Marked down to never come here again. Still waiting in line to get to guard check missing my 2 am appointment Monday morning but arrived 1 am.Update: arrived at guard check around 2:15am, nice lady told me I won’t have to worry about late fee. Told me to find a parking spot on left side of docks and head dock 41 to receiving office. Checked in with receiving and told me will call me for dock door, as I went back to truck they called and told me head to dock, at dock around 2 50am. Currently waiting to u load at 3:20am, fell asleep and woke up 7 am no one bothered me at dock , got my hours and grabbed paper work.
U can checked in after 10pm,not earlier.peoples r so rude, the lady sitting in office treat u as ur step mother, she need losarton 50mg,she need to b replaced or stop bringing loads here.if u come earlier than 10pm ,park at TA or other parking on ur way to UNFI.no space outside here.
Appt 11/08/21@2330Arrived ON STREET 11/08/21@2155Made it through gate 11/08/21@2345(you read that right took almost 2 hours to get in the gate)Managed to find somewhere to park and check in before midnight.Given door 11/09/21@0030Your normally supposed to time stamp your bills but that machine was missing.writing first part of review 11/09/21@0058 3 stars so far.Edit 1: almost 800$ for lumper! In 6 years never had a lumper fee this high. Broker told me this is common here and it can be over 1000$ 😲 down to 2 stars.
Im not sure whats going on as far as lot space and their trailers, Im speaking from the point of a delivery driver. I arrived at 12:45 for my 1:00 a.m. appointment. Had to wait nearly 2 hours to get through the guard gate, as they were only allowing a certain amount of trucks in at a time. This has been going on for several months now. Im hoping something being looked at to figure out what the problem is and try to come up with a solution. Presently not a place I would return to by choice.
Pure Scum bags, the best I can give this place and the people.Ive been doing this for 27 years own 7 trucks and I will never take another load for UNFI. No notices posted on what to do when you arrive. Walked into the receiver office and some punk dink with sweat pants on starts yelling at the drivers No Vest No Recieving How about a sign outside you POS! Most prominent signs are warnings about what theyre going to fine you or punish you if you dont do exactly what they want. Hey Scumbags if we dont bring stuff you dont have a job .Then the ignorant walking venereal disease sitting at the desk, she cant figure out a BOL with 2 pallets and flips it back at yelling you separate it. The yard jocks are blasting around like a pack of retarded Nascar drivers. The checkout to get my Bills back was a complete joke. 10 drivers standing in a tiny room. Waiting on VD and another lady who could only answer I dont have your bills after they called us into the office. The few people making positive postings here are related, friends or local drivers forced to come here. Every single driver I talked to said the same thing. This is a dirt bag outfit and they hate coming here. I will tell everyone I know if you see one of there products to not buy it. If they employ filth like this to hande food products then they cant be trusted and you should fear for the health and welfare of anyone eating their products or anything they touch.
They alow to park inside after 10 pm. I checked in at 10.50pm appointment was at 3am ...got dock at 6am start offloading at 8am. WORST PLACE TO DELIVER😡😡😥. I gave them one star because of security guard and staff was little friendly. Seems like management schedules more loads than their capacity. Check in door beside dock 41. Check with your broker for lumper fee also
This place is a mess. Way too much trucks for them to handle. Said my appointment is 2 hours later said to leave I come back and spend all night with doors open killing my reefer. All the stress and no sleep cause late to second delivery, plus weight stations and traffic in the morning. Thank you unfi. You are the worst.
Had a delivery at 4am. Couldnt even get past the gate area until 5:18am, it was so backed up. Then I had to park but all their UNFI trucks were in the way of parking while just sitting in the roadway!?!!! Its a giant zoo! I couldnt check in until about 6am on my way back to my truck this guy backed into my bumper while parking smh. I finally got a door at 7am. At 8:30am I got the lumper fee of $143. Left at 9am. 5 hrs of nonsense!
It needs to be for flexible on appointments for OTR truckers. The system needs to be open. Especially if the truckers is bringing in UNFI products. How are you going to be profitable and competitive if you dont have what the customer wants. Companies who are out of stock of products because of their systems dont stay in business long.
Totally unprofessional.. treats drivers like dirt!! Had to wait 15 mins while the girl at the desk talked about her camping trip while tearing up paper and playing with other employees. Now Im sitting waiting on a door with 10 other trucks while theres only 3 trucks docked and all employees are on break.
