jobs and the location is no longer convenient for me), but the service was really good.
I have been going to Union Square Dental for many years. I was called into my appointment on time (this is almost always the case). My tech was friendly and efficient with a light touch. I love that I am usually in and out for routine cleanings with little stress and discomfort.
Ive been going to this dentist office for years, but this last experience left something to be desired. It stared out great. The staff was friendly and accommodating of my needs- I have an injury and needed special accommodations. But during my cleaning I was told that I needed an antibacterial treatment. I trust my dental office so I figured it was something I needed, though I did ask how much it would cost. I was given a price and I agreed to the treatment based on this information. Then after the treatment I confirmed the price and this time was told it was 3x the original number I was given. When I expressed concern over not being able to pay for this treatment now that I knew the rate was 3x the original amount I was told, I was simply told I should put it on a credit card rather than given any alternative payment method or even given an apology for what seemed like an intentional miscommunication. I honestly feel as if I might have been purposefully misled to get a treatment that now I am not sure I even needed in the first place.
I hate to seem like a propaganda pamphlet, but Dr Kanatova is awesome. Ive had a fair amount of work done with her, beyond cleanings. After two crowns and two filling replacements, Ive never even needed to take Advil - literally no pain after shes replace parts of my teeth. Shes awesome. And the entire staff is very nice and competent.
I really dispise this dentist. The bedside manner sucks and they strike me as a filling factory for padding their bottom line.Ive had my cleaning done by Julia the last few times and am left feeling like Im somehow inconveniencing her. Shes rude, rushed and does a shoddy job. This last time she barely touched every tooth with the buffing brush she was so anxious to get the job done so she could punch out for the day.As Ive experienced at other appointments, the dentist whisks into the room for all of 15 seconds to tell you you need fillings and to make an appointment at the front desk then disappears, shoving a disclaimer in your face to sign as she departs. When I pointed out that I was being asked to sign to confirm I had been informed of risks and alternative treatments, when I had received no such information, Julia got stroppy and said, basically, whats your problem, just sign it. Its a filling, what more information do you need?I got a second opinion and was told there was nothing wrong. In separate trips to this dentist Ive been told I need 3 fillings, 1 filling, no fillings and, this last time, 2 fillings. I should point out that I havent gotten any fillings in that time.Avoid this place at all cost. They dont care about their clients.
As far as any visit to a dentist can be described as pleasant these folks go out of the way to make that possible. From front desk to the Doctor herself everyone was very pleasant and helpful. A root canal and new crown fitting was pain free and devoid of unpleasant occurrences. Even the bill wasnt quite as bad as I had imagined!
Came in for a cleaning and an exam, (unfortunately) found out I needed a root canal. Both appointments were easy to schedule at short notice and at great prices, though that depends on your insurance.Dr. Lobato did my root canal and was so kind, friendly, gentle, and did the procedure efficiently and painlessly.Very grateful, thanks USD!
So apparently i cant leave more than one review, so here is todays and below is one from six months ago:i never in a million years thought id be leaving a positive review for time spent at a dentist. but this makes two in a row. just had another cleaning with julia at union square dental. she was friendly and professional, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, it was quick and painless. for 40 years the dentist has been a place of pain and extreme discomfort, BUT...with julia its a breeze. i strongly recommend you call up and request her.6months ago:i just walked out of what has to be the quickest, most comfortable trip to a dentists office ive ever had. i was so moved by how efficient, yet gentle my hygienist was that i asked the receptionist to make a note in my file so that i can always have her (note: her name is julia kneselac). both her and the doctor were very friendly, even funny at times, and took their time explaining all relevant details. i highly recommend this place.
I’ve been going to this dental office for several years. It was surprising when I went for a procedure that was covered by my dental insurance and the staff insisted that I pay the full cost up front and wait for the insurance company to send them the money and they will reimburse me. This was very inconvenient especially after the front desk clerk called and verified that the procedure was covered under my insurance. This was an important procedure as dental staff stressed the importance while emphasizing the expensive nature and at the same time insisted that I pay up front and get reimbursed later. My advice to clients: please verify payment method with them before you get any work done at that office. Don’t be afraid to call you insurance company and verify your coverage. At first I was told by the dental office that the procedure wasn’t covered. I called and heard different from the insurance company.
This place is terrible. I did a procedure there and when I showed up the next day of the procedure to ask to adjust it a bit because I was feeling the work they did, they charged me again...for something that takes 5 minutes to do and its part of the procedure I just had the previous day! When I addressed this to the manager she acted very defensive right away mentioning my insurance policy but she wouldnt acknowledge that this was not a visit, and hardly a follow up, but just trying to adjust the procedure I had the day before so it was part of the service I paid the day Before. She wouldnt listen and told me its my fault I chose that health insurance. She then said shes not interested in arguing and listening to my reasons and she left me right there. And that my dear was the manager. I hope the owner of the business sees this and would adjust this stupid greedy policy of charging patients for something that was their responsibility to do in the first place. Its ridiculous. Never come back anymore. Especially after seeing how the manager handles patients and their concerns.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Dr. Solovey was awful. Sent me for a needless extra consultation (that I had to pay out of pocket). My wisdom teeth are not even through and she also recommended that I have them removed. The whole experience ended with neither of the dentists, but the receptionist having to come and apologise and explain what was going. Worst dental experience of my life. Also, they are still trying to force sell Arestin on you. I asked my sister, who is a dental hygienist, and she said that I did not need it.
Dr. Grytsenko and the whole team is the best! The front desk is very accommodating and helpful with financing — Ulla is my girl, shes on top of it all. Dr. Grytsenko was attentive to my comfort level and always great at explaining things. I had quite a lot of work done (crowns on every top tooth) and she was meticulous about it, which is exactly what you want when someone is fixing something as important as your smile.
When people are afraid to go to the dentist, I recommend the one I go to -- Union Square. I have been a patient there for about 10 years and have yet to feel pain from any procedure. And sad to say, Ive had a lot of them! Crowns! Fillings! You name it! I am so relieved to have found this place. Our son, 20, just had two fillings filled and he, too, reported it was painless and not a big deal.
1.0 star rating 3/26/2017I like the people here and they are decent for routine cleaning, but they are incompetent for major work. I am currently out over $8k despite decent insurance. I believe this could have been avoided if I had done my homework and found a better office. What started as two seemingly routine cavities snowballed into two emergency root canals. After the emergency root canals, they installed new posts and crowns which never fit properly. At some point during or after the root canals (which were performed somewhere else by an endodontist), the roots on both teeth cracked and I now need to have them extracted and replaced with implants.Failed root canals and cracked roots happen occasionally but it seems unlikely to me that it would happen on two teeth. Common causes are poorly installed posts or ill fitting crowns that the patient grinds. Cracked roots can also occur by no fault of the dentist or endodontist as roots are rather delicate. The extractions, bone grafts and implants that I now require are a major expense not covered by most insurance plans, costing about $4k per tooth. I am having this work done at a different office that I am much happier with.It is impossible to tell what caused the roots to crack and it may not have been the fault of Dr. Solovey, though the consistent inability of the doctors office makes me think that pain and costs could have been avoided. I would advise anyone I know to avoid this office.
I went here ten years ago when I was in my 20s, and now, with experience, I know this is the worse dentist that I could have ever gone to. Not only was the dentist condescending about the state of my teeth (which, in hindsight, was a lot better than they are now), but the dentist was drunk both times that he operated on me. I still think about it and shudder.
I wish I could give negative stars.Went here for a cleaning and was told it would cost around $80. Two weeks later I get a bill in the mail for an additional $380. Apparently in the 30 minutes I was there 4 other procedures were performed that I had no knowledge of. Seemed like a regular cleaning to me. They essentially hood-winked me and lied about the billing.Stay away form this place.
Horrible Invisalign experience. They had no idea what they were doing. I wore my retainers all the time and had barely any results - they also chipped my tooth and tried to charge me for the final retainer after I wanted out. I switched to another dentist who is 10X better than this place.
I was 25 mins late thanks to MTA, and they were able to fit me in. The receptionist did call me out Bc thanks to me she “had to stay” .. Granted I was still 35 mins earlier than closing time but I’m grateful of their effort and their attention was exceptional. They took their time and were nice ! Highly recommended

