Great staff. They have been extremely helpful getting me the right equipment for the loss I am working on. They are easy to reach and always willing to help you out. I would use united any time in the future where I may need to rent equipment.

I had a tree fall down in my yard the day before my bank appraisal.I left a message Wednesday night that I needed a chainsaw.I got a call 6:30 am the next morning to rent one and that it was the last one they had. Thank you Tyler Jennings for going above and beyond securing me a much needed chainsaw.The whole staff at United Rental treated me awesome. This is the second time right after a storm that United Rental has bailed me out :-) Jamie Welnicki

Another great experience at this New Windsor United Rental. I dropped off a Bosch jack hammer drill for repair. Picked it up today and did not have to pay anything for the repair because it was still under warranty. Chris works the window for service in the back of the store and he was great. Very personal and professional and a pleasure to work with during the repair process. Thanks for the honest and reputable service here at United Rental.

Rented a tile saw. Problem was the blade was very dull. The tiles kept breaking before we could even finish the cut. We had to purchase a blade for $60 at HD as United was closed. Wasted quite a few expensive tiles on this. When we dropped it off the clerk noted that we were only renting the saw and that blades don’t usually come with it. Seriously?! For a simple wet saw? We got a whopping $15 discount for our troubles. They should be checking their equipment before renting it out. I can only imagine what safety hazards they create by not checking their equipment.

Everyone who answers the phone is polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. They all work to create the best possible solution and do not waste your time if they are unable to resolve it.

I ordered a trailer that I have rented at least 10 times that is listed on my account, one week in advance. I called twice to confirm , and was told it was there. I came in on a Friday to pick up, no were to be found. Had to take one that I did not want.

Wish I could give them 0. Needed a framing nailer called had to have one ordered. Was told 1030 I could pick up. Get there at 11 have to wait, no big deal. (Was told it may not be in I should’ve waited for a call). THANK GOD I DIDNT WAIT FOR THE CALL For them to have sent the wrong tool. Now I have hired workers in my home waiting for this nailer that I can pick up tomorrow. Now I have to scramble to find this tool since I’m paying people to sit around. Waste of time and effort to try and rent locally.
