The workers there are arrogant and unhelpful.My mailbox often gets stuck then my packages are returned to sender because I wasnt able to pick them up. This post office is useless.

Ive found the staff there to be extremely friendly and helpful so not sure what anyone else is talking about but probably another jerk giving us NYC transplants a bad name. 5 star service all the way at the Bridgehampton Post Office!!!

Work for a very large company and we shipped a product to a customer. The package came back as undeliverable as addressed, contact sender which is us. I contacted this post office an hour after this notice was posted asking if they had the package in the office to see if the customer could pick it up. He put me on hold for 10 min because he had to find the lady who could look that up, then told me she was on lunch and he did not know how to do that... I have been to my own local post office in this situation and the lady walked in back and found my box with my name on it, handed it to me and I was off in 5 min... this place is terrible.

DHL send me an e-mail saying that my shipment was ready for pick up. I got there and nobody was at the front desk a guy walk infront of us and didnt say anything... the person behind me ring the bell and nobody came I did it one more time and the same guy came and told me he was busy because the other person went to lunch and he was all by himself,ask me to go home and come back tomorrow.... What kind of professional service is that? and I went back with the tracking number and he didnt want to look for it because he said that there was piles of them in the back and he will need help to find it. Ask me to call back a little before 5 and I did but a not so nice an obviously not well educated lady answer and when I said Good evening I have a question...she didnt let me finish saying that and hang up the phone. What is going on people? if you dont know how to deal with costumers please find another job...

There are usually long lines, and some staff can be pleasant, but others working there are insulting and obnoxious.

The people who live here year round knows that Bridgehampton is the best with over 90 plus years of experience. People.....if you DO NOT HAVE A POST OFFICE BOX THEN IT WILL GO BACK!!!!! So if you come to Bridgehampton 11932, Sagaponack 11962, Wainscott 11975, or Amagansett 11930 you need a post office box. No street delivery AT ALL!!!!! Stop making the workers lives so hard when they tell you the truth about sending your packages or mail back. Listen to them when they speak. Get a post office box ASAP 😁😉

Terrible service. Tried calling to ask a simple question and was greeted with very rude and short answers. Would barely even let me finish my question before they were interjecting.

The worst post office . Terrible service . They spoke to me very rudely and the wait was long . Iam with fear that what I sent won’t make to it’s destination . The workers should learn how to speak to the customers and stop be so unprofessional.
