Very nice park bustling in the middle of the city. Pleasant place to rest for a while and look at all the activity and people passing through.. good place for lunch too. Oh, and Ill add that this is the place where Mr. Green escapes out of the subway with his money through the emergency exit in The Taking of Pelham One Two Three(1974 version)

Wonderful atmosphere in the city. Mingle with the city as you examine delicate works of food and jewelry. The crowds are warm and friendly, letting you explore the marvelous works of local artist. Delightful time at this time of year. I suggest strongly that you go and experience this incredible city delight.

The Chelsea Market was great! Live musicians are on most corners trying to make a couple bucks. People sitting and eating during their breaks.

One of my favorite things in the city that I do almost every weekend is shopping for groceries at Grow NYC farmers market and chilling in Union Square Park for a bit with a coffee, baked good (usually a plain croissant or einkorn from one of the many wonderful baked goods stalls in the market) and a book for an hour or so. There are public restrooms there just in case. The energy is always lively with plenty of places to entertain yourself in the neighborhood.

Small little park but with the market and stores here there is a ton to see. The vendors have everything from honey/produce to dog socks and puppets. Pretty cool place to go and check out.

Beautiful little park. Some very cool artists selling their work there. 👌

Bustling with activity and street performers playing musical instruments and other arts. A lot of vendors selling their wares. Lots of benches around to sit and relax. The park was good to have picnics or just lie on the lawn.
