2022-04-13Amazing experience. My appointment was at 9:30 am for my passport but I decided to go in a little earlier. I was helped instantly by Sharky who took my pictures as well. It was such a quick and easy process, no lines. They were very polite unlike other post offices I’ve been to. I rather drive the 15 mins extra to this post office than to go to my local one which is a 2 min walk.

2019-09-15Its a 50/50 chance of having a good experience at this post office. every time I get the nice gentleman Sharky.. I have a pleasant experience, but Jackie is always rude. And Ive noticed that she goes out of her way to be nasty to her co-worker. The other day while I was online Sharky was trying to break a $100 bill for a customer,.he had to have his supervisor ask her to do it for him and she out right refused, saying I will not make change for him. Other times Ive also witnessed her talking nastily to customers about him. Very very unprofessional.

2019-07-26Ive come here several times to drop off and ship packages, and have had varying experiences depending on who is working behind the desk.A few times a week when I go in I run into a sweet black lady who, the first time I was shipping something, gladly explained things to me and took me through the process step by step.Other times when I go in Im unfortunate enough to run into the large and grouchy white man who would bark at me if I didnt hear what he said the first time or didnt respond to the card machine quickly enough (and it wasnt a matter of there being a line; I often went in at times in which there was pretty much no one).Ill be trying to ship an international package for the first time this week, and I can only hope to have the person this time be actually helpful and willing to clear up any confusions for me.

2019-08-17Easy to see right off of Willis Avenue servicing Albertson and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Parking on the Street is available. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

2018-05-21Horrible experience at this post office. Receive wrong peoples mail all the time and my mail goes to other peoples addresses. To top it off, the man and women that work there are horribly rude. They should not be in service positions at all Avoid at all costs. Will be placing a complaint to the POST OFFICE CONTROLLER.

2018-09-20This post office should have 0 stars.. had a terrible experience here. tried to speak with the station manager. SHE IS TERRIBLE! definitely filing a complaint against her to CONSUMER AFFAIRS.
