Pleasant experience with sales staff but the employees who delivered my furniture are the worse. The bed was not put together right it was off balance. They didnt even have the right tools which I had to lend them and then they left without removing the garbage or telling me they were done.

This store doesn’t even deserve one star..I will never spend my money or do business with this store again. The store manager, Alpha, is VERY unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t know how to speak to his customers. My sons bedroom set was delivered November 4th, after it being put together there were damages to the edge of the top panel and the dresser door. I provided pictures and a video to the store manager to show him the damage. Their own delivery guy even took pictures. I requested a brand new dresser, the manager claim I could not receive a new dresser because that’s not how the manufacturer works. Ashley only repairs the damaged areas. The store manager stated he will order the pieces that needed to be repaired for the dresser and give me a call when it arrives so they can set-up an appointment. I never heard back from them. I had to call and appear in person every week to find out the status of my order. All I received was lie after lie from their manager, the tall African man, and I’m still waiting. On Monday, November 26th, he told me they had the dresser in stock and would have it delivered to me before close of business Monday, I never heard from them. Fiona took my number down and would call me when the delivery guys were on their way. I had someone wait all day. However, that was a lie. After going to the store that day, he now promised that my dresser would be delivered Saturday, December 1, that was a lie. I told him I wanted my order before Saturday. He called me early Tuesday, November 17th at 10:10am and stated I will not receive my dresser until December 13th. WHAT?! How?!! When you just told me Monday that you had it in stock and I would get it on Monday?!? NOW!!! It will be a whole month and some change and my son will be without a dresser because of the negligence of this store and the unprofessionalism of their store manager. Disgusting customer service. My son has been living out of boxes. BOXES!! Never will I do any busy with this store again... and I will make ensure my family and friends DO NOT do any business with them as well.

They should stop their business because they don’t have any professionalism. They are stupid . I bought a dinning table and it was broken. I called them right away they told me they will see the picture from the delivery man then they will do something. But they didn’t do anything. I made my table garbage after buying with too much money. Please don’t spend your money in this store guys.

I bought a mattress from them have 10 year warranty. Dident even last 6 months.I pay 1000 Doller for it. Waste of money.......

What a nightmare me and my fiancé got over $8000 with the furniture from this place it’s two months later and we are still waiting on pieces of our find a chair on top of that our bedroom set which cost 2200 W. cracked at the footboard up on delivery in addition to that when they delivered the leather futon that was going in the man cave they simply just dropped it off at my door and didn’t even assemble it which it was included in price thing I was told the next day someone will come and set it up three days later finally someone did then we ordered it fell flat and dining room set which have yet to arrive and have been told about five different dates over the 3 miles each time that we think it’s going to arrive we call that morning in our toe that it’s not and start after being told it will be delivered please by all means stay away from that place