I would rate them -5 if there an option. First time at this company. I came at 9pm and have been told to come back by 1am, cause I have an appt at 1:30. Now here is a huge line from 20 or more trucks cause they just stopped unloading and nobody cares about anything. Guards were cool though.
Hostlers blowing horns while drivers backing into docks, lousy attitudes, equip and company drivers racing around moving trucks, stopping and blocking trucks in trying go leave for a chat. No one would give a simple question an answer because no one had time to listen. Drivers were helping other drivers as that was the only help available. Lousy delivery location
One star only to post..This company cant have it both ways. They charge $200 if youre 1 plus hour late, but wont pay you when youre sitting in there dock for hours past your on time appointment. 1:30 am appointment call me for a door at 5:30 its now 715 still not unloaded. How can we book the next load with this disruption. Should my detention start at $800.
I dont know where to start, inhumane? You only do receiving during night time fine but not having parking for truck drivers before 10 45pm and you kick them out and have them park on the busy street, not allow to park on their driveway entrance before 10pm, you have a big location, let truck park on your property before you have somebody hit the trucks. The TA down the street have limited free parking most of it, is paid parking and most of us get paid by the miles and cant afford to pay to park
This unfi is just like the others long wait time to get unloaded very congested. Unfi company driver speeding recklessly around the yard and no parking for drivers waiting to get unloaded. IF YOU GO TO UNFI MAKE SURE YOU ARE WELL COMPENSATED FOR THE TIME THAT WILL BE SPENT HERE
Check in is at 10pm I was there at 11pm for a 1am appointment. The parking is pretty crazy and 200 dollars as a fee of over an hr late. Remember to ask detention sheet. I didn’t receive a door until 7am and done by 9am. A few guys that checked in at midnight were turned away at 7am because they couldn’t take any more produce on their dock. So owner operators be aware, you’ll lose a lot of money coming here. If you get sent away due to over capacity the only time you get paid detention is if you were unloaded. TA down the street
My first time here as a driver was a great experience. I got there at 10:00pm and check right in and received a door. I was unloaded in about an hour and a half and about another hour I received my paperwork. The only bad side I seen was the trucks in line waiting to be allowed in, it wasn’t to much space to get by where they was parked.
Gave me an 11pm appt.Guard said, Youll have to come back at 11:30. But dont worry.... Theyll wave the late fee.I was caught off guard and asked what the heck that means because their information says that I can arrive 1 hr prior to appt. He said Ill have to leave and come back at 11:30pm. I asked where he expects me to park. He has no logical answer.So.... They dont honor their own appt. They wont give safe parking for their drivers. Then they take their sweet time to unload you when they get around to it.I wish there was a 0-star sometimes.Respect other peoples time!!!!!!And dont make it sound like youre doing me a favor by not charging me a late charge when I show up an hour early and am turned around to go find an illegal parking spot!
Most disorganized warehouse I’ve ever been in 15 years of driving OTR.My appointment was at 0300 but I had read the reviews and came 2 hours before. The place looked like a mess. Trucks were parked everywhere, and not only inside but also a long line of trucks parked on a side of the road in both directions. I think at least 35-40 (just outside). I just was lucky cause while I was drifting and looking for a spot to park, 2 police cars came and forced everybody to leave. So I was able to sneak into the driveway. It took me exactly 2 hours from the moment I came to check in at the receiving. There were guys who came at midnight and checked in at 0330. I will try to avoid this place and do not recommend to any fellow truckers to deliver here.
My personal experience was one that was pretty good, maybe to they cleaned up their act, cuz that whole night felt smooth, not just for me but others too saw drivers in and out as well. I was in at 1030 right after check in starts at 10pm, appt was midnight was call 1215 to back in, checked out 0130 and got bills, stayed parked back row slept overnight like a baby.Ironically every time I read bad post about a location, my experience comes out good 8 out of 10 times, so far at least.
