I always love Uniqlo no matter which location it’s at. The qualities of the clothes and materials are awesome and would last long. I always find myself wearing things I bought from Uniqlo all the way from top to bottom and I think myself can be a very good advertisement for Uniqlo because of that lol!
This is a clothing for your practical needs. I liked that it has a self check out that u dont have to struggle to scan any of ur items. U place ur things in a box looking thing and thats it. Then it tells u ur total, u pay and out the store. Unless u want to buy more of their great quality merchandise
Large store w/ lots to see and try on. Was here on Nov 11 when the +J line had launched. Loved some of the pieces, ended up purchasing several of them for my wife and I. Super friendly staff—Janice in the marketing team actually helped pick out some clothing for my wife. Only drawback experience is the checkout—I don’t think there are any cashiers but a bunch of self checkout stands only. When you’re buying 1-2 pieces it’s fine, but it does get difficult and onerous to pack everything when buying multiple items.
I initially came because I needed to return something that I bought online and picked up in store. However their policy is that if you bought online, must be returned to warehouse and pay the shipping fee. To exchange in stores you need to buy equal or greater than your exchange purchase. So therefore I went on an adventure looking for clothes to buy, mostly staples for the family. I got items on sale but mind you their sale items are all over the store depending on the type of item, makes sense but it took forever to find enough pieces to make up the difference. Also may of the sale items were large and extra large. Im small to medium. Their leggings were too tight or too long, no longer the same quality as the ones I purchased years ago. I ended up paying full price for their supima t shirts because I felt those are always good items. Of course the store is very neat as always and plenty of basics which I own.
Was looking for dress pants. The line for the fitting room was long but one of the employees working the fitting room stayed calm and kept it moving. He was very kind. Came out every so often to check on everyone who was waiting. Spoke English and Spanish. I should have asked his name to mention it in this review. I plan on going back. Hopefully he is there when I do.
Amazing store. Colleen and Robin (I think her name was robin) were so amazingly helpful to me today that I had to write this positive review for them. I ran into the store early this morning to pick some items I found in the website and they actually walked me around the store and helped me find the items. I enjoyed the experience so much I bought a few extra items. This is how every paying customer should be treated. Incredible experience. Would recommend.
Always love to come here. Staff is friendly, the place is relatively clean and organized. Whenever I go in, I always come out with something, the clothing is so nice, the quality of Uniqlo is also very good and comfortable for reasonable prices. Most of my clothing is from Uniqlo.
Typical of other Uniqlo stores, the item variety and selection is strong. Unlike other locations, books and and other non-clothing items are offered here as well. However, this store does not have a public restroom unlike other locations nearby. During my latest visit, the main floors air conditioning must have gone out, as it was extremely stuffy and much hotter than outside. However, the other two levels did not offer this problem.
I have been to this particular location for so many times and all the Employees are very sweet.Today I forgot my backpack while I was checking out jackets and when I realized…. I went there again and explained one employee about it.. she directly went to check it…I was about to start crying when she came empty handed… but she came to verify my ID and asked me how the bag looked and got it for me… they kept it safe downstairs… I am so thankful to everyone working there and I know it was totally my fault..but this has never happened with me before… I will be careful from now on…Thank you so much❤️❤️
This location is pretty well stocked. Like most uniqlos they are almost always out of black heat long sleeve heat tech shirts in xs. Otherwise, its a good place to get all your basics. The line was kind of long for a weekday, but that area has a lot of people so plan accordingly.
This store came to mind whenever I think about going to Uniqlo. It’s large enough to present the variety of clothes Uniqlo offers, and has proper sections for women, men and kids. My complaint is mainly that they don’t have a restroom and the clothes are sometimes not organized well.
Richard Gu was so helpful. He tried really hard to find my size and up& down the floor several times and foundmy size of trench coat. And even he is very good sales person, because he recomened mens coat instead of womens Which the store doesnt have my size.Im very happy with my coat~~
Michael, the store manager was extremely attentive and helpful in assisting me to finding a lost item during my time at the store. Michael was incredibly kind, considerate, and acted swiftly to organize a search with his team. I left the store and within half an hour he had managed to find my black coat! Very appreciative of everyone for going above and beyond in providing quality customer service at this flagship store during one of the busiest times of the year.