2022-02-21I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned about every 6 months since I can remember. I have never in my life had a teeth cleaning that only took about 7 minutes from start to finish. Literally one of the worst cleanings I’ve ever had, not even sure what that was. On top of that, they charge you an additional $80 for the dentist to “check” your teeth for any issues. I can tell my teeth need to be “cleaned” so made another dentist appointment some place else.Pros: Everyone was was very pleasant and nice.

2022-07-20Though the women in the front office are lovely and the dentist seems quite nice, I will not be continuing to go to USD due to the very unprofessional and rude dental technician that has cleaned my teeth the last few visits. Each time has been unpleasant but yesterday’s appointment particularly so with her unnecessarily rude comments, misinformation on premedication requirements and overall terrible communication skills. I am not the first patient to leave the practice due to this one particular technician (the couple that initially recommended USD to me has also left due to this assistant). It’s unfortunate, because the office is clean, convenient and overall the staff is very cooperative and friendly. I hope they are able to get this women in check before they lose more business.

2022-06-23I went here for Invisalign, and they tried to charge me out-of-pocket for the portion that was covered by insurance…which they also billed my insurance for. It took multiple phone calls w/ my insurance company also on the line before they admitted their error. The worst aspect of this experience was the extreme rudeness I experienced from their staff throughout the entire ordeal. Dentists and hygienists were great, but unfortunately due to their business practices I am now a patient of another dental office.

2022-08-04I have always been afraid of going to the dentist but I’m glad I found this place.I’ve been coming here for a a few years already and I’ve always a pleasant experience with all the staff. They explain procedures before they do them and make sure your comfortable. I’ve had fillings and bonding done and I’ve had no pain. I was worried for nothing! I highly recommend this office!!!

2022-07-07Cant say enough good things about the team here. Ive been going here for the past year and a half, getting both a root canal and also visited for an emergency situation and the team are always really kind and considerate. Theyve put my mind at ease and seen me quickly.

2022-07-08Went there as emergency visit. They got me because I was desperate stated that I had to get a deep cleaning and antibiotics and they had to charge me instead of insurance because the claim takes a few weeks. 600 dollars later Im in pain more than before and my gums are more swollen than when i arrived there.

2022-06-14Been a patient here for 2ish years now so I’ve seen a few of the hygienists at this point. Thought I’d give it some time before posting a few. But OMFG they are all so rough!!! My poor gums. It hurts so bad every single time.I clocked it today. I was called back at 10:07 and my cleaning was done by 10:30. Yes, it’s speedy but at the sacrifice of extreme pain. Felt like getting stabbed by a thousand tiny knives. Been getting my teeth cleaned since I was a kid and it’s never been painful like this. Won’t be going back. Also had some weird scheduling issues lately. One time I didn’t get the customary reminder call / txt the day before so I called them to see what happened and they said it’s bc they didn’t have someone to see me. Why did they not reach out proactively?? At least I didn’t just show up at the office I guess.

2022-07-15Total scammers. I have great insurance and somehow I always end up with a huge out of pocket bill. They told me once that I should get invisalign with them. But they arent even orthodontists.I saw them a few times when I was new to the area, but never again. Every single time, I ended up with a huge bill.