This is the worst place I ever Ben to the lady In receiving has an attitude soon as you check in so be prepared lol had wrong paperwork went did everything they asked and then got the right paperwork emailed and still wouldn’t unload me and I was on time for my appointment hope you have a merry Christmas
The yard dog started screaming at drivers to park but theres no open spots. They called me to back up at a dock but a truck was there. I tried calling the same number from earlier but no response. So I went to park by the office where there was a line of trucks waiting while a yard dog was being aggressive towards us. Finally, the shipper gave me a dock & it took them 3 hours to unload. If youre late, theres a fee of $100 & $300 to reschedule an appointment. Please avoid at all costs & dont waste your time here. Its ridiculously disorganized.
Pleasant delivery experience at this location. It took about 2.5hrs to be offloaded from my appointment time. Arrived 50mins early at gate and checked in about 20mins before appointment time. Waited for about half an hour to check in. Arrival time is based on check in time so please arrive at least half an hour before appointment time. I got a door about 50mins after my appointment time. I realized that getting a door depends on the kind of load you have. Please be patient with the staff. Staff are pleasant, professional and helpful. Please make sure to have safety vest to check in. Your body temperature is check at entrance.
Personally it was a good stop the checkin process takes a little time, be sure to get there at least an hr before app. time they stamp BOL with times in & out once youre at the dock door its pretty quick there might be a lumper fee they only accept comdata and comcheck no cash or credit cards they start receiving at 11p.m. so checkin anytime after that if you go earlier they will have you leave the premises so be advised
This place is a joke for trucks. Beware expect long wait times on the street trying to even get in. Street starts lining up at 10pm.. If you show up without a safety vest they will make you leave and go to the TA down the street to buy one and you will end up in the back of the line.... Piss pore logistics operation.
Horrible place ! I had a 1:00 am appointment and was at the entrance at 12.15 am and Truck traffic was backed to the gate all round to the shipping and recievng. By the time my Truck came to the receiving I was told I will have to reschedule because I was late. They said they were behind and and were not considerate or atleast admit that I was there on time to find their whole yard in a mess. Never hauling for the again .
Whats the point of getting here at appointment time of 5am and its 630am now. If your 30min late its a $50 fine and an hour late is a $200 fine, Hey UNFI why dont you live by your own rules and pay me for making me sit 1.5hrs after my appointment time. Horrible place to deliver.. Avoid at all costs.
0300 app, 0200 arrival, 0445 depart. 28pallets of paper product. Not so bad, place gives a real we dont give a toss vibe I imagine its rough if they are busy.TA on the same road, but youll have to reserve a spot unless you plan on coming straight here then parking up at 0500 or so. No onsite parking except a few hrs before appt.
Arrived at gate at 4:48am. I was parked and in shipping and receiving at 4:55am ( paper work time stamped). In a door at 5:34 am out if door at 7:02am, i was told to pull out and come In for my paperwork and how much my lumper was. Appointment was at 5am. All in all not a bad place to deliver. No over night parking but there is a TA a little over a mile down the road.
New policy only allowing you to check in 1 hr before your appointment. If your in the driveway on the side. You see your running low on time walk you paperwork up to door 41 and get it time stamped and check in if not and your marked late you’ll pay or have to reschedule. Wear a safety vest or they will not check you in.. checked in at 0100 For 0200 appointment to the door @ 0327 out @0457
Unloaded me in like 5 hours from check in. While doing that they also managed to damage my trailer. Thanks for ripping a hole in the roof of my trailer and not informing me about it. I only found out a couple days later when i opened the doors and saw rain water inside. Halfway down the trailer. Hole approximately 3.5x8. Plus dented and scratched.
Lays you off if your car breaks down before your shift. Also Slavery hours and no one will help you. One staff member told me Good luck with that when I couldnt move my pallet jack In the refrigerator with merchandise on it because it had no charge. Zero stars if I could. Zero!
What a terrible experience. I was on time but I was told to reschedule because they were short staffed. The following night I lost my hours. Luckily broker paid my detention time. But the warehouse is messy, disorganized and I called all my friends to advise them to avoid this place. I rarely write comments, but this lace deserves no star at all.
