Came here before an early morning flight to Chicago. The lounge here is very spacious and roomy. There are desks available for those interested in doing some work before your flight, there is also an expansive area of lounge seats. The bar and food are fairly typical United club fair. The staff here are quite friendly and the view from the lounge is also quite nice.
Of course the staff was extremely courteous. The lounge offers snacks and beverages. The Bar opens up at 8 in the morning the interior of the lounge is nice. I think it was upgraded recently. There are plenty of outlets to plug your phone or pad into and there are plenty of seats also. Very convenient to get to the gate from the lounge.
Ive been to quite a few United lounges and this is by far one of the best. Spacious, clean, modern atmosphere with a great view, and also very quiet. Food is amazingly better than most of the other lounges Ive visited. In addition to regular items (salad, fruit, cheese, brownies, cookies, etc.), they also served little pastrami sandwiches, margherita flatbread, and oven-baked neapolitan ziti. They had just broken down breakfast bar which consisted of a few additional breakfast items as well. A nice improvement for United Clubs!

New terminal B Lounge- Chairs are fine and comfortable enough, cool window views of the terminal. NO milk alternatives for us lactose intolerant folks- WTF?! So Dunkin has almond milk but United Lounge can’t bother to? Been to a few lounges with so much travel and this one is pretty disappointingly average.
I may have a new favorite bartender amongst all the United Clubs.I probably shouldnt disclose exactly why, but he took care of me during an abnormally long stay at LGA and I appreciate it.Likewise, the lady at check-in was also Joannie-On-The-Spot and helpfully kept me in mind when I took a nap while waiting for my flight by stopping by and letting me know it was time to head for security.Theres a reason why I fly United almost exclusively and the folks at the United Club are a big part of that.
The value of the Club Lounge has gone down severely since United seriously got to work unifying the experience after its merger with Continental. The complimentary beer selections have been reduced to one regular (Bud) and one light (Coors Light) and the food selection is drab, monotonous, and almost all empty carbs. I plan to discontinue my membership after this year.
Just your standard, everyday club lounge. Soup of the day, crackers, cheese, soft drinks and a few other snack that any member will tell you are VERY familiar. *CAUTION* This club lounge is located OUTSIDE of security. Youll need to make sure you have time to get through.
First class passengers to Chicago are charged $69 to enter. Food is poor. Coffee is mediocre. Lounge is crowded. Front desk is helpful and bathrooms are clean. WiFi not very good.
Typical amenities and calm found in other United Clubs, but the view of the gates (and CCTV of security) means you can maximize efficiency and stay in the club as long as possible. Very convenient.
Beautiful areas, lots of space, and people are always welcoming. The food and drink selection is average, available to anyone. The views of the airport are great for watching planes takeoff and taxi if anyone is interested. I like how there are many work tables with power outlets, it makes work all the more easy.It’s understandable as to why the lounge is outside the TSA. There are different TSA Checkpoints, one for each concourse. Passengers are able to access the United Club lounge, even if they are flying on a different airline. For instance, Southwest Airlines uses the B Gates, while United Airlines uses the C Gates. The B and C Gates have different TSA Checkpoints. From what I saw, there is no way to access the two concourses without having to go through TSA again.
Unimpressive lounge with poor quality of food and beverage compared to other airlines. Food was limited to some cold cuts and vegetable slices and soup. Pinot noir tasted terrible, worse than $3 wine from Aldi.
The ladies at the front were all so helpful when my flight got delayed and were able to get me on an even better flight home to my dog. I will visit this lounge whenever I am at LGA. Thank you for a great experience.
Clean, comfortable mediocre quality lounge. No lockers, ok but limited food, bar not bad. Do all lounges in USA have to be below global standards?
Good lounge. Airport is going through renovation so is outside of the gate area. Need to go through security and back and forth. So if you have a long delay, dont go through security and wait at the lounge
Ive traveling around the state in US. Domastic United clubs are boring and the refreshments are the same in each state. Good to have a place to relax while to board.
This is the most cozy United Lounge in their system in my opinion and Ive been to most of them and the service is more friendly than all the other clubs my favorite United Lounge

Nice to escape the gate and have a drink or light snack. Often very crowded so hard to find a seat and snacks are pretty mundane.

2021-09-10LGA United Club is quite big lot of seats and it’s open. Google shows is still closed. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately is part of the airport you can hear all airport gates announcements. Very limited variety of food and snacks. Bar is ok like everywhere. I was very impressed of the restroom…I found high maintained and arranged washroom… spotless. Good experience at United Club at LGA

2022-05-31Very nice for a lounge serving almost all short-haul flights. Hot food options, a manned bar, both variety and quantity in terms of seating options, a great view of the tarmac, and they have a soda machine for coca-cola fans. Facilities were spotless and they had a bit better wifi than the terminal.If you want some privacy, theres some additional seats hidden at the very end of the lounge around the turn.

2018-12-14A good lounge, but a lot of work needs to be done. Also it sucks to have to go through security after you get out of the lounge.. The lounge is basically before security check point which is probably the only negative I can think of at this point.

2021-09-17I had the United Chase Explorer card which provides 2 single use club passes each year for paying the $95 annual fee.I used one of the passes at Newark 4 months ago without any issue. When I tried to use the other pass at this lounge, I was advised that I cannot use the pass as I had downgraded my United card.This is unacceptable as I did pay the $95 annual fee with those 2 passes in mind, and I was not provided with the 2 passes for the fee which I paid.The United representative at the front desk was curt and unapologetic at my issue.
