PROs:- Great service.- Fast transport !!!- Great handling and care.CONs:- For their open carry, they out source to another company.And they did not tell me this until after I booked and paid. :(- The driver of the outsourced company (Readii Transport) was very difficult to understand when talking.- They used chains on my car in the beginning.After complaining about this, they changed it to nylon straps after the fact.- They told me I would get a 24 hour notice and 1 hour notice before delivery. I did NOT get either one. I got a 5 minute warning.That meant that I could not get out of work to see the delivery, so I had to have a designated person take care of delivery and wavier for me.

United Routes LLC was amazing to work with! I was extremely nervous about shipping my car after reading all the reviews online. However, United Routes LLC had all positive reviews so I chose their service. Kasey was wonderful and provided me with a lot of important information about the business/industry (i.e., never give a deposit or money up front to a broker). He was responsive whenever I had a question. George from Sams Auto actually transported my car and he was wonderful as well. He offered to let me call him any time he was on the road. My car was delivered in perfect condition without even a little scratch. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend that you use them as well!!!!

These guys are the best!. Great communication from the company, and the driver. I received my car a day ahead of projected delivery date. Drivers called the night before, and an hour out.Professional delivery without a scratch!!!!