I would like to post a negative star but ....!Nasty people, take forever to unload....(16 pallets = 7 hrs waiting time) we should penalized then for working so slow.1,000 rules to fallow or you will turn down.If you are late forget it....! They will turn you around! UNFRIENDLY TOWARDS DRIVERS.... like they are doing us a favor!I wondering if their drivers are always on time so they implemented a rule (so unfair) that others drivers should be penalized for running late...ADD - No more deliveries to this place.Rates were ok. But I’m allergic to nasty people
Truck drivers delivery, at the gate heat the lower button, because the upper its not working; I waited more the 20 min for a truck in front of me to enter, and when I tells to receiving to do something the personal became mad, they says to push button many times they dont see the trucks on the gate because the video camera dont work....but they charge you after 30 min late from 54$-200$ fee! .....its......?!?!?!?!?!? curious?!
As an employee of UNFI in Middletown, I wish I could give this place negative stars. This is a long review, but if you really want to know the condition of this place, the things expected from employees and the way you’re treated as an employee, I would suggest you read this.To start off, in lieu of the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic, nothing is being done. The warehouse was sanitized once since my employment here. There are 2 janitors in the entire facility. There has never been gloves or face masks handed out to employees. We get 2 wipes (if they have any) for our headsets we receive every morning that are used by a different person everyday. There has been multiple confirmed cases of COVID-19 in employees working there, but instead of letting all other associates know, they tried to keep it under wraps as much as possible. Absences are not excused even with a doctor’s note.Supervisors are there for aesthetic only. They sit around for 15 hr shifts talking to eachother, playing on the computer, etc. Meanwhile there is a never ending list of things that need to be done which only supervisors can accomplish. HR is the most disrespectful and discouraging group of people I’ve ever met. They tell you they want to ‘keep lines of communication open at all times’ yet their office is located behind a locked door with a guard sitting in front of it.A coworker of mine was fired for being out 2 days because his son was seriously ill. They gave him no warning or even tried to speak with him. Instead they called him at 9 am before his shift started and fired him over the phone. One particular woman, Ellen, who is the top woman in HR or somewhere, wouldn’t let him speak at all. She shushed him, then said ‘if you have a problem you can write a letter’ and hung up on him. She is a nasty, rude woman and everyone avoids her at all costs. Which isn’t hard because all she does is sit in her office. The first time I ever met her, I was in the office of another HR rep talking about something personal and serious. The door was closed, and in the middle of our meeting Ellen busted in the door, she did not knock and she did not excuse herself. Instead she interrupted my speaking and told us to move so we would be 6 feet away from eachother, as per standard safety instructions. My next meeting with her was even worse, as she told me ‘my life was a mess’ (because I was having issues with childcare and needed a temporary change in schedule) before I even sat down in her office. If you go to UNFI’s website and read their bio or the statement they have on how they’re handling the COVID outbreak, it’s all untrue. It’s actually comical because everything they claim to be doing in order to keep employees safe and in a good frame of mind is just the opposite of what is actually being done. The unspoken qualifications they expect from you are to make this job your life. No child, family member, sickness, death or any other personal issue is excusable and you will be penalized for ALL absences. But, if you’re okay with all of that, this is the perfect place for you.
Do not come here , refuse loads coming here, if there is a problem with the load and you have to reschedule you will wait a couple of days for deliveryHuge waiting time to be able to check in , and a lot of time until you get a door and get unloadedThe only good reviews are from local guides which are fake , trying to make them look better, the reviews from truck drivers are all bad
Horrible customer service, take forever to unload just couple of pallets. Take forever to get a dock door. They dont care if you got more stops to make. They got their own speed. People at the check in window dont even wanna raise their head to look at you. Be ready to spend multiple hours to get unloaded and dont be late or 203 dollar fine will be assesed
I guess it depends on the kind of freight youre bringing, my experience was a great one. Showed up at 330 for a 430 appt, I was checked in and given a door by 350. Following the rules can come a long way...-Dont be late here, there are hefty fees for doing so.-ALWAYS wear a vest while on-premisses, they will not attend to ANY of your needs if youre not WEARING one.-Bring Blank ComChecks or a Debit/Credit card to cover the lumper fees, No CASH ACCEPTED.-Stay out of the way of docked or staged trucks.Be courteous and conform to the recieving staff, it can go a VERY long way in your favour.
They all deserve to be fired starting from the managers. 7 hours and I finally got in the road and my day is wasted. I urge everyone to call their HQ office. I was here since 7:30 until 2:30pm for the last 4 hours there was only me and another truck that were getting loaded. All the do is coming out and smoking. Very unprofessional attitude here.