I have worn Uniqlo products before and find the product a great bargain for its quality and price. This store has left a bad taste in my mouth. It is clean and well organized but the staff were unhelpful. They gave me no attention and when I went up to ask for help they seemed more interested in talking with each other instead of helping the customers.
I actually hate and avoid physical shopping (I much prefer online shopping) but there are so many options here that I literally spend hours looking around and trying on different clothing. I probably spend more than I should...but I cant resist! Most of their clothing are very reasonably priced and there many different styles to choose from. Im also impressed by how many employees there are and how they continuously refold and neatly rearrange the clothing after customers touch them. It also appears that Uniqlo hires a lot of diverse staff (really good of them to do so). Some of the employees are really friendly and helpful but a few are not (hence, I give 4 stars instead of 5). Also, be aware that theres no restroom for customers.
I’ve been going to this store since 2008 and I was disappointed by my most recent experience. My BOPIS order was ready for pickup then when I arrived it was rejected and no where to be found on the premises. A major inconvenience that was remedied with a measly expedited shipping code for a $350 purchase.DO BETTER UNIQLO!
I was looking at a fleece online for my daughter. It was sold out in the size and color she wanted but it showed that this store had the exact one I was looking for in stock. Since I am home ill and the store is a fair distance from my home, I tried calling to ask if I could purchase it over the phone-an extremely common thing every other store does. Oddly enough I could not find any phone number. I did the online chat but the robot kept saying it didnt understand my question and just kept sending me standard pop up messages that a survey would be e-mailed to me in 24 hours to ask about my experience with the online chat. So I then turned to the company customer service phone number thinking they would have the Soho store phone number. They told me the store didnt have a phone number. What store does not have a phone number?!?! The representative said it didnt matter anyway because the store would most likely not take the order over the phone. I replied that most likely is not the same as definitely will not so I thought it was worth the phone call. He said the companies only point of contact with the Soho store was e-mail and ONLY if there was an issue such as being charged twice for an item purchased in that store. I asked how their store could not have a phone. What happens if there is an emergency in the store? How are they going to call for help? This is a very odd store to not have a phone number. Something very shady going on
I bought a pair of WOMEN BRUSHED JERSEY STRAIGHT PANTS at this store when I was in NY for my vacation. I live in Chicago, so I asked them if the item could be altered at Chicago store. They said they would alter the item at the Chicago store. I brought the item to the Chicago store, and they said the item could not be altered. They are providing false information to customers. They are scammers!!!!
Great store. Staff is friendly but they keep pm hanging the location of their goods so it is hard to find what you are looking for even so that even the staff is unable to locate something in the store.Do not listen to the staff, they are very misleading despite trying to help. Just make the effort to look for things yourself
Great alteration work!!! I never realized they could do alterations until an associate who was assisting me told me that if something didnt fit properly, they can make alterations! The result, perfect fit!!!I only visited this store twice....both times were on weekends and it was a complete zoo in there! They definitely need crowd control with the amount of people in there. But there is always an associate willing to assist. Everything is always folded back up quickly and someone is always around the corner willing to assist you finding your size.I love how their clothes fit. Great fashionable clothes at a reasonable price with free alterations. What else can you ask for?
I went in to look for womens blouses. Was greeted warmly & politely when I entered & exited the store. I found several styles of blouses/shirts that I liked. What really impressed me was the great & numerous choice of colors I could select!! Very satisfied & will highly recommend to others.
Spacious, bright, and well stocked store. Product quality is excellent but prices can be a turn off for those on a budget. Theres very few items on sale but the ones that are are of good quality and are quite affordable (for example, I found a fleece sweater for $15). Customer service is excellent as expected.
Very cramped and not very organized. As a guy, if you wear over an XL dont bother. I wear a 2X and they had them there but theyre Asian sizes so a 2X is really an XL. For sure a place for small skinny people. Prices were good though and sales were awesome. Great selection too.
As soon as you walk into the building you get a friendly welcome. The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. As seasons are phasing out you can find great sales in the stores. Love the material of the clothing and the colors. There’s always a large selection of items.
