Left out of here during the holidays in 2021 and we had some issues like my son not being checked into the flight (hes 1 and it was a problem they were having with lap child tickets). Leondra ( shes a manager) was able to get it sorted out pretty quickly she also rescheduled our flight which we were gonna miss due to some unforeseen circumstances but it was really clutch of her and really helped with easing a potentially very stressful situation. Thanks to Leondra my wife, son and I were able to get to our destination and with no stress.

Terrible airline to deal with. Massive organizational problems. Their form of compensation is ridiculous, customer service has no idea what they are doing. Compensation given for inadequate crew for a flight resulting in over 24 hours delay is a certificate for their airline. Not sure why anyone who had a bad experience would want money to use only for their airline again. Was told online I could travel in Canada where I live, and once I tried using my travel certificate was told it only works in the US or Europe completely the opposite of what I was told previously. Never flying United and family and friends will not either.

Despite those scandals and campaigns trying to boycott United, my experiences with this airliner have been good.