I suggest don’t take a load for them whole team is full of attitude I had to wait hours before I get to dock then hours to get unloaded & I was 2 hours early of my appointment these people don’t care at all on top of that if u ask them they just simply said they don’t know if they don’t care worst place for delivery. God blesss them
If you are the truck driver, its a trap.Four hours to get to the dock.Another four to get unloaded.I came here before the appointment time. But if you late, they have an impudence to charge the driver 204$.Horrible placeI wish some brave man burns this damned place to the ground
This facility play games with carriers, they will charge you late fee and they will not ask for the reason for being late, but will NOT pay you detention time for holding you more then 2 hours without their form. Never heard about someone to give a form for detention time. This is obviously that they are avoiding to pay detention by making non sense rules for their mistakes and laziness, so carriers avoid this people.Up to $254 late fee for each misseddelivery.-Detention starts after 3 hours-Must have detention form given byUNFI DC facility to be reimbursed-Must submit both trip sheet and BOLfor payment (no camera copies)
If you can avoid it, do not deliver here. Had a 430 apt., was standing in line at the window at 420, by the time I got to the window it was 5 am and they charged a 54 dollar late fee, because their slow ass window took a half hour to check me in. Got up to the window, the lady said, please time stamp your paperwork, so I did, and she said, oh, youre a half hour late! I said really? You have seen me in this line for a half hour! She said, we go by the time stamp. What a friggin racket, scam artists. I hope I never deliver to this place again, and if I was the company that sent the product, and got stuck with the late fee, id tell them to pound sand. Crappy customer service, I wish I could give 0 stars, plus the lady was friggin rude, and matter of fact, as hell. I can see by the other poor reviews they have earned quite the reputation
I hate giving bad reviews but Im so frustrated with this place because I called transportation and she puts me on hold for 20 minutes while talking in the background with a coworker about the birds & the bees and then she hangs up me. I also had an appointment with a confirmation to deliver that night and receiving said that they didnt have any appointments until a day an a half later... Ill make sure not to come here no more and spare myself a headache 👎👎👎👎👎
As a woman truck driver dont go here. This was my 4th stop. I had dispatch & broker telling me i had a 1500 appt that day but unfi said it wasnt until 2 days later at 0200. Trying to get a direct number because i had both dispatch & broker saying same thing they kept calling nobody was picking up the phone. The general manager told me he didnt care to shut my mouth go back to my truck & make whatever phone calls i needed to make. I preceeded outside to my truck. He followed me i asked his name he said he didnt have to give me his name. His badge read wayne. He said thats not my name you need to leave or im calling cops for you tresspassing. I walked outside tried to call my dispatch to let them know this guys hassling me. He then forcefully grabbed my phone out of my hand held it behind his back. When i had the chance i snatched it back and called the cops. Waited in my truck as him and another manager laughes 4ft from my truck. He admitted snatching phone from my hand to cop. Cops said wasnt assault i could get harrassment. Not satisfied ive contacted the hr dept to report him. Also ive contacted supervisor at state police dept about issue. He checked into why an arrest wasnt made. Now waiting on a callback from an officer whose calling the district attorneys office to see what charges can be made before an arrest. The vibe in that whole shipping receiving office is so disrespctful towards drivers. This is why i always hate bug grocery store like warehouse or walmart dc. No respect. They forget they only have a job because we drive a truck.
I missed my appointment then wait 3 days then my 2nd appointment was 11pm security told me me they start receiving 11.30 so I went back to TA return to UNF right at 11.30 pm Park got door out by 1.30am moral of the story is dont miss your appointment or youll be on TA for while and if you have 11pm appointment just go there after 11 pm good luck
Mannnnn. This place is horrible! Seems to overload with more than they can handle! Trucks all over the place. By far worst customer service Ive ever experienced! They act like they doing you a favor by DOING THEIR JOB!!! OH and please have a safety vest when checking in God forbid you dont have it while checking in!
You will be taking a big chance to come here especially if you got multiple stops , I waited in small room standing up for an hour just a check in and another hour to get ppw , I was there for 6 hours for parcel load didnt even need break down, lost a whole day of work and will never come here again.
At check in office. Fill up a sheet usually placed by Time Stamping machine. Make sure to time stamp your BOLs with that machine. Otherwise you will have no proof that you arrived on time. Do not forget to time stamp your BOLs as soon as you enter the check in office.