This store had really good sales. High quality mens jeans for $40-$50, and womens plants for less than ten dollars. The store was a bit crowded, but it is so well organized that it is not a big deal. The staff are very helpful and can point you to anything you need. They even had a very nice mens parka for $130 that I nearly bought.
Solid store to pick up essential items like shirts and shorts without items being serverly overpriced. Highly recommend it as I actually found items I was interested in compared to the items found in other major brand stores. The fitting room lines do get a bit long but the wait isnt terrible.
They shut down registers on one of the busiest days before Christmas. A long line snaking around the store, and one of the ladies counting change to shutdown her register didn’t make any sense. Theresa was the manager on duty, who was most likely more concerned about having the registers closed down to only a few so they could get out quickly after store closed. Customers waiting in long lines with only two registers open is completely ridiculous.
Good selection but I know most of the disorder is customers but alot of shirt sizes are mixed up large in small small in large but neatly stack even after cleanup sometimes it takes me a hour just to find my size that mixxed up up in sizes 2 x smaller or larger. Definitely not as organized in that as the uptown store. Hey at least the employees are friendly and helpful.
Everyone here was very attentive and always smiling, very cool and hip styles and the heatech clothing are nice. They have sales on some of their items so just be on the look out for them. I got a few of their jeans which were pretty general, but some of their pricier jeans are pretty nice and comfortable. They seem to have pretty nice fit, not very baggy like some other stores. Everyone was very friendly and really made me feel like a valued customer. Sometimes the checkout lines are really long but they go by quickly.
🇺🇸 🗽 🇺🇸 🗽 🇺🇸 Happy Thanksgiving 20 🗽 20 🇺🇸 🗽 🇺🇸UNIQLO SoHo is a store that you will want to enter just to browse because the store have 3 stories at least. The main level, 2nd level and the lower level, and it is housed in a huge building with 30 feet ceilings on the main floor. They are practicing social distancing, and they are requiring face masks to enter. The joint is super clean, tons of space with plenty of elbow room. They do have a pick up counter for online shopping that is being delivered there.Staff is service with a smile and pleasant.
This place is INSANE! If you chose to shop here for everything in your wardrobe you easily could. Every article of clothing can be purchased in every possible cut and color. Three floors make this store fairly overwhelming so dont get too stressed. Take your time and ask for help if you need it as there are associates working everywhere. It was a bit frustrating for myself since not everything was organized properly and made it difficult to locate my size at times. Ill let that slide though, as it extremely busy.Overall great pieces for even better prices. You will not regret spending $100+ there in a day.
Though the inventory is not bad the customer experience according my experience was terrible, they forgot the remove the tag and we had to spend another day coming back to the store for it to be removed. Also had another issue when i purchased they had to charge me two times and let me wait for 30 minutes to fix some system error. To the managers in Japan, your brand is being represented very badly in Soho new york. Pay attention!!!!
I love Uniqlo. Tbh all the locations are good and modeled very similarly, but this one tends to have fewer sizes in stock than the 5th ave or 34th street locations. Great clothes, great customer service. The store is huge though, so I recommend looking online and making a list of stuff you like and then going to the store to try them on.
Gotta love UNIQLO clothing for its simplicity, durability, and price. This place is a very large store as far as UNIQLOs go and has an absolutely extensive selection of apparel. If you need something and arent looking for a particular brand, just quality stuff, then I would definitely recommend this place.
The employees here are extremely nice and very helpful when youre searching for something. The clothes are long-lasting and extremely comfortable for a good price. The sales there are great, and they have clothes that can fit anyones taste. From print shirts, to a fancy blazer, youll find something youll like in this store.
Uniqlo offer cheap high quality basic clothing in various color ways. Love buying clothes here. The place is pretty crowded and some sized are not available sometimes. Uniqlo size runs a size bigger than what I usually wears, this situation may vary from person to person.
The best Uniqlo Ive been to ever with an outstanding 4 floors. Feels like Uniqlo overload at first, but once the feeling of overwhelm subsides, know that youve landed in Uniqlo heaven and that the selection is unreal. Oh yeah, the prices are even better. Lots of changing rooms and friendly staff to make your shopping experience even more pleasant.
