Terrible service after picking up my mail for months, they still cant just send my mail??? worst post office in America!!!!
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to let me look at seasonal stamps for holiday cards and offered advice of cheapest way to send a gift out of state.
I ship over 200 packages a week and the post office is refusing to pick up packages because we have stairs. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I dont think some carriers realize some homes and apartments have half numbers. Ex. 16 1/2 e main
I think they may take the phone off the hook. If you try to call its continuously busy.

I am very sad they have never been for cov19 they charge for first class packages and traffic number tracing and the packages arrive very late if they cannot do the job close the mail but stop stealing from the public this is very embarrassing

2021-09-29Something needs to be done about the mail carrier Tom, who delivers mail in Mason Ave, Mathias Ave area. We have had NUMEROUS subscription packages that state they are delivered on the dashboard that never arrive. We receive mail addressed to other people at least every other day. Then you try to contact the Postal Service to be told Oh, you need to file a complaint. People pay alot of money, for things, and put alot of trust into the Postal Service. And the fact that this man, although we have complained about him hundreds of times, is still allowed to deliver (or rather screw up) mail in the City is disgusting. He needs to be terminated because he clearly lacks the skills to do an important job properly.

2021-07-22Im missing mail ALL the timeI would have given zero stars but I had to pick one to leave a review. Ill use UPS and FedEx to mail anything because if it gets to the destination it shows up months later.Worst post office EVER!!

2019-02-24Cannot ever get through one delivery without some form of complaint, and items are never delivered on time. This time I have an item coming from Amazon (USPS delivers Amazon packages on Sunday, so this is no problem). The tracking site states that the package is out for delivery around 10:00 AM this morning, but after waiting around all day for it to arrive, it now says its available for pickup at 3:52 PM. Guess the post office doesnt deliver to your house anymore.

2019-12-12First I’d like to say I was being helped by an older Woman and said that she could not tape my box with the priority tape, and just to be clear , I was shipping priority as well. I would have to buy my own tape. Had I known that I would of taped it at home. Very disappointed in the customer service . She said the post office does not do that. And I know for a fact they do. Cause of past shipping. So close to closing time 4:25pm and to turn me away because I had to buy tape to seal my boxes, maybe alittle compassion Would of been deeply appreciated and I would of next time come with my packages taped up. Poor customer service on her part. Would rather go UPS then go back there for any more of my shipping.

2020-03-24I received my package on time, but the problem was how I got my package. When I opened the package my succulents were damaged and the soil was all over the place. Theres even in big, bold lettering HELP ME, IM UPSIDE DOWN message on the box.... Luckily they can be saved.... Not the first time this has happened though....

2019-11-12Just recently had to report yet another case of missing mail, this time it turned out the mail person just decided I don’t live at my address anymore. it had one piece of mail in it the last time the mail carrier delivered something and I picked it up, no mail for many days until it was inquired about, and the post office insisted my mailbox was full when it absolutely was not the last time a piece of mail was delivered, there was much space left for other mail. I was supposed to have a package delivered today via usps and probably because of this mail person’s mistake is why it was just “forwarded” to who knows who all the way in SAUGERTIES NY. That’s rather far and I’m likely never getting that now. 1 Star.

2018-02-14I ordered an amazon prime package, and it was delayed and held by the carrier without notice, for a week. And when I tried to contact this establishment, I was unable to get through. So I contacted amazon to help. They said not to worry and order my items again, and they’ll refund me. So I did, and only one of my items made it to me, and the other is still being delayed. For absolutely no reason whatsoever. This time, it is two days delayed. Please help me understand the peoblem.

2019-06-27Awful. Mail carrier is friendly but have not been getting mail for over a week, including several packages because they cant access the mailbox or porch. Never mind the fact that I was getting mail for over a year here and my house hasnt changed at all. Cant get through. Just spent almost an hour on hold and got disconnected. Im currently on hold again to address this problem for the fourth time

2020-08-29This USPS is always out of something. Last 2 times there are no padded priority flat rate envelopes in stock. Be prepared!
