Used to be a good auto parts supplier. We always called them for out Motorcraft and Ac Delco parts. Also, called them for other parts as well.We stocked some parts here in the shop as well, that they supplied. About a year ago the sales rep stopped showing up to restock our items. The person in the local warehouse is gruff and rude with my employees. Orders get lost. I have spoken with higher ups in the management and they are totally apathetic. Recently, the general manager showed up at my shop and apologized for all the problems, he gave me his card and told me to call him if there were any problems. There were problems with the next 4 orders (or attempts at orders). I called the general manager two times, he did not return my calls. Very puzzling business to attempt to do business with. I run a small shop but we do buy about $22,000.00 worth of auto parts a month, United Auto Supply is, apparently not interested in my business.

Very good prices on Motorcraft products, sometimes close to online prices when you include shipping. You get your part immediately. Maybe they can be a bit friendlier, but they seem very overworked there and deal mostly with shops who get parts from them. This is not Advance Auto or Autozone, with clueless staff pretending to be mechanics, aisles of fuzzy dice, hub caps, and cheap part lines , they only sell top quality and cater to pros and serious DIYers who know exactly what they want. They are the only local place that carries Gatorback/Continental Elite belts. I tell everyone I know about it.