Great service. My girlfriend loves the clothe and she will definitely come back to this place and buy more. The quality of their product is high.I would highly recommend this store and their products. The design of the store is very attractive and I like how everything is laid out.
I love buying clothes from here! the clothes are very comfortable and the designs are very stylish. i can buy clothes here all the time, its one of my favoriteeee stores. the clothes are affordable and the quality is great!!! i also love the service. its also awesome! i recommend this place to everyone who wants to get cool new clothes! thanks Uniqlo!
I first heard about Uniqlo 5 years ago, and since then I am a loyal customer. They have both unique and good quality products here. But I have noticed something here: the service at the store itself is so good, but the service at the cashier and the returning isn’t that great. But that is ok, I will continue getting staff from here.
This is my all time favorite store because its inexpensive and good quality clothes. Its kind of like Japans version of Gap or Gap on stereoids (hence the bright colors). They usually have good sales all downstairs for women or upstairs for men. I never shop on the main floor because why pay full retail price? They also offer free hemming on their jeans so think about it, you buy $9.90 jeans and you get free hemming? Nothing beats that deal. Also, I love their heat tech tops, theyre great for snowboarding.
Has a variety of casual to business casual outfits to choose from. Can get jeans, sweaters, t-shirts, shirts, sweats, hoodies, skirts, undergarments, coats, jackets. Location is close to transportation. Walking distance from spring Street (6), prince street (R, W), Broadway Lafayette (B, D, F, M). This location has 3 levels.
I used to shop at Uniqlo all the time. Recently, their collection has been a bit on the waning side. I still like that the prices are right and that the quality is very good. The customer service there also cant be beat. All the employees are attentive and try to help people as much as they can. Overall, I would recommend Uniqlo.
Great store for stylist, well-made and inexpensive everyday clothing made with Japanese technologies. The store is usually very crowded, popular amongst locals and tourists. The ultra light down jackets and ultra fine Marino wool sweaters are specially good buys. Sale persons are knowledgeable and helpful.
The staff here is great but the company itself is awful. I learned the hard way to never make an online purchase. After four weeks and half a dozen phone calls I am still over-charged and under-served. One order was cancelled, refunded for the wrong amount then re-charged despite it supposedly being cancelled. If you want Uniqlo merchandise only buy it in-store and keep a close eye on any and all Uniqlo charges to your account. Ive included a photo of one of the many errors they made fulfilling my order: charging a total that is higher than the combined cost of the merchandise without explanation. At Uniqlo $45.40 + $0 = whatever we want to charge. To make things worse, the amount I was actually charged is higher than both of the amounts on this receipt. I am fortunate to have been made aware of how terrible Uniqlo is on two low-cost orders. Others may not be so lucky.Their incompetence would be funny if it werent so depressingly stupid.
I love Uniqlo! Their HeatTech shirts are the best, and a true necessity in New York during the winter. They have some really pretty tights and socks as well. Really keep up with the fashion trends and their prices are unbeatable. The only thing is I wish they sold shoes as well, Im still waiting for that.
Very bright, kits of colors and wide open spaces. A great place to shop. Most styles are rather plain but are offered in many colors so its easy to find something in a color that matches your style. What a fleece for the winter? Over 10 colors to choose from! The staff is very helpful and I can always find my size in stock.I can browse here for hours.
My favourite of all Uniqlos! This is a massive multi level store with huge sections for every division (men/women /kids). People are very helpful and the checkout line moves quickly. When there are sales, its worth checking out even more. I try to stop by at least once when I visit New York.
While Ive never really had many encounters with the staff, other than occasionally asking if an item was in stock, the store is ver well organized. This is a great shop to go to if youre looking for basic simple (Pro Tip: When the weather gets cold, stock up on Heat Tech...its a godsend). They also have great t-shirt designs that they change seasonally.
Very bright, with great variety of clothing. Unique styles and different. Staff are very nice and very helpful. Most of the clothing are easy to find and if not, you can simply ask the staff. You know it is a great place once you walk in. They make you feel welcome. No negative atmosphere.