My truck broke down Thursday night before a 2 am Fri delivery Beyond my control Unload not schedualed until Tuesday morning Christmas Eve in addition charged $254 rescedual fee Owner Operator damn near put me out of buisness cost me thousands in lost income I will never haul to UNFI again and no one should
I saw to much bad reviews. My appt was at 4 am.Came at 12:30 am and immediately checked in.After 15 min got door.3 am green light and i am empty.Warehouse is clean and big.Good person behind window.Didn’t feel something bad here. They can accept efs, come checks and debid card (by phone).Guard check is good guy too.I’will give them 5 star.No overnight parking.
I have had nothing but great experiences with United Natural Foods. They always have the top of the line produce. The main thing I like is that they not only provide organic produce, but non-gmo as well as fair trade verified. As an entrepreneur who believes in providing the highest quality food, I feel that this company has been ahead of its time and never fails to keep up with the healthiest trends!
I worked inside this place and its so unorganized. The way they treat people is insane and for the pay its a shame! Mark my words if its any place that will be going out of business its this one! No benefits, low pay, long hours. And the mule work and disgusting disrespect that goes on!!! Stay away far away....
TERIBLE PLACE FOR DELIVERING LOADS. HAD AN APPOINTMENT SET FOR 11:30pm.THEY TOOK MY INFORMATION, MY PHONE NUMBER, AND TOLD ME TO GO TO THE TRUCK STOP AND WAIT FOR THEM TO CALL ME. AFTER 4 HOURS OF WAITING, I CHECKED IN AGAIN, AND I WAS TOLD TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE IM 4 HOURS LATE! TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! TRUCKERS, MAKE YOUR VOICE TO BE HEARD, SPEAK UP, COMENT, LETS TEACH THEM A LESSON!
Hate this place hopefully never come back there for delivery paid 254$ to reschedule my del hour for 24 hours later then another 4 hours unloading half truck it was my second stop 2 more hours to discover what the lumper fee is going to be and another 2 hours to get lumper reciepts and my paperwork may God have mercy on me never again to go there...
EXPERIENCE?????? really very very very bad experience.. i will never send my any truck for delivering there neither i suggest anyone to go there.. took hours to unload 5 pallets, didnt gave lumper receipt when i called their manager he said he will send it shortly after that i called 100 times but he never answer neither send that receipt
Awful place for truck drivers they dont have a place for parking overnight good thing TA is like half a mile away and I was able to stay there for the night I got there @ 7:45 am and is 12:00 and still I dont get a door to get offload so bring snacks for long waiting time

2022-02-15Bahahahaha! This place is an absolute joke. I was scheduled to deliver at 01:30 on Monday. Place was closed unbeknownst to me. Maybe the brokers fault or not, no signage to let us drivers know. All other reviews are quite accurate on the time taken to conduct business here. UNFI please take note. Time is money. You post signage to tell us late fees and other fees. If I ever have the misfortune of coming here again I will hand you a note of my fees for keeping me here for an extended period.

2022-04-14THE WORST!! Zero stars. As a wholesale customer who gets deliveries from UNFI, this new warehouse has been nothing but disappointing and frustrating. They always forget something major on every order, never come on time, driver used to bring the products into our store, but now are not allowed so they unload a pallet and watch us take care of it. Dont try and tell the driver something is missing - they take zero responsibility. If you have an option to use a different company, do it.

2022-01-11I used exit 28 very simple to find. Pull up to the guard they instruct you on what to do. When you go inside door 41 be sure to fill out the little slip of paper for the lumper. Very quick and efficient here I was here for about an hour and a half total full truck load

2020-02-26Dont do what I did, dont miss youre appointment or youll be sitting in TA from 3 to 7 days for a reschedule....After I posted this review that doesnt deserve a star they started the check in process and was told that the load that I brought and the load that they ordered is rejected due to lack of space in their warehouse. This Manager Dave Pini the same manager that was standing behind a glass window told me with a smile on his face that this isnt his fault, that the fault comes from corporate office ...Mister Manager I ask you... do you really deserve your job? I doubt it!Shame on you and your warehouse!

2022-01-25Go to guard shack. They’ll tell you to park in the middle. Shipping and receiving is near door 41. Fill out the slip on the counter. They will call you with a door.
