Working with David and his team was a pleasure. I had researched Unique Design Center on Google and Yelp and all the reviews were positive. I still interviewed two other candidates, however, one ended up being more of a designer and then you paid extra for a contractor, and the other was a contractor who had you go to tile and cabinet stores and pick out what you wanted. With David, he has his own contractor and his own store so you have all the services in one place for one price. David starts by making an estimate and then when you decide to engage his services, he makes a very detailed contract with a payment schedule thats according to the work completed. For example, you may make a payment after the demo is done and then again after the cabinets are installed, so its based on clear tasks completed. I found that reassuring and David never tried to get the money ahead of schedule - unlike other contractors Ive worked with. During the whole process David acts as the lead and quality control manager for the project. There is a lead contractor who supervises the demo, electrical, etc. He is there once a day. Then David will also show up once a day to make sure all the elements of your design are being implemented. So you have double the eyes making sure that everything works out. What helps a lot is that David is great with building a kitchen from your ideas, to paper, to the 3-D model and then into reality. He has a lot of experience with kitchens and baths as well as many many wholesalers of tile, cabinets, sinks, appliances and so on, thus you get great deals and you get great choices. Even if you change your mind, David will adjust with you - just know when you add things it will add more time to your project! Everyone on Davids team is a pleasure to work with. They work hard, they clean up, they care about keeping it clean in a coop building, they are cooperative. Thats really important because no matter what you do, a kitchen reno is hard to work around. Most importantly, the kitchen and bath turned out looking great! I have a galley kitchen and they opened the space up and made it look very upscale. Everyone loves the work, oohs and aahs and just wants to hang out in the kitchen. Not only that, I can finally really cook in the kitchen. Thank you David!

We renovated our kitchen with Unique Design Center and our experience was fantastic. We replaced our cabinets with modern look cabinets and beautiful quartz counter top. David, Gennady, and all the guys are very professional and kind, which is also very nice. They are always there to help you. Dont hesitate to use Unique Design Center!

We had a wonderful experience with Unique Design Center. We used them to replace our kitchen counter tops with quartz counter tops. They have a wide array of beautiful materials to choose from. Most importantly, their customer service was great- David was so helpful throughout the entire process.

I hired David and his team to install a new countertop, backsplash and sink in my kitchen. The materials are high quality, as was the service and attention I received. The service is personalized and David is very responsive to any/all issues. The kitchen looks terrific! I highly recommend working with David and Unique Design Center.

Unique Design Center is among the best renovation/remodeling companies I have ever found for top quality work at a fair price.They listened carefully to my particular requirements and ideas for a total redo of my penthouse coop. And they proposed creative solutions and suggestions to improve the plan. All at an attractive price point.Their execution of the project was seamless and timely. David Ilyasov is a pleasure to deal with, responsive, good-humored and positive. I like his can-do attitude.Unique’s access to a gamme of excellent designer products and fittings coupled with David’s good advice saved me time and money searching around on my own. I contacted this place about a week an half ago, I was getting estimates to have my counter top replaced I had the pleasure to meet sales executive David Ilyasov, who provided a estimate . I must say I am very impressed in the work , professional, and affordable. the work was completed in one day. the even gave me a free faucet and sink with my purchase. They are simply the magicians ! I had i tiny and pretty ugly kitchen - they turned it into my favorite place in the apartment! Its elegant, classy, yet very convenient to use. I was ready for a one month renovation, but it only took about 2 weeks from the day the old cabinets were removed to the day the countertop was installed. It is also a one-stop shop - design , cabinets, installation, and countertop. The team is professional and does everything high class. I am thrilled! Try it for yourself and the best mood is guaranteed the minute you lay your eyes at your kitchen! Thank you, team!

Listen this place is great and the workers are amazing and patient, idk what those haters are going on about, but i really enjoyed the customer service and the materials are excellent and unique, my kitchen looks great, the haters are mad because they dont have a pretty kitchen like me. #GodBlessUniqueDesignCenter

Great place and amazing show room ! You can definitely find what youre looking for if youre looking to remodel your home and great prices they really are the best my bathrooms are so beautiful and the tiles everything was done nicely and with great effort