They really changed and developed from the days they just landed in new York. And I can say that I am impressed with the new collection. I am not sure that the quality remain the same, since I once purchased here a shirt which lasted for three years without losing its color. But they are still a refreshing store.
Definitely one of the few brands which offers a lot of good merchandise to its customers. This store is huge and is spread across mutiple floors. The layout of the store is really nice and considering it is Soho is not cramped at all. There is a lot of merchandise where is very reasonably priced at Uniqlo. Specially during the sale there are a lot of dress shirts and pants for men which are of good quality and they sell it a good price. According to Uniqlo falls between Zara and H&M in terms of quality and price. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Just expect to wait in the line for trial rooms a little longer. A lot of people come here to shop on weekends.FYI - They offer in house alteration too.
I like going to this location, however when there are daily holiday sales, the smaller sizes quickly dwindle. Their restrooms are conveniently located on the lower level. Definitely check out the daily holiday deals in advance and plan accordingly, its great quality at a great price!
I stumbled into the SOHO store one christmas season to shop. I was in love with the red letters and fell in love with this store. While the staff is always helpful, this brand of warehouse type goods is not expensive. They have UV clothes which I purchased for my son who used to lived in Cayman Island. The shirts have collars and some are t-shirts round or v-neck in tons of great colors: purple, mango, lime green and more awesome choices. The clothes are supposed to be made in Japan. The sweat shirts are long lasting and soft. I have their jeans which go on sale for $9.90. I wouldnt buy the cheaply made cashmere it bubbles and doesnt last after a few wears.Casual bubble jackets with matching accessories in the winter are cozy and look great. The clothes are meant for 1 season-its cheap enough to wear and toss.So if you want the latest colors and fashion-shop here.Oh they also have cute t-shirts with Japanese cartoons, Little Kitty and Andy Warhol. All the stores are supposed to be identical but most items sell out quick. My best find here is the undershirts and stockings that keep in the heat and can be worn under itchy sweaters.
Though not my most convenient location (34th), this is my preferred location. Theres more space, its more organized, theres the illusion of there being fewer shoppers. Most recently I picked up a basic black zip up hoodie, to finally replace my ancient American Apparel one whose zipper has slowly been dying on me, in spite of my best efforts. This zipper is so sturdy. What a treat.
I was looking for some really cute tops for some variety and a friend had suggested I go to this store since shes found so many nice outfits and the prices arent too bad. The place is a bit overwhelming with its huge size, but then again their selection is great. Got a few new things for my over packed closet!
My five stars isnt just for the selection which is definitely great, but more so for the staff. Lets be honest... most retail employees in New York are grumps. They dont smile or get highly annoyed if you ask a question. EVERY SINGLE PERSON in this store was beyond friendly and helpful. As a native New Yorker who constantly deals with grumpy people I found this to be refreshing. I also went in for one item and left with 11... more so because they made the experience pleasant verses being rude and me being in a rush to leave. Ill be back :)
I love their Heattech socks which are they only socks that really keep my sensitive toes warm in the cold weather. In general, Uniqlo has reasonable prices and a good selection of casual clothing. The only drawback that I have found are that some types of clothes dont seem to come in larger sizes.
Im a fan of this outfitting retailer - the colors, prices, and basic, classy lines to their wearables. The sizes, however, run very small and the Japanese company doesnt manufacture a lot of their inventory in XL or XXL (what would fit an average American guys physique, like mine, for which getting fit and the first day of the rest of your life has been put off for tomorrow for way too long). As such, many of their amazing offerings are just out of reach, size-wise, for a guy like me to put in my shopping cart. Perhaps the inspiration to go to the gym??The SoHo store has the full selection -- its a Flagship-type store, unlike the most convenient location for me in Atlantic Terminal Mall, Brooklyn. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Went here for some black Friday shopping and the deals werent as great. I got a cashmere sweater from here last year and this year the quality has gone down. It was thinner and the material was more rough. They also got rid of their small gloves. I dont think Ill be shopping at uniqlo anymore...
Great store with a lot of offerings from their various fashion lines. Only downfall is the fact that it is on broadway, which is one of the busiest shopping districts in NYC. You will have to dodge a lot of people and can sometimes be quite the overwhelming experience. Outside of that, great prices and great products.
This is the new flagship location for Uniqlo. It offers moderately priced quality clothes with an offering in Asian fit. Their style is clean and classic with a dash of trendiness. Heat Tech is a great option for keeping warm via light layer. Returns here are also easy and straightforward.
If you havent been to Uniqlo, its more than worth going to. The style is a mix of Japan and NYC, and the fit is a bit on the smaller side.Light, breathable clothing tech is what the style is, and Ive never found better socks.Make you you have about a hundred free since once you go in, youll more than likely leave with something.
Personally I like this Japanese brand, but the service in the U.S branch was not really good. All staffs looked like really busy but they were chatting with other staffs. The clothes were not organized by their sizes. Maybe because my visiting was about the closing time, they were lazy to answer your questions. The only friendly staff there was a Japanese.
This might not be an entirely fair review because Im lumping it in with my entire shopping experience in/near SOHO. These places are annoying to me. Overpriced. Staff has an arrogance about them which I dont understand. Im all for supporting small business but in this case I would have rather just ordered online - which is what we ended up doing anyway.
I usually love this store 100%, I ordered stuff online that didnt fit so i went to the store to return it for either credit or my money back. They didnt ask what I want to do so they told me they would credit my money back into my card..this was on 6/27/15. I was told itll take about 3 days & nothing. Then I called it was told it took 5-7 business days, here I am today 7/16/15 with no money credit to me or return into my debit card. very unpleased because Ive called multiple times & nothing has been done about it!! theyre basically stealing my money, never again will I order online from these people!
The store is typically busy, there are 3 floors (cellar, 1st and 2nd). Tip of the day, the cashier on the 1st floor is typically very busy and the line is long. There is typically no line in the cellar. The mechanical system however never works. Also, there is no guess bathroom.
Good, big store with all the Uniqlo basics and more. But we saw a sign with a special, very low price on jeans (they probably messed up) and they didnt want to honor it. Actually the cashier got on her walkie talkie, then made us take her to the sign and, oh surprise, they had already changed it. Not good. Youre supposed to suck it up, honor the price for the customer and then change it if you messed up.
I am a male, I am not a fashion addict - I buy serviceable textiles to cover and protect my body while hopefully not making me look like a chump. I consistently find more here at much better prices than anywhere around the city. The quality is leaps and bounds ahead of something like H&M. Sometimes proportions are a little weird so you need to try stuff on, so go off hours on a weekday so theres not a half an hour wait for the dressing rooms.
It takes the patience of a zen master to suffer the crowds here sometimes but its worth it if youre looking for wardrobe basics, the best cashmere deals in town, and hip graphic design-y t-shirts. Their Japanese selvedge jeans might be the best deals for denim around.
One of at least 3 flagships in the city... This is the original outpost, and while it can get a bit crowded from the tourists wandering Soho, the mens section on the 3rd floor is generally pretty empty and, pro tip, if youre making a purchase, go to the basement where the line is much shorter. The clothing itself is very good at what it is. I get all of my undershirts from there, they do a great job of staying fresh, odor free, and light during the summer. The heat tech ones do the same in the winter but keep you warm. I occasionally buy some of their tee shirts, and definitely have a number of their sweaters. Just a great place for well made, reasonably priced, and diverse staples. The weekly sales are hit and miss, but during major holidays (4th of July, Thanksgiving, etc), you can get the under shirts/sweaters on sale, and I generally do my annual stock up then.
Great quality for your money, sometimes inconsistent sizing. this is the place to go for basics. i have beef with them because they offer XL in womens tops but not in bottoms in heat tech. and they offer all the way up to XXL in mens. feels like a discrimination, and when i asked one of the people that worked there to help me find some XLs, they kind of blew me off. the associate who checked me out, however, was much nicer and much more helpful.
Love the heat tech t shirt from uniqlo, but I feel like the arent as warm after a while. Is ok, you can catch them on deal every now and then to stock up. There is a little clearance box in the basement on the left and the bottom, if you want to look for some opened bag stuff or mistake merchandise for a lower price.
The store can get really busy, especially on weekend afternoons. If you are looking for friendly service and Japanese modern clothing at a great price then Uniqlo should be in your list of shops to visit. The core selection of products (e.g coats, t-shirts, pants, sweaters, hoodies) is offered in a word range of colors, with a strong minimalist color emphasis. The cuts range from boxy to a more body conscious cut. Focusing on the t-shirts, they are durable, wash well, and have minimal fading and shrinkage.
Like this location but prefer the flagship store on 5th Aveunue at 53rd street. 4 Stars for this location, 5 for the flagship. I get my pants, underwear, and socks from Uniqlo and sometimes other things like a winter jacket. Great manufacturing and design for everyday wear.
Great staff, amazing product, and incredible brand. Uniqlo is the epitome of the Japanese taking basic and bringing it to another level and doing it in a super wide scale. I spent way too much money here and visited it several times over my trip to NYC. Youll want to stock up on their AIRism (their undies have replaced my entire underwear collection), the lightweight down jackets (vest and full jackets, for versatility), tees, and anything cashmere (amazing how they can offer cashmere so affordably).
Uniqlo is a company that singlehandedly got me interested in fashion. Although the SOHO store is not the flagship store anymore, its still a great store, and used to be the only place in America that you could get Uniqlo goods. What Ive always like about their products is the quality (my shirts have lasted over 4 years and still going strong), pricing (oftentimes more affordable than H&M), and their simple and up to date styling and fit.
This is the first Uniqlo store in NYC. Love the store layout and display. Best thing about shopping at Uniqlo is the relatively quick turnover of styles and very reasonable prices. Even though the style tends to be more blend, the quality is generally very good and consistent. The quality of clothing definitely beats H&Ms and Zaras.

2022-02-05Store is very big and has a lot of different styles available. I have to travel to this store because the one closest to me doesn’t have the same options, very limited. The only thing I will say has a downside is that they don’t allow you to return from any other of their stores. Where you purchase your items is the same location you have to return it at. Very inconvenient when you have to travel back and forth.

2021-11-15Good store but 5th ave location has a better selection. Friendly service, space is tight when it gets busy. Overall solid experience.

2022-05-08Good selection of clothes, good quality, amazing customer service. My only issue is...I spending $300 in clothes and there is no a single loo there. Its not a small boutique and if you want to wash your hands to touch the material then you cant. Its an OK store

2022-06-10The staff were friendly and helpful. The arrangement and display of clothing made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. My entire visit, including time in the fitting room, lasted no more than twenty minutes. For someone like me who hates shopping and wants to get it over with ASAP, Uniqlo is ideal.

2022-04-27I am definitely a fan of their lightweight down coats while most other items would be more flattering on a slimmer person than me. Great quality when you do get something that works

2022-01-15They now have a self check out where the machine does all the work for you. Be careful when trying on clothes-I tried on two of exactly the same coat in the same size, both had different fits and one was very puffy, the other was deflated. They definitely have some major consistency issues but that’s always been the case with Uniqlo. I like their staples - socks and thermals - coats and sweaters are always great too. Great selection of colors.

2022-01-23Always a great place to get clothing. The new self check out registers are great to use. No need to scan each item individually. Hopefully more stores implement this system.

2019-07-13I’d shopped online many times before but this was my first time in the physical location and it’s hell of a place. It can easily overwhelm form the sheer amount of items and size of the store so when you’re planning to stop by make sure you’ve got some time so you don’t have to rush in and out cause it’s gonna take a while to make it through everything. Tons and tons of shirts and sweaters greet you the further in you got the more the items are sectioned off. I found the graphic t shirt section to be really cool as well. Store is clean and easy to navigate, great stop for affordable clothes that look great.

2019-06-01This is the SoHo branch of the UNIQLO chain designer clothing outlet. This store is massive and really addictive. You wouldn’t want to leave once you step your foot into this store. The clothes are beautiful, not expensive and of the highest quality you can find out there. The customer service is also amazing. The associates walks up to me intermittently just to make sure I find what I want.
